Whats that, something you eat?
WTF!!!!! I leave for a few minutes and you people have lost your minds...... 63 !!!!!!!!
Your crazy................. but RICH ROFLMAO
Well I have to admit, I owe Mike a drink if I ever come across him.
In 20 minutes we've done a 1/3 of yesterdays Volume!!!!!!!!!!!!
So much for 1st level of resistance at 41
http://charts3.barchart.com/procal.asp?sym=LLEG
Get out of the way, fire in the hole, 20
million shares in 5 minutes!!!!
I agree Zoom, it is not a matter of if, but when.
This Company will have an incrediable PE when it starts producing. Berlin alone should generate a gross of over $120 million annually, If the Homeland peoples poultry plant is part of the JV, then we have a pontential gross income of over $250 Million annually under one roof, and probably a potential for $120 million in grants from the Federal gov't.
As it stands now, I am very happy to plunk down my paltry sum with the $100 Million LLEG has managed to raise for it's project and am thrilled if I am betting with Homeland's $100+ million they committing to their project.
Thanks Cyclone, it would be nice if we atleast had something concrete as to the share structure, do you think the MM would clear this up for us?
Didn't there used to be 700,000.00+ restricted shares?
You have to report to the sec if you own 5% or more, I don;t know about pennies.
Well it's no secret that Homeland is from UK, and I would suspect all of their inlaws and outlaws will end up OWNING LLEG's outstanding shares.
Come to think of it, if they can afford a $100 million $ Plant, they will probably end up owning ALL of LEGG in the end. 2 billion at $0.0037 = $7,400,000.00 sheesh
I suspect, all the inlaws and outlaws of Homeland and Assoc. are buying out all the LLEG shares.
Homeland owners & associates would be FOOLS not to pick up money on the table here........ at least all of their inlaws and outlaws would be fools not to.
Get em while their hot, tommorrow they will cost more!!!
Up and away, there is no way anybody does NOT want to be in this stock... the upside is to great, and we KNOW it's coming, SOON.
All I got out of it, was he mentioned funding 3(three) times on his blog. I figured it must have been damn GOOD funding.
It means $100,000,000.00+ project is DOABLE for Homeland. I wish that damn Mike would tell us how much "FUNDING" HE HAS ACCESS TO.
Well it ain't gonna get significantly cheaper in the days ahead.
Resistance at $0.0037, is now at $0.0041 and $0.0045
http://charts3.barchart.com/procal.asp?sym=LLEG
yer right, I wish I knew how much "Funding" Mike got.
Well I hope the flippers are making enough to pay the extra tax bite they pay on short term gains,as opposed to long term tax.
I guess it would be safe to say, we have a new round of investors who are getting in cheap.
My guess is the trend is your friend, and although there is no downside to taking profits, there is no reason to take them when the trend is up.
barcharts can't stay up with the price, but the reccommendation is up 18% to 100% buy today, from 88% yesterday.

I hope the PR it. It should be.
It's not etrade, it the MM, they pick and choose what they want to buy and sell, and at what price.
$0.0024 is pivot point and second level of resistance.

Just wondering how someone could sell 25,000 shares for $50 and make any money, after paying brokerage fee's comming and going? Assumming they paid at least $15 plus for fees. profit >$35.00 $35.00/25,000=$0.0014. So even if they bought at $0.0005, that would be only $12.50 profit, which would be less that the brokerage made.
How do you sell 25,000 at .002 ($50.00)?
If you did, does that mean you bought 25,000 at ?, who made money, your brokerage?
I dunno, I hope it isn't like the Berlin thing, and they have go through all the enviromental stuff. If they don't, then all it amounts to is a standard transaction I would think.
What I like, is the 3 times Mike mentions funding in his blog, you'd think he was happy or something... Really happy.....
http://laidlawenergy.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Hey, I am happy, REALLY happy.
I wouldn't think so long, As mentioned ON THE BLOG, funding is in place, so there will proably be no need to mediate the terms 3 ways.
FUNDING, FUNDING, FUNDING...... GREAT!!!
Give it a break, LLEG committed to buy a 10 MW plant and donate it to the JV.
Do you have any idea what a 10 MW plant is worth?
Goldman's bought 1/2 interest in US geothermal's 10 MW plant for $34 Mil.
Do you suppose LLEG is gonna get some value for it's contributions, which evidently aren't limited to the 10 MW plant?
The entire float is worth $3+ mil at the moment, and the remaing less than a billion shares are worth less than a $1 MIl.
A 10 MW plant has to be worth many 10's of Millions.
The Management IS NOT PUMPING THIS STOCK, AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING OUT DETAILS, BUT I KNOW THE MARKET VALUE OF THESE PLANTS, AND IT IS MANY TIMES WHAT THE ENTIRE FLOAT IS SELLING FOR TODAY.
Why they would dilute when they just got funding doesn't make sense.
In the last 2 days, 300+ million shares have traded.
ASK SIDE is really thin, 1 at 13, 1 at 14, 1 at 15 and 2 at 16
I wouldn't expect dilution, since fundung and excet is being supplied by Homeland... Probably the money for the purchase of the 10 MW plant.... which means "CASH FLOW"
"In connection with the joint venture, Homeland has also agreed to make an equity investment in the joint venture which will provide capital for development as well as proceeds to Laidlaw in consideration for the contribution of several of Laidlaw's development projects to the portfolio of HLE."

Not gonna be much of a suprise, shouldn't take long to close on the 10 MW plant.
Sage, you did say up, right, well, I guess we been down so long, that down looks like up to some folks, specially those with a .0012 ask. LOL GLTY
Thank Sage, I imagine the 10 MW will go through, I can't imagine Mike signing something that isn't do-able.
As for Berlin, I would think that just the "Chance" to file on a 65MW plant would be worth $10 Mil, because I am sure it was a pretty penny that went into getting to this point, to much to screw it up.
