I think first the company receives an uplist date from Nasdaq. My prediction was that the company PRs that date tomorrow for a possible uplist date this week or early next week. At least that’s what I’ve seen in the past. We shall see..

So the latest interpretation now for Nasdaq is that we must close above $3 for so many days in a row? To have a minimum $4 bid on the day of uplisting is no longer the requirement? Or are these two separate things? I need to go back and reread it again myself. Thanks.

My wife and I both had orders in at 2.50 through her ameritrade and my etrade. And neither of us got filled! Kinda pissed.

Oh no quite the opposite. I think you’re the real deal, and when I heard you talk about the company using paid pumpers, I got a little uneasy. Everything I’ve seen so far from this company seems to indicate they don’t do that, in fact they seem to under promote the stock.

As long as you have a minimum bid price of $4 on the day you are listed, so I don’t think this means anything for us. That was from research that ES posted as well. Right, ES?

True, the only proof I’ve seen of their knowledge is someone from the nih signed their name on our 8k.

My guess part of it could be worry of uplisting not happening since many believed that the first 4 out of 6 steps were already completed on the date of the PR.

I’m with you! I don’t want to speak for the majority of us fortunate 15-20 who know this company even exists, but I’m guessing that most of us are pretty loaded and have had a chance to load for quite some time at much lower prices.

I’m confused guys. I hear a lot of seasoned traders say you can’t short on the otc. And the other half swear that you can!
