So... you think $19 of revenues is explosive growth? HOW could they POSSIBLY only have sold that much? Were they even running ONE shift? Some of the other disturbing things about this report are management's solution to keeping current... hire several more accountants and attorneys... And their practice of floating massive quantities of stock is disturbing as well. Reading between the lines, it looks like they sold a LOT of stock into that rush up to $1.79. I imagine that is where the money came from to retire that $1 million loan. Actually... that would have been THE single most positive thing they have done in some time.
Also, Mak... you keep claiming that they will buy the CO property this quarter. I seriously doubt that will happen before August IF it EVER happens.
I'll be watching the trading tomorrow... and tonight I am THRILLED that I got out completely because I expect the rest of the week to be DISMAL for MDOR shareholders.
On the other hand... if it goes low enough... I'll buy back in.
Geeze, Mak... after reading that report I feel relatively sure that this thing will be headed nowhere but south.. till it finds some support... somewhere around .30 or so.
Mr. MF... now that's a moniker and a half. What special letter do you refer to? Will you post it for us to see?
Yet ANOTHER non-news NR. We'll file late, but before the bell.... The mailman came and delivered some long overdue equipment... oh yeah... we made some test samples (this should be happening EVERY day if they're running the machines)... and.. things are gonna be great.
I still want to know the details about that measly one million dollars of debt that was.. um.. reduced. I say measly... when compared to shareholders equity being decreased by 25 MILLION new shares being issued to ONE person a while back.
Actually, I don't think they'll let it go to the "e" status again. I think they'll drag it out a bit longer and then we'll see WHY they didn't file on time. For one thing, I'm relatively sure that revenues will stink. There's no telling what other negative surprises there might be. My impression is that the company and officers/ majority shareholders might be feeling some regulatory pressure... and will most likely be somewhat more forthcoming in the near future.
His dog ate it?
I suspect that he'll be paying more attention to detail in the future... if/when he gets slapped with some fines.
Actually, the quote is... Can't see the forest for the trees...
I believe I get your point. You seem to think that things are fine and this company will do very well. You seem to think that the basic fundamentals of this company are fine. I don't. I do, however, think that the company has enormous potential. That is what upsets me so much about management.
I believe that management (Chad) has taken advantage of the shareholders and has played this stock very selfishly... as if it was his own personal piggy bank. I think that we are going to see a day (or two) of reckoning here in the very near future. I think the days of getting away with what used to be SOP in the bulletin board stocks, at least with MDOR.... are going to be held up to the light... and examined in depth. If nothing wrong has been done... well, I guess we'll see that... IF not... I guess we'll see that too.
It will be very interesting to see what happens in the next few months. In the short term... I think you're going to see a lot of attrition. Those who jumped in and chased the stock up to $1.79 are NOT going to be happy campers. People who lose money seem to get kind of upset and look for ways to see if they were duped.
IF financing actually HAPPENS..... and IF the facility in CO is actually BOUGHT... then the stock will go way up. If not... Lookout below! In the meantime... the market does NOT like uncertainty.
Being the skeptic that I am... I too wonder exactly HOW that amount of debt was taken off the books. I'd like to know precisely how that was dealt with.... Who actually loaned the money to the company (If it was just another Chad front)and what they got for it. I see more "consultant" shares coming out here again.
But... clearly one of the big issues that should and most likely IS being looked at is how the SP went down to .15 on Nov 18th of last year for ONE day... THE day that the Chadster raped the shareholders...for tens of millions of shares and then the very next day teh SP went back up to where it had been trading for some time.... what was it... about .35 or so? That trick in itself really really rubs me the wrong way and clearly it was not coincidence. I feel certain that this will be uncovered and relatively soon.
For some reason you think that I'm going to forget those 25 million shares? Not likely... that was shareholder rape. Might take years of counseling. You are sounding more and more like someone who might have benefitted from that situation. Anything you'd like to tell us all?
Actually, the sour milk thing is a direct quote from the infamous Chuck Barris... of the Gong Show. He used to say that all the time right after he said he liked some God awful act.
As far as my perceived negativity goes... I'm just very skeptical. There has been a LOT of talk, hype and the like... and I feel certain that the quarterly results... WHEN they are finally reported will be DISMAL.
Also... I do not begrudge anyone getting rich for their efforts... BUT... 25 million shares is downright outrageous by ANY standards... except Mr. Curtis and apparently you and a very few others.
I also find it rather strange that Mr. C FINALLY reported those 25 million shares recently and I am wondering if the SEC might possibly be breathing down his neck rather heavily.
ALL of that being said... If this takes a huge dump... I'll probably buy in again at some point under 50 cents, because I simply am amazed at the man's ability to pump it up.
Colorado facility is not owned by MDOR.. and is HIGHLY unlikely to be acquired before 3rd quarter IF MDOR can actually find a way to buy it. We STILL have yet to see penny #1 from the phantom financing arrangement. I think that there are going to be some VERY rocky times ahead for MDOR before things get any better..... but what do I know... I like sour milk.
I expect that revenues for the 1st quarter are dismal at best. They have NR'd several tons being sold.... but those sales only amount to a few thousand dollars at best.
Our buddy, Mr. Boux was quoted as saying something to the effect of... MDOR's first quarter sales would be.... can't remember the word... but suggested that the growth would be Staggering... and we would all be wowed by the growth...
Unfortunately, I think many stockholders WILL be wowed... but in an extremely negative way....
Heck, we might even see the .30s again on this one before it moves on up on the next wave.
Will be interesting to see if there is another "end of the day push" on this again today.... Been trading down by far most of the day... But wouldn't be surprised to see it close even at the end... by some small volume trades... You?
I think that they have tried to post ANY news that they can think of that will be perceived as positive. On the other hand... they have dragged their feet about reporting ANYthing that Has to be reported to the SEC that might be perceived as negative... Such as the HUGE dilution that took place... Earnings 10Q or whatever it's called... AND Chad's cool 25 million shares that he gave himself.
A single stoke of the pen and he gave himself MORE than half the company... and there are no promises that he won't go ahead and dilute the company again and again until there is no significant ownership by anyone but him and those he entices to stick around by giving them millions of shares as well.
Like I said before... I am watching this one closely. If it does go down to .50 or less, as I clearly believe it will... I will most likely buy in again so that I can ride the next pump-a-roony up again.
I don't trust Chad and his "consulting" practices one tiny bit. I DO, however, applaud him for an amazing Hype Job..... and I'm sure he's not done with this yet.
Short term, though.. I'm afraid is going to be a lot like today's trading IF and UNTIL there IS some solid news.
I think a few people were encouraged by the NR... but... seriously... it really was yet another NO News NR. And most investors have absolutely had it with these meaningless fluff pieces.
When there is news that says... we gots da munnie... or we dun bawt a tired dump... or... we gots rilly beeg Gnu contrax...
THEN this would move.
At this point it certainly looks like you might be right about the close. Especially since there is almost daily some very last minute support from... an undisclosed entity... or two.
So.... some LONG overdue equipment is "on the way"..... and the boys are going to Colorado to talk some more about buying the tire landfill. Did I miss anything? I predict a close of under .80 today.
With Chad's extremely late filing yesterday that confirms that he got 25 MILLION shares for so called "consultant services"... I would expect the SP to go down further. The bare fact that he waited this long to file is an extremely negative influence. It clearly lowers confidence and trust in management. With negative news of any sort... or good news for that matter... a chart doesn't mean much at all. Personally... I think we'll see this drop down to .50 or so, before we see another good run.
I sold 30k shares today... so there's some of the "consolidation".
Laaaast share as in I hold NADA Zilch zippo shares at the moment. Since I had bought a boatload of shares in my IRA account.... at a fairly decent price... I ended up about even overall. I'll be watching to see what happens with this one. Might jump back in if/when it tanks, since I do believe that there are a couple or more good pumps left in this one.
Just sold my last share of the "door" a few minutes ago. I'll be watching to see how far it does ease on down that slippery slope.
I hope management has FINALLY figured out that those NON-news posts... are a waste of time. Good Lawwwd Sold 18 tons of chunks for 9k...... is NOT news. And.. neither was the last NR either... Need some substance if they want to see this thing get up offa dat floor.
Well... this IS the same thing that happened just a week or so ago... right before it went to the moon, Alice. So... I don't really rely entirely on charts with this one.
Actually.. .I DON'T love it... since I still have 50K shares. The thing about this stock is... that it can and does turn on a dime.... uhhh.. I mean it can change very very quickly. If there were some actually significant good news released... well, I bet it would run right back up to $1.50 or so in very little time. I'm waiting for that to happen...
actually at the moment... it DOES look good... compared to where it is NOW!
No, you don't need to keep going. Just because some people gave you a hard time, doesn't mean that some others might have considered what you have to say. I've been in this for a while... and have my suspicions as to what the future holds for MDOR. In the meantime.... it has been a very volatile trade. As of this morning I have 50K shares left of over 130K... Think I'll wait for the next run and get out completely then.
so... do you feel better?
This board is supposed to be for exchanging information and ideas, not being childish.
with all the "consultant" and "incentive" shares I'm sure he's getting... I'd sell some too.
I agree about the 10Q. When is this supposed to be released? And... when does it HAVE to be released... after all the extensions, warnings, etc? I expect there to be a rather significant... um.. "correction" when it IS in fact released.
That being said... I think we're going to see somewhere around $2.25 before we hit a wall. Just my humble....voodoo kinda guess.
And... already today we're poised for ANOTHER significant gap up! I love it when that happens. In fact... I don't think I've seen the bid 1.64 higher than the ask 1.63 for more than a few seconds.. before... What's up with that?
Thanks for being a watchdog, but $20k worth of "big joe's" shares is really Nada.
So, what is this chart saying to you? I don't have much experience in the art of the chart... all the different formations, etc... So.. I'm all ears in hearing what those who do make this a study have to say.
personally... we all know that sooner or later this has to take a break... but ain't it grand watching it scorch on up the ladder?
I'd just like to be "smart" enough to figure out when to sell some before the "correction" happens. That was an AMAZING day of trading. I got VERY little else done today... but made a lot of money on paper! Let's see if I get to keep it.
I'm not necessarily looking for safe... or I wouldn't be in this stock in the first place. I'm just trying to keep my eyes open, and have a good idea what to expect. I am THRILLED at the upwards push we've had. I mean WHO would have suspected THIS kind of move. At some point there must be some sort of correction.... and without solid news it will be worse than it would have to be otherwise. So, it boils down to who does and who doesn't believe everything you're told, I guess. I don't. Apparently you do.
The point is not IF he should be compensated... it is how MUCH he has been... and WILL be compensated in the future. That AND how he tried to hide this for as long as he did. Mark my words... he'll do it again and again until he bleeds US... the INVESTOR/shareholders to death. Clearly we have a difference of opinion. I understand that you think he deserves whatever he can get. (Has he promised to adopt you?)
And this is something that we ALL should be paying attention to for the long term. This simply is WAAAY too much compensation to be ANYthing but a tremendously harmful thing for us... the shareholders. Mr. Curtis DOES have total control, and obviously he isn't shy about being compensated. For the long term I am VERY afraid that he'll do this again and again.... driving the SP into the toilet.
Clearly it is NOT an issue today, but long term, I firmly believe that he will kill this company with his greed.
Time WILL tell.
Did you happen to notice how many MILLIONS of shares were distributed? Not exactly what many of us would call a fair compensation.
So... don't you wish that you'd FOOLISHLY bought a boatload of this for about $.35.... and could dump it all today?
I am SO glad that you got your money back... AND made a tiny profit. This thing is so incredibly volatile this week... I don't think ANY of us have a clue what it will do short term. My guess is zip on up to the $2 range... then maybe correct, but... ONLY time will tell. I hope you had a LOT of shares... and that selling makes your life a LOT better. WHO would have seen yesterday and today coming... Certainly not me.
I understand NOTHING about stocks.. sometimes. If you sincerely believe that this will go back under $1 are you going to sell some now and buy back in under $1? I don't think this will happen. I think this is going to get close to the $2 mark before it has any pullback. There is simply too much interest now. This kind of thing snowballs... People who haven't seen or heard of the "door" as I call it... are now looking at this HUGE surge and saying that they want to buy some too... So... for now I expect this to keep on moving for a bit further. Yes... it will come down some.. but when and how much? With the announcement of the kind of news I mentioned in my last post.. all bets would be off as far as a pullback goes. With the RIGHT news this will move ahead a LOT further.
For the moment I will not be selling any more shares. It's just too exciting to watch the pennies make thousands. My skepticism is from the unanswered questions. I think the potential clearly is there or I would have taken a powder long ago. I just need to see answers to the BIG questions...that have yet to be answered.
In the meantime... with all this new interest, I don't have a clue where this will meet significant resistance. IF the tire dump actually happens... the financing questions are answered adequately... some rubber compound contracts are realized.... AND no more outrageous "consultant" shares are issued.... then this clearly COULD easily go into significant double digits... $10... $20 or more in the next couple of years. (or... at the rate of the last couple of days... a month or so!)
