You do that, in the meantime as long as they continue to adhere to the business plan and plan strategic growth and iniatives i dont believe the source of financing will ever really matter in the long term. Could it have been a more favorable situation, maybe. But for now it's what we have. My son was determined to buy his first car on his own, he paid like 34% interest because he had no credit.
Even though I think MMRF is making strides in growing a very viable business, it's still a credit risk on paper. As the revenue starts to match up with projections and q/q yoy numbers improve we will be eligible for better financing , maybe we will even get to the point where financing is obsolete and MMRF IS A debt free entity.
short or long there are very good prospects here.
In theory you make sense , but you have no proof that it's happening. So to continue saying it over and over every day is pointless. Now if you can validate that, I'm all ears!
I agree with you that the STOCK has acted differently, personally as i said before , i believe we sometimes establish and fulfill our own fears, from there the F-U-D just keeps spreading.
That was a hypothetical scenario by the way--
its me selling to you and Ez buying shares from madoff and so on and so on. sometimes we are our own demise, a self fullfilling prophecy if you will.
I dont care if you are happy or sad or mad or glad -we can argue -bash- glorify -do cartwheels or spit fire balls ! I dont care what goes on as long as its about MMRF!
By the way the marine corp -submarines and the navy have nothing to do with MMRF!!!
20-30,000 is high volume?? Thats not dilution, its me selling to you and Ez buying shares from madoff and so on and so on. sometimes we are our own demise, a self fullfilling prophecy if you will.
I have seen no proof of any major dilution , nor have I seen any proof that duchess is doing anything to effect the pps.
Am i a happy shareholder?
Do buisiness plans take time?
Is our plan the right plan?
would i like to see more price appreciation in relation to value?
Am i unsure of the future of MMRF?
Would I buy more shares today?
We all have different objectives/opinions, as to who is right vs wrong , well thats another story
The problem is that there is no proof that this has anything to do with duchess, My thoughts is that its just the bad taste of duchess versus them physically doing anything. I also dont think pps is what always matters to investors. Nonetheless we have some ground to cover as far as price appreciation goes, but fundamentally I STILL BELIEVE SLOW AND STEADY WILL WIN THE RACE.(JMHO)
Why is it so hard to keep this board on topic, I read these post's everyday and sometimes wonder if this isn't the second grade.
For now on I will personally delete any post that isn't MMRF STOCK specific.
So if your mad about your posts getting deleted, I am the guy to see.
Hopefully we can keep this simple and stay on topic.

Let's for a second say your theory is true {hypothetically) what do you propose doing about it. I personally won't buy any shares until I KNOW what direction we shall travel(price wise)but believe wholly in the advancing fundamentals of our final destination-(JMHO)
It is if he does it 10 -20 times, which he will , becuase he was burnt while on his cruise and now deep down owes him--trader at heart, NO IF'S AND'S OR BUT'S about it- I even recall Hank saying he will get all his money back and then some at any cost.
Now, I will say times are troubling and performance is lackluster to say the least and that Ron and the boys have some kissing and making up to do to us shareholders. So I dont blame Hank for doing what he does, but wouldnt mind if ya let it go more than a penny up before ya cash out-buyers = volume-volume precedes price -price creates buyers and buyers increase money flow win-win for the team!
I know many here have been burnt ,myself included, but I do believe there is a lot to look forward to in the not so distant future {JMHO)
I WAS HOPING IT WAS JUST A BAD DREAM, great company -good people -bad timing!
Too many free shares were given away to people who never deserved them or earned them. I love Ron and I know the potential is there, yes the market never seems to meet deep down in the middle and we are always up against some type of tide.
My hopes are that as the economy comes back and the noose gets a little slack from the oil patch neck, that are presence will become more apparent as I firmly believe the thirst for oil is as strong as ever.
Deep down is an outstanding company with amazing ideas - I just dont know if we will ever make it as a public company- as always only time will tell--lol!
ok back under my tree for a nap!!!
Added my pitch for the company today, I believe more than ever that we are in the right place at the right time. The operative word here is TIME. What individuals choose to believe in, represent or associate with is a matter of choice. Investing is much like gardening, in that you must give to get , be patient and in time you will reap what you sow.
From Ben Graham--The basic ideas of investing are to look at stocks as business, use the market's fluctuations to your advantage, and seek a margin of safety. That’s what Ben Graham taught us. A hundred years from now they will still be the cornerstones of investing
My Pitch: "Everyone is always talking about the good ole days, the way we used to do things and remember when. What this transformation will do to society, is what the atm or the computer did. Today's world is about Convenience, the easy way and less work -more fun mentality. This will be the way of the future"
P~R~O~O~F
YOU need to bring forth FACTUAL EVIDENCE in these allegations, otherwise it's nothing more than heresay or just your plain ole opinion.
Could duchess be doing what you claim and be selling through alternate sources using phantom shares to short, I suppose anything is possible and that all sides should be looked at.
For you to say you were a buyer and now your not is your perogitive, but to say its because you KNOW what duchess is doing is a pile of crap!
I believe that there could of been alternatives to duchess but for whatever reason B.L. chose them and as an investor you either go with the plan or simply do not invest in the idea.
Someone will always be right or wrong, maybe someday you can say i told you so, but for now its like every other opinion and stinks like the proverbial stinkhole that it comes from, and of course this is just my opinion as well! good luck
REALLY??
wild daily price swings that have no seeming connection to anything.

I don't see a seat belt on that saddle-as far as whats going on, its called impatience! OF COURSE THIS IS ALL IN MY MOST HONEST AND HUMBLE OPINION

what about it??
I don't understand why everyone is so impatient. This is a very good long term hold. I'm not in it for pennies, I'm waiting on dollars
I ask myself that everyday and am glad others see and feel it too.
But this being the otc, its only normal that a penny earned is 4 pennies lost, most here wouldnt know an investment if it hit them upside the head. Of course and as always "this is just MY opinion!)
Nice post and welcome Ernie

1. CMS: We'll publish our 'Meaningful Use' final rule by July 14
By Wendy Johnson Comment | Forward | Twitter | Facebook | LinkedIn
Many dates have been thrown around regarding when CMS plans to publish its final rule for meaningful use. This highly anticipated regulation, of course, will spell out how providers and organizations can become eligible for HITECH's electronic health record incentive payments.
Some news outlets have reported that July 13 is the magic date. That sounds about right, give or take a few days. FierceEMR spoke with a CMS official directly involved in writing and publishing the final regulation, and she assures us that although there's no "official" publication date (CMS missed its own self-imposed June 30 deadline), "I would be very surprised if it's published any later than July 14."
"We hoped to have it out by the end of June, but it's looking more like mid-July," the official told us this week. "There are so many moving parts and so many people are involved. This is a long regulation." No doubt! The proposed rule was thicker than many novels. We expect nothing less from the final reg.
CMS also plans to unveil its plan for aligning its Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) with the EHR incentive program in mid-July. "We propose to include many ARRA core clinical quality measures in the PQRI program, to demonstrate meaningful use of EHR and quality of care furnished to individuals," CMS states in an advanced copy of the proposed reg, CMIO magazine reports. "We propose the selection of these measures to meet the requirements of planning the integration of PQRI and EHR reporting."

GRS, a novel member of the Bcl-2 gene family, is highly expressed in multiple cancer cell lines and in normal leukocytes.
Kenny JJ, Knobloch TJ, Augustus M, Carter KC, Rosen CA, Lang JC
The Ohio State University Hospitals, Arthur G James Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Columbus 43210, USA.
Our laboratory previously described the independent isolation of the fibroblast growth factor 4 (FGF-4) gene by NIH3T3 transformation assay using DNA from a patient with CML leukemia (Lucas et al., 1994). The FGF-4 gene was truncated by DNA rearrangement with a novel gene named GRS. In this manuscript we describe isolation of GRS cDNA and show by sequence comparison that GRS is a novel member of the Bcl-2 gene family. Northern analysis shows expression of the gene in normal human tissue to be largely restricted to the hematopoietic compartment. Analysis of the pattern of gene expression in cancer cell lines demonstrates GRS is expressed in hematopoietic malignancies and in melanoma. The chromosomal location of GRS has also been determined. The gene is positioned on chromosome 15 within bands q24-25.

What’s Going on in my head…
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Part of the job of being CEO of a public company is I get to interact with a rather large extended family of shareholders, employees and vendors. In fact, I look forward to meeting some of you at the Company’s upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting this coming Tuesday. Invariably the question asked is “What’s going on in your head and how are things going at MMR?” The answer is simple. Read my to do list for today.
To Do List:
1) Daily morning briefing with Nihilent (India) development update.
2) Follow-up with Verizon/MMR application development program.
3) Get update from Rich on 34 doctor MMRPro system operating at surgical center.
4) Meeting with Hector Barreto with Medical Association Reseller in LA office.
5) Telecom with Doug Helm and Jillian (in China) regarding Chartis Lunch in Shanghai Friday and translations for Kodak resellers.
6) Get update on Unis Tech support deal with HP from Jeff.
7) Kodak conference call with Jim & Brian regarding authorize branding the Kodak MMRPro system.

The other question I get asked is what keeps me up at night? The answer is thinking about my To Do list for the next day.. I am excited about the progress this Company makes on a day to day basis.
I often reflect on how things come to you when you least expect them. Last Monday was one of those days. The June 7th issue of the New York Times had an article in Money & Policy entitled “Doctors and Hospitals Say Computerized Records Are Unrealistic.”
I think it was a gift to MMR. The article states that despite the tens of billions of dollars provided to doctors and hospitals to computerize medical records “the eligibility criteria proposed by the Obama administration are so strict and so ambitious that hardly any doctors or hospitals can meet them.”
This is the unfortunate truth. However we think that it’s Good News because the article also made the point that doctors and hospitals agree that electronic records can save lives by reducing medical errors and continue adopting this technology. The call is away from an all-or-nothing approach under HITECH We believe MMRGlobal has the best Personal Health Record and Physician Document Management systems that anyone can set up and immediately use from anywhere in the world. They work today nd it does not take billions in hardware or software to use it. In fact, you can set up an account faster than you can read the article at http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/08/health/policy/08health.html
P.S. Kira is hosting the Green Room on the Daytime Emmy Awards June 27th on CBS. The show will be live from the Las Vegas Hilton. I am one of the Executive Producers and MMR is an event sponsor. So if any of you are looking for an excuse to join us in Las Vegas email info@mmrmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request for tickets. The proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Feed The Children.

The 161 has nothing to do with it, 2 months ago there were 2,870 shareholders per the 10 k
go back to the previous year
Holders
As of April 10, 2009, we had approximately 1,960 stockholders, including beneficial owners of the common stock whose shares are held in the names of various dealers, clearing agencies, banks, brokers and other fiduciaries, which includes an additional 168 registered stockholders of record of our common stock as a result of the Merger.
THATS GROWTH YOY, the only way to prove different is to call the transfer agent and see if that number has gone up or down since March.
Also the average buy price based on the 3 biggest volume days over the last 2 years would be roughly .168, feel free to go to stockcharts .com or any other viable source and see that information for yourself.
IMHO saying that 90% + mmrf shareholders are green would be an accurate statement, less as you said, a few momentum buyers here and there.
I have personally bought shares at .07 and I have bought shares at .28. (no regrets)
c'mon rain, thats kinda an overly simplistic way of looking at it.1st i really don't believe their are that many hoders from 2 years ago(before everyone pipes in i said not many, not none, several of us are longtime ex fvrl holders

I trust you can figure this out and ITS FROM THE 10 K!

You will have to call him and ask these questions yourself and the visits were in Channelview ,Texas. My point in the previous post was that they aren't going to call you, you'll grow old and gray waiting. Everything I saw and was told was the truth and I still believe that although they are not the most publicly outspoken group of managers, they are doing the job which they set out to do. I choose to look at a bigger picture, both past and present where the global economy has thrown many curveballs our way. In spite of it all they have continued to move forward, perhaps its you that should be more proactive in finding the truth,if thats truly your intentions.

The Company has redundancy across all levels of its infrastructure and maintains back up servers housed in a separate data center, more than 100 miles from the main production data center. In the event the production data center becomes inoperative, traffic is routed to the backup data center. Access to the facility's data center areas is tightly controlled, requiring individuals to be authenticated with Smart Card access and biometric scans. The data center also protects data loss and corruption through full power back-up systems.

Disaster Recovery Plan
We have a disaster recovery plan in place that is designed to ensure the safekeeping of records stored in a user's MyMedicalRecords PHR, MyESafeDepositBox, MyMedicalRecordsMD and MMRPatientView accounts, while maintaining continuity of our services should our main server site be affected by a natural or man-made disaster. We have a standby disaster recovery site over 100 miles away from the facility housing our main production servers. We backup the database holding our customers' records to servers housed in this "hot" standby disaster recovery site so that both systems contain identical information on a near-real-time basis. In addition, our main production site has redundancy measures built-in at all levels of the infrastructure and is designed to facilitate maximum availability of our product websites.

Here is what I was looking for, SECURE AND SAFE
Add this info about mymedicalrecords.com to that and secure is an under-statement.
The company's servers are housed in a data center in a building that features two and one-half foot thick poured concrete floors, walls and ceilings providing the ability to withstand a direct tornado hit.
A dry moat surrounds the building to protect it against attempted sabotage.
Access to the facility's data center area is tightly controlled, requiring individuals to be authenticated with iris scanning technology (retinal scans) and Smart Card access.
Extremely Secure
The security and encryption technology that underlies MyMedicalRecords.com was built and is hosted by the same company that handles transactions for many of the nation's major financial institutions and Fortune 1000 companies including American Express, First Data Corporation, Wells Fargo, Sprint, Discover, General Motors and Union Pacific. People who enroll in MMR benefit from the same technology infrastructure and security systems used by these organizations, technology and security that far surpass home filing cabinets and computers.
The system uses state-of-the-art firewalls which permit or deny connections based on packet filtering, application proxying, and pre-existing sessions. MMR's hosting platform maintains total, synchronized redundancy at all levels.
MyMedicalRecords.com requires that all communications in to the website be via facsimile or file upload only. Users and their designees can fax in their documents over plain old telephone service (POTS) without the risks of transmitting data over the Internet. Users must log in to the Company's password-secured site to upload documents, which are stored and accessed in an encrypted format. Unlike most web sites, MMR does not allow users to transfer documents in and out of the account over public Internet channels, such as via e-mail.

MMR employees do not have access to any information placed into the system by their customers. They do not know what is in the records saved, they do not analyze the data, and they do not sell information to anyone. The customer care representatives do not know any user passwords.
While MyMedicalRecords.com is not subject to the strict guidelines of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), they voluntarily follow these guidelines, and their management team includes an attorney that specializes in HIPAA.
I knew that , and shouldnt let the little things bother me, So I deleted my comment. In reference to the servers, maybe it would be a good time to bring up some old posts of just how secure they are. Let me see if I can find those. Glad to see you back here
