Totally different deal Einstein
It could be a merger instead of an acquisition
Looks Lena is taking over APRU…
BOXLIGHT owns the market for the most part they own the MimioClarity trademark on everything Galaxy is a copycat
Interesting, maybe these players need a closer look….
The really good thing that comes out of this venture is, APRU will be able to pack orders as they come in. What's that amount to, 2 cases every 3 months of the Element drink and 2 six packs of Apple Rush every 6 months. They won't have to worry as much about expiration dates. Return on your investment went towards overhead.
It seems to me to be improv and that’s part of the art of deception. These peeps actually think they can sell ice cubes to an eskimo and we know the eskimos here are buying..
Well the one thing I know about the canning and bottling business is when the product isn’t owned by the packer your profit margins don’t belong to you. Co-Packers only get nickels a can but you have a mandatory count on the run to make money. They will have to be doing lots of packing to make any money. Not too many copacks out there for this reason. If it’s not their product the big boys won’t pack it. Going to be small scale until the word gets around and then it’s location because of shipping and transportation costs.
And still you do, lmao!
It looks like Tony may be on his way out and Ross is moving in. This is more and more becoming the Lena show as opposed to the Apple Rush show.
In order to make decent money you have to pack lots of cans. There’s more to it than your little brain can comprehend
What the expansion is, is to become a co-packer. They are going to bottle and can other companies beverages. That’s the work around.
Contracts, even Amazon kicked them to the curb and Amazon has a huge distribution channel. The tanks are for Lena’s expansion, what does APRU have to expand, an apple soda that’s been flat for almost 50 years is not expansion it’s called can’t get it started.
I like how they are now referring to themselves as “resident losers”. But it seems they are communicating in some way.
Does anyone know whatever happened to any of these business ventures connected to APRU? Asking for a friend......

Let's not forget the Lena debacle!
Strap yourselves in, for the next year you’re gonna get 18, 19 and 20. LMFAO!
Come on Tony, please, please, please do the re-enactment of that agreement signing!!
Maybe he could do another re-enactment of the signing of the acquisition agreement again!!
I have to give credit where credit is do to Chef. He went there and found out for himself and shared with the group. I’m still not convinced business wise but kudos to Chef, good stuff!
Let's face it, this looks like to me to be all about Lena. I don't see Chef with an Apple Rush metal sign for his Mom's collection, it says Lena. That six pack he's holding isn't APPLE RUSH, SO with the exception of Tony's name mentioned a few times this appears to be about Lena.
Desperate, I must admit, you're a spinner. I hope you didn't spend much more on this holding company, the let down is going to be devastating.
Where is the APRU equipment in the 5 second video everyone talks about? I thought they have tours or Hey Ross, how's about showing me where they are going to can or bottle the Apple Rush line, you know the ready to be commissioned APRU part of the new acquisition. Chef didn't see it because it's not there.
You are and have been posting here almost daily using another name. Here we go with another part of the deception. Lmao, it’s pump time!!
For someone involved with this company, you really don’t make much sense David.
It’s a salvage operation at this point..
So basically APRU is buying in on the 5% so they can use the equipment and the facilities. Kind of like leasing space as opposed to acquiring Lena. So no matter how you slice it, it’s more of a work around a snag.
Like I’ve said before, you have no idea who’s equipment that belongs to or even what actual location it’s been video’d at.
If chef does go there, he’s gonna say something like, they wouldn’t allow me to take pictures. So let’s all laugh together when it goes down, if it does! I see more excuses in everyones future with this company. Expect more delays and whatever so they can cover their conveyor belts, lmao!!
Me too!!! Have a Fantabulous Trip!!!
What happened to this one???
OOoopps!!!!!

Apple Rush Co., Inc. Completes Acquisition of Elev8 Hemp, LLC
Orlando, FL -- October 26, 2022 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Apple Rush Co., Inc. (OTC Pink: APRU), a holding company that engages in the business of developing, marketing, distributing, and selling products that promote a healthy lifestyle with a primary focus on food, beverage, anhydrous Hemp oil marketplace, kratom, kava, and other active ingredients announces it has purchased Elev8 Hemp, LLC from public company, Branded Legacy, Inc. (OTCPK: BLEG).
He thinks he has access to everyone’s personal information. LMAO!!
Then you should help him find yours when you get to Lena and hopefully the truth as well. I don't think you want to know the truth and I bet your trip is cancelled with a cheezy excuse.
The belts weren’t the right ones and they’re have a really really really really hard time finding the right ones…..
That’s true, mainly because this company has been jerking everyone around in so many ways how do you know if it’s actually coming from Tony. Maybe Tony stepped down and the company didn’t tell anyone. Has Tony called anyone lately or have you talked to Tony on his phone. It’s part of the game because it always can be denied. Unless Tony announces it through a video for everyone to see and hear from him it’s hear say and that’s how companies get away with pumping a stock.
You are going to find out who the liar is when you get to Lena.
It’s another part of the Deception that they just don’t get. Chapter 3 I believe. They’re in so deep and praying to at least break even. Que’ lastima!
I have no insider but you should call your boy Tony to meet you there so he can explain to you why things ain’t where he says they are. You might also want to have a paramedic on location because of the shock you’re going to experience when you see for yourself what ain’t really happening on location. Stop and have their Cider Beer, it’s not bad and it’s as close to Apple Rush that you’ll ever get.
Don’t worry, it’s part of the deception. Pump it up with a little taste of BS.
I know what comes next but I’m not saying. Goes to show tho how they don’t even make a proper announcement, it’s a he said she said. Chef said he’s going to visit Lena, make sure you let us all know how you make out. Don’t do anything to hurt yourself with the disappointment you’re gonna absorb. Have a safe trip and send some pics when you can, the hair on the back of my neck is standing up just thinking about it. Lmao!!!!
That's the 6 million dollar question. Lena has a very successful all around family business there. Their craft beer operation is off the charts, taking a chance on this pipe dream of over 51 years is just that, A PIPE DREAM! Talk about destroying a good reputation, I just don't see it but until APRU gets all it's legal things in order they can't conduct business in Illinois anyway. More than likely, like all the pink sheets it's all about the PUMP and this is no different. The art of deception, sucking in the newbies.
Maybe back in 1972, imagine that, the succes part is questionable as it's struggled since1974 but who's counting the years. It never was the choice beverage, Coke Cola was, so they maybe stretching things a bit. And look there goes that Robert Corr name that Hedge was mentioning!! Notice the key word "was" in the sentence at the end, kind of sums everything up and the answer to your question.
Our Story - APRU Brands. HOW APRU BECAME A SUCCESS. It was in Northern California in 1972 that Apple Rush, the first 100% All Natural Sparkling Juice was born.Simply adding carbonation to the juice, made this beverage appealing, unique, refreshing and the only soda replacement on the market- redefining carbonated soft drinks. Popularity grew and distribution started in Chicago of 1974 where Robert Corr, a natural food entrepreneur, became captivated with the juice. Distribution expanded across the Midwest to support the rapidly growing consumer sales and natural health food channel. During the 80’s & 90’s, long before the All Natural “health craze”, Apple Rush became the choice of beverage for anyone looking to consume a carbonated soft drink, and found continued success in California and the Midwest. Great taste, No preservatives, 100% All Natural Juice was his ticket to success. Now here it is in 2023 and no one knows what or where it is.
Looks like another snag to me!
The new game is pps 15 - 16 - 17… And to think this will go on for at least the next year or so like the previous game of pps 13 - 14 - 15…..
