Egads... Johnny John John... Why not wait a few minutes since ONE mm raised their ask to over $1000.00... I'm SURE you will get close to that per share before you know it.
If this and other NRs are such good news.... WHY is the SP doing NOTHING but downtrending?
That is encouraging news... BUT, the only thing that is going to have any real effect on the SP is an order... for a LOT of this compound... or some other custom compounds.
so... be my guest to suck up a few million shares...
and... "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain"?
Looks a LOT more like somebody wanted desperately to either get OUT of this or just wanted to raise some money.. whatever they could... and doesn't care too much what the SP is. Like... someone with a LOT of shares that didn't cost much... if anything.
Wow... just saw .33 trade. NOT the most encouraging trading day. Also NOT a surprise... This will continue to flounder until a lot of things are cleared up. The financing deal... and just what the hidden costs associated with this financing are... like... More "consultant fees" aka/SuperDilution? Really... the market is not falling for the hype... they/we just want to know... "WHERE IS THE BEEF"?
Apparently the "best" just got better.... Ask is now .39 and the way things are going... likely to get even "better" by your standards.
Actually... IF you're selling right now... you got some .33's IF you're lucky!
Thanks for your reply, but I'd really like more than your word on it. Do you have ANY more info on who is behind Simco... or where I can find out ANYthing more about them?
IF it were me selling... I KNOW it would skyrocket as soon as my last share sold. I HOPE that this is true if YOU sell too... (sorry.. greed kicking in). Good luck in whatever you do end up with.
Have any of the "favored few" been in touch with management lately... and happened to ask just who/what the Simco Group is? If this group and/or financing doesn't have any credibility... then we're going nowhere. On the other hand... Good news would be FANTASTIC.
I'm not finding anything that I can make any sense out of on that site. Only a couple of documents in French... Am I missing something?
Somehow I don't think anyone is going to repost a deleted message. If there was any factual pertinent information, perhaps you wouldn't mind posting that.
Ho Humm is what the market is saying.. Except for a limited few who will buy a couple hundred shares here and there just to keep the last trade at the ask... Usually first and last trades...
Still waiting for ANY clarification on just exactly who/what SIMCO is. Anybody had any luck chasing this down?
IF this comes to pass... wouldn't be surprised to have a/some buyout talks....such as one of the big tire companies or automakers.
It would be nice to be able to confirm that this is the same SIMCO. IF this is true... it would seem to be very good news indeed... A company with a proven track record. Can anyone confirm that this is, in fact, the same company/person?
Very interesting, indeed. I'm getting a little whiplash over the fast and furious trading today, though! Everybody on here gone on vacation as well?
Don't for one minute think that MDOR is terminally unique. What one man can do, so can another. I think the company is in a GREAT sector and has some advantages. My BIGGEST problem is with the credibility of management. That SUPER DILUTION was painfully awful. I am convinced that this single act is what has put the SP in the dumper... and kept us way down ever since that information HAD to be made public. They delayed reporting it till the absolute last minute. Don't think for one minute that they didn't know that it would NOT be well accepted. It STINKS.
Since we all know that MDOR management monitors (at the very least) this board...
Here's what MOST of us want to know...
Who is behind SIMCO? Are there any commissions/consultant fees... or ANY other hidden liabilities that are associated with this loan?
Aren't you the least bit curious to know more about WHO SIMCO is? I'd also like to know the full details of this loan... since the SP is doing NOTHING... I'd like to know WHAT enticed SIMCO to make this deal with a yet to be proven company.
Oh... those Kazillions of pesky voting shares... Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!
NICE trading today... down to .30 on the heels of supposedly GREAT news... WHAT is going on... HAS to be LACK of confidence. It's that simple.
And Joe had NO problem assisting in the biggest dilution for "services rendered" that I have EVER seen. Any reason he wouldn't do it again? Especially if he were to be benefitting from it too?
This too... is critical for potential investors to know about. WHO IS SIMCO? And.. yes, what are the rest of the terms of this arrangement? What other unspoken risks are there for the present shareholders?
Guys... we've been stung bigtime once with that HUGE dilution... what OTHER surprises are there yet to happen? Is Chad in ANY way linked to SIMCO? Who is?
Richie... this is exactly the same thing I have been trying to do/say all along. It DOES bother me just how much the shareholders are at the mercy of the whims of CC's greed. The "consultant" might, at any time... just decide to dilute the company again over 100%. What does he care about the other shareholders?
Mr. Makalakawannadingdong....
Definition of Jettison
Jet"ti*son (?). n. [See Jetsam.]
1. (Mar. Law) The throwing overboard of goods from necessity, in order to lighten a vessel in danger of wreck.
You might have inadvertantly chosen the right word by mistake.
The problem is... that with the complete voting control that Chad has... he could do the SAME thing over and over. And I shall continue to make noise as long as I like. This topic has yet to be addressed by management in a way that is acceptable to anyone who MIGHT be interested in investing in the company.
ANYone who is NOT concerned about that dilution... is suspect, in my book. That was a very bad move for us simple shareholders.
Thanks for that, Richie.... yes.. they are HUGELY dilutional (maybe even delusional?) and it does need to be addressed. I agree, that this single act has put a huge dent in credibility and trust. Anyone who might be looking at investing in the company... buying shares or otherwise would certainly be taken aback by what happened and is MUCH less likely to invest in a company that would do that. If I were lending the company up to $15 million... I'd make darn sure that it didn't happen again.... period... (well... at LEAST until I cashed out!)
I doubt that this board has any significant influence on how this stock performs.
Long time no hear. What do you make of the market ho-humming the financing news?
So.. why did someone just sell ANOTHER 3k shares at .37? What will it take to see some appreciation?
This stock has had MUCH more volatility with much less news in the past. If it is unknown now... what was it then? On the surface... this is HUGE news and NOTHING? Come on... you have got to wonder.
Surfguy... What is your take on this? I seriously don't understand how/why the SP and volume have done NOTHING with such news. Aren't you disappointed?
I'm also wondering why the only place I have yet seen this News is on this website. It isn't posted on Magnum's web page. And I'd also like to know where the Simco Group is located so that I might contact them. Perhaps those of you that have a good relationship with management could make a call or two and see when the money will show up...
Am I the only one to wonder why the market has been completely unimpressed with this?
CLEARLY there are reasons that the market is totally unimpressed with this news. I'd like to know more about why. As I mentioned earlier.. the bid at .37(50) is really weak. With such positive news I would expect the MMs to be snapping up as much of this as they could... to sell at a much higher price. What's up with the NON-Interest?
Perhaps they fell off the back of a forklift?
ETURD realtime only shows 5k shares traded...
Can you please elaborate on what is meant by a "preliminary" loan? Apparently the market has yet to get excited by this news... which does make me wonder.
