Ovidius: Your Statue.
Last May my wife & I were walking the streets of Sulmona, a beautiful small town in Italy. In the middle of the Piazza was your statue, commemorating your birth 2000 ago. It was immediately obvious to me that you were thinking how to poeticly say: when will the FDA approve CTUM's 510k filing?

Schwab SSP show a 1 (100) share at $.96 at 16:00!! That was
up 8 cents from a 300 share trade at 15:30. Thanks to someone!
lowman,
my Schwab SSP did report a $.99 100 share (1) at 15:59, thus
my 'thank you' post#12836. However, the closing trade
was reported as $.90.
I think your trade did not get reported since it was less
than 1 (100).
Oh well, at least it's making today an UP day!!
Much Thanks to the Borad member who bought at $.99
to hold up the price!!!
Some impatience is showing-up. A 2500 trade at $.88 occurred at 12:54. Can't blame the buyer...but why would anyone sell
at $.88 ?
Thanks for this post Maddog!! Very encouraging for
LTC's world wide opportunities.
Actually I meant we baby-sat baby Brooks for about 90 hours
while his Mom & Dad (my daughter & husband) went off for an
adult weekend.......love the kid but sure was glad to return
him to his mama!
Maddog,
Thanks for your post on the 144 stock restrictions...good
research!
(I'm just getting caught-up....we had our 21 month old grandson since 5 PM last Friday thru this morning...I'm
exhausted!)
Cass
Male,
Several reasons...the first thoughts could be that issuing more shares is dilutive and that $.70 is too low. And as Tex said, those who set a goal to make 50% when they bought in around 65 cents may want to get out.
There have been no trades in the last hour & a-half, holding at 96 cents.
This is fantastic news. Cornell provided us with an Equity Credit Line when we needed it to survive. Because of their association with Death Spiral Financing, Equity Credit Lines are detrimental to obtaining legitmate financing. DR & Jones did an outstanding job in obtaining financing with Empire. Empire will have their loans paid-back with LTC IPO shares at half price. Then we'll be ready for Wall Street big-boy financing. Getting rid of Cornell at any cost would be good...DR & Jones did it for only 70 cents a share...what a deal!!
Thanks Maddog....that was an excellent post!!
Maddog, You're correct, I did confuse the issue with the FDA clock. Thanks for the FDA link...that was helpful. Since we are now 104 days into our July 2nd 510 filing, do you think we have received a formal AI letter? That would be part of the "normal FDA filing process" Don referred to in his letter to shhrs. We just need to be patient.
Yes, the waiting is on. Patience is a must for us longs.
It's my understanding that when the FDA asks questions, the clock starts over for their required responce. We have to conclude that questions have been asked since the 90 day
October 2nd curfew has long pasted. I'm pleased the PPS has not dropped back to the 70-80 range. Patience, Patience.
I'm new to this board. I've read the past two weeks' postings and I'm extremely impressed by depth of the analysis and understand of CTUM & LTC. Many MBs are cesspools, but this one is intelligent and respectful. I've been buying CTUM for the past twenty months and have recommended it to my brothers and close friends(which is against house rules supervised by my wife, due to previous bad results). After FDA approval, I may even send an email to Cramer.
Another way to view the recent sell-off: CTUM has gone from the 70's to the 90's in a few days...wow!!
