Good Morning All,
Well, I'm not proud of myself but I knocked off a small child and stole his milk money. I'm ready if we take a small dip again. LOL
Boca_Bobby
Thanx Skyaddict,
This will probablty be ny last post of the day unless I pony up some cash for a subscription. A subscription that could pay for more shares of SPZI. LOL
Don't take this the wrong way but if you truly did talk with Paul today, I stand corrected about my feeling that this has launched already. I am a little stand-offish with all the dirt the bashers have been throwing out there with no DD to back up any of their statements.
With that said, I hope this beta testing period is to fix the minor hic-ups that were found a few months ago concerning the way SpoozToolz was connecting to the various exchanges and not with any programming language.
If it's connectivity issues they are concerned with then the beta testing period will probably be brief. If there is a programming issue it may take longer for an official release. I'm sure SPZI will issue a PR to address the issue at the proper time.
Or of course, there is door #3 that says there is absolutely no issues other than the amount of time traders have had to use the product. If this is the case, I bet our new support team being assembled will have worked out any issues with the help of the testers before we go retail! Now that would kill two birds with one stone.
Anyway, Thanx again Skyaddict for bringing new DD to the board,
Boca_Bobby
Finally, hahaaha
I was looking for the post that really explains why the product has already launched. As you can see folks, reading the post from the past can really answer alot of things that seem to be addressed over and over here. I will let Imperial Whazoo use his mastery of the English language to describe my point of why we have launched already:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23083853
Thanks again IW,
Boca_Bobby
PS> I'm really gonna have to pay for a subscription if this keeps up. LOL
You know, I'm not even sure the company ever really changed there projections since 3/20/07 PR.
http://www.spooz.com/press_details.aspx?ContentID=100
Looks to me like we have been on target all along! Just another example of why we need to stick to the FACTS. Once the bashers get even the smallest toe hold, they will use it to uphold their agenda.
Stay Strong Spoozer's......
Boca_Bobby
BTW> I got this info from the iHub board. It's all there for anyone who wished to know the truth!
www.pinksheets.com
Read the financials. Very clear and informative from what I can see.
Boca_Bobby
Snow,
The product has been launched. What is your point? Have you read the latest financials? It's very clear. By you posting this email, does that mean you will be accepting emails from the company as official information? Or maybe just this one time? Just trying to figure out the rules of the games you play.
Boca_Bobby
PS> Maybe you might want to email Paul for claification on this email if you think it truly is information that came from the company. In my past emails to him, he has been very prompt with his responses. That is, if you really want an answer.
From my research it seems that Paul may have talked of that figure at the shareholders meeting. I was not in attendance. But I never saw one single official PR stating the 450 million figure. For all I know that comment may have been an off the cuff WAG when talking about the potential of SPZI if it was wildly successful.
If it wasn't in an official PR then it's really shouldn't be posted here as a real revenue projection. Another point should be made here as well. These FUD'sters are on one hand saying that the emails we have received from Paul and company may be false there we cannot take them as official information.
Next they say they want to see the "PROMISED" PR about the monumental news that will cause our PPS to shoot up wildly. Well guess what, that term, "monumental" came from an email from Paul Strickland.
Pick a side guys. We either allow the emails or we don't. You can't have it both ways to fit your agenda.
Just some more of my crazy observations,
Boca_Bobby
Great question Mullimatt,
I got this from:
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/derivative.asp
What does it mean?
In finance, a security whose price is dependent upon or derived from one or more underlying assets. The derivative itself is merely a contract between two or more parties. Its value is determined by fluctuations in the underlying asset. The most common underlying assets include stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, interest rates and market indexes. Most derivatives are characterized by high leverage.
Investopedia says:
Futures contracts, forward contracts, options and swaps are the most common types of derivatives. Because derivatives are just contracts, just about anything can be used as an underlying asset. There are even derivatives based on weather data, such as the amount of rain or the number of sunny days in a particular region.
Derivatives are generally used to hedge risk, but can also be used for speculative purposes. For example, a European investor purchasing shares of an American company off of an American exchange (using American dollars to do so) would be exposed to exchange-rate risk while holding that stock. To hedge this risk, the investor could purchase currency futures to lock in a specified exchange rate for the future stock sale and currency conversion back into euros.
I hope it helps. At least it will get us started on something meaningfull besides defending against the bashers. LOL
Boca_Bobby
My point exactly. I tried to explain about about the shell of a company and then just looked at him and said, "Thanks for sharring."
He never really wanted to hear the answer anyway and my time wasn't about to be wasted showing him something he doesn't WANT to see.
Nice post and thanx for the advice. I guess I got a big mouth. LOL
Boca_Bobby
That was dated 3/25/07.
Here is my updated email from Paul:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23403763
Things have not changed people. The SPZI management team tells you like it is and hides nothing. This group assembled by Paul Strickland is here for a reason. TO BUILD A COMPANY! There are not overly concerned about PPS.
Flippers are concerned about PPS. I will stay in the "investor" cheap seats and continue to thank SPZI for thinking of me when they "do what they do."
Boca_Bobby
Funny thing is, One of my really close friends laughs the loudest. He actually said how does a penny stock become a penny stock unless it's crap!
How can you argue that point? 99% of these penny stocks ARE crap! But as Ross Perot once said, "Sometimes you get in that barn and clean out the #&$(&(@*!
I have a little gem here that I found in the "barn." Ain't she purdy...... LOL
Boca_Bobby
Last night I did my usual Monday thing. I went to dinner (pizza joint) with a group of guys and talked about how we are going to save the world. You know, it was a general BS session. Well we are a very diverse bunch. Many of my friends are in the market and from time to time I throw out a question or two about certain investments. Well last night I was roasted once again over SPZI. I was pretty upset thinking not only am I defending my investment on the message boards but now my defense must take place in front of my close friends as well.
As I went to bed last night I said a little prayer and asked for strength, knowledge and understanding. I also asked myself why is it I am so upset over people who ridicule me over the PPS of SPZI. It finally hit me this morning. Everyone I find in opposition to my investment in SPZI really don’t have an argument other than the PPS. They (my friends here) know nothing about the company or what SPZI produces. But they have watched the PPS probably so they can laugh more at me when the stock seems to do nothing when it comes to the PPS.
I can give them hundreds of valid points of factual information about why this “Story Stock” will probably head north in PPS. But all they seem to tell me is that SPZI has made its run. I originally got in at .0025 and they laugh because I didn’t get out yet. They could care less that I tell then the run that was made is miniscule to what I feel this thing will do. They just keep looking at the PPS with a smirk and a chuckle as if they know something I do not.
Allie has a quote that I love. She says, “The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.” That’s what Warren Buffet seems to do as well. He buys companies that are not necessarily the Wall Street darlings simply love and will sit on them until they bear fruit. He buys them because they are great companies and not because their PPS is respectable by whoever thinks the PPS is respectable.
On 1/12/1990, BRK-A was selling at $8,200 per share! I’m sure my friends would have scoffed. I know for a fact they would point to the PPS and say that this puppy had no where to go but down. It’s just too expensive. I’m sure had the same smirk and chuckle would have shown on their faces on 11/12/1990 when BRK-A went down to $5,500 per share (yahoo.com). The price went down 67% during that time. BRK-A closed yesterday at $123,390.00.
Now I’m not here saying that SPZI should be compared to BRK-A. We should only be that lucky. But when I bought stocks strictly based on PPS, I lost my butt out there. When I got serious and started to dig and dig for information, I found my golden nugget. Now Wall Street may not see that gold, but they will. This company has the making of a WORLD CLASS CORPORATION. The patented software will revolutionize the entire industry. These are all my opinions of course but these opinions are based on a lot more than PPS.
I’m sorry if you cannot see the same things here that others see. I'm sure we can add another place at the Monday night dinner with the guys for you to ridicule my investment because the PPS is “proof” I am wrong and you are right. The only defense I have to that is my research and time. I wonder what the next chapter to this story will reveal.
Go Spooz,
Boca_Bobby
Where would you prefer to get your information. You can't have it both ways. You and your friends will quote things from pinksheets.com for your own use. Then when I give you information to look at from pinksheets.com (the financials), you tell me how unreliable a source it is.
Help me out, where is your reliable source? show me your proof of the doom and gloom. I need more information. Help me, please.
Just a novice tring to learn as much as I can. Please help me to become a savy investor such as yourself. Imperial Whazoo got me to buy a book. Can you offer me something to help me with the skills you pocess?
Boca_Bobby
www.pinksheets.com
Read the financials. It's very clear that Spooz has been launched. Only the retail version will be held up for obvious reasons.
Just the facts....
It's even in English,
Boca_Bobby
Best post of the day! LOL
EDIT:
I found it:
Hmmmmmm... Tuesday......
July 10, 2007 was a Tuesday. Anyone else see what happen to SPZI on 7/10/07? LOL
Boca_Bobby
Been away all day resting. Hope I'm not catching what moneynmetals has been fighting. I just fired up the computer and look at the stock price and see we're down.
"DAMN," I shouted! I wasn't upset that the price went down, I was just so upset that I'm outta bullets again! My big OT check is comming and I miss another buying opportunity! This seems to be the story of my investing life.
I then checked to see if there was any news that might shed a little negative light on SPZI, thus causing the price to have a jump in volume (not heavy just more than the past week or two) and the price going down.
NADA. ZIP. ZERO. NOTHING. I start laughing hysterically. The Flipper's are on the run. I say to myself, "I bet their pissed." So I finally come to this board to see what others are talking about. YEP, "there's your horse, your honor!"
Over 90 posts since early this morning when I last checked. I see that that SPOOZ solidiers are doing a fine job with the FUD insurgents infiltrating the board. I'm just glad I'm on the right side for this fight.
I went back and look at the chart. I am in no means an expert on chart reading, I will leave that duty up to CentPennie! LOL But if I had to look at just one indicator I will choose the Bollinger Bands for over the past month or even longer. They just can't get much closer, IMO.
We just touched the lower band. For me this means one of two things. We are either going to start to see a big dump in PPS or this thing is set to take off to "DA MOON!" hahahah (I just had to say it)
IMO, we are headed North from here for a very simple reason. Imperial Whazoo can help me here since my book hasn't arrived yet. LOL It seems the FUD's are doing there very best to cause a sell off yet there are so many just waiting in the wings to pick this up on the Blue Light Special that we have today. this why we have seen a slight pick-up in volume today. But this volume still seems week to me. I mean I was used to seeing 40 or 50 million shares traded just a few months ago. this is telling me that this is a FALSE sell-off. Thus the price cannot make it lowwer. But just another example of shares going from weaker hands to stonger "INVESTORS" will to hold long term. Sorry Flippers, you lose again. Nice college try. LOL
One PR should do it. I am still super Bullish here and it's great that Expo is next week. I think SPZI will still hit my PPS prediction of .04 by 11/1/2007! It will even more enjoyable for me knowing that our ameture bashers have sold before the run. Hey, a guy can dream can't he?
It has become crystal clear to me that I have been to naïve in my assumptions that this investing thing was going to be fairly simple and straight forward. I have spent hours upon hours each week looking for facts about Spooz, Inc. Every time I think I find a little golden nugget, I get excited to bring this new information to the board. Granted, my contributions have been small, but I can honestly say I have tried my best to offer something. I can also say my intentions were to find something negative so that others might explain what I have found.
Now, when I invested in Spooz it was early April. For weeks the price would go up to .0028 and back down to .0022. It was like clockwork! It must have been a flippers dream. But I just bought SPZI and went on to other things. Never did I really give much thought to flipping this thing. Then when I woke up and saw this thing going back and forth, I told many I was going to try to build a bigger holding SPZI by flipping until I could get several million “free” shares. At that time SPZI shot up to over .01! My opportunity to gain more had vanished.
At that time we never heard from the bashers. IMO, they must have been content to get a few hundred dollars every day on flipping SPZI. But now SPZI sits at .01, seemingly building pressure for a major lift-off. I must admit, I am too afraid to even venture into Flipperville! Call me chicken I guess but I’m not going to be chasing this thing. I have a very comfortable position in the cheap seats and for a guy like me; it’s great that I was even invited to the party!
But I was naïve to think that others had the same fear I do. But I see we still have flippers out there and they seem a little uncomfortable in the fact that this is just too boring for them. I see now that defending SPZI and the honor of the management team will be my next mission here. Let me just start by saying I am glad I have Paul Strickland running the show. I am just a working class stiff from the old neighborhood. This guy has so much more knowledge in running a world class company. So it comes down to a simple question for me and investors like me. Why did you invest your hard earned money in SPZI?
I guess I have a hard time understanding how the bashers here want us to prove or disprove their questions. Every question they ask is to get your attention away from the opportunity set before you. They ask questions that no one on this board can answer and refuse to ask the company these questions. Then to top of there agenda they find time to insult our intelligence by saying that if we can’t show them what they want to see, their post has been proven to be true. I used to argue the same way when I was in grade school!
The funny thing is, even when someone would explain the truth to me and I didn’t understand what they just said, I would just turn off that information and go back to my original argument. It was a very childish view of the world and left me in ignorance until I could swallow my pride and be open to hear the truth. It’s hard to do if you still think as a child thinks.
SPZI owes me nothing. Investing always has a risk. Paul Strickland can run his company as he sees fit and if I have a problem with it I have a decision to make. I can take my money out and sell my shares. I can buy the controlling interest in the company and rid myself of that wacky Paul Strickland for good. Or I can even go down and offer my services to SPZI and see if some of my suggestions and put into play.
It’s just getting tiring to see post after post of people claiming that Paul owes the poster something. I beg of you to post something of fact. Give us a link, please! I really want to know more about my investment and if you can shed a different light on things, please show me. But a warning to anyone posting here, give us a link! Without a link, you should be expected to be jumped on in a very swift manner.
Boca_Bobby
It has been stated on this board over and over that SPZI is a spftware company. I have, as well as many others, bought into the fact of this story stock for the software they will produce. If in fact you have been invested in this comapny for many years like you said you have then you could not have been concerned about the results of SWARM or 141 Capital for that respect.
Imperial Whazoo has repeatedly shown us FACT after FACT about this deal with 141 Capital. There are many other who have also given facts about SPZI. Now because if these FACTS certain investors, that you call cheerleaders, can make various projections. I also can see Allie's point that since the opportunites keep presenting themselves to management, Paul Strickland and team seem to quickly adjust the due course to take advantage of the "low hanging fruit." Thus, these FACTS can cause a whole new set of projections of revenues by the patient investors.
I have sat here for weeks, Sir, and listened to your rhetoric over and over. It is painfully obvious for those who have really been here for years or even months to see your agenda is clear.
As for me I will continue to accumulate SPZI with each extra penny I can find! I wish you and the other who just cannot or will not see the long term potential here the very best in your flipping efforts.
Good Evening Sir,
Boca_Bobby
Imperial Whazoo,
I have saved your list of "pleasure" reading. I just ordered your 1st book on the list from Tom O'Brien and should get it here in a few days. I am looking forward to what it may reveal to me on my quest to become a more informed investor. Thank you for the suggestions and also for always seeming to weed through the jungle of information to find the one seed that will lead to the land of milk and honey.
I wish all the success in the world,
Boca_Bobby
GO Spooz!
For me personally, I would rather sell anything but SPZI! I believe that owning both is great but wouldn't dream of selling SPZI at these levels. I would rather work some more OT for more funds to invest. LOL
Boca_Bobby
According to the PR's from SPZI, this will be a public comapny soon. Spooz, Inc (SPZI) is behind this company and will probably remain quiet until everything is lined up. It has been the style of this management team. IMO, this company should be public by months end.
Boca_Bobby
Just testing the waters with my new SpoozSuit. I hope the Spooz Shuttle will lift off soon. I can't keep this thing on forever! LOL
Boca_Bobby
If we keep posting on this board, it might end up on the iHub most active list. SHHHHHHH I wanna get my hands on a few million shares before we do that! LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hey,
This board is for 141 Capital! If you wish to pump and dump another stock go find that board. What does this SPZI do anyway? LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hey Cent,
U gotta chart for us? LOL
Good to hear ya again.
Boca_Bobby
Wow! I'm #21 to mark the board. Can lighting strick twice? First Spooz, Inc and now 141 Capital! There reall is a God and he LOVES ME! LOL
Thanks Allie,
Boca_Bobby

Subject: Training for SpoozToolz
Paul
Thanks for all the hard work you and your team do for us. I am looking forward to the buzz that comes from the upcoming expo in NYC in less than two weeks. I am also excited in the anticipation of the many PR's you have promised to release in the near future. I have a concern or really a question I hope that you can answer for the average investor that you speak of when you say you want to bring these tools you create for us.
I expect that you will have a whole support team in place by the time SpoozToolz is released publicly. I know it's assumption on my part for such a support group but I was wondering if you have plans to create a manual and/or DVD showing how to use the software? I have viewed the latest Demo on the web site and I'm in awe of what this software can do. I also felt inadequate with my knowledge of what the demo was really showing me. I was able to follow the third part of the demo which is probably the most important part. With that said, I still consider myself a novice in investing but I simply love leaning more and more about investing. But I would hate to have to pay for SpoozToolz and accompanying modules before I knew how to use some of the powerful things the software can provide. I usually don't mind paying for a piece of software and "tinkering" with it but in this case, I'm not to excited about paying a fee for my "tinkering."
So basically, I hope you will provide the training needed and hopefully the training will either be a manual, DVD, or even the best option an online class with an instructor that can answer questions as they come up. I know I would pay for it knowing that at the end of my training, my knowledge of the software will make me financially independent.
Can you comment on this at this time?
//////////////////////////////////////////////
Robert,
We believe that education for traders will be key to our success. It makes no sense to bring sophisticated trading tools to the retail market if unaccompanied by training. What good are tools if customers do not know how to utilize them in their trading?
Best Regards,
Paul D. Strickland, Jr.

I guess I misunderstood your direction. Your right it would be nice for a PR showing some concrete #'s. I think that's what everyone really wants.
With that said, it has been my experience with the PR's from Spooz, we never see PR'd in regards to waht everyone wants to see. Paul always seems to have one step ahead of all the flippers out there. His Pr's are very informative yet need to be fully digested before the full impact can be understood.
IMO, his management style is like that of the cat that has his way with the mouse! I have been very impressed and refreshed to see this "Wall Street Artist" perform for all to see. I am currently in the cheap seats (under 5 million shares) cheering our hero on. BRAVO! BRAVO!
The best thing about my time with this stock is for all the new investors I have told about SPZI. If this thing did not move in the slow and methodical way it has moved, I believe these new investors would just go back to hiding behind the 401K curtain.
With this positive experience, I believe they may be encourage to make there own futures and stop believing the lies we here from corporate America we work for each day. No one cares for my future as much as I do and now maybe my friends are convinced they can make their own dreams come true.
Some more of my own crazy thoughts.....
Boca_Bobby
Peeved,
I think you may want to go back to pinksheets.com and look at the financial statement again. We have gone over these questions before.
1.) What does the statement say about the "Quiet Period?"
2.) What does the statement say about a launch?
It is very clear for thos who wish to read what it says. Spooz is hiding nothing. I am interested in what your interpretation of the financials say. Please let us know what you find out.
Boca_Bobby
LOL, Thanks Imperial Whazoo for the press.
My office is saying, "WOW! The Imperial Whazoo gave you a compliment!" I guess you can see your posts are being investigated by more than those that post on this site. I try to keep this in mind when I write a single word.
Thanx again,
Boca_Bobby
Ahhhhhh,
There it is! Now I have a weapon other than my foot in the mouth! LOL
Thanks,
Boca_Bobby
PS> I know it's tough brother but thanks for staying on top of it today. I for one appreciate it! Might be time to try the "Free Trail Subscription"
Wing,
I was trying to practice restaint of pen in this case. I didn't want to accuse anyone of anything. I have also been trying to practice say what I believe and that I understand or what I feel will happen. It seems to me that most of the bashing that takes place here happens with misundestanding stemming from posters implying that all or most investors have no idea waht's going on.
For myself, if I keep things in the first person, I stay out of trouble and my post don't get deleted and I don't end up banned from this great source of information.
Just some more of my crazy ideas from a gentler and milder
Boca_Bobby (LOL)
PS> Thanks for all you do here.
Thank IW,
I just wanted to make sure we are all talking apple and apples here. I'm sure as more is revealed by the PROMISED PR's, these little misunderstandings will be all cleared up.
IMO,
Boca_Bobby
Jenny,
If you were more clear on who will be reporting the SWARM results we could understand where you are comming from.
"Yes it is. Sorry for that.
In fact we won't get a news release as Paul stated in one of those emails. We will never get those SWARM figures again actually. That is what Paul stated if I remember it right."
I think if you said SPZI will not report results I might agree with you. The 141 capital website even has a space ready to report the SWARM results. I have never known Paul to hide something this big from the investors. With that said, I have to believe SWARM results WILL be heard again and often! How else will any new money ever decide to invest in 141 Capital?
Just some more of my crazy ideas......
Boca_Bobby
Jenny,
Did you read any of the posts from the past few days? I think you might want to start here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23320287
Let's just talk about the FACTS. This board gets way out of hand when we try to use our own interpretations on the PR's from SPZI. IW has taken the time to do the research just read his post and verify it for yourself. Just a thought....
Boca_Bobby
ITGuy,
"I assume that they already have had their private placement of initial capital - hence how could they have started trading already. The initial capital is a small amount - maybe a million or so. This is only so SWARM can prove it's track record before going to the Expo to seek large public money - money that will go into a fund vs being privately placed as ownership in the company.
I guess we should all expect to see a PR about the performance of SWARM before the expo. If that's true and the results are still hitting over 90%, new money will be running towards SPZI.
So that might mean my speculation of .04 by 11/1 and .08 by 12/1 and then .25 by 1/1/08 could still be inline. Now that's just a WAG on my part but is it really so crazy to see the PPS hit those targets?
Boca_Bobby
Wing,
You stole my thought exactly:
"Further more IMO, the answer as to whether the spin off is fair to shareholders lies in Paul's Proven track record with shareholders. There is enough public record as well as depositions in the ibox here to substantiate considerable faith in Paul's dedication to his shareholders. Paul has said time and time again that he works for his shareholders, not the other way around."
It has been my experience in the few months that I have been here (since March), that Paul has always been upfront and truthful in everything he has done for the shareholders of SPZI.
I guess this is the reason that the Spooz Disclosure Statement states:
Mr. Strickland has been continuously registered with the National Futures Association since 1985 and at various times carried registrations as an Associated Person (“AP”), Commodity Trading Advisor (“CTA”), an exchange member (CBOE)broker/dealer and Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC. During that time, he has never been cited for an exchange rule infraction, violation of any NFA rule or regulation, or been the subject of any customer complaint or inquiry.
http://www.spooz.com/pdf/DiscStmtDecember312006Compiled(2).pdf
I have also found that Paul has always given us the information we hunger for and it's our job to dig into the meat he gives us. I find that most of the time I see folks who are already ordering the desert before the main course has even been served not to mention digested. IMO
I am so thankful to have a board that we have here. I continue to be taught lessons here by the moderators that not only inform me about SPZI but show what doing real research takes! So I thank all of those showing me how to fish instead of just throwing one on my plate.
Boca_Bobby
While I wait for news:
PPS on 10/1 was $.0105 before trading began.
My WAG for 11/1 is: $.04
My WAG for 12/1 is: $.08
My wag for 1/1/08 is: $.25
And then we really start to see this baby take off!
Not investment advice for anyone. Please do you own DD and then you either believe in SPZI and get in or you just pass us by. But if you pass us by, do yourself a favor and never look at the SPZI quote again. We wouldn't alot of people jumping out of buildings! LOL
Just thoughts flowing around this crazy brain of mine!
Boca_Bobby
nice find!
