i'm long. GLTA
if they have money to drill, they will strike oil. why is teco pps so low?
.009; the fun is just beginning.
imo, treaty needs revenue, a drill permit in belize, close the Kansas deal, produce oil in Tenn.
even one of those would help.
i'm pretty certain the only person selling treaty shares is the majority stockholder; who else would sell with this potential? only someone w/ millions of shares; but needs money to stay alive.
these $$$ should be going to treaty, instead of his pocket. imo
<<someone obviously has a lot to sell.>>
does the name RB come to mind?
i believe treaty has no revenue or cash to accomplish anything; have you ever noticed that nothing ever really HAPPENS at treaty? they open a well in Tenn, then nothing; they have leases to close in Kansas, never happens; they go to belize where it will be extremely difficult to get a drilling permit.
play it half a penny at a time.
my prediction is that treaty will never drill in belize.
TREATY ENERGY CORP Files SEC form 10-Q, Quarterly Report. this should happen tomorrow on the 16th.
again it will show no revenue meaning the Tenn wells are a total flop. my plan again is to by a boatload of teco shares around .007, and then dump them all when teco hits a little over .01 on some hype.
looks like treaty is spending the money it has to hype belize, and not close the Kansas deal for $6m.
it's 7am, so off to work
imo, the report didn't say anything about belize that hasn't been known since treaty announced their belize position a long time ago.
it couldn't be a better time to buy; well, maybe in 007s or 008s.
aren't we due a financial report, 10-Q, on the 16th of Nov, 2010???
volume is picking up today after slow start; people are getting some real cheapies today.
no proven revenue.

Press Release Source: Treaty Energy Corporation On Thursday November 11, 2010, 12:15 pm
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - 11/11/10) - Treaty Energy Corporation (OTC.BB:TECO - News), a growth-oriented energy company in the oil and gas industry, today posted the initial geoscience analysis prepared by R.S.S., its geoscience contractor, of a 2,000 acre or 1% portion of the 200,000 acre land based part of the overall 2,000,000 acre Princess concession.
The geoscience analysis report can be viewed by going to the Treaty Energy website at: http://www.treatyenergy.com/flashsite/index-3 (Click on "Belize")
Background on Belize: Currently there is one company, Belize Natural Energy Ltd. (BNE), actively exploring its onshore concession. BNE started exploration in 2005 and as of May 2009 were producing an average of 5000 barrels of high grade crude oil per day (API 40.8 Sulphur 0.89%) out of ten wells that they have drilled.
Andrew Reid, Chairman and CEO of Treaty Energy, stated, "The analysis prepared by geoscience contractor on this small part of the Princess concession clearly enforces our confidence in the potential for significant oil production from our Joint Venture in Belize. It is our intention to lock into our first well location and to seek necessary drilling permits on a timely basis."
About Treaty Energy Corporation
Treaty is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of oil and natural gas. Treaty acquires and develops oil and gas leases which have "proven but undeveloped reserves" at the time of acquisition... These properties are not strategic to large exploration-oriented oil and gas companies. This strategy allows Treaty to develop and produce oil and natural gas with tremendously decreased risk, cost and time involved in traditional exploration. aren't we due a financial report, 10-Q, on the 16th of Nov, 2010???

It is not going unnoticed that you are saving money by putting the news on the website and not issuing a PR.
thank you

Treaty Energy Updates Progress on Belize
Geoscience Contractor Will Return to Belize in Mid-November to Complete Task to Identify Location for First Well to be Drilled
teco is holding nicely at the ask; let's maintain .01 today
the last two PRs have made real good use of our money.

where is teco going to get the $6m to purchase the Kansas reserves?
hold on for a few days and you will be able to get TECO for .007s, imo
are you referring to the Belize komex deal where teco is going to crush oil from rocks?
the rocks will be shipped to Belize from Louisiana.
the ships are being rerouted from poland to Belize as we speak.
this deal alone should bring teco millions of $$$
all imo
i painted the close .0104
<<if the company has production and thus revenue and profits>>
those are fight'n words!!!
SOON is a promise by the major stock holder of something that never happens. it is something that only insiders know about.
these small stock trades could be partial fills
from the 10/25/10 PR:
<<teco today announced that it has successfully performed the acidizing process on its Joseph Schwallie #1 well in Pickett County, Tennessee.>>
why did it take 7 weeks to acidize the well? no money?
they stated in early Sept. that the ROBIN MOODY #1 well would be acidized.
<http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Treaty-Energy-Reports-iw-2702958436.html?x=0&.v=1>
from the 10/25/10 PR:
<<Additionally, Mr. Danos stated, "Plans are to now proceed to the Robin Moody #1 well to do the same acidizing treatment.">>
another 7 weeks have gone by.
In addition, where is teco going to come up with $6m to finalize the Kansas deal?
<They owe $6,000,000 at closing (by Sept. or Dec. of 2010 at the latest) or they default. >
<If they default, what will be forfeited is:
the $900,000 in stock that has been placed in escrow as earnest money and all of the funds accrued in the "joint operating account". >
Why is teco still in the fancy offices in downtown Houston? Why aren’t we using Daniel Reid’s (CEO) garage as our offices? We don’t need to impress w/ our offices; we need that money to drill for oil. If we are a startup company, we can startup in a garage.
Come on teco, quit wasting our money on the Houston office.
It also seems that we have alot of Chiefs and no Indians at Teco; and it takes forever to get anything accomplished. My apologies to you Mr, Danos; are you the only one at teco that does anything?
kenny rogers 'the gambler' comes to mind.
great entry point coming up here SOON
time to average down
