Good luck in trying to get in touch with Dror...The real promotor for North American investors on this stock is Gerald Sklar, CEO of EATR. Contact him or Dave Young...They would love to talk to you about PRMO.
When this trades again, I think we'll do well with that share structure. I just wonder if Chin is going to have to raise the AS to pay the lawyer bills for the last two years.
Thanks for posting prado...Looks like Dror changed the address to something different in Orlando. I'm wondering if there will be any AS changes.
Doesn't look like he filed a new amendment, after he refiled the quarterly/annual reports...I can only hope that is a good sign.
Are you serious on your quote below???? LMAO
What people write on these message boards has nothing to do with Gerry Sklar's stocks tanking. The reason why Gerry Sklar has millions of dollars as you say is because he never gives anything back to his shareholders. The only one to blame on the stock performance is Gerry Sklar. He cares nothing about what price the stocks are at. All he cares about is selling a story to sell stock...Nothing more, nothing less. All imo.
I guess we'll know in a week if they are on round 10 or we get the green light...I think we were trading around .0003 or .0004 when this got halted. I'm not sure how they would set the price.
Hope you don't have to wait 3-4 years like this one, although who even knows if this one is even close to trading again.
Isn't Chin still CEO of DBYC?
I only post here now because of you and your baseless pumping. Unless you are here to provide official PR's, your words about this operation mean very little.
Float of WNMX/EATR before April 2009: 15+ million
Float of EATR now: 843+ million
So Uncle Gerry sold 828+ million EATR into the float.
What part of that is hard for you to understand?
LMAO...Now that's funny!
It seems like someone is having a hard time believing this. LOL
And by the way, why would I ever let you know what information I have on Gerald Sklar and his relationship with PRMO? I actually still have hope that Uncle Gerry will do the right thing with Dror on PRMO, but maybe that's not in the cards for Sklar.
Until I see something from Bnet on who the management team is, I will continue to believe that Gerald Sklar is the ring leader at Bnet. Because you never reveal who you talk to bnet, I can only look at the facts. I know you like to talk on the phone with Gerald and some "mysterious person", but I actually like to find facts since I know Gerald can have a hard time telling the truth.
1. Gerald Sklar is the main contact at the Transfer Agent for bnet.
http://www.transferonline.com/index.cfm?action=detail&IssuerID=1359&pathid=29&cfid=1169308&cftoken=93539830&public
2. Mike Wehrs, who was designated to head up bnettv, went to Scanbuy.
http://www.scanbuy.com/web/press-kit/127-scanbuy-appoints-mike-wehrs-as-interim-chief-executive-officer
3. Thomas Cook, the lawyer who represented EATR in the opinion letter is the registered agent for the Bnet Communications shell set up in Nevada, which by the way is still in default status. Seems to me that the bnet communications was put into a shell owned by Gerald Sklar.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=34895
So all I can conclude is that Gerald Sklar is leading up Bnet communications until I see something official from Bnet. All I see is that the float on this POS EATR go from 15 million a year and half ago to 840+ million today. Certainly looks like Uncle Gerry has tried to entice people to buy EATR with the hope of getting something from Bnet...Meanwhile he has sold 825 million shares over a 1.5 year time frame.
All imo.
CVS, you say you know about BnetTV more than the EATR gem business. And you say that Gerald Sklar and Dave Young are not involved with Bnet on a day to day business.
Yet you have only ever mentioned Gerald Sklar and Dave Young in your messages, and never once mentioned who you actually talk to at Bnet. For someone who is trying to lead people to believe that Uncle Gerry and Davey have nothing to do with bnet and they have a different group of principals running the show, you seem to actually talk a good bit about them.
Seems as if you do talk with Gerry and Dave to get info on Bnet...Let me guess, Bnet is paying Gerry and Dave to perform investor relations?? LOL
Different principals??
Hey, why is Uncle Gerry's email the main contact for bnet communications at the transfer agent? LMAO!!!!
http://www.transferonline.com/index.cfm?action=detail&IssuerID=1359&pathid=29&cfid=1169308&cftoken=93539830&public
Fact is that Uncle Gerry has dumped 100 million more shares into the float since June 15. From pinksheets:
Float 843,024,387 a/o Oct 15, 2010
EATR and PRMO are so eerily similar.
Both claim massive inventories in their annual/quarterly reports:
EATR-16 million in gem inventory
PRMO-6100 kg in gold bearing material
On both, Uncle Gerry and Davey have claimed the shorts are the reason why the stocks suck yet the OS is continually rising. Looks like it's just a matter of time before EATR's OS goes to 5 billion and the stock price goes to .0001 just like PRMO.
On both, Uncle Gerry and Dror put out these unaudited annual/ quarterly reports, but there is never any proof put in PR's on mining, inventory levels, etc.
It truly is amazing that Gerald Sklar, the good ole puppet master, is repeating the same thing on EATR as he did on PRMO.
All imo.
If you are not Davey, then I hope Uncle Gerry is paying you real well, to come up with these little fairy tales.
She actually left her daddy's company per this below.
Two Leading Calgary Women-In-High-Tech Leave Their Mark
Posted by Stephen King on Thu, June 24, 2010 10:49 AM ·
It would be a shame if Rene Smid and Michelle Sklar didn't get some public recognition for their contributions to the Calgary high-tech scene, as both have recently announced they are leaving their high-profile existing positions to set their sights on new horizons.
Michelle Skar has been at bnetTV for 7 years, and as Producer and Talent, has crisscrossed the globe both in front of the camera and behind. Although she is a passionate voice for Calgary companies, her bigger contribution helping entrepreneurs around the world get recognized in the global wireless industry is unequalled, covering events like 4G World, CES, TEDx yyc, GSMA, CTIA ... you name it. She lead bnetTV.com in owning the space of on-line broadcasting in Emerging Technology industry. She figures she's done about 3,500 interviews in the past 3 years like this one from 2010 GSMA Barclona for Mob4Hire (of which I am CEO, he said as he continues to shamelessly plug his company). Michelle tells me she is actively seeking new and exciting opportunities as an "agent of innovation" to which I would also add "agent of network connections!" Michelle's is on LinkedIn for those that want to get in touch.
Wow...600 million share increase in OS since June 30th. Didn't someone on this board claim a couple of days ago that the OS was not going to expand?
Looks like Uncle Gerry has a new office in Boca Raton per the amendment...Hmmm, I wonder who is paying for that???
CVS, Is this the big news you've been waiting for?
Uncle Gerry is increasing the AS to 5 billion!!! Ready for the printing presses to start rolling again folks. All imo.
http://sunbiz.org/pdf/86300139.pdf
Again, everyone on this board knows that CVS is full of sh&^ when he states this.
I had to look back at some old posts to remember the stories that Gerald Sklar of EATR came up with to sell stock for the last 4 years here.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=14683043
Uncle Gerry, I saw some mm's go to .0001 bid on your stock today...Don't tell me you are going to bring this POS down to the cellar too? Did you short your own stock with your offshore accounts?
Per your response below, I take it you are Investor Relations for EATR or BNET since you state that you are going to be delivering news to this board?
I checked on amendment #7 and it looks like that derivative section was the same as #8, so I don't understand why they didn't catch it on the 7th round rather than the 8th round. It does seem like this could be an endless loop where the SEC keeps finding something.
I looked through both amemdments (8 and 9), and it looks like they only added some verbage on the derivative instruments in the item 2 and 15 areas...It seems like they have to be pretty close.
The only good thing I take out of it is that there didn't seem to be much on this amendment that needed to be updated from 8 to 9.
In response to comments received from the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”)
Disability Access Corporation is filing this Amendment No. 9 to our Registration Statement on Form 10
Amendment No. 8, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 25, 2010, to
revise the discussion of potential derivative instruments in Item 2. Financial Information and Item 15.
Financial Statements.
I got this back from him about a week ago when I asked him about financials:
Yes, I am still working on them, but almost finished. Scheduled to meet with Linda Keeton the week of the 6th.
Thanks for your patience,
Sebastien
So Davey Young is now claiming that "We are not them"? LMAO Haven't we heard that before??? Isn't that what they said about PRMO even after Uncle Gerry and his little Tony had control of the transfer of PRMO shares? All imo.
Uncle Gerry...First your daughter leaves BNET and then Mike Wehrs decides to take an interim CEO job somewhere other than BNET!! Did Mike find out BNET is a scam?? Uncle Gerry, does this mean you are still running BNET communications?? LMAO All imo.
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/26/10 -- Winmax Trading Group, Inc. (Winmax) (PINKSHEETS: WNMX) is pleased to announce that it has completed the transaction to spinout its bnetTV subsidiary for a payment in shares and cash in the new company. The decision to do this transaction was announced in October 2009 and it includes the transfer of all bnetTV.com, Inc. related assets, brands, equities and its valued video library to the new independent company, bNET Communications, Inc.
Management of Winmax felt it was time to unlock the substantial value of this asset. This required being independent and having new leadership focused on the media company business model of bnetTV.com, Inc., to catalyze its strategy for growth. President and CEO of Winmax, Gerald Sklar, stated, "Shareholder value is a priority, and the successful incubation of bnetTV is what created such a strong asset base for this spinout to bNET Communications, Inc. The Winmax Board is confident that this transaction is the best way to unlock an undervalued asset which will increase shareholder value." bNET Communications, Inc. has secured a well known and highly respected industry veteran with senior leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft and AOL to lead the company. The company's new president and CEO along with the leadership team will be announced by bNET Communications, Inc.

Looks like Chin filed the 8th round on August 25th.
http://www.disabilityaccesscorporation.com/investorrelations.htm
Looks like Chin has got a lot of convertible preferred stock equivalent to 10 billion common shares. He would have to raise the AS for him to convert that to common stock though that wouldn't be a problem since he doesn't need shareholder approval. The OS is still 2.4+ billion from the report so maybe if it trades again, we can get a little bump before he converts. Although at this point, you have to wonder if Chin and his lawyers really know how to get this trading again.
From 10-Q:
State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: As of August 23, 2010, the issuer had 2,437,676,200 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
We are authorized to issue a total of 2,500,000,000 shares of stock, 2,445,000,000 shares of common stock and 55,000,000 shares of preferred stock.
Well, I certainly don't think proceeds from DVD sales on the shows that the Winmax BNET group went to was paying for Uncle Gerry's vacations.
You could be right as I have never seen a PR. I do remember seeing a promo inteview though with Uncle Gerry a couple of years ago when he was just CEO of WNMX/EATR saying that his company mined, but maybe he just lost track of which company he was talking about.
Yes, I do remember that suggestion about Uncle Gerry shorting, which he could have been doing also after he and Dror gave away 12 million restricted shares for someone else to sell. I looked back at the post from wiseoldgenious saying that a Ken Owens was given free shares of PRMO worth $250,000 at the time, so this could explain the $150,000 in profit that this group illegally made by selling restricted shares. All imo.
Since they've been separated from PTSH for a bit now, I would have thought this would be a no brainer. Well, it looks like another 1-2 month wait again.
Mr. Layhe...Nice find. I remember this period back in 2007. PRMO had just done a reverse split...The OS was supposed to be 292 million with Dror holding 260 million, leaving the balance of 30+ million shares. So it looks like Gerry Sklar and Dror gave someone 12 million restricted shares to promote this. The stock ran to 50 cents, and then this group dumped 12 million shares until Dec. 2007 to bring the stock to the .002 range.
So the question is, was Uncle Gerry and Dror knowingly giving away restricted shares to someone, which I am assuming had a 1 year restriction period, for this group to sell right away? I actually remember a poster back then suggesting that Uncle Gerry's son Tony was selling shares illegally. Too bad this article didn't mention who the clients were. All imo.
