Does the volume make you think insiders are dumping?
What would be the point in converting shares to preferred then selling more shares out of the authorized? Why not just issue options? How do you dump the "bad" preferred shares when there is no market for them?
Most everyone else here thinks the tooth fairy has come and is doling out shares for a penny.
Well, let's see how to get you started on some DD...
How about...this is no longer a greenshift company!
Read the posts here and see if you still have questions.
"THIS IS PENNY LAND. YOU CAN'T BE SURE.
IF WE DO NOT GET THE PR SOON, THIS WILL TANK. NO MATTER WHAT!"
Well, the "NO MATTER WHAT!" is the kicker. Has nothing to do with penny land or anything else. The kicker is that some dweebling wannabe hero on the rise somewhere screwed up and now is trying to bail themselves out of a very, very poor short position before Tom and IHub bends them over and sends them out the door.
Whether they pull it off is questionable, whether this goes up is not.
They got balls to argue with an SEC filed 8-k, but they're shrinking fast.
No way this legitimately trades 70 million on a 186 million float and goes up 5 percent. Will Rogers once said that the first thing you should do when you find yourself in a hole is to quit digging. I'd say that's worth taking to heart and pocketbook.
They are also furiously working the settlement.
In other words, they have today to cover the short from 3 days ago. They short more at .011, cover the .007 short at mid .009s today. In the hole by .002. NITE keeps working the spread day by day until they make up the difference and at least nets even on the whole thing.
Couple of things can happen:
Flippers become non-flippers and wait three or more days to see what happens.
Tom gives them the finger with another PR.
They continue to manipulate trades until they net even.
Shameful and blatant it is, to see this happen day in and day out. Anyone watching level 2 can see it. Why the SEC cannot cure it I do not know.
Yup, as long as they are in control they will not lose. Just like when NITE was on the ask at .011. Doesn't matter how many short shares there already is, they'll short more higher then cover the lower ones or the first short, look good with their boss, then trade back and forth as long as it takes to at least net even with the spread.
Best thing for an investor to do here is to buy as much as they can afford to lose, then just sit on it. No other way, IMO.
Good juju for you, patience grasshopper...
You gonna kick yourself for selling out for a two bagger. Just like when I sold BOOM at 13 from 10. Only to sit by and watch it run to 30+, then split and run back there.
Several others I could mention, but I hate telling the stories because it only reminds me how short sighted I was.
Hang in there, much, much more to come.
Taking the kids to see ratatouille. When I get back, wanna see .015! You IHubbers are in charge!
LOL. Aint skeered!
Told ya NITE was running out of fingers!
20 million green candle on my 5 min chart.
NITE, you feeling a little pressure?
You've got 8 fingers in the dike and I figure you've got 2 more before you're out.
Ain't resupplying anybody. Had my shares parked from .007 and I'm here till .10 at least.
Love to see BOFA run in there and start screwing with NITE.
look at the gap between the .01 and .015s on the ask.
Look what happens when NITE gets off the ask.
don't look at it.
Not likely IMO, we recently paid CASH for 3 companies.
Right on moviedude! Couldn't have put it better!
Someone at NITE is battling each day to keep their job right now because they made the wrong decision. Hard to say I feel bad for them. Actually, I rather enjoy the freakin crap outta it to be honest with everyone. I'm sure the folks that bought at .01, .02, .03, .04, .05, and .06 are feeling the same love as I am!
Just games folks.
Three cash acquistions of late and we go down? Where's all the dilution at? Stick to the fundamentals and you'll be fine.
You mean we bought 3 companies for cash? Crap, did we have that much cash? I'm really pissed that we paid cash. 10 million shares today? Laughable!
Just plain NAKED!
They're gonna keep lettin it run a little then selling 10 million or so short and covering .0015 lower until they make their money that Tom screwed them out of when he gave em the finger with the 8-K. Once they can cover the big short at .007 and net even, then it'll run. Sucks, but I think that is the way it is until the SEC changes the rules on naked shorting.
That's why all the folks running around here thinking the trade is too big for the float size.
Tom, give em the finger again boy, I'm with ya! Both hands next time!
It's entirely possible that this traded 40 percent of the float when it is up 30 percent in one day. It only traded 50 million the day it was up 2000 percent and there were no shorts in it. Now it trades 20 million more and there's shorts galore around here, time you add in all the flippers and the MM trades back and forth it's easy for me to see the float at 186 million.
Oh, without a doubt. I see some serious jacking taking place.
I've been short BOOM, NVEC, and many other on a gap up and it really sucks.
Part of playing the game.
Here the game is to keep your eye on the ball. Doesn't matter who threw it or who made the last basket. Tuck those shares away and let it ride.
Only one way to be in this now, and that is very long.
I think yes, it is very easy to trade the float in a couple of days. This moved intraday from .004 to .0094 in two days. The flippers would have been crazy not to lock in 100 percent profit and the shorts were looking to be king. Not hard at all to imagine.
The reported volume is trades, not necessarily based on settlement. We shall see in the next few days.
Imagine someone knew a SEC filing was in the works, that it had simply been files. Would anyone have thought it to have the substance it did? Anyone, including myself, thought it to be dilution at first. So trade on rumor, et al... Those block trades two days ago were sells. There is only one organization that has that many shares to sell in blocks, and it's obvious from the filing that they aren't doing that.
"Dede" is a NY state assemblywoman, 5 terms. I would not think she would be party to an SEC filing which amounted to fraud/scam.
Shorts are toast, and I freakin luv it! Gonna luv watching it happen too! Gonna enjoy watching the shorts chase it! Gonna laugh out loud at the folks whining and tossing BS out there! Gonna change my ID to gonnawithit (probably not). LOL. I love it when a plan comes together!
LOL, by this weekend, you should buy her a new car. Bet you won't sleep any then either.
NITE on the ask, MOMO on the bid. All this week.
Either way, you're not going to sleep!
You're going to be curious as to how much money you've made or lost depending on what side of the trade you're on.
"Dede" is a 5th term NY state assemblywoman and former mayor.
I doubt she would sign off on anything that would jeopardize her credibility.
I think you're right on. The MM saw the stacked bids around .007 the other day and I did too. Someone is short at least 30 million at .007 and change and this is gonna open at .02. That wasn't dilution, that was full blown short pressure and the reason it didn't cave in was because there were three fourths less shares to cover with than they thought.
Someone told me not to put all my funds in one stock, guess that would be the prime example why. Just sit back and let it run, cause nobody is gonna cover at less than today's close. There'll be some ups and downs and some games, but if you're in now, you're in the money.
I was just thinking about you...
Any guesses as to the short interest?
The June short interest was up 900 percent BEFORE the spike to .065. I think there are probably 30~40 million or more short shares now. They've been waiting for it to crack the 50 and head on down as I would if I were short.
I've shorted stocks many times and I promise you they are all over this like ticks on a hound. This week will make the .065 spike look paltry in comparison.
Totally unexpected. When I saw the headline I was thinking Oh crap they've diluted us, but the reverse is actually true. I'm sitting on mine, .10 is not even going to budge me.
Any long who bought in the last week is probably looking at a 15 bagger this week, maybe 20 if one of the deals get done. Talk about a freakin reversal bust out nail a short gapping running MF...this is gonna surprise everyone I think.
JMO.
We are Seaway now, not only Wisebuys, but all the other things they bring to the table. It is a LBO company and then some. I think lots of folks think only retail here, but the reality is much more than that.
Just look at the credibility that DeDe brings.
Is this Tom's brother?
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/85/3980.html
Any connection between the two? The name certainly is not very common.
He's not the ceo.
Almost the entire float has changed hands today. Keep shorting it.
Don't know but I sure am pissed about not having any dry powder when I saw it hit .004 today.
You are right about the share count. No way a 1.75 billion float trades like this.
Then don't buy any if you're concerned.
