Response from LeClerc.
"There are somethings that are bigger than 14 c and reasons for delay is that I would rather take care of shareholders ..... This was unforeseen but very happy about"
"First and foremost the company will file its 14c for name change, we plan to file within the next ten business days. "We look forward to our name change and branding ourselves going forward," said Christopher LeClerc, President of FBC Holdings. We also in the process of finishing the web application that will, not only cater to the toy industry, but more so to the artist community as well, giving both the seller and user an individualized experience. The company is presently in negotiations with potential partners that will enable the user to have a unique and dynamic experience, while at the same time allowing wholesalers to interact with other wholesalers, retailers, consumers, and collectors. "We feel we have a tremendous opportunity to work with partners that are highly educated and entrenched in the art and toy world, providing a platform that will build and capitalize on the use of social network, as well as industry leading functions and features in order to reach the masses," said Steven Miller, Vice President of Sales. We plan to have a solid core of subscribers to both utilize and promote the website. We are working closely with designers and engineers that are currently working or have worked with leading daily deal sites and entertainment corporations. Additionally, "the company expects strong support and growth over the coming year, given the addition of new artists and partners the company will introduce new products, and given the new web platform will enable us to greatly increase our sales," continued LeClerc. Lastly, the company has no plans on new financing, the purpose of the increase was to give the company the opportunity to compensate new hires with equity in lieu of cash. "We are a small growing business, we want to make sure of two things, one that we have cash on hand to grow the business, secondly we want the people that help us build this business to have a stake in its growth, having equity that vests over time is a great way of giving people a stake," said LeClerc."

"Its been a long time in the making but we have built a toy company that is selling product," said Christopher LeClerc, CEO. LeClerc continues, "we have seen positive demand both from the retail buyers and the wholesale accounts." Plastic City has gained a positive position in the markets and is recognized as a designer toy brand with the ability to take off. Given the exciting plans surrounding future production, and the network that was established, we see no reason to not believe that 2012 is going to a successful year. Currently Plastic City product is being featured in the social media gaming experience being run by GoldRun, giving the company an edge on interactive branding exposure. Building on that the B-bot by Tristan Eaton was recently featured on a CNN report about the artist. The company is excited to move forward with its business plan, including new toys from many of our other major licenses. "We are excited to be in such a great space, working with popular brands and high quality toys, we are fortunate enough to have a great team of people who are so very knowledgeable of the toy industry, and how to build a strong, identifiable toy business," said LeClerc. "We will continue to update shareholders as to the plastic stock exchange amongst many other recent accomplishments," finished LeClerc."

"We understand it has been a long time since we have last updated, and wanted to take the opportunity to reengage with our shareholders," said Christopher LeClerc, CEO. First and foremost we are in the process of finalizing our agreement with Super Rad, as FBC has made many payments over the past year, not only toward the Asset Purchase, but also to the business growth in general -- for example, our newly acquired licenses, namely Marvel, Paul Frank, Kewpie, B-Bot, etc. -- as well as to all the operations of Super Rad Toys and the creation of Plastic City Toys, including the website, and Comic Con, both San Diego and New York."

Darkest before the dawn.
Response from LeClerc.
"We paid for all lic so not worried about that..... However we are changing name. Completely and have all artists and others on board."
Response from LeClerc. Email him.
"I think we will be very successful, I don't look at this as a pink sheet stock, I look at it as a business. I plan to build it."
"We have built a very strong team that is producing quality product resulting in many orders to date and wholesale accounts worldwide, which we will deliver on, however we want to make sure that all FBC shareholders are receiving fair value as well," said LeClerc. As we continue to increase the brand reputation and presence in the toy industry we will continue to focus on the goals already stated. We plan to finalize our transaction immediately, additionally we are taking extra time to file the 10k in order to finally have our name change and symbol approved. More so we have been given the opportunity to acquire many new licenses in product areas that are extremely popular here and around the world and are at present negotiating these deals. We expect to have them finalized in the next few weeks. "This company is going to be a success in the toy space, we have the team of industry professionals assembled to make that happen," LeClerc continued. "We have major opportunities on our plate right now, and we are going to maximize them," said Steven Miller, Executive VP of Sales. "Not the least of which is our reputation as a quality company producing well made Toys."

Any updates?
It's time to let loose with an update. Let's hear what Steven Miller has done. Let's see the website. The use of the licenses. The use of the artists they have. We got new products to put out?
No doubt this is going to .25+, that's what I am waiting for.
Yeah if we can get some follow thru on plans we have a big winner. Nice share structure big news. We will see the pennies and we will be back in the .1s .2. & .3 then we have something.
Could go from very quiet to very exciting very fast.
Catalysts are there. Just need to be released.
Seems we could have a big April coming.
Looking for easy .11+ and still holding out for the .25+
Things completed and new products. WOW. Great times for shareholders.
.60+ now there's a good price
I am expecting .25+. If LeClerc uses those licenses and a toy is produced we will have 1000s+% moves here. I continue to be patient.
Very Very Green x-mas 2012.
Is this still a good email for FBCD? I haven't got anything back.
Would Chris start buying back some shares come on. Stock is cheap. Let's get movin on up. Go go go FBCD!!!!
Mass market products = .25+?
Catalysts begin to be released we begin to really climb. May even begin the climb if we breakout of the channel. Still thinking we will be back in the pennies soon with many news releases still coming. I think we have a special opportunity. If news is what I think it is we will break last May's high and set some awesome new highs.
Marvel products? = .25+
Nice share structure. Mass products. Great for shareholders.
Ready to see the share price soar. I am ready to see some company developments. Should be a great year.
I really think we will. Patience will pay off huge.
Lots of hope. Only 10 trading days.
I think others see it too. I see the multiple catalysts coming. When you think about all the positives well that is the position I am in. I bought up in the pennies but have the thought that we will surpass the 52 week high so I think all shareholders will be pleased.
I think that's where we are headed and the artists will help us get there and beyond. I think we have a great opportunity here.
I am here for the big successes. If we get the big news with the share structure we will get the .25+ Man it's been tough being patient.
Still confident still expecting .25+ in the first half of this year. Ready to see the train get rolling.

14c tonite?
Let's see this move get going. Time to breakout.
Is it five days for an extension for the 10Q. So by March 22nd at the latest we would have it?
13 business days until the purchase is complete. There is a lot coming. Let's see the 14c and more news will follow. Should be very exciting around here. Validation of progress and we will move back up where we were last May.
I agree, why would LeClerc put out an update and say he is filing in 10 business days if he wasn't going to do it. He could have waited to put out the update, so I have to think we are going to see it this week. I think we have a lot of news coming our way. Should be good times for shareholders. Finally. Go FBCD.
I am ready for 2012 to blow 2011 52 week high out of the water. Come on LeCLerc take the brakes off this stock give it some gas. Time to get back in the pennies and moving higher.
The potential catalysts here are awesome. Name change completed. apa payments done. PCSE. Licenses. And hoping hoping for a marvel product, OH MAN then it's very real. We'll see that $1 share price for pics.
Either the deal is done or the name change won't be official until the 2nd day of April, either way very close.
