Liquidation has many Uses.
total speculation on your part.
You tell a good story, but so do other folks on this board... with pics to prove it. I have pics too. They tell a different story then you. What does my story say?
The folks that had the exit held a Large Number of voting shares of the company to steer its future that adjusted every time shares were authorized for sale. The percentage never changed. no matter what they did and They Sold. Who bought is the question? that is my question anyway. Any Answers?
You put HC Wainwright together with this exit and some folks have some shares ahe???? Maybe voting rights? Change of Control ? I will wait right here, I think we get some fireworks after all this lawsuit stuff is put to bed.
Seriously... does a company going BK settle a law suit with shareholders and pay anyone anything AT ALL????? No they don't. they close up shop and go to sleep.
post it... link?
Deez Nutts.
Thank you again. great reminder of the sale of the Sarnia asset to LCYB. Its good to get that pig off the books and in better hands with deeper pockets I am glad they kept the contracts too cause they can fill those with Toll agreements from processes they learned in Sarnia. I think BIOA will come out in much better shape. Maybe next month we will get an update ahe? When does that class action pay out again? 3 plus years and still active? hmmmmmm.
Stay Tuned......
can you post that for me please? thank you.
who is bankrupt?
Bioamber going to court was like me going the ER with an instruction manual on how to fix me.
If BA was Bankrupt, why are corps still active? You have posted results of other companies going bankrupt with actual pics but none of bioamber going under?
No Way this man started this process unless he knew what the end result was going to be. No Way.. Too Smart and the Plan was there and from most evidence... he was successful. 4 years later. Important Corps still Active.
He sure did and He did what he was hired to do in my best guess... all the pieces where there to put together and they looked pretty good then but MUCH better today. It was a very Wise Investment. He sold a very good product. I am sure he was successful.
Are you sure? cause there are some things I have not seen as of yet...... I will wait though. A big Hurdle just closed up. Good things Coming IMO........
Nothing like a Liquidation Plan with a Confidentiality Agreement.as a forefront for a deal. Ill wait. Some true warriors and leaders around here if you know what to look for. Just got to block the noise.
Tick Tock......
The Clock is Ticking Big time now huh? Ill wait.
How about you ask that question to the High Dollar Lawyers? They were paid for a reason... they could have gone much cheaper IMO if this was indeed a liquidation.
but of course you would do that when a change of control happens, they have to have collateral right?
well shareholders never expected any return on the Sarnia sale since BioAmber owned 100% of the them in the first place so CCAA docs are correct in that term.
you have your opinion and I have mine. only time will tell who was correct. I will be right here and if I am wrong.. I will admit it. I am hopeful still.... Hell, the last hurdle just cleared for anything more.
To me... BioAmber figured it all out... proved the Tech in large scale and needed to go Bigger but had no money to do so.. They needed bigger pockets to change the world. I think they found the bigger pockets to make the dream a reality in the market that they pretty much created in the first place. At some point... you don't need to create it anymore...you need to improve on it and license it out. I think that is what they are focused on now... add as many TOLL companies as you can and MAKE the stuff for the Market. In China... in Brazil... in Thailand...where ever. The Single unit Sarina did the job it was meant to do and still is a big part of the over all picture, but in the large scale sense... more was needed. I think they gave up Sarina to focus on the Bigger Picture and not be dragged down from month to month expenses and production problems.. leave that to the Experts that already do things like that. Experts with big pockets and world wide distribution already established that want to expand into Bio products was the key that BioAmber needed. Many companies of Bioamber and BioAmber around the world. Bioamber Biochemicals is one to look into.... I like many will Wait right here and see how this ends... really ends...not some CCAA of some Sub. This ending of the lawsuit should be a big move fwd to the end result we are all hoping for. Go BioAmber 2022 or what ever your name is going to be in the future. With Oil at 120 a barrel.. the time is perfect. I stand hopeful.
