What was that I posted, something like 80+ million in naked shorts, that might be wanting to cover....... SOON, like now!!!
Well my brokerage duly listed the press release about the interview, and my Google alert for LLEG diligently sent me a email about the same.
A google may or may not be research, but my search did reveal all the major news services were listing the event. I appologise for not searching through the entire 900+ listing, as I have been plowing snow with my tractor and "New Santa Delivered, electric Socks" most of the day, I don't know what is wrong with that weatherman, I told him we didn't have room for any more.
That is a "Good thing" as Matilda would say.
"Electric Socks"
David
I did a google on Smallcap Rapp, and came up with 996 results ad it appears all the business news out-fits are carrying the interview with LLEG on the news.
Yeah, you'll be up big time tomorrow.
Almost 8 million shares went through at 16:04:35
at $0.009, which is where we will open at tomorrow.
Howard, what are you doing up again???
I'd swear some people have 2. Anyway, after a nap, and due consideration, the only conclusion I can come up with, is that the IR firm and the auditor were not in the picture before, and that equals added exspenses. If the float has been increased, it stands to reason that the added expenses had to be funded.
I would hire the IR firm first and the auditor second, and after the IR firm is hired, you can believe all press releases are going to be managed by them, as well as other scheduled events.
“The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.”
Like I said, that is why you hire an IR for, to figger out what is the best thing to do, and the best way to do it.
They are the experts, and they are paid to find the best thing to do, for the best way to grow the company.
You hire a IR firm, to guide you through the uplisting and a RS if it is in the interest of the company. If I was in the mangagement, I would have hired the IR right after I made the announcement of the intent, and now the IR would be running the PR's and the up-listing excetera.
That would account for the increase in the float, maybe???
MWM, think about it, if your being shorted, and you have a plan, what better way to suck the shorts in hook line and sinker, than increase the float????
ROFLMAO
What I think, is the IR firm has a plan to attack the shorts, The Shorts worst nightmare, would be a RS, with PR's on uplisting and Finacial Backing by Wallstreet... The throw in a settlement on the NH project, and you are going to see somebody wanting 80 million sahres PLUS, in a big way.
IMHO, I think we are going to see a concerted effort to squeeze the shorts til they scream.

Well try buyins.net.
Well you want to add that to the about 80 million short shares out there.
Just remember, what goes around comes around. We get good news and head up, guess who is gonna be buyin to cover their @sses???
We might get another few % points of bounce, just from the Shorts trying to cover.
ROFLMAO
Do your own DD and make your judgements based on that, not someones else's. Stamp out naked shorts.

1 good PR should knock the shorts out of the picture IMHO.
I think LLEG is well positioned to handle the shorts this year, and will.

Naked shorts $ interest in LLEG was up 10 fold from Nov. '06 to Dec. '06
Naked short season is upon us, not to worry, Dec and Jan. is the traditional Naked short season for LLEG for the last 2 years.
I like your view Renee. I was suprised by the volume yesterday, as we had so few poster's here. We are not on the front page of Ihub again today, as yesterday, for the number of posts. Which I guess means a lot of posters are still on Holiday.
The major markets ought to be a real spectacle with the EOY tax sales whathaveyou.

On the 12th, you said it was 1,036,880,614. Now, on the 26th, we have 1,213,317,185 which some of that was private placement. How much is left that is authorised?
Like I said, alot want to buy down here, but few want to sell.
I am showing 7 bids for 11 and 1 sell for 12.
I am gonna take a nap, About $4,500.00 worth of trades in an hour and a half, 3 and a half million shares.
Absolutely, when I was in Switzerland, the Skiers were always going in to have drink, they said they were getting some oil for the corners.
Well there went about a million for 12, the bids don't seem to be thin down here, unnlike the ask's. I still show 3 seperate bids fo 12 and only 1 ask for 13, 14, and 16.
Don't know what is going on here, but the trend is your friend right?
And the trend is, not a lot want to sell here, but more than a few want to buy.
I don't know what you are looking at, but I have 12 and 14
The asks appear to be very thin down here. I would look for to get thicker above 15.
I don't know, we have a pretty good base well above where we are now. With this valume at this time of year, I don't think we are seeing anything important happening here.
I wish Cylcone would stop playing with his Christmas loot, and get on the job and give us an update, or one of the PR's we been waithing on.
Low volume is right, a million shares haven't traded and we've been open an hour.
Well you better have a drink, you seem a little edgy to me.
Looks like it is just you and me Howard, I guess more than a few had too much Holiday Cheer.
Poor old Goat I had for 15/20 years passed away yesterday. Best damn goat I ever had, she'd yell if anyone was getting into any serious stuff. Never saw a goat quite like her before. I mean every goat I ever saw, just has a natural instinct to go for what they not supposed to go for, and you can't cuss them, or they will be back doing it again in a heartbeat, so I always just told them were really good Goats no matter what they were up to. Seemed to work.
Watching Goats, I came to the conclusion, that if you could somehow save the Goats, the Devil would be close behind.
Well somebody showed up and painted the 13, Hey, Monday it was 14 before the close BS, take it up a peg.
Yup, Santa borught me a whole bag full.
Did you see Mondays close? Over 5 million came in at the close for 12 when the bid ask was 13 and 14. Still looks kinda silly doesn't it? Bid is still 13 and the ask is still 14.
Where's Cyclone & Company??? Ain's he supposed to be out here painting this thing so it don't look so silly?
That was it, the after hours came in just before after hours, she's all over til Thursday.
Not bad considering what day it is, suprised anyone was out on Christmas EVE.
The same to you, and may good health be with you and everyone, though-out the comming year and to the end of this year
It somebody's high tech trading platform that let's them sit up on the Index's. They get the bid/ask before it ever gets to the MM or the brokerage houses. Some of the trading programs are set to dump what they did all day, at the EOD.
You got to admit, the board looks wierd, bids are 13 and ask's are 14 and last sale is 12...
Nope, they just sucked up about a third of the volume today. Last week they were getting about 10 million a day, but that large of a percentage of the days volume.
Here's an Angel Story........
When four of Santa's elves got sick, and the trainee elves did not produce the toys as fast as the regular
ones, Santa was beginning to feel the pressure of being behind schedule. Then Mrs. Claus told Santa that her Mom was coming to visit. This stressed Santa even more.
When he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two had jumped the fence and were out, heaven knows where. More stress. Then when he began to load the sleigh one of the boards cracked, and the toy bag fell to the ground and scattered the toys.
So, frustrated, Santa went into the house for a cup of apple cider and a shot of rum. When he went to the cupboard, he discovered that the elves had hidden
the liquor, and there was nothing to drink. In his frustration, he accidentally dropped the cider pot, and it broke into hundreds of little pieces all over the kitchen floor. He went to get the broom and
found that mice had eaten the straw end of the broom.
Just then the doorbell rang, and irritable Santa trudged to the door. He opened the door, and there was a little angel with a great big Christmas tree.
The angel said, very cheerfully, 'Merry Christmas, Santa. Isn't it a lovely day? I have a beautiful tree for you. Where would you like me to stick it?'
And so began the tradition of the little angel on top of the Christmas tree.
