This is indeed shameful.
Is it possible WTWO has become unpumpable (Sp?). The last couple of apparent efforts have certainly failed. A while ago I was just hoping for .01 to exit but now sadly I would be happy with .001, however it sure doesn't look good at this point.
I do miss posters like Jjdiddy because at least his optimism, DD and hope seemed legitimate. It would be nice if this would work out for all the good people out there who invested based on the news and promises made by the company.
If there indeed is another R/S, well I don't even know if words could do justice to describe that action? Shame on the company and it's treatment of shareholders over the years. Waiting to be proven wrong and for them to come through but been waiting a longggggg time.
Cheers and well, lets hope for the best!!!

Thanks besidestillwater,
Hoping this is the start of much positive news to come. I'll certainly settle for 50 as in 2thefuture's scenario!
Good luck to all of us in this next phase of the company or maybe the new beginning.

It's nice to see they are putting the A/S to only 25,000,000 which maybe indicates they don't have any need / plans to dilute too much afterwards, relatively speaking.
Does anyone know what we're looking at currently for O/S shares?
Thanks
Tcubed
This can't really be a surprise to anyone here can it?
I guess it beats putting the news out at the end of day Friday!
Regardless of what management or others here have been saying it was inevitable that an R/S would happen with the amount of O/S and A/S out.
I'm sure it was the plan all along but I'm just hoping it's timed for notification of the certs and sales. If that's the case then it's all relative and it shouldn't matter in regards to coming out of this with a nice profit.
IF it's like the majority of other penny stocks out there who R/S then start diluting all over again then yes we are sc!#wed.
I believe I got in this when the O/S shares were below 400,000 and certs were just around the corner, so yes 500 to 1 does sting.
Regardless, it should make for some interesting comments around here for the next little while.
SGR, you out there?
Tcubed
Where's SGR...
Be nice to see him return as he last mentioned March of 2013 was when he believed things would start to happen with MMTC. He seemed to be more in the know than most so lets hope he's right.
Been a longggg wait and it would be great to get a steady share price increase soon in return for our investment support in MMTC these past few years. It's time!
The current number of O/S shares still bothers me due to the significant increase from when I first invested but with employees having most of those locked up we'll see what happens.
Cheers,
tcubed
I don't think we'll get news till after the New Year.
SGR seemed to have as close a connection to this company as anyone here and when he came out in September (October) and referenced no news this year (in his opinion), it's unfortunately looking like he may be right.
This has been a frustrating ride based on all the talk of Certs last January, February and the subsequent delays. My only concern now is the amount of outstanding shares compared to when I first invested in the company. I now own more shares in this than I do in any other stock but it seems small when compared to the O/S. I know others here don't think it will happen but I live in fear of the R/S or even that the company will try and go private based on the amount of shares they own. (Don't know enough about it to know if it's even possible but I do worry nonetheless). Although an R/S wouldn't be bad if it was done just as news of Certs and sales were announced as then I don't think we would have to worry about more dilution prior to the trip up. But in penny stock land the R/S all to often leads to a cycle of dilution where us little guys lose out!
I'm basically 'All In' as I love the potential of this stock and will wait it out for Certs, sales and the ride up or until it craps out.
I just keep hoping this is my once in a lifetime stock that brings a nice early retirement. Sooner rather than later would obviously make me much happier.
Cheers and Merry Christmas to you all. May 2013 be our year!

I think some of you are just experiencing what us long longs have had to endure for 11+ years. There's been many promises, fluffy news releases and hope over the years with the same end result...nada in regards to sales and revenue. This company has shown no signs of ever having any respect for its shareholders. Maybe their actions are on purpose or perhaps they are unintentional actions by people trying to build a successful company or maybe...?
I still cling to a faint hope that in spite of themselves management actually does have some tangible cutting edge products that will someday soon create significant, proven, audited revenue that will cause a sharp rise in share price. The sad thing is I could have easily said the same thing year after year since the early 2000's.
I have been through the R/S's and all the BS and this investment now has become more of a morbid curiosity. Despite all of which I have endured I will be the first to thank those involved with W2 Energy should the company truly amount to something and not only make me money but actually contribute to society with clean energy solutions. If this all proves to be 'kaka' then I hope all those involved are held accountable (Karma).
I'm at a point now through averaging down where a penny will get me close to even and I may jump ship but who knows if it will ever hit that again or just maybe we will all be rewarded for investing our hard earned money into this enigma of a company!
I certainly don't begrudge any of the bashers here if they have been through half of what I have in following and investing in the company (they do have reasons to be bitter) nor do I look down on new investors because after all this is a sub penny 'pink sheet' stock and we all know (knew) the risks getting in.
Good luck to us all.

Thanks stevebf. Yes bmo has high fees as well. I'll look into rbc as the girlfriend uses them.

You're welcome. My schedule doesn't always allow me to be able to post it regularly when it's pertinent but I know it's handy or at least of interest for people to see what's going on in level 2 during the day.
Cheers

Yes, I've been sitting on my shares for quite sometime now but I'm at a point where I would like to add some more. I personally would love to purchase them for 0.002 but I don't know if that opportunity is going to present itself.
Cheers

ilenes, your input is always welcome and appreciated. Think tensions are just a bit high around here lately. Will be real nice to have this wrapped up soon but who knows.
Good luck to us all!

I've signed as well.

Wow, Nice Day!
Looking forward to how this unfolds in the next few months and of course the subsequent reflection in share value.
Cheers,

Thanks very much for taking the time to make contact and for all the inquiries you made.
Good to hear some of the feedback and lets hope for a string of positive news releases in the not so distant future.
Thanks again,
Cheers

On the positive,
This doesn't take away from the huge potential of the company. One must factor in the value based on the O/S shares, the current share price and then the potential.
Worst case scenario but maybe a necessary evil is a R/S. I'm counting on a 100 to 1 R/S in the near future and any more shares that I purchase will take that into consideration. I think we are close enough to revenues that we will all make money even with a R/S as it won't be a scenario where they'll need to keep diluting for too much longer afterwards before revenues are coming in. At least I hope that's the case.
This is just life in the pinkies but as mentioned before I still think the potential of this company is huge and there is money to be made at the current share price, just maybe not the home run people were / are looking for.
All IMHO
Cheers,
tcubed
Yikes, that O/S is a little shocking. Was going to place an order this morning but glad I held off. I think there has to be a r/s in the near future based on the current O/S and dilution and sadly in my opinion it will happen well before we ever see 50 cents as discussed previously. Still a believer in the company but although they are not your typical pink stock in regards to potential they certainly are when it comes to diluting.
IMO
tcubed
Nice to see more posting here lately.
What's the harm in owning a few shares. If you play the lottery then why not buy some shares as the cost of admission is quite cheap at this point. Might lose it all but on the other hand...
There are some very unfortunate souls who own shares at a substantially higher prices prior to all this mess. They are fighting hard to preserve their money and we are just riding along on their coat tails hoping for a big payoff.
I know I wouldn't be without some just to see how this plays out.
Cheers and lets hope for a good summer!

Sure is a puzzling time. I wish SGR was around as he seemed to have a good relationship with Brennan and might be able to give us further insight as to the current events?
I didn't actually care for the way SGR left, of course it's his business, but it would have been nice to have a short explanation given how he had put so much effort into supplying us with updates, etc right up until he left. With SGR leaving the way he did, he must have known it would have created some doubts and questions amongst the people he so kindly kept informed for so long.
SGR leaving the board and Brennan stepping down within a short time of each other without much information is enough to put some butterflies in the stomach but of course the fundamentals haven't changed with the company and we are so close to having the big 3 Certs, updates on financing and hopefully an onslaught of great news.
Cheers everybody,
tcubed
Ahh, welcome back Chartman17, now if we can just get SGR back here then let the fun begin. Hope tax season was good to you. Good things expected in the very short term and I'm getting excited.
Go MMTC!
