When I see the ask at 10 or 20 k shares I just make small buys of 5 k or so on a given day. This way my buys don't raise the ask. As you said, this is probably going to be a play in the future (hopefully), so why try to pay more than you should, I wish the ask was still .0079 like last week, but I think I will keep accumulating under .015 until it goes over. I have quite a few under a penny.
For this I have fidelity, Also have etrade but it is 4.95 per trade. Fidelity is great for nasdaq and other listed stocks as there is an option to buy a specified number of shares or if you trade with your phone you can buy specific dollar amounts(fractional shares)
In the case of dbrm however they must be limit orders only.
Another thing that has changed for me now compared to the past is that there are no trade costs, for me and others depending on the broker so I don't worry about purchasing all at once. Keeps it more low key. Lol I would like to accumulate for a few more weeks.
Thanks, I've been buying a little here and there trying not to move the bid/ask much as I am accumulating. But I did notice that if it ever does move for a solid reason, it could go quick. Jim does not like dilution as others have said, and the numbers over the years prove that. good luck.
why is it at .04? Thanks.
I agree, some just look at the realistic state of rxmd and know its a risk, especially since it can not hold any pps gains. Who wants to be stuck if they announce an r/s?
Not sure if he knows about this board, I was pretty rough a few years ago when I first emailed him. I had originally bought this in the .40's and what hurt at the time was what I sold to buy dbrm. 30 thousand shares of a .30 cent stock and the company went to 18 dollars per share, now it sits around 8 dollars.
Anyway, I will keep buying dbrm if the price is low enough, maybe I can turn this into a positive.
Thanks for your posts, you know a lot more about oil than I.
why would they perform a tiny split like that? It accomplishes nothing.
I think rxmd is definitely worth around .03, but the constant dilution and new accounting firm will be questionable moving forward. glta
link please.
1 for 5 gets them to .20, can't uplist with that, rxmd pps is .04
Its a huge number, but more room to dilute, what is the a/s, a billion?
I think Alps is the one selling new shares into the market.
If rxmd does a 1 for 100 r/s they will reach 4 dollars but it most likely will not hold. They like to hand out shares and dilute the o/s along with the pps. A long bumpy ride that will be fun to watch. glta
here is his reply, not a big deal, just nice to hear
Jeff
Daybreak is hanging in there. Fortunately the prices have come back some. Our wells are still producing the same as they always have. We have a number of wells that could be drilled if we can ever get financed. Hopefully the market will come back and new investor capital will come back. In the meantime we are maintaining our production and are equipment to keep them in shape.
Good to hear from you and I appreciate your continued support.

yeah ok, whatever
rxmd traded much higher 8-9 years ago, but I guess pps is not important
any business can have 40 mil in revenues and still lose money, that is why rxmd dilutes all the time.
I think I know why, they can just issue themselves free shares and dilute, but I'm thinking they would be better off after the r/s, lol, its risky to pay money for this stock, as most people know.
most companies file a 10q but rxmd cant afford it.
I caught flack by selling at .047, I have no urge to rebuy, never hold through an r/s
I changed my mind, too much dilution here, too risky at .029.
shhhh, Im trying to sell this crap
It is strong, .098 to .042 in mere weeks, lol What could be stronger.
No R/S means they cannot uplist, Rxmd will not gain 50 times current value with the horrible share structure they have especially if they continue to hand out shares like candy. Plus, they need to use a real method of filing not some accounting firm.
ended up adding to my position here, not sure why but I guess the bitter taste is gone. I emailed Jim for kicks and got a quick response, I figure its cheap enough now to grab shares and roll the dice, like you say, maybe this will be something in the future, or at least have a run up.
good day for rxmd, only down 2 percent.
If they did go to nasdaq with a 100 to 1 split they would quickly go from 4 dollars pps to 1 or 2 dollars and struggle to maintain the required minimum pps, plus its going to cost quite a bit to perform the real edgar filings required to stay listed. Won't be happening any time soon imo. money lost per quarter would be higher. It explains why the pps has slid almost 60 percent in a few weeks, no one wants to be caught holding the bag. Imo the longs with so many shares have been selling as well.
Finally some real discussion on the board.
discuss this more AFTER it goes nasdaq, if and how it got there. They can't even hold .05! Thats not nasdaq qualifications. rxmd has traded to the high .20's, if it was worth that it would still be there. Too much dilution, too many losses.
I have a feeling that the rxmd longs have been selling as well, its a bit risky to hold when an r/s may be in the works.
thats why rxmd cant hold any gains, always slips back down to .04 or lower. possibly a r/s candidate to get the share structure in order. Managements gives free shares out but no insider buys in this great company. lol
Yes but it has been rumored that it was run up to .09 by a "group", so in other words, its falling back towards its true value, not there yet imo, but if they keep diluting, it will keep falling.
Wow, rxmd not in very strong hands.20 mil voulume and pps drop, thanks for the info.
Another 4 percent loss on a beat up rxmd, getting brutal, Hopfully rxmd won't have to r/s to get to the nasdaq and to start sone real edgar filing.
My personal opinion is that rxmd is a good buy at .029
I agree, rxmd turns money, but not profit, like a broken record. pps goes up, then continually returns to the mid pennies as the o/s creeps up. To me , its one to watch but I don't need to own it. Not much good dd here either.
It really doesnt seem under the radar considering how many millions of shares were traded in one day a couple weeks back.
Is .045 doubtful? it seems like the rxmd pps is lower that that.
