Exactly, and it probably will be
when this shorter block is gone this thing will explode
routing through multiple MM's and running off as soon as he is challenged
You would almost think that some people don't have level II or if they do they don't know enough about the box to understand what has happened here and what a HUGE opportunity was just handed to those that get it
They've had their fun and the only way shorting works is if there is a seller to fill them. Neither CGRW or SGDH have a history of working with pig dumpers so what that tells me is, as soon as the weak ass newbs finish panicking and feeding the short this bull#### will stop and we get on with the business at hand
some are not savvy enough to put all of this together
IMO there has been a plan from day 1 (actually well before day 1) and understanding that is key
glad you are here
A ton of notes, totaling a whopping $432k????
most of these Pinks have millions upon millions of notes and the amount borrowed by Janovec since he took over is $20k in all of 2018 and $70k in all of 2019 so far
TOTAL LIABILITIES is a minuscule $704,801 down from the same period last year of $912,238
not whole lot of Pinks that clean when it comes to liabilities
I originally wanted to own a million but thought that was going to be in the neighborhood of .08 but now I have taken in over 2 million but the vast majority of that has been under .04 with a significant amount in the low .03's
the company does not have a history of dilution and with what is going on in the industry, I don't think they will start now. The sister company CGRW has not changed their share structure for over 5 years
sometimes people get in over their head with something they don't really understand
liking those 6.33's even more this morning
for those of us buying down here it is a beginning and for those selling it is the end
I started my position at .0805 wanting a million shares, now I have over a million with the major part of that bought under .05
let the good times roll.
funny to see the ones that had no idea what they were buying at .10 and .11 dumping (what they still have no idea about) for a loss
the sad part of it is for the ones that do not completely bury their accounts will turn around and chase the next one at the 52 week high
smfh
might very well be the most important post of the day
I agree 100%
smfh and lmao
IMO both of the Pub Co's involved in this plan of vertical integration will be the license holders for the cultivation facility and the dispensary by the end of 2020
Marijuana Legalization Bill Approved By Congressional Committee In Historic Vote
coming off of a bottom the sector looks stronger than it has in months. Long way to go but you eat an elephant one bite at a time
lmao, three days and everyone's a stock guru

looks like the beginning of some movement in some of the major Cannabis Sector Stocks
sticking my toe in the water here for a few shares at 6.33 and have plenty of dry powder to cost average in if she keeps retracing from the HOD of 6.49
I bought in last week and sold this morning for a small loss. Would have been a huge loss if I had waited a few more hours or even minutes
dodged this bullet
liking those 6.33's from this morning
Yes, I am serious. I like facts and "I imagine" and "It's clear to me" are not fact based
If I am not mistaken someone was also wrong when they made statements about the CEO dumping shares.
Just the facts ma'am
so, you would "imagine" it is 20 or 30 million more than the factual 11 million.
Have you bothered to look at the issuance history of SGDH? There was an issuance in August of 2012 and then another one FOUR YEARS LATER in October of 2016 and now one 3 YEARS LATER in 2019
with no history of extreme dilution why would you "imagine" that an additional 20 or 30 million have been issued. It is not like the company has a history of that sort of dilution
the "other company" has not issued shares since August of 2014
for sure
Up 10% and leading the sector
looks like the beginning of some movement in some of the major Cannabis Sector Stocks
sticking my toe in the water here for a few shares at 6.33 and have plenty of dry powder to cost average in if she keeps retracing from the HOD of 6.49
I've seen enough
out with a small loss
good luck to all
back to the HOD
or better yet, maybe their selling and position has come to an end.
they did dump higher and then more dumping ensued as panic set in, but for sure the MMs were there to help to push it down and to instill more fear
it would help a lot if people that are buying would take a minute to understand what is being accomplished BEFORE they chase the ask. That way when there is a period of consolidation or a pull back (completely expected) they might change their mind set from fear based to actually see the opportunity being handed out
talk about Market Bullchit. that ask for 90,000 that was clogging things up gets challenged by a higher bid and they immediately run off. Either a MM wants to force selling into the bid to cover or a trader with shares wants more so they try to dirty up the ask to try and panic some shares into their bid
this is soooooo much more than a .10 or .15 stock
It's funny that there are so many that have no idea what is going on with the company, other than what they read on a message board written by someone they have never met.
I think that "huge flood" of buying was probably by some that had no idea what SGDH/CGRW and D Janovec/Dr J Janovec and Category One Botanicals/C1B True Organics have laid out as a master plan. As soon as the volume stopped they freaked out and dumped.
If you read ALL of the press from both companies and truly understand what has and is taking place there seems to be a step by step process happening WITHOUT breaking the back of shareholders.
My simple mind takes me to an end game with both Pub Co's owning not only the licenses that operate the facilities but also the facilities themselves. Long way to go, but speculation is what the OTC is all about
gosh, I am sort of a Due Diligence nut and would love some more information on this "real dispensary" Do you have anywhere I could go to find it?
When I look at all of the press I see the first time the new dispensary was mentioned was June 14, 2018 but there was no location listed. Actually the first time a location was mentioned was on November 14, 2018 and though they didn't give an address they did say that it was located on the NORTHERN Walsenburg I-25 Exit. The dispensary you are showing is on the SOUTHERN Walsenburg I-25 exit.
Also on the Colorado Department of Revenue Website the actual address is listed as 601 Hwy 85/87 Walsenburg, guess what, that is right off of the NORTHERN Walsenburg I-25 exit
please provide some links or some fact based information so I can start digging into the "Real Dispensary"
SGD Holdings Ltd. Announces Receipt of Building Permit and Commercial General Contractor Retained
Janovec went on to say, “The new dispensary will be conveniently located at the Northern Walsenburg I-25 exit where our signage will be visible to approximately nine million plus vehicles a year. We feel that the local traffic of approximately one million five hundred thousand vehicles passing directly in front of the retail location each year will create exposure that will certainly give us the boost we need in opening our first retail dispensary.”
SMFH
Clarity on what? If you go back and read the press releases, visit the Colorado MED Board Website (licensing), and the City of Walsenburg Website (videos) it is spelled out in a very understandable way, I call it Due Diligence
Very logical assessment. I do think that the sector will move as we start into Q1 and Q2 of 2020
good luck to all
I think the pictures in the I-Box are of the cultivation facility not the dispensary. From everything I have found, the cultivation facility will be the source of the product at the dispensary so I guess whoever put that in the I-Box considered relevant
There is a lot of information out there in regard to the dispensary but not much besides the press has made it to the I-box
$7.6mm in revenues for Q3 which is a nice increase from Q3 2018 but they are going to have to get administrative costs under control
There are many sector stocks that don't even have revenues and simply trade with the ups and down speculations of the sector. TRTC has a good foothold in the industry with one of the better share structures out there (thanks to that reverse).
In my opinion, for what it's worth, the Cannabis Sector should be seeing a lift with not only the upcoming bill in the House to legalize but also the election
Good, I like to scale in and that will down trend as you call it will be helpful
going to start accumulating shares next week. The entire sector has been decimated over 2019 and APHA seems to be one of the most solid plays out there, the upside potential from here could change a few zipcodes
Getting back into the Cannabis Sector as now it is soooooo beat up that there seems to be almost nowhere to go but up. With the RS in 2018 it would appear that they have moved past the start up growing pains (dilution). For those that are holding shares pre split it sucks but for those looking to enter the now, maybe not so much
Took a starter here last week and will continue accumulating for a bit
You might want to follow that link I posted to the OTC Markets SGDH News Page and at least read the headlines. I like to keep myself up to speed if I am going to be around a while
I also ran across a posting somewhere that had the videos of two Walsenburg City Council Meetings were Dr. John Janovec appeared in regard to the dispensary licensing. At some point in the presentation to the council he talked about an extraction lab to "close the loop"
I find it a bit strange that the sister company has not announced the change of ownership of Category One Botanicals (licensed grower at the cutlivation facility) from Rod Clawson to Dr Janovec.
In my opinion these guys have had a master plan from day one. Time will tell
Like I said, I spent some time last weekend reading all of the press (what little there is). After reading it all again I have to say it is spelled out pretty clearly
others might want to do the same. If you are going to flip stocks with what ever strategy you might find works maybe, press is probably nothing more than a momentum catalyst but I am here for a bit more than a flip and really started digging into SGDH again (since Harry left and Janovec took the reins)
OTC Markets Press Link
In the beginning the plan was to put in an extraction facility and kitchen on the same property as the cultivation facility. At some point that plan was scraped to move it into Walsenburg and combine an extraction facility and dispensary
SGD Holdings Ltd. Enters into Lease Agreement for Immediate Development of Extraction Lab and Retail Dispensary
Delmar Janovec, CEO, states, "After extensive market research into the retail Cannabis space and its coinciding profit margins in Colorado, SGD Holdings made the decision to rescind the previously announced lease agreement at the Colorado Buffalo Ranch Filing No. 5, Lot 61. As an alternative, SGD Holdings will be taking possession of an existing building that will house the planned high-capacity extraction and infusion facility and a retail dispensary store-front. The retail dispensary will allow Category One Botanicals, the Licensed Grower at Colorado Buffalo Ranch, to intensify the branding of their superior organic whole flower products. The extraction and infusion lab will fulfill the dispensary’s needs for concentrate, oil, and edible products, which will be packaged and branded under the Category One Botanicals Label.”
I am looking at the over all picture and the dots that connected for me are much more than a .10 stock. I saw a picture on social media that showed a Colorado MED Board filing that the cultivation facility north of Walsenburg is being operated by Category One Botanicals whose nes owner is Dr. John Janovec (no longer Rod Clawson). On that same social media page there is a second picture of a filing with the Colorado MED Board that shows that Dr. John Janovec is also the owner of the license at the dispensay in Walsenburg city limits under the name C1B True Organics. Does anyone know the relationship between Delmar Janovec (CEO) and Dr. John Janovec (License Holder)?
So, the cultivation facility and the dispensary are operated by the same person. I see some vertical integration in the making here. My guess is that as soon as these guys get the dispensary up and running we will see the third brick in the wall, an extraction lab
With the recent passage of Colorado HB 1090 allowing Public Companies to own actual licenses I am going to ASSume there is a long range strategic plan that is being implemented one step at a time. As of now to my understanding the Pub Co's have to be fully reporting. Both SGDH and the other one would have to be audited and uplisted to take over, or as Colorado loosens restrictions they apply anyway and see if it works
Time will tell and I have nothing but time, filled another 75000 on Friday.
with a little research it is simple to see that about the only time the CEO has not filed a NT is the last Q, other than that there is always an NT
smh and lmao at the impetuousness of youth
When Harry was the CEO he was a last minute filer but I think he always filed on time
Jonovec's other ticker has filed (except last Q) late for years and now he carries that practice over to SGDH
Thank you!!
