Man, for all the hype and hoopla it seems like now the crickets have taken over.
Getting close here
I just called the Colorado Dept of Revenue. The MED Board that approves licensing in the Marijuana Industry in Colorado is part of that Department. I only spoke with the person that answers when you don't know the right extension or want to speak with the operator
she said that there is a process that has to be completed with MED once the Final Inspections have been completed BEFORE the Certificate of Occupancy can be issued by the City or County depending on where the licensee is located. In this case it is the City of Walsenburg
I guess I am not as frustrated as some that have been here longer. I started my position sometime in November and frankly I am grateful for the delays because they have enabled me to cost average quite nicely from my original buy of 100k at .08
and I have about a million more shares than I had planned on buying
I got plenty of time
Almost the exact situation happened with the Buffalo Ranch build out. People were whinning and complaining for a very long time. Everything was completed, although it did not get completed on anyone's timeline or expectation
then the stock ran from .40 to 3.45
as per the pictures that have been posted by DBP, the building is almost completed. Completed enough that DBP would guess that the business will be open next week. So now we start whinning about the time it took to finish instead of celebrating that it is almost done, Brilliant!!
they are TA Verified on OTC Markets website that will indicate any changes in the share structure
6.80 is not low enough to cost average from 7.20 but I can still hope
either way, add or ride
lol, exactly.
This is a commercial building and therefore requires commercial contractors. I wonder if people know how many commercial contractors operate out of Walsenburg.
I was out at Buffalo Ranch twice during what seemed like years of construction and as I mentioned in a previous post, Janovec moves slowly but at the end of the day you can bet it is done right. When I talked to a guy named James (the superintendent) out at the ranch during construction he had said that finding commercial contractors to come down to the area was not easy.
I love the pictures that DBP has taken the time to not only go by and take them but to also share with us. I do believe his prediction of the store being opened by next week is a bit off, but who knows
If I remember correctly Janovec put out a PR out at the Buffalo Ranch project when the final inspections were started and I hope for the same thing here. I am going to go back and look through the PR's to find the time line between those final inspection announcements and the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. I am also going to dig into whether or not the MED Board has to sign off on the completed project for that issuance.
bollies pinching, gonna break to one side or the other
if she dips I buy if she rips, I ride
Never dipped low enough to add to my 7.20
up or down, either way I am happy
Like Dr. Janovec said in the video that was taken by the Walsenburg City Council, The retail store will come first then we will close the loop with an extraction lab
it's called vertical integration
Category One Botanicals grows at the 25,000 sq ft Buffalo Ranch Facility
C1B True Organics sells the product and launches the C1B Brand
then to close the loop an extraction lab for oils, edibles, and concentrates
all grown with 100% organic sungrown product. No pesticides and no synthetic nutrients
The market will determine whether or not "one outlet" will move the needle, but in my view it is another spoke in the wheel
from press back in October
"The C1B True Organics Retail Store in Walsenburg will be the flagship location to launch the Category One Botanicals Brand."
Flagship store
In retail business the designation of flagship is given to a retailer’s primary location, a store in a prominent location, a chain’s largest store, the store that holds or sells the highest volume of merchandise, a retailer’s most well-known location, a chain’s first retail outlet, a store location with decor or merchandise mix that is distinctly different from the rest of the chain, or the store location in a chain which carries the most high-priced merchandise catering to the most upscale customers.
looking to add to my 7.20's
SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET
looking solid here while building a nice base
sitting back silently collecting when I can
I think there is going to be more than a few frowns and scowls when this gets to beasting again, and it will
That starter at 7.20 looks good, but I was hoping to get more lower. Time will tell
First fill went off this morning @ $7.20
So, I knew I wasn't going to be around this morning for the open. On Friday I put in a GTC/EXT for 2000 shares at 7.20
I was all happy just now as I figured it filled. I would laugh if I wasn't crying. The order went in but I failed to make it a GTC so... NO FILL!!
now I get to watch again for an opportunity to start accumulating a new position
It's all fun and games until you screw up the order entry
I am ready but just not able
Last entry I started accumulating to early was lucky to get out with a profit, this time I will be a little more careful
Going to be very interesting to see how this plays out over the next few weeks.
good to see that bi-polar kid is back
Time to start getting serious about starting a new position
I have been wrong before and maybe this is one of those times
It looked so strong this morning, so a dip below 7.90 and I start accumulating again
17mm at DTCC and that is the tradeable float
hasn't changed in years, talk about protecting shareholder value
I guess to hope for a dip below 7.90 at this point might be a little unrealistic
same here
I can't wait to see what Janovec meant when he said in the last press release
“With the recent passage of Colorado HB-1090 allowing Public Companies to assume a more active role in all aspects of the industry, CannaGrow fully intends to explore and pursue all of the options and opportunities this change in regulations brings.”
are they going to buy the facility or Category One Botanicals, or BOTH!
Got to be one of the sector stocks with the most potential for gains
churn churn churn
I was wondering what was on the other side of that interior pass through security window. It looks like they have an inventory room. Looks like humidity control and separate environment as the main room.
Leave it to Janovec and his meticulous planning. Just like out at Buffalo Ranch Facility. They built a stand alone building that is a 100% computer controlled environment for the drying, curing, and processing of product
like a giant humidor
When all this comes together it will be 100% state of the art.
Friday before a three day weekend, could be some bargains to be found here today
#fingerscrossed
A drop below 8.00 and I start looking to accumulate again
would love some shares starting at 7.50 but that might not be realistic
Once again with the low volume the impatient ruled the day. It's all good for those that have a somewhat longer view of things
I guess some people could look at it like that and I can appreciate that style of trading, I don't trade with the idea that if I don't buy NOW I am going to miss out, but if you want to be my guest
looking to add myself but just not sure about where I will pull the trigger yet
right now my average is .175 but I have just started my accumulation process.
If the sector heats back up CGRW will be one of the first to catch fire and history and zero dilution says there could be huge upside from current levels
I am still green from my original purchase a couple of weeks ago but I want to add more. I hope they continue to beat it down, makes things better for me
added at .17
despite todays pullback (healthy IMO) the entire sector seems to be finding some strength in fundamentals
only a few of the majors will survive but IMO TLRY will be one of them
I think the dots are getting closer and closer together. They are much easier to connect
the picture is becoming more clear with each release
well, now Dr. Janovec has 100% ownership of both the cultivation license (Category One Botanicals) and the dispensary license (C1B True Organics). I think we all had already discovered this off of the Colorado Dept of Revenue website but now it is out for the public
connecting the dots
Next I want to hear about the extraction lab and kitchen
sure would love to see a continuation or yesterdays bullish trading here today
