how are they paid?
Treaty has no money; the CEO is even paid with TECO shares
imo, it is not a new company when you show financials for the past three years
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bs?s=TECO.OB&annual
you mean downside potential, correct?
not a bad day?
in reality TECO only traded 93,870 shares and is down 16.67%
imo, wait a few weeks and you will see a bad day.
Description of Our Business
Treaty Energy Corporation, (“Treaty”, “the Company”, “we”, or “us”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada in August, 1997. As explained in Note 10 in the financial statements, In December, 2008, we merged with Treaty Petroleum, Inc., a Texas Corporation under a transaction commonly referred to as a reverse merger. Treaty Petroleum, Inc. is owned 100% by Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate.
we got some volume, 93,000 shares; but down 16%
do you mean, 'when you paint the close?'
can anyone tell me why fmi has not been posting recently?
volume looks good today, 2000 shares.

BP on Wednesday said it drilled to one of the lowest depths ever in the oil and gas industry as it touted a "giant" discovery.
At the Tiber prospect in deepwater Gulf of Mexico, BP (BP 50.47, -0.98, -1.90%) (UK:BP. 534.10, +14.50, +2.79%) said it drilled to a total depth of approximately 35,055 feet and found oil. The prospect is located 250 miles southeast of Houston in 4,132 feet of water.
Appraisals will be needed to determine the size and commerciality of the discovery, BP said.
BP said it was its second major discovery in the emerging Lower Tertiary play in the Gulf of Mexico. It currently produces over 400,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day from the Gulf of Mexico.
check it out; no revenue and negative profits.
TECO is mostly owned by a company that is in bankruptcy.
this is ridiculous, i just sold 3,860,000 shares of PBLS at .0002
what in the he!! is going on here???
viki
78,000 shares traded so far, all sells. it is good to see no one is buying this stock, and that people are doing their dd.
PA and his gang (the owners of TECO) are so far ahead of you, it isn't even funny.
you will have to pump this stock on no revenue and negative profits if you hope to recover your gamble.
keep holding boys; even as the pps plummets.
ok Paul, i get the message; only 11 posts, i am not pulling my weight.
wordofmouth on another board posts: wordofmouth, on 30 Aug 2009, 07:12 pm, posts that he has a phone conference with the bk court re: pbls' ownership of TECO.
he said later today that the call has been postponed; but imo PA CA RB involment in TECO will be proven. we talked about this alot om PBLS board last Feb or so.
certainly hope you rethought your position over the weekend;
how is the buzz in the office this morning?
oil is below $70; down over 4%
doesn't look good for TECOs bottom line
i am posting re something i read on the RB board about TECO.
wordofmouth, on 30 Aug 2009, 07:12 pm, posts that he has a phone conference with the bk court re: pbls' ownership of TECO.
i don't know when this phone conference is to take place; the time & date of the message indicate to me that it could not be taking place when he posted. does anyone have any additional data re this message by wordofmouth?
answers to 1 thru 4 are:
Treaty Energy is a fully reporting company who is trying to create shareholder value
MrsMejia
even your alias is new;
imo, i would suggest a little more dd regarding TECO (it will save you money); TECO produces no oil, has no revenue, and has access to no money to grow a company. they even pay their new CEO with .015 cent stock from the company.
viki
i called scottrade on this; Scottrade will send you a form to say shares are worthless ( i quess that is the paperwork required).
<<call your broker to confirm. Be sure to get written documentation stating the stock is worthless.>>
this article by PBLS ROARS is excellent: see pages 2 & 3

WOW, almost $4300 traded; don't break the bank.
what do you mean by that?
appears as if PBLS has 'flatlined'
maybe they do have their own money and lots of it, but there isn't a chance they would put any of their own money into TECO. the owners know a bad investment when they see it.
New week but same old company. My suggestion is run from this company. Pretty obvious the pump is in play...
imo it doesn't matter what the price of oil is, TECO doesn't pump or sell ANY oil.
good dd
i will really reevaluate my position here.
hope i am not totally screwed.
appears that all logic points to a bad company and some people are pumping.
thanks
???

Paul
there is only one thing wrong here;
the heading on the paper says
'Florida Department of State
Division of Corporations' and the subject is 'address change'.
When I first glanced at the heading, I thought it said
'Division of Corrections'
Oh how I wish.
60,000
$12.
keep up the great work; someone paid .0002 today.
40th anniversary of Woodstock;
if you can't remember Woodstock, you were probably there.
can anyone explain to me why 2,655,000 shares of PBLS stock has traded today?
we had action today; back up to $0.0001
caprock
what is wong with my math and reasoning here:
if TECO market value is $8.79 million and the stock price is $.0191,
I get the outstanding shares to be 460,209,424
Total value of all my PBLS shares dropped to $ZERO in my Scottrade account.
I should be able to take my losses on my Fed Income Tax, correct? without selling them.

instead of 'Accounting/Bookkeeping Services'
it should state that they are very good at 'cooking the books'
someone just took their $500 and cashed out; i should also.
