I read part of the article you are referring to and no way would I subscribe to that rag to read the rest. Not even if I was a kazillionaire and they offered a thousand % refund. That being said if anyone wants to publish the whole article somewhere I would like to read it.
now for the "...waste time and resources..." post:
You fight the fights that need fighting. trtc spent a great deal of money, time and effort on obtaining all the NV permits and to let some bs people step in the way they did at the last second and take the disp permit away is a fight that needs fighting. I hope they go after them and they all get punished to the absolute fullest extent of the law. Others will have second thoughts about crossing the line, believe me.
Basic school yard mentality here. You punch the bully right in the mouth and he'll leave you alone. So will the rest of the bullies. You don't act and you keep getting bullied.
Now if trtc would have said "..aww shucks lets just move on..." I would of had serious concerns about them making it in this industry or any other for that matter and I probably would have ran to the exits instead of buying more shares on the dip.
Make examples of them all...
The other day I listened to various posters wine all day claiming there is no contract 'cause there was no pr release even though pictures were shown, store produce managers verified and the fact that no way would walmart let someone place a product on their shelves without a contract of some kind. Now there is a pr release and I'm hearing posters wine all day that the pr is a obvious pump piece and doesn't mean anything, it's irrelevant. Just sad! The specifics of the contract are probably under some kind of gag order limiting the details from being released. Wally world has the money, clout and the law firms to do just about anything they want. What they don't do is plaster contracts all over the internet. Wally world approving their product for trials or whatever the actual states is a huge verification for EG.
PERIOD!!!
Penny stocks by their very nature don't really have an EPS to speak of. So the dilution can't really effect the companies value. But the cash gives them the opportunity to grow. So trtc stockholders should be pleased with a dilution.
We all want the company to grow. So, as long has the new money is used to grow and not used to hire led zeppelin to play at the company picnic (which I would drop everything to attend by the way) then it's a win for the company and a win for the shareholders.
That's a win win !!
Dilution is how small companies raise money...
When the company moves shares from the authorizes shares to the outstanding shares to raise capital. It means that there are more shares available at the same price of existing shares. This gives the company money to expand and grow. It's a good thing.
A very good thing.
Everything is relevant or nothing is... also trtc is an agricultural company expanding into mj market. Zacks has them ranked in the top 39% of the farming sector. Thats with companies like John Deer, Kubota etc...

Agreed, there is too much evidence out there to continue claiming mj has no medicinal value. All mj needs is one solid piece of evidence acknowledged by the FDA and say good bye to schedule 1.
Also thanx to all who defended my "organic hydro" post while I was away. I will go back and read all; time permitting, and mm those I haven't already.
Excellent info! There is another growing method I'm looking forward to trying - Aquaponics. Its a cross between aquaculture and hydroponics. Basically you circulate the water from fish tanks through the hydroponic system. The fish byproducts are broken down into nitrates and used by the plants has nutrients thus filtering the water. The filtered water is then recirculated back into the fish tanks where they defecate and replenish the nitrates. repeat.
I wonder if trtc has ever looked into this. It would cut down the cost of fertilizer while adding revenue flow. Selling fresh fish from a sustainable system could be lucrative.
Possible good news developing on the NJ mj front...

Get him out of office and someone in that will follow the will of the people!
that is a great idea. mm for you. I from the Midwestern farm belt and don't know any players in that industry, but I'll check out the websites and try to make a suggestion!
lol, that would be funny. maybe even stick around to get the Colbert BUMP!
Last night on the daily show with jon stewart he had a guest on (jennifer esposito) who talked about the need for organically grown veggies. TRTC WAS NOT MENTIONED. But it was a good piece on a national news show.
never said they were. I said they fought and clawed their way...to the juggernaut they are today.
Amazon started with a few thousand dollars in a garage and eventually went public on the the nasdaq. Point is All start-ups/small companies have a big hill to climb and you do it by constantly expanding, pushing new boundaries, ignoring the naysayers and focusing on your goals. These are people that go out and make it happen. They don't sit around talking trash and manipulating companies to steal money from investors.
trtc has this same kind of drive with their management staff. Always pushing forward and making it happen. Take a good look at what they've got and what they've accomplished. They can make a big contribution to our wellness and our world.
Stay the course!
not only is the future potential applicable but it's a key factor. These are smaller companies clawing their way up a hill in a brand new industry. Remember Amazon back when. They fought and clawed their way through the dotcom era, survived the burst and came through clean to become the juggernaut they are today. All on future potential.
your one of the best posters here. It takes a lot of work to gather up the facts like you do.
thanx,
Until then they can fill this bag I'm holding with $$$.

Good bye to the .40's forever!
nice find - mm for you!
FDA looking @ potential reclassification...

Also take a look at Zacks. They rank trtc in the top 39% in the entire farming industry. Not just mj, the entire farming industry with the likes of john deer, kubota etc...

I am sure they know that and I am sure they will. I am also sure there is no specific time limit on sharing information with the public. You negotiate a contract, sign it and then have 1 hour 17 minutes to share with the world? Really? Ridiculous!
Investors get them while their cheap!! Wally World would NOT put EG in their stores without some kind of contract. No way, No how! There is a contract we just haven't seen it. To put every little piece of news out in a press release would be unwise and trtc isn't unwise and neither is Walmart. I'm also sure that walmart doesn't want every little detail (for them anyway) being plastered all over the internet.
My guess too. I'm thinking co-ops from coast to coast. Using their vertical farming method I'm guessing a large number of those co-ops will also produce mj. Then we can all retire on some little tropical island and live off EG salads and mj. lmao!!
Broke through .50 right off this morning, now hoovering just below. Anyone figure where the next resistance point is? I've been to busy lately to properly crunch the charts.
CHECKMATE! I'll mm you for that. probably wont get the answer he's looking for though.
Being in the local markets will guarantee all available plants will be put in prime real estate for a sale to the public! Couldn't be better news.
with regard to wally world...
It all depends on the store sales and trtc's ability to supply. Walmart could easily pick up every single plant EG can produce and be left wanting 100^2 times more. I think for a while its gonna be just local stores (if sales are good). It's not easy to get into a big chain, they look at everything. Can you suppy in huge amounts?, will the quality still be there?, do you have the facilities, the funds and the infrastructure to keep your promises? etc... If you make it this far then they pull out the microscope and the flashlight and really start to probe.
Well done trtc reps for getting our feet in the door. Keep up the good work!!!
Walmart definitely needs EG. Out of all the major chains they have the worst produce section. (imo) I usually go to kroger to get what I don't grow myself in my backyard garden. I started working full time for farmers back when I was 7 or 8 years old and know from experience growing awesome veggies is hard work and no easy task. trtc with EG has perfected it. Amazing produce / herbs. I wish they had some greenhouses here in the midwest.
good intel. nice to have the company and us longs verified
Walmart needs them, they have so so produce.
They have been on an uptrend since June 9th. Up from .34
He didn't change his last name, his father did to sound more American. He also says he was thinking of changing it back for his kids sake. Family reasons
you should, i bet it would be written better and much more informative than their used to.
trtc gave an appropriate and well thought out response. In any ongoing investigation it is wise not to release detailed information to the public. You want those involved not to know what can be proved and what is suspected. If details are known perps can lie more convincingly. The investigators and prosecutors need to get statements and ask questions prior to any specific public releases. The details and rebuttals will come out when its time. Anything else is unprofessional.
check my posts, I am by no means a "know it all" but this link may answer your Questions.

Agreed, I too think the legalization train is picking up speed. imo there will be nationwide legalization or at the least decriminalization before Obama's term is up.
Great news, they anticipated this some time ago. They already have CO-OPs in place to capitalize. A real verified forward thinking company. Go TRTC!

Awesome research!!!
I was impressed with the show of public support we received. I am a unpaid user of ihub so I can't send or respond to private messages so let me add that the mj plant can be used for everything wood is used for (paper, rope, most building materials, insulation, walls etc...) thus saving the rain forests. Also for food both animal and human. It can be used for traditional fuel. There are many many more applications than I mentioned here and all from a plant that can go from seed to harvest in one growing season, uses little water and can be planted year after year. etc...
I will member mark you maxxam!
By the way, some of what moisthiney says is accurate, but the rest is not. basher
There is no substitute for doing your own DD.
Good luck to you sir
