Wife and I were in Williamsburg and area in Summer of /18 for about 4 days - site seeing. Lovely area and full of history.
Train,
Did you say you are from Williamsburg, VA?
Hi Train,
Your $6-10 range may be accurate for the next 6 to 12 months. "IF" Sigma gets a few good contract sales and partners with Materialize, I think that the sale price of Sigma will be about $40-50 range (1yr+). Just my thoughts as well. AM will eclipse old school manufacturing - not right away. But for serial production it will be the future.
WOW! Say anything positive (going forward) RE: Sigma. And the knives come out in full force. Wonder if some are shorting and then trying to pick up on cheap later????? Just say'n. A person on this board just recently proved it.
You are correct that Materialise "IS" staking their Reputation on this joint venture/presentation with Sigma.
They WOULD NOT do a joint presentation with Sigma if they hadn't already completely vetted PR3D.
Some here think Mat. will buy up Sigma. Don't think that will happen, at least not at the prices I've seen on the board. If PR3D works as well as we all hope it does and Sigma says it does, a buy out of $10/share would be peanuts - especially with Sigma's low share count . The longer time passes, if PR3D is working and sales accumulate, a buy out offer in the area of $40-50/share is more realistic.
JMHO and I've been known to be wrong before.
GLTA
Maybe?????? >5 actual sales= $5+ by EOY JMHO
Greater than 20 Sales = $162.50 :)
They have the "lumex" line of 3d printers. It's on their web site Ted.

Yup, I know. It's from Wikipedia. But, IF our MYSTERY japan Co. is Matsuura?????
"Matsuura Machinery Corporation (??????????? Kabushiki-kaisha Matsuura Kikai Seisakusho) is a machine tool manufacturing company based in Fukui, Fukui Prefecture, Japan, in operation since August 1935.[4]
Matsuura Machinery began as a manufacturer and distributor of lathes in 1935. Production of milling machines began in 1957, and the company went public in 1960. Production of automatic-controlled milling machines began in 1961 and numerically-controlled milling machines from 1964. Production of automatically-controlled drilling machines began in 1972, and vertical machining centers from 1974.
The company began exporting to the United States from 1975. In 1981, Matsuura Machinery began production of high-speed machining centers and twin-spindle vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers from 1983. The total number of machining centers shipped surpassed 10,000 units in 1993 and 20,000 in 2015.
The company's machining centers are used in a variety of industries, among them aerospace equipment manufacturers. Machine tools manufactured by Matsuura were used by NASA on the Space Shuttle Discovery's fuel tanks in 1998, making them four tons lighter than before."
Dot, dot, dot......?

Hi Ted,
"To attract customers with a “drive before you buy” proposition, Sigma initiated a Rapid Test and Evaluation program (RTE) with several major companies. One of the more noteworthy was Materialise, a company active in the field of additive manufacturing and winner of the 2019 award for Factory of the Future (http://nnw.fm/0YoDi). Shortly after the RTE test results, Materialise integrated Sigma’s technology with its MCP control system. Other major OEMs in the trial RTE phase have reported similar stellar results, in fact, one client expects to install a second PrintRite3D and another to plans enter the phase two evaluation period. Based on the positive feedback, Sigma has an optimistic outlook on its RTE program’s ability to continue building momentum and attracting significant OEMs in the space."
Like this part:"Other major OEMs in the trial RTE phase have reported similar stellar results,...."

Neither do I. Has Sigma made mistakes in the past ... yes. Some whoppers - IMHO. But are they a P&D company? No. GLTY
Should be avax
Abscess merged with someone and went private. This is just mm play
Got out a while back. Question.... How is crooked Seth going to pull another R/S with so few shares left. Silly me. He'll just issue a s**t load more shares out into the world. Rinse, repeat. And then .... (wait for it) ... give himself another raise. Under a buck by years end.
These are all MM games. Yesterday was take out the stop losses day.
So, a sale is a sale is a sale.
You will be back down to sub $1 in a couple of months.
Took a look at time and sales. Most of those mega dumps??? were between 100-200 shares. Looks like someone was setting up to take out stop losses. Back up to .60 after hours,
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Good one!
Well..... Wasn't that a big "dry" hump up the poop shoot today.
Sorry disregard last post.
Can anyone post what the 8K says. Tried, but the link won't open.
Thank's in advance
Thank's Silver. New IR firm is doing a good job. WOW! Noticed Vivek Dave is back.
$162.50 or bust!
Wrong endra. It's a $162.50 dollar stock.
Yes it is.
Hoping... doesn't sound too promising. Almost like begging.
If they don't do a deal ..... then watch the SP go into a free fall. P/O'd investors.
Best to just do a deal and then PR it.
Hi Vision,
Sorry, but unless it (news release) says Sigma inside...... we don't know. Now, that being said, If it does have Sigma inside, JR, needs to have his ass royal kicked for NOT going after these companies to say so.
I would imagine all the big players will fight it out to try and get "their" inspection setup and only "their" inspection setup as the one that is approved.
We WILL sell product.
We WILL sell product this year.
Majors will get into a bidding war for a hostile takeover within 18 months.
We will sell out for $162.50/share.
EOM.
Don't know if this will post. Just for info purposes. Not offering an opinion for or against.

Would be sweet!
Would hope this is not a case of IP theft but...... Yes if they(Sigma) sold a system to Trumpf, I think Sigma would be crowing. Wait and see.
Or is this a case of SGLB partnering with Trumpf. Then Trumpf, "takes" the knowledge and uses their own system --- leaving SGLB out in the cold. Patents are nice, but, BIG companies would likely tie things up in court until you go broke. They win by default. NOT accusing anybody of anything, just random thoughts.
Pisd,
Not wishing for anything "bad" to happenat all. Just have watched SOOOOOO many days of 3:55 - BuBam. Shorts selling to make their McDonalds money for the night.
Getting ready for the 3:55 crash. Shorts/MM's/day traders are at the ready.
Today was a perfect look at what happens when there is no news or sales. Shorts and day traders have taken over.
Isn't SGLB even going post a transcript of their shareholder meeting on their web site. Gees!
Last I heard - $100K. Complete system.
But that's a ??????? $figure.
Well Capt'n,
The next time I see a UFO up close, I'll ask them if they need a PR3D system. They probably won't cause' they would have advanced to replicator machines.:):):)
How about revising that dream to $26.10 a share? :)
It would be VERY interesting.
