Wow! Look at that spread on XXIS. .14- 4.00
Sure looks like something is up.
Boca_Bobby
Is something up? We are hitting the 7's with these little 100 share trades. It's been a while since the 7's were hit and I gotta big smile again.
Oh man, if we get a PR about anything substantial I might have to call in for oxygen! I'm on vacation until 1/2/08 and love seeing this at home (better set up for trading).
Stand by CentPennie, it might be time to start the shuttle! LOL

We're getting noticed!

Merry Christmas Sky
LOL. Sure will Gmenfan! Headed out now for a few hours to stuff my face!
Merry Christmas Buddy,
Boca_Bobby
Great point’s milo3 and you have said them much more gracefully than I. I tend to be a little rough around the edges. Could you tell? LOL
Anyway, I was looking at that beautiful chart again on stockcharts.com. Then I said to myself, man that cup-n-handle never seemed to materialize a few months ago. But look at the sweet cup that is forming. I don't proclaim to know all the chart patterns out there but I can sometimes stumble across some information by using investopedia.com.
Call me lucky, but this is how this went down. I recently have been reading around about this "double bottom" pattern. So I went to investopedia.com to look up the term and maybe start my research about how to set up a scan for them. To my surprise a "double bottom" had other key words associated with them, one of which being something called a "rounding bottom."
When I saw it in text book form, I said, "Hell that sure looks like the SPZI chart we see today.
"A rounding bottoms look similar to the cup and handle pattern, but does not experience the temporary downward trend of the "handle" portion. The initial declining slope of a rounding bottom indicates an excess of supply, which forces the stock price down. The transfer to an upward trend occurs when buyers enter the market at a low price, which increases demand for the stock. Once the rounding bottom is complete, the stock breaks out and will continue in its new upward trend.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/roundingbottom.asp
Now if this a true "rounding bottom" beginning to be formed then imo, we should see the .02-.03 range fairly quickly only because this price range would be significantly higher then the .015 that set the bar a few months ago.
In any event it could mean great things for SPZI shareholders and could explain the reason for the decline in share price that coincided with the addition of the 80M shares that hit the market at that time and also the current uptrend that is showing the "tradable float" shrinking and a rise in the Accum/Dist. indicator and thus a rise in PPS.
Merry Christmas everyone,
Boca_Bobby
That seems to be a problem with many that do not follow this stock as closely as needed. I found this little post today:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=25534361&txt2find=spzi+
I have said it before and will say it again. Some of us have watched the volume very closely. I have also been watching the Accum/Dist indicator as well. The combination of the two indicators speaks loud and clear. So like you have pointed out, yes, the volume has been extremely low while for the most part we have been slowly seeing the Accum/Dist indicator going slowly up.
IMO, this say one thing. The float is disappearing. Now there is someone out there (or maybe more than one) that has been buying just enough to stay under the radar! Imperial Whazoo has pointed it out several weeks ago and spoke of the late buying again as of late.
Pure genius! So while people look at the message like the one I posted here and come to this board and see negative sentiments about a rising PPS, this investor can quietly buy more and more. The genius part comes in knowing that there is a scheduled launch in January.
Why buy large blocks of shares (2 or 3 million) when you can spread it out over a few months? do you really think this person or persons is worried about the cost of commissions? LOL
So we go back to some of my previuos post that spoke about volume. When the PPS was going down on low volume there was nothing to fear. Some have ridiculed that statement saying those still holding shares and not selling were "bagholders." Call them what you will but why was the Accum/Dist indicator slowly climbing during that period?
The float is getting smaller and smaller and that's the real news here! Just a few more Pr's and especially one about revenues is what is needed, IMO.
I'll wait for the negative spin doctors to do their work now. LOL
Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas,
Boca_Bobby
LOL.... You crack me up.
Stop smoking that stuff and see how fast your "reality" changes. Your experience with other pinks should have no bearing here. If you have always had such bad outcomes with these pink sheet companies, why do you continue do invest in them.
I heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a differnet outcome.
Sorta fits your stance with pink sheets stocks!
Boca_Bobby
Geez Traderfan,
I really wish you could stick to one story.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=25518400
Didn'y you also say you had no interest in XXIS only in SPZI? Why would you care anything about XXIS? I thought you said the only thing to look forward to was the launch of STv2.
You even said we would not have anything from XXIS as far as the 7% of profits goes. Remember that? Let me help
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=25441282
My point is, no matter what information you sem to get you want to bring a negative spin on it. Like I said, at least your consistant. Consistantly negative.
Go drink some of the "spiked" egg nog and enjoy the season. Don't worry you can come back after the holidays and tell us all how ignorant we are. I promise....
Geezzzzzzzzzzzz,
Boca_Bobby
You might wanna go to stockcharts.com and use the Accum/Dist indicator. You're "feeling" isn't measureable.

Ya....
Get it Daddy-O!

The last line has caught my eye:
"-Everything is hinged on releasing the product, on the day and days following that we will see large increases in the PPS."
Sounds like exactly what some have been saying all along here! 2008 is going to be a great year, imo....
Boca_Bobby
That's the old school system I heard about. It's where you buy when it's up and sell when it's low. It's the system for those that are so wealthy they just want to help the market out by infusing a little cash into the economy. He's just trying to help us all out. LOL
Boca_Bobby
On stockcharts.com I'm showing the 200 (MA) sitting at .0058! Let's hope it holds and becomes support. Be nice if we can see some 7's starting to show again.
thankx again,
Boca_Bobby
Hey penny,
I have really enjoyed your posts over the past few days. Keep up the good work man. Not that anyone cares, but my short term indicators show resistance @ .007 & .0098. then we go straight to .018 on the short term!
I may be wrong but how do you see it?
Boca_Bobby
I guess it just goes to show that what you say on one day may come back to bite you on the next. It seems my new "friend" Traderfan was worried to much about pointing out how "ignorant" our posts were he forgot that he has on several occassions jumped to both sides of the fence.
I wasn't going to point out the obvious. It was much more fun letting him think he had the upper hand. You see Imperial Whazoo, for me it's not about impressing others here by constantly telling them they are "ignorant" for their anticipation for a jump in PPS. I chose the tribe we belong to because of all the DD that was done by folks belonging to this camp.
The tribe we belong to also knows that the DD done over the past year equate to much bigger and brighter futures for SPZI. It's doesn't matter the the PPS dropped from .015 to .003 on low volume. We know there was a reason for the current situation.
You see, Imperial Whazoo, you and I both know that this drop in PPS was healthy and also forseen if you had a plan in place. You and I didn't have to call the CEO names and call this whole thing a scam. No sir, you and many others never had to attack the company because we knew that what Paul told us was to be taken at face value. You and I know that Paul never had a hidden agenda. You and I knew about the hundreds of folks that have seen the product and scream from the mountaintops about how well it works.
So now someone from camp 2 has been caught red handed speaking with forked tongue. Do you think he is the only one? LOL
Imperial Whazoo, I thank you for all you have done for me personally. I have taken your recommendations under my arm and ran with them. Guess what, THEY WORK! So basically I could care less about what camp 2 thinks. We have a system that works, my friend. Our day will come, we don't need to pull the same tricks camp 2 pulls. I find it much more fun to let them rant and rave while we make money!
Just the rantings of the "ignorant" village idiot... LOL
Boca_Bobby
Well I watched enough. Been making money on paper big time with CSIQ. This whole solar sector is lights out right now. So I went out back and dug up the piggy bank. I found a few pennies and pick up a few shares yesterday.
Just enough to get the beak wet! LOL
Boca_Bobby
That's the best part:
"CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spooz, Inc. (OTC: SPZI - News), announced today that it has sold to 141 Capital, Inc., by an assignment of an existing license held by 141 Futures, LLC, the exclusive license to trade its Statistically Weighted Arbitrage Recognition Model (SWARM) in the futures and derivatives markets for $1.5 million plus other consideration."
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/070926/20070926005907.html?.v=1
SPZI can still sell more licenses for equities, forex, etc! This is bigger than we can imagine but I keep trying to look down and see where my feet are planted. IMO, the longer I can hold my shares, the greater the reward.
Hope that helps,
Boca_Bobby
I guess you would have prefered to see more "paper trading" performed with SWARM. That may have been nice also to see the results over a longer period of time. Real money could not be used due to the regulations but like you, I wish I could have seen results for 30 or 60 or even 90 days!
I'm sure the testing has continued with SWARM behind the scenes. But for reasons still unknown to us, Paul decided to only give us the test results for the 12 day period from that PR issued a few months ago. I think it may be Paul's style to only show a little bit at a time.
Again, this is a very crucial time for SPZI. One small mistake could be the death of SPZI and Paul sure has alot more to lose than any of us.
Hey are we starting to agree on things?
STOP THAT! LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hey GG,
I'll just throw out a thought for everyone. Maybe this news was directly tied into the negotiations when 141 Capital went looking for an existing "clean" shell to use instead of creating a whole new shell. It is my understanding that by getting an existing shell 141 Capital could be up and running much quicker than going through the creation of a new shell.
XXIS was tradeable on 12/4 but no one but insiders or existing shareholders that voted to approve the sale of the shell would have know about the dividend.
Just a thought,
Boca_Bobby
Good Morning Traderfan,
I know it just makes your blood boil when I try to address things to you. But listen, Paul has explained for the delays with trading using the SWARM software. I will take it at face value for what it is.
There are many regulations that have prevented the use of SWARM by SPZI. Thus the introduction of 141 capital. It was the best of any solution SPZI had concerning SWARM.
1.) We could have just put SWARM on the shelf and never use it due to the government regulations.
2.) We could have sold the program outright for a profit. But you yourself know that the price would have been too low because all we had was the 12 days of results to show for how well the program worked.
3.) Or we could do what Paul and Errol did. Get a new company started, create or find a shell to trade publicly trade under, get all the SEC and NFA regulations ironed out to allow for use of SWARM, announce the sale of a license to use SWARM, find investors willing to fund this endevour, etc.
If you look at the timeline on how all this came together I hope you can see that this really is happening as fast as it can. IMO, you money is in good hands and you will be rewarded soon.
Hang tight buddy, this is gonna be fun!
Boca_Bobby
Thanx Trader,
We know we can always count on your support. LOL
At least your consistant. Don't worry I have just saved your last statement. I'll just pop it up for you from time to time. I'm sure it will be pretty taste treat for you come Q2 2008!
LOL
Boca_Bobby
Just in case anyone wasn't watching, Paul has set us up perfectly for these two consecutive quarters showing significantly more growth in Q1 2008 than in Q4 2007!
As I see it we will probably see the 500K on the books for Q4 2007 along with the 120M shares of XXIS (asset only). Then in Q1 2008 we see a second 500K, those 7% profits starting to roll in from SWARM, and oh ya, a little launch thing going on in January 2008 with subscriptions starting to stack on top of each other.
I seem to remember Paul stating we only need 4000 subscriptions to be profitable. I think he even went so far as to say he could sell those 4000 subscriptions himself. For him to make such a statement, I bet he probably has most of those subscriptions already lined up!
I know, I know..... Some are just boiling inside because of my optimism. But I don't think I'm making any of this stuff up. I am taking what has been shared in PR's and emails as a "real" possibility. So call me what you will but this thing is setting up beautifully.
Paul is painting a masterpiece if you care to enjoy the view for a moment.
Boca_Bobby
Just a thought folks....
According to our iHub page:
Spooz Outstanding Common Stock: 1,465,630,979
We have also hear that we have about 3000 shareholders. So the average amount of shares per holder is slightly under 500K (488,544 rounded up). IMO, the buying pressure just isn't there yet and I get that assumption by looking at the large spread we have been seeing on the L2.
So I go back to what I've been saying for over a month now. We just simply need to start showing revenues. I have said we need two consecutive quarters showing "real" revenues with the second quarter showing significantly more growth than the first.
Investor's SEE THAT! Then we're off to the races, IMO. Hang tight, get fitted for that SpoozSuit because I hear the boarding call for the Spooz Shuttle.
Boca_Bobby
I guess maybe Paul was correct when he said that the contibutions from the two people you mention will not be lost in anyway.
Spin Doctor, Spin....... LOL
Boca_Bobby
How do you know alot of stock is for sale? Is yours?
Mine is not!
Hang in there buddy, you will be able to sell for a small profit soon and go to something you feel has better potential than SPZI in 2008.
Just a thought,
Boca_Bobby
LOL, Hey bucks,
You beat me to it! I wanted to spread the good cheer for all so that my buddy Traderfan can tell me how ignorant I am.
Foiled again......LOL
Boca_Bobby
Posted on the Spooz board by Gbathat:
The Spooz sponsorship arrangement includes consideration equal to 120 million common shares of 141 Capital, Inc. “The sponsorship of 141 provides us with the opportunity to increase value for Spooz shareholders through the company’s strong participation in two public companies,” stated Paul Strickland, CEO of Spooz. “Because the two companies have two distinctly different business models that are in no way dependant upon one another, part of the value to our shareholders is in the reduction of non-systematic market risk associated with the price of a single company’s shares. This new structure provides diversification of Spooz interests helping shareholders to mitigate certain risks associated with owning Spooz shares.”
IMO, this is typical of the PR's we have always seen. Paul and company are still not ready to show their hand to the world. These PR's simply show that the two companies are alive and well. I assume it will be January when the veil of secrecy will slowly be removed. I also believe this is he most critical time for both companies. Everything needs to be perfectly lined up.
It's coming folks, just a few more weeks before we all have huge smiles and a better understanding of what has really occured from August 2007 to January 2008! I really believe that all will know exactly why Paul took the course of action he did after the SWARM results stated coming in!
Turn the page, the start of a new chapter is starting!
Boca_Bobby
Hey Bucks,
If memory serves me correctly, wasn't there an email from Paul, excuse me "Almighty Paul", that said something to the effect that 141 Capital already had 3 million in capital and already made the first payment of $500,000? I seem to remember seeing something that said we would see the payment on the financials for the 4Q 2007 which would be made public in 1Q 2008.
I may be wrong and we all know how much you just loved those unverifiable emails from the "Almighty Paul." LOL Looks like your looking for a seat on the Spooz Shuttle. Better be careful, some may take you for a pumper of SPZI!
Oh, the horror! LOL
Just fun'n wit cha......
Com'on 2008, I'm ready for the run!
Boca_Bobby
Just did a little search to look for reaction to the recent news. I think the buzz is starting even if we only look at the iHub website as a whole. I'm sure other messsage boards are following suit!
[b}EXAMPLES:

That's 3 of the larger boards here on iHub. Lots of eyes will start to take notice. One of the nice perks of being a moderator is seeing some things others cannot. Sometimes I care not to see some of those things. LOL
But after I received the e-mail from MC today informing us about the news, I was wondering how many others saw MC's email? If your new and want to stay on top of the latest news about SPZI, I would encourage you to sign up for the email list.
What does that have to do with being a mod? Well, I can see we have 198 currently on the list. Let me just say that there are a lot of people on our list that I see on other iHub pages. Some "Heavy Hitters" that have there very own flocks following them around and living off those recomendations they make.
They all got the news. You can bet they are taking a serious look at SPZI tonight. This thing keeps getting better and better.
BTW> I bet a certain former moderator was in the pool today! LOL
Boca_Bobby
WOW!
What a spread on the L2.
http://partners.microcaptrade.com/export/level2.jsp?symbol=SPZI
I guess no one wants to play with the MM's.
.006's are up
Boca_Bobby
And if I may add a point,
IMO, the "heavy hitters" that everyone wants to see getting into the buying mood for this stock are more than willing to wait for an announcement. Being an "average guy" over here I don't have that luxury.
If your like me, you do your DD and come up with your game plan. And this plan has to be in place before the "heavy hitters" come on board. Who really wants to chase this thing? Not me. Better for me to trust my research, roll the dice and buy my position now and sit and wait for the first act of the show.
Talking for myself only here, and I know every word I type just makes the blood boil for some here. So it's a double win for me. LOL
But seriously, I know that this is a "pinkie" and the chances are that I may lose everything. So with that known, I buy the largest amount that I am comfortable with losing and see how things play out. But you can bet that I am always looking for my escape plan as things continue to develop.
Profit is profit!
Boca_Bobby
My point exactly! Some of us didn't panic when the PPS was going down on small volume and those same people are not overly excited about a rise in PPS on low volume. It is simply a waiting game right now.
But it sure is fun to argue with some people. It gives me something to do while waiting for "real" movement!
Hey, it's good to have you back posting here again......
Boca_Bobby
You know ThSeeker,
It seems I've heard this comment about volume before. Hmmmmm
What I find is funny is that when the PPS goes down on small volume some folks are quick to jump in and say how the sky is falling. Then when the PPS goes up on small volume the PPS is dismissed because of the small volume.
Just an observation,
Boca_Bobby
PS> Thanx IW for having the guts to show us all about volume months ago!
The suspense is killing me. LOL
We hold and argue about vocabulary while the rest of the world is waiting for news. Yep, dat 'bout sums it up fer ya.
Boca_Bobby

You may be right MC. Nice eye!
Boca_Bobby
EDIT: The addresses and phone #'s all line up also.
http://www.futuressourcebook.com/compindex/141_Futures_LLC_256948.aspx
Not so sure the MC,
Wasn't 141 Futures the company the Paul founded a few years ago and a whole new company called 141 Capital formed for the use of SWARM?
Am I mistaken or do we have 2 distinctly different companies here? Just trying to keep my scorecard up to date. LOL
Boca_Bobby
Looks like the T's have been crossed and the I's all dotted. Should be real close now.
Opps..... I mean real soon...... LOL
