Guess there are many ways to twist and spin but you might consider looking at the OBV as a better indicator. Particularly if you are an investor vs a flipper. The accum/dist indicator took a nosedive on Sep 1 along with a similar candle. All the folks then who traded this on the same basis then are still wondering WTF happened.
Anybody know what the biggest block trade today was?
It's a better company tomorrow because we got rid of that chunk of change that took it down this afternoon. Even so, still got more buy volume than sell volume. IMO.
Considering the volume the last week or so I don't see much chance of it not crossing the 50 since both are lagging indicators.
Well, good to have you here David. You obviously know what you are looking at.
There is probably a method for deriving the macd divergence, I'd just have to set up Excel to look for it and import a history of closes I think. The macd divergence is a breakout watch-list type of tool that indicates things to come that would be confirmed by other indicators, mostly at a later date. Sort of an early warning indicator so to speak, but they are fairly hard to find. Last one I traded was IPII from 7 to 14.
Slow STO has some big significance for daytraders as I'm sure you already know. Best play is when all the indicators say the same thing like you say.
As psycho says, tsk tsk in the DD arena.
Tom is a founder of Wisebuys and an appointed public official. Do you suppose that as a founder he had no clue as to the financial situation of the company BEFORE he ever announced the intent to acquire? Where is it? It's all in your mind. All the retrace speculation, the shoulda, woulda, coulda, why didn't I.
Sorry bud, only the strong survive.
Whenever I find one, it has always proved to be relevant. Here is the description, I have yet to find a reliable scan for it though.

It's more of a pattern than a crossover. More a signal that the underlying factors are not matching up with the pps action.
LOL.
How about I put it another way...would one be remiss in reading between the lines (all of them) that the court system has now become involved in determining the pps for the additional shares (if any) that you propose being issued?
IF the OS were 4 billion, then we've had roughly 1/8th or more of that trade hands above the 50.
Sometimes it's way to easy to overlook what is right in your face. I've done it before but I try not to do it on purpose.
Hey it's all good! I welcome all those fishes who like to swim upstream.
Well, I've gotten over the 600 percent gain and I'd say I have a fairly cool head at this point. Plus more funds. GLTA.
Assuming that is the case, the shares are being sucked up well above the 50 while presumably the dilution you speak of is occurring. Is an investor to wonder what will happen after it stops? Are you telling me that this is a concerted public manipulation of the pps for the settlement beneficiaries?
Shucks yes, I see it retracing to .007 so I can correct my past mistakes such as not going ALL in because I wuz a CHICKEN! LOL.
Nice chart dal, I want to also point out the bullish macd divergence starting back about 4 months or so ago. Lucked up on this at the right time, wish I could find a scan somewhere for that pattern.
How about we do the reality and realize that you have an agenda. Whether short, pissed off ex-employee, disgruntled ex-shareholder, whatever! Glad to have your posts showing how poorly run you think UCOI is, but the chart says you are wrong. Now you can go on swimming upstream as long as your mom will let you have lunch money, but sooner or later everyone gets a dose of reality. I just don't think you are ready to accept yours.
It has changed Sox because we had some huge, huge holders at sub-penny. Wasn't hard to buy 5 or 10 million or so back then. I think what we've seen is most of those big holders out of the way and they've been replaced with more holders who mostly hold less shares. That's a good thing to have a broader shareholder base. If we had the same holders in from the penny range, we would have seen a retrace by now, but as it is, the shareholder base is growing and that is what has caused no retrace.
There are no shares to dump. The OS is still the same. You can hold that stick of dynamite or fish. The choice is yours.
Exactly Faucet! Lot's of folks get spooked because success is a relative thing and it is exceedingly difficult to see outside of the box that we all put ourselves in. Human nature is to quantify things in terms of our own relative history such as entry points with stocks. That same emotion is what creates the classic charts and hypothesized entry points that everyone refers to.
Cliche is that one man's trash is another man's treasure, one just found it earlier. Steely guts it takes to be confident in one's DD and ride out the human emotions of relative returns!
SWVC just doesn't fit the mold. It's way too undervalued, way too transparent, and way too profitable. Not hard to do DD here, there are hundreds of NASD issues that don't do half as well as SWVC.
I think it's been pretty much consumed since around .01. Probably been a bit of un-consuming the last week and then re-consuming but I'd say that mostly it's all consumed at the moment. Doesn't mean that the bar is closed though, the drinks just cost more.
Hard to trade for free shares on a stock that doesn't fit the classic retrace pattern isn't it. I was tempted around 200 percent but never did pull the trigger. My wife is extremely pleased.
Well, I think .0104 is the common conservative consensus regarding eps. The float is drying up daily.
AF complete around the end of August, doesn't mean he's going to release them right away. Shucks, the train's already steaming full speed, why throw more wood on the fire right now?
I'm expecting a short-lived battle around .06, and I hope like crazy that we have pegged a massive, but ill-informed short position here by then because they shorted the chart, the consistent, inevitable can't-hold-the-RSI chart, the 3 day retrace chart, the chart that says with all other stocks that surely this is going down soon chart. Just when the shorts have it hanging out there in the wind with all their wallets flopped open, Tom lowers the boom with the AF and she gaps like a lottery ticket. Just my opinion!
Still in here from .0064. How many others out there still here from sub-penny! Freakin amazing to come home for a week and every day my account balance is up 30 percent!
And the only reason they're talking about Apple is because everyone's pissed off about the iphone $200 discount. They're not talking about a baby monster about to grow into a big monster. Give it a week or so, SWVC gonna be in the number 1 spot!
LOL Forrest.
yup, NITE backed off to .0025.
Do I see ARCA on the bid with 9,999 followed by 999.
RUN FORREST RUN!
They also just printed 45k at .0375.
Yeah, they've got the decimal off by one. Should be .35 bid instead of .035 I think. LOL.
Right on Bill. I think this is the best growth stock I have ever owned. Actually, probably the best stock I have ever owned now that I think about it.
Which would put EBITDA at about .0104 per share. Think about how many companies at this PPS that can boast that! How many turd stocks out there have a PPS of a buck or more and post NEGATIVE EPS!
Anyone remember this?

Nominating and Audit Committee
The Board of Directors will not have an audit committee or a nominating
committee immediately after the closing of the merger, due to the small size of
the Board. The Board will also not have an "audit committee financial expert."

Since Tom is a founder of Wisebuys how could anyone think that he would not know what SWVC is buying. Done deal IMO.
LOL Billy, good one. Also known as the Running Shorts Indicator.
Isn't RSI the (R)unning (S)kyward (I)ndicator?
Well I find it fairly simple to read between the lines in that I absurdly figure that an oil company building a tanker would have something to put in it before they laid the keel. Maybe it's just my thinking out of the box, I don't know.
no need to be sorry, the information is freely available. Folks trade on what they are told all the time.
TOM...you've created a monster.
I post an hour ago no replies. Two months ago, I'd have had 4 replies. Now it's lost in 65 messages from mainly new investors trying to find out what gives.
I luv ya bro! Dede too!
geez peorge, aturd has had those same figures for over 3 months. Do you think they care about your DD? They want you to make as many trades as you can possibly make! That is their only interest in your well-being, it does not matter to them whether you make money or lose money, you pay the commission either way.
All of the above. I assure you the facts are available.
I respect your opinion, but I think you also called the SAR above the candle midday with a retrace due a couple of days ago. Could be I'm wrong, probably 10,000 posts between there and now so I don't remember.
I'm still in from .0064 with an appropriate timeframe so bumps in the road are expected.
I am fully hoping that we have accumulated a massive short position here as I see new posters here every day who have not a clue what the OS even is, let alone took the time to call the TA. Shorts are usually pretty smart, but I'm suspecting that MOMO is about to start printing some shares and there's just as many ill-informed shorts on board as ill-informed longs as a result of the monster chart setup.
Also find it difficult to believe that there are 480 million shares OS and we continue to have only 60 million shares traded with back-to-back double digit gains. Just guessing but I'd say average joe is holding at around .026 or so.
JMO.
lower...
414 PERCENT since someone introduced me to this at .0064 a while back. Why?
- this is a potential 100 million plus market cap company selling for 12 million as of todays close.
- guestimation of 50 million in annual revenues with 5 million net
- conversion of the 5 Wisebuys stores into one of the oldest retail names in the Northeast.
- impeccable leadership credentials, transparency, and stated growth objectives.
- guestimated PE of sub 3 at this point.
I ask where else can you find a similar growth stock for .0265? Gimme some choices folks because MOMO hasn't even shown up yet! This could very well be the next Cabellas, Bass Pro Shops, Dollar General, or WalMart in the making.
Speak UP! We're just getting started here. All IMO.
