Ineedmoreshares,
Maybe it's time to go to a sports bar. Have some wings and a beer. Enjoy the great day we are having. This board doesn't have to become your battleground alone. We all have your back brother. When the bashing commences, and it will, there are many informed people here to help you set the story straight.
BTW, I love what your doing but I'd hate to see you banned for some personal attacks. If that happens, the bashers win. I guess what I'm saying, we need to know what battles to fight and when to relax. I'm as guilty as the next guy, but going to church today help me once again know what's really a priority in my life.
Love what your doing for SPZI with all the DD you post. Thanks for all your hard work!
Boca_Bobby
Hey, welcome to the team! LOL
Boca_Bobby
Thanks for sharing.....
Great train of thought Gbathat. And your consevative #'s are showing an increase in the PPS of SPZI from only one (1) deal. Now I just had a thought, Paul has stated that a license for the equities side of SWARM can be had for a starting price of 50 Miliion. At first I thought this was a high price but didn't GOOG pay 1.5 billion for youtube before most new of youtube?
I'm sure there is a hedge fund out there licking it's wounds from some of the volitility the market had this year. And maybe, just maybe. their "black box" trading system needs to be re-evaluated.
BOOM.... right time/ right place! (just speculation)
Boca_Bobby
Finally, the truth has come out. I can now understand some of your bitterness towards the volume and PPS. I appreciate that you have the guts to say the "real" reason for your view of investor confusion. I hope your play to sell now and come back later will be positive for you.
Good Luck to you Sir.....
Boca_Bobby
Here.. here ..sir!
Long and Strong but out of bullets!
Like you, Ineedmoreshares.......LOL
Boca_Bobby
I will stand on the side of those with no confusion at all. I can read and understand the English language very well thank you. The last time I looked at the PR's they were written in my Native language, English. I refuse to be lumped in with your idea of "confused" investors.
Futhermore, I am of the opinion that as the promised PR's are released over the next few weeks, those "confused" investors you speak of will be scrambling for anything not bolted down as far as shares goes. Thus the larger volumes may come. But this volume will only take place if the new investors can pry the shares from my tight grip.
I KNOW WHAT I OWN!
Boca_Bobby
I was just looking at another board and looking at their explanation of the MACD indicators. Looks like we have a crossover and a crossing of the 0 line. A Bullish sign for us. Next week should be some fun!

Geez, that was Dennis Green..... At least get the quote right before you bash I'm sure the are plenty of NFL fans out there who won't take you seriously.
Keep try'n
Boca_Bobby
Great thought,
At the top of the iboard;
*** THIS WEEKEND ONLY FUDMEISTER FUN! ***
That's right folks, we decided to let them throw all there uninformed facts at the wall. But if you want to know the real story we suggest you read this board and then look at the PR's the charts and the demo of SpoozToolz v.2.0. Then you make up your own mind if this is the chance of a lifetime. we are so confident about SPZI we will let them rant all they want.
Happy Hunting Bashers.... Go Get'em
Boca_Bobby
Ya your right Jenny. I saw on Soprano's the vig was 20%. What the hell was Paul thinking? Can you name one company that will give a significant amount of shares (Paul's email), 1.5 million to use only a portion of a piece of software (only Futures and Derivatives), and a pitence of 7% net profits to another company?
I'm sure this happens all the time with many business models but I'm just a novice at this investing thing. I'm sure you can straighten me out and give me many examples of successful Fortune 500 companies out there that do the same thing 141 capital just did with Spooz, Inc.
Be gentle, I'm a newbie and I just need direction here.
Boca_Bobby
Kindly post your negatives. But why? Do you have some sort of documentation for being negative? We would all love to see those documents! And don't give me this crap that since you say "IMO" it gives you the right to post whatever your little heart desires. Freedom of speech does have resposibility as well. Were you the one who yelled "FIRE" in the crowded movie house because you felt you were "FREE" to do so?
Until you post your disenting view with supporting documentation you are nothing more that a simple basher.
Oh ya..... IMO hahahahaha
Boca_Bobby
not yet
I agree.
PLEASE People stop responding! It's the only way we can talk about SPZI and not definitions of certain words, who said what, grammer, punctuation, and the price of tea in China!
How does responding to the two (2) FUD masters help us with our research on SPZI? I'm sure people reading this board can see his agenda. One rebutal is more than enough. We post links to back up our comments.
Our FUD masters reply with definitions of certain words, who said what, grammer, punctuation, and the price of tea in China!
All my opinion of course,
Boca_Bobby
For the lazy folks.....
http://maps.google.com/maps?tab=wl
You know I just came home from dinner with a friend and we talked of Spooz (of course). He was in earlier but made a very small profit and got out. He just doesn't like penny stocks.
Well anyway, he still watches it and had a smirk on his face when he said, "oh your little Spooz sold out the other day for 1.5 million I see." I asked him if when he read the PR that's all he could see from the statements from the company.
I calmly stated fact after fact after fact about what I have learned from this board! His jaw was just open as I went on and on about this LONG TERM opportunity that I currently have. I then reminded him that it's still not to late for him.
One million shares can still be bought for a mere $12,000. This guy is currently retired and has a IRA account and a trading account. His trading account alone has over 300K in it so a $12,000 investment for him is not the question here.
For the first time ever in my circle of friends, they were like the old EF Hutton commercials. When Boca_Bobby talks people listen. hahahahaha
I can see in his eyes that he is itching to get back in but doesn't want me to give him the old "I told you so" speech. So I just told him, "listen, your one of my best friends and I want you to do whatever you feel is best for you." I then said, "Just look it over again and if you still have questions, call the company."
I am of the strong opinion that he will be getting in again tommorrow. I'm sure there are many more who are still chewing on the PR's. We will see volume starting very soon, IMO!
WE ARE GOING NORTH........
Boca_Bobby
Welcome Jvance24,
You will find you have come to a great board but more importantly is that we have a great opportunity here with SPZI!
Chance of a lifetime in my opinion.
Boca_Bobby
MC and Gmenfan,
I find these type of question can easily be answered by talk to a tax person. All kinds of ways to make money. I guess it all matters where your looking to go with your investments and what age you want to retire and how much you will need to live the lifestyle you wish to live.
Doesn't cost anything to ask the professionals these type of questions. IMO
Boca_Bobby
Unless your disable! hahahaha
You pay out the nose if you draw before 59 1/2 unless you can prove your disable (like me!)
This is one time having Muscular Dystrophy is a positive in my life! LOL
Boca_Bobby
Thanks Imperial Whazoo,
I will look these up as well. I am so hungry for some of the information you have laid out. Time for this novice to get busy. LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hey Mullimatt,
Thanx for the well thought out point. I believe it's nice to see people "thinking outside the box." I'm not sure if the SEC regulations (if there are regulations) are the whole story with why SWARM cannot be traded with Public money by SPZI. I think the email from Paul to ITGuy yesterday sheds a little light as to what Paul was thinking. See point #2
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23192152
I think it shows that Paul is trying extremely hard to keep his eye on the ball here. SPZI will be more of a software company and 141 will be more of a financials company. This allows the professionals to do what they do best and never have to hold resentments of feel pressures from one another for deadlines to be met.
Just my thought. But great question!
Boca_Bobby
The Futures and Derivatives license was given to 141 capital exclusively. But I am of the opinion that we might give the equities license part of SWARM to more than one. Since Paul was heavily involved with the Futures markets in the past in only makes sense that he would want this part of SWARM technology all to himself and his new company 141 Capital.
It would be more great streams of revenue. This Story Stock just keeps getting better and better. Is everyone strapped in? IMO, we hit $.02 today or tomorrow!
I am hoping for a nice slow move North keeping the flippers at bay!
Boca_Bobby
Even if we didn't know a person that was there we all lost something that day. We are still paying for what evil has done and continues to attempt all over.
Let's hope for brighter days with SPZI. I think we really have a shot to hit $.02 by the end of this week! Sure would be nice to go out of September with the Running of the Bulls!
(And in case some are offended, everything I speak is as always, my own opinion)
I'm out for the night. Would the last person please turn out the lights?
Boca_Bobby
Now that's comedy!
Boca_Bobby
Thanx, I have had that picture for 6 years now and it was a real ice sculpture of a photo taken of the tired Firefighter working so hard to save whoever he might. I can still get all teary eyed thinking about that day and I didn't even know a soul lost. I just thought it would be nice to remember those who lost so much so that we can do what we do so easily. I will be changing it on Oct. 1.
Boca_Bobby
His response needs no response from me. NO CLASS!
Sure wish I could go. Thanks for keeping me in mind. Please don't cheat and eat some of it on your way back. LOL
I asked for another opinion for another board. Check it out:

Boca_Bobby
Thanks,
More news is comming. I say we move way higher. Thanks for your input to this novice investor.

Well I thought I would be a cheerleader also. It's the first time ever I wrote a CEO. Nice to get a reply:

Subject: Well done Sir
Paul,
I am a small investor with the largest part of my holdings in your company. I originally found Spooz, Inc. back in March of this year and invested a few dollars merely on what I thought was a great name. I told everyone about my new find and most laughed at me for being so foolish with some penny stock. This angered me and I did as much research I could about your company and every time I found more positive news about this story, I would invest more. The whole time I would go back to those who doubted me with the new knowledge I had found. Even more ridicule would come to pass.
I eventually came across the iHub web site where I found not only people who saw the same thing I saw but one of the best sources of new information. I waited and waited for the quiet period to end with the news of great things your and your people were working so hard to accomplish. At first glance of the news, I was confused (happens a lot for me as a new investor). Then I saw the price start to fall and doubt entered my mind. Was I wrong about this investment as well? Were my friends right to ridicule me?
I refused to believe that this was a negative and picked up more shares as the price dropped! I then went back and read the PR over and over. I read your last financial statement posted on pinksheets.com. I once again put the names of your officers into the Google search engine. I re-read some of the posts listed on the iHub web site.
I was angered to find that so many have sent you messages spewing there anger and dirt your way. I am writing this just to let you know I am completely in your corner. I believe in your vision. I know we are at the cutting edge of a brave new world here and visionaries are never looked at in a favorable light until the tree starts to bear fruit. Although I am relatively a small time investor, I have invested in you and your story.
So like a line from one of my favorite movie (Remember the Titans) says, “Leave no Doubt!”
Go get em Paul!

Robert,
I appreciate your faith and encouragement as we move forward. I believe that 2008 will be a great year for Spooz, and for 141, as we begin to see the fruits of our labors.
Best Regards,
Paul D. Strickland, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Spooz, Inc.

SPZI PLEASE
IW,
You just keep making this thing clearer for me. Thanks for your insight and experience not to mention the patience to explain things to us novice investors!
Boca_Bobby
Your busted buddy. Give it a rest.
Maybe you should re-read the PR from yesterday.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/070925/20070925006055.html?.v=1
"The business of 141 Capital will be to manage accounts under registrations with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and Commodity Pool Operator (CPO). 141 will complete applications for registrations as soon as 141 commences trading operations early in the fourth quarter 2007."
What makes you think the only way 141 Capital will raise money is through a stock offering? It seems to me they will also have investors with accounts setup for a fee to use SWARM. Where do these investors come from?
"Kauderer International Partners will serve both Spooz, Inc., and 141 Capital as their chief financial consultant."
With a small amount of DD we can all see the list of cleints that Kauderer International has at this very moment!
What else ya got to bash?
I like your train of thought and agree with you logic. The number can differ from one person to the next but we can all speculate the this thing is definately going North and very soon.
Boca_Bobby
Just a thought folks.....
Last week we had so many people only concerned about a September launch of SpoozToolz v.2.0. They all threw mud at our investment on how we were "owed" a PR! Swarm was never even considered nor was the investors that were lined up at the door of SPZI.
Then Imperial Whazzo had us all go back and read the financial and see the the wording was very clear about the launch. It was "planned" and never said to have an exact date for the launch. People still bitched abou t the launch. Then we discovered by more DD that the launch has already started and is in the hands of various brokers. In my opinion we will hear about these fiancials very soon as well.
Next we discover that that we get 120 million shares, 1.5 million and 7% net profits in just one deal alone! Yet people are still bitching that the 1.5 million is not enough. Maybe I'm slow here but was the licencing agreement for the future and derivatives only? Swarm is still capable of so much more and Paul has said we can reach another agreement for 50+ million if another investor wants the technology!
Still no word about the other investors. Geeeeezzzzz people. All of this happened since 7/27/07 when we got the last email from Paul informing us about the quiet period!
From where I'm sitting it looks pretty quick to me! On a personal note, I felt compelled to just send a little email myself to Paul this morning. It's the first time I have ever sent a message to a CEO. I love the fact that he is human. He will actually give a response to a small investor like me.
I guess his vision of bringing the tools used by professional traders to the average guy like me is comming to the market! The little guy wins for a change and not to mention he will make millionaires out of all that support him and his vision.
I'm almost positive that Bill Gates was ridiculed when he took on IBM! What a great country we live in!
So with all of this said I will roll my wheelchair down off of this soapbox and just watch this fine work of art that Paul is creating just unfold. I am in awe at his genius and most grateful that he has allowed me to come along for the ride.
GO SPOOZ!
Boca_Bobby
Well said. Thank you and welcome to the board.
Boca_Bobby
Wow! Very savy there Cool. Better man than I.
No way I would have sold and take a chance that the PPS would go down so I could buy more. My luck and the share go up in price and I chase it to get back what I origianlly had to start.
Glad it worked out for you. You might not want to keep doing that. Sooner or later it won't work and you end up losing big time. That's just my experience.
Boca_Bobby
Wow! Now that looks classy!
Is that for me Dragutin? Thanks, I was wondering if folks forgot about me and some of my posts. Anyway, I picked up some cheepies today as well after selli ng another position!
WEEEEEEEEEEEEE......
Been on the phone with so many folks crying about the share price going down. I told them sell. Take your small profit and sell me your shares. In a few years from now all of them will be talki ng about me in the past tense.
Hey, you remember that guy in the wheelchair?
hahahahaha
Boca_Bobby
Why y is that the big question? 120 million is what it is.....120 million.
The second part of the PR is even better, "a licensing agreement for exclusive use of SWARM" (I'm paraphrasing)
Doesn't anyone else think that this agreement may have time limits to it? I mean let's let 141 Capital use SWARM for a year or two at one price and when they see the unbelievable success that this patented software can perform, let's go back to the bargaining table!
So we get wealth from the 120 million shares going to the bottom line of SPZI and we get another revenue source from our agreement for 141 to use SWARM all by their little lonesome.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And this is negative because????
Taking a line from Jim Cramer (who probably stole it), "No body ever made money by panic selling."
Boca_Bobby
Nice try. The 141 website has been up for some time now. In my opinion, nothing Paul Strickland does is an "after thought." This guy has vision. It's a gift few are given. But hey, here's your chance to buy the cheepies you were looking for....
