Ok so when news is delivered we will get back up to the pennies and hopefully more news will follow.
From what I understand LeClerc is the IR contact for FBCD.
138 mil float very nice. If/when the CEO delivers we are heading back to the pennies. Fun times ahead.
This argument is interesting. Seems like a diversion from the prospects FBCD has going.
Why don't folks want FBCD to be a success?
So how big is the short here? Must be huge!!!!!
Avenger product coming before May 2012?
Any new products from other licenses that LeClerc has paid for?
Who are companies that would buy FBCD? If they start to show growth with website and mass market products?
Would be nice to see this back in the pennies and then see this thing get back to the .08-.15 level.
If all this comes to fruition than FBCD will have a great chance to be bought out.
With news I expect this to break the 52 week high so all on this board will be happy.
I see the price increasing when the merger with Super Rad is official. Name Change. Symbol Change. New Licenses. New Artists. New Products. New Website. New 52 week highs.
Name Change filing 14c
The PR today said filing in the next 10 business days so no later than March 16
We should see a PR stating:
that a majority of its shareholders had approved by Written Consent a name change of the Company
The Company filed the requisite Form 14C with the Securities and Exchange Commission providing notice to all the shareholders of this action by the majority shareholders.
filed the amendment to our Articles of Incorporation
Is there an approval time or once submitted to the SEC the name change is completed?
What about the symbol change anyone know how long that will take to happen?
If I was an artist receiving shares I would want my shares to be worth a $1 a piece. So if they are creating great product for the masses then we should be on our way.

"We have built a very strong team that is producing quality product resulting in many orders to date and wholesale accounts worldwide, which we will deliver on, however we want to make sure that all FBC shareholders are receiving fair value as well," said LeClerc. As we continue to increase the brand reputation and presence in the toy industry we will continue to focus on the goals already stated. We plan to finalize our transaction immediately, additionally we are taking extra time to file the 10k in order to finally have our name change and symbol approved."

"First and foremost we are in the process of finalizing our agreement with Super Rad, as FBC has made many payments over the past year, not only toward the Asset Purchase, but also to the business growth in general -- for example, our newly acquired licenses, namely Marvel, Paul Frank, Kewpie, B-Bot, etc. -- as well as to all the operations of Super Rad Toys and the creation of Plastic City Toys, including the website, and Comic Con, both San Diego and New York."

Call Chris and ask him. FBC Holdings, Inc. 585-354-1243
We are working closely with designers and engineers that are currently working or have worked with leading daily deal sites and entertainment corporations. Additionally, "the company expects strong support and growth over the coming year, given the addition of new artists and partners the company will introduce new products, and given the new web platform will enable us to greatly increase our sales," continued LeClerc.
"We feel we have a tremendous opportunity to work with partners that are highly educated and entrenched in the art and toy world, providing a platform that will build and capitalize on the use of social network, as well as industry leading functions and features in order to reach the masses," said Steven Miller, Vice President of Sales.
First and foremost the company will file its 14c for name change, we plan to file within the next ten business days. "We look forward to our name change and branding ourselves going forward," said Christopher LeClerc, President of FBC Holdings.
Was it a great night or even better than you thought?
Hopefully the time is coming? If they do FBCD will be really really cool.
Super Rad Industries/ FBC Holdings is pleased to offer guidance to its share holders. The company plans to report revenues in its quarterly report. "Its been a long time in the making but we have built a toy company that is selling product," said Christopher LeClerc, CEO. LeClerc continues, "we have seen positive demand both from the retail buyers and the wholesale accounts." Plastic City has gained a positive position in the markets and is recognized as a designer toy brand with the ability to take off. Given the exciting plans surrounding future production, and the network that was established, we see no reason to not believe that 2012 is going to a successful year. Currently Plastic City product is being featured in the social media gaming experience being run by GoldRun, giving the company an edge on interactive branding exposure. Building on that the B-bot by Tristan Eaton was recently featured on a CNN report about the artist. The company is excited to move forward with its business plan, including new toys from many of our other major licenses. "We are excited to be in such a great space, working with popular brands and high quality toys, we are fortunate enough to have a great team of people who are so very knowledgeable of the toy industry, and how to build a strong, identifiable toy business," said LeClerc. "We will continue to update shareholders as to the plastic stock exchange amongst many other recent accomplishments," finished LeClerc. The Company is doing everything it can do to file its quarterly report on time, if needed we will file an extension and report in accordance with the timeline.

Super Rad Industries / FBC Holdings is pleased to update shareholders. "We understand it has been a long time since we have last updated, and wanted to take the opportunity to reengage with our shareholders," said Christopher LeClerc, CEO. First and foremost we are in the process of finalizing our agreement with Super Rad, as FBC has made many payments over the past year, not only toward the Asset Purchase, but also to the business growth in general -- for example, our newly acquired licenses, namely Marvel, Paul Frank, Kewpie, B-Bot, etc. -- as well as to all the operations of Super Rad Toys and the creation of Plastic City Toys, including the website, and Comic Con, both San Diego and New York. And I wonder if SuperRad makes any money? Wouldn't that be cool if they did?
I really do. I just don't know if will have to wait another month or not. And why I say another month is that is when the last APA payment is due. Once that is made there is no more disucssion about where is SuperRad, it's here. Then you just think about all that will be released after that.
Stock blockbuster hitting screens this year. Go FBCD!
I feel we have almost a re-release of FBCD. New name and roll out info from there. Don't mind the quiet now expecting it to get loud when the time is right.
My feeling is we got a winner but we wait for the company to drop many updates. Big year and future on its way.
Still think if we get anything Marvel we will hit the .25+ still think that could be the first part of this year.
This thing needs to get back over .01 and get the life back in it. Hopefully I can buy more in the coming days. When news and plans are released we should be back on our way to the .12+
32 days to final payment of APA. Could it be done already? If not we are getting close.
So then investing in Super Rad Toys and having artists creating for licenses obtained this will be a very nice stock to be involved with.
So when FBCD becomes Super Rad Toys. Do you guys think Super Rad Toys is making money?
