One last thing, I have no idea of the time frame it will take to get to my target , It is just my opinon only so far.
One thing for sure news is around the corner, And I am still having a hard time sleeping. To me, I have looked and will treat this penny stock company as a investment.
So, I will not depart with one share under $6.25. There has been folks here willing to share there experince and I am greatfull.
I have been crunching numbers with others guidance and its pretty intence and exciting scary at the same time.
I have at least 4 different senario ready to go when the news has some real guts in it to start speculating or forcasting.
Saralove hit this out of the park when she said, you will need to have some good buisness sence to even grasp all the areas DUTV will tap into. I agree !!!
I know that my math is off, But thats okay, I will gladly share it on the board for any to use or what ever you want.
News will come and we go up and like I said I am holding on to mine, At this point I can not treat it as a penny stock, quick take some profits, I dont have that luxry either so.
No upside resistance, with more folks holding longer price keeps going up.
News with real guts to forcast with we go even higher.
The guts will determen how high, And for any new investor that just reads and dose not post is also why I will put my math here, In a positive manner.
Its hard for me to imagine once we are stable at our PPS over $3.00 that then we will attract instutional investors to our company aswell, and then we go higher.
We could I guess get a short squezze, and again we go higher.
LA4321, I appoligize to for jumping on your post, I understand that you were challenging for awnsers to your questions and rightfuly so, you should do as you have. SUNYN75 has always said we need all DD here as a collective working team.
I get it sir.
This is the very finest group of folks here, and there is no compairson.
This may be wierd, but, I for one am proud of this professional board. Thanks eveyone.
Good night John boy!
I have been searching for anything to share, Sorry I came up short.
This is a cut and past, This kinda falls into some one mentioned FCC to play fair. Digital

Appeals Court Refuses to Shut Down Aereo
By Ted Johnson
In a blow to broadcasters, a federal appellate court on Monday refused to block Aereo from delivering TV streams over the Internet.
I added eight new eyeballs to this stock, family & two of my best co-wokers.
Are we going to a dollar, Thats the question. All the experinced here and there have done the DD needed for them to offer up there opinon, or speculation on that direction. And to have that experince also comes with there trading plan, and most will have one. some like me are very nervous about all the potential of this company and when that news hits I to will consider taking money from the company, Some of you folks have Awesome positions to truly capitilize on selling part and waiting to ride the rest. Me very small position so I must sell all and be happy or wait for this to come to a wonderful company down the road, And at that point if it is wonderful then I truly will be in a better position to be ware some of you are now.
More than likely down the road. Chevy sonic has to get paid off.
To my point, The potential is Awesome indeed. news hits and we go up, If you hade a level 2 system you can check to see the sell and buy ratios to now when to sell. Sell in the strenght right.
There are folks that just check in read post and leave, they to own shares but do not particapate on the boards, I was like that too. Then you have other message boards picking up on the run of DUTV and they start to buy, Of course there is always folks saying going to the moon, and other folks buy more, Along the way many will sell and many will buy.
Here on this board we are just a fraction of holders, There are so many other holders else ware making there trading game plan.
So to say we are going to a dollar is odd to me, Would not math tell you, you are going to .89 cents, or 1.47 or retest the high 3.45 or higher.
Its exciting , Anything here could happen, Those who have shared along the way there buisness smarts and to have helped others has been unselfish to say the least.
Egg for thought.
The perfect storm.
Vermíllion 1 penny to $27.00 6 months. 2008 or 2009. Stayed above $3.50
Vonage has annual sales 746.000.000
Dutv has looking at top line should exceed Vonage annual sales on projections. right, so is it even plausible to think that with this potential of dutv that we could or vonage do a reverse merger and our shares now are worth $3.80. Or they would do a 2 for one reverse split and we have half our shares now worth $3.80.
Is a meger with vonage even a double or smart move with dutv.
I am pretty excited, And I am probably in left field with some of my thinking. Thinking out loud.
I cant see DUTV staying a penny stock with everything and all the potential they have, Could be wrong, JMO only.
Very positive board today, you know who you folks are. Thanks.
Unsespecting folks, BLIND SIDE anyone.
To post 16690 and 16692. You have scared the DUTV out me. I have no business acumen, Thank goodness you guys are here I have been piggy backing on your business acumen. Lacing up now. Thanks for sharing always.
Well after trying to find something of worth to post come up empty, But I did try to read on retesting the all time low and then at some point to retest the high,
It dose happen if the company is in a better position to generate revenues, This could very well happen.
Sunyn75 has mentioned this several times here, I personaly thought you would have to have a level 2 system. I dont know why it did not snapp with me, Its a Snappen fine now. WOW I even have that possibility too. Just love it. always amazed.
It really dose not matter the high the first time, DUTV IS POSITIONED BETTER NOW, & SO MUCH MORE REALIZED.
Man O Man, Lots of good stuff, Only one cut and past post from me. I am excited. I just stay excited.
A Higher Quality OTC Market
The over the counter market should regain credibility and support higher stock prices, since exchanges are forcing companies to trade there for a longer period of time before becoming eligible to move up. Rule 419 SPAC’s may increase providing clean new entities to complete reverse mergers. Resale registration statements, and thus disclosure, may increase to combat the Rule 144 prohibitions. We have already seen greater disclosure by non-reporting entities trading on otcmarkets.com.
In summary, we believe that the issues and setbacks of the reverse merger market since 2008 have primed the pump and created the perfect conditions for a revitalized, better reverse merger market beginning in mid to late 2012.

There Have been great post on this board and you can back track if you like and almost daily some one brings and shares there back round or experince with us, That makes a few of us go WOW, Me for one.
Saralove surly has seen this senario play out many times during here excutive job that she discribed and she diffenetly can speculate a little out of thats my opinon. I for one appreciate all that she shares from experince, And if nothing of what she thought might happen I am okay with that two.
For me this is exciting the blind side.
That patent is a major asset and one a big name partner would want to control and or purchase thru a merger or acquisition. That is the source of this quiet period
If so, you cant prepair for that you are in or out.
Very cool to pounder. BLIND SIDE JUST LOVE IT.
Saralove, Thank yoú for your tíme to comment to my question, I have read your post on your Bio, I have read almost every post you posted. Your post are valuable and offer alot of comfort. Thanks ,
No short squeeze, link please.
LA4321, were will this be in 8 or so weeks. Dont be afraid, give your specúlation. Interested !!
LA4321, Your are one very sharp fellow, I put my projection out there o coúple of weeks ago You saw it. I asked for help you gave none. I ask you what is your projectión. on the level.
Very nice of you to post what you think could happen with DUTV, Saralove, would you consider thát maybe they have paten approval, please what is your view on thát. If you dont mind.
pssst. Whisper, its going to a dallor. Just dont know when, based on my learning curve, now you know. Low, low please.
I read all post I didnt think Anyone new more than the next person . And i am the least experinced here. Lots of SMART folks here.
I have been reading post.on this board for over a year, I get great infor here, Some have put alot out there. How it all works is another post, I hope thát info here has not been insider information if so I we are guilty. For what its worth.
Okay, What and see, Im good at that.
Wallstreet, Could be many reasons why they havent updated. I think in the end it will be the reason we did not come up with. So we can speculate on why But !!!!!!!! Big BUT.
You alredy know but I am sharing any way, There is also lost of reasons why about lenght of time for patents.
5 to 8 years (from 2009). Estimated time projected to get an idea patented based on current U.S. Patent Office backlog and current economic slump. “Patented inventions can ignite the economy by creating demand for products and jobs. However, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has very little manpower to examine up to 400,000 applications a year. To stay afloat they rely on [revenues from patent application fees paid by inventors] like George Huggins, who has waited for five years on patents for his trailer alarm system and tailgate loading ramp. ‘I'd like to get my patents before I die," Huggins says. "Everybody says 'how old are you?' I say 'I'm over 80 fellas. I'm a World War Two vet, and I think the government owes me, at least, to get me my patents before I die.’ So how long does it take to get an idea patented? ‘We're telling people anywhere from five to eight years,’ says Douglas Sorocco, a patent attorney with Dunlap Codding.” Patent time length. (Ed Doney, “Inventor frustrated with U.S. patent backlog,” KFOR News Channel 4, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 6:20 PM CDT, August 19, 2009) Express your opinion at Inventor Opinion Polls or at Inventors Elect.
How I really fill about e-mailing Gary McHenry, I would rather he stay on the course then spending time thinking should I e-mail one very super small investor, Name 2can.
So I will continue to look on line for information that I can share with everyone, And also will look at how long patents take for approval. Stuff like that. Thats what Ill do.
I will wait on PRs to be released like I guess everyone else too.
Gary McHenry can take all the time he needs, But I do hope he realizes that his sector and companies are hard at work.
But you two fellows bring up great points, I find alot of value in your post. Thanks for sharing too.
I gladly volenter to send Gary McHenry a e-mail about any up date on the paten , and our web site, I will try and use a more professional base when doing so.
Gary McHenry Did not respond to my e-mail a couple of months ago , I am sure he is busy with all kinds of stuff for the company but I will try again.
Wallstreet, You have pointed to some very key things about the company and the web site, I am a one demensional thinker I did not see that . But!! its work in progress no dought, Cant have perfection with out a couple of hick ups.
Patent approval, tíme it takes. Wow. Your right. A very importante área. I am to excited thats for sure .
My freind bought 200.000 sha res before 9am, they bought at small incurments. If thát helps with your level 2 system.
Not knowing What the posibilities lie ahead is very cool. So many things could happen! Can you say Buzing. Ready for supprizes.
Mom,Tué,Wed,Thur,Fri, Best days of the week, Bétween the hours of 8.15 am and 5pm. Then from 7pm through 12 midnight. Just infactuated with DUTV. To get uplisted with out the normal process is something I havent considered till this morning. Dang!! Someóne mentioned thát we most first have our patent first before large companies say okay lets do this partnership. I think thát makes good buisness sence. Maybe they did!! This all is me dreaming. JMHO Only, Specúlation. All have a. great week
Penneytomillions, Its graet reading of all the companies needing a Tech awnser for there sector, I think DUTV is on to something.
JMO Only.
LA4321, Gary McHenry is one of the Tech guys that I am aware of.
Out of all the penny stocks thát have a product añd trying to convince us share holders thát its real añd stay with my company so they can delute us, or its just another scam. Well if your company had what the PR states, scam or not, as a penny stock trader you surly must know thát this a pretty good place to be. In a nut shell. So choose your lie.
.I waited, we waited a very long tíme for a PR about TORQ. I,We might be waiting again for sometime for a PR about DUTV next exciting move. The day to day needle móvement drives me nuts. My free tíme I will keep searching for anything I can share with the board . THIS stock has been hovering right around were its at for a while. Thats a good thing. A lot of folks speculate were they think it is going, I enjoy reading those as well, But again its all specúlation . IAm a dreamer, añd very good at it. Anyone with at least 10 shares or more nice you are here.
I am sorry I did not under stand your statement,
I was only sharing the story of vermillion, I will try and read between the lines, I hope to pay off my chevy sonic, Would help out my family by two hundred dollars a month. And good luck to you aswell I think.
I think it was 2009 a company named vermillion VRML, Was at a penny, and with in 6 to 7 months was over $26.00 dollars, I had stumbled on it at the end of that, But I went to the message board and started to read almost every post posted from the begening, It was very clear that no one had any idea of what was to come, What I found interesting was that after wards everyone showed up with there picks and saying this could be the next vermillion. It was a frenzy, That frenzy lasted for months.
So its JMHO Only But!! It must still happen every now and then in the penny stocks, The company must be real with a projected future and product. If you can verify that then you we might have something. Its my dream to dream that DUTV comes through for its sector and for us. No one really knows, So give it your best DD, Me it has turned into a penny stock investment. Now who heard of that a penny stock as a investment, ME. Its all I have.
AWESOME, Thanks.
SUNYN75 Thank you, The last thing I want to do is fill the board of stuff everyone is aware of.
But this is my last one, Than I will be more selective.
Telco Marketers Eye Over-the-Top Players as Opportunity, Not Threat; Providers Look to Boost Revenues Through Partnerships and Alliances
Comments
January 24, 2013 - Palo Alto, CA
Marketers in the $1.3 trillion global telecommunications industry are being both challenged and enabled by free over-the-top (OTT) communications service providers, such as Google, Skype and Facebook. A new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council study, conducted in partnership with HP, shows that while these companies are supplying customers with sophisticated web-based features that are competing with fixed and mobile operators, OTT players are also being courted for partnerships and revenue-sharing opportunities by traditional communications services providers (CSPs).
Besides the legacy local and long-distance wire line phone services, the CSP sector also includes wireless communications, Internet services, fiber optics networks, cable TV networks and commercial satellite communications.
Some 44 percent of telco marketers who participated in the CMO Council's new "Profitability From Subscriber Acuity" study during the second to fourth quarters of 2012 are actively exploring OTT partnerships and revenue-sharing opportunities. In addition, 31 percent are identifying potential revenue streams from new products or services that can be offered to OTT players, including subscriber analytics and behavioral insights. This represents a significant shift in the mindset of telco marketers. Just one year ago, a CMO Council study dubbed "Dexterity From Subscriber Complexity" reported that OTT represented a threat, not an opportunity. In that study, 88 percent of executives considered OTT innovators as competitors, and only 6 percent were actively forging partnerships.
"This shift tracks with marketing's role of leading the charge for new market and revenue opportunities," said Liz Miller, Vice President of Programs for the CMO Council. "What is clear from this study is that marketing has been tasked with owning the customer experience and driving bottom-line revenue improvements. Considering that research has put the potential revenue loss from OTT starting at $13.8 billion in 2011 alone, it is not surprising that telco marketers see OTT as an opportunity to exploit."
While 222 CSP marketers participating in the study have oversight across the majority of customer touchpoints that most impact customer experience, they are still seeking deeper views into key front-line areas like customer support, in-store strategy and channel management. To facilitate the flow of information and processes across these areas, marketing is also taking a more active role in identifying key technology platforms and solutions as 38 percent of respondents serve as the key decision makers while an additional 38 percent serve as key influencers in the technology selection process.
But despite the significant commitment to advancing the customer experience, marketers are being stymied by a lack of visibility and insight into critical areas of intelligence and analytics. Only 5 percent of marketers have access to an automated solution that leverages data and intelligence to enable improved decisions or personalize individual engagements.
This leaves most organizations to rely on:
•Monthly meetings where insights and intelligence are shared with senior management (59 percent)
•Monthly customer insight and analytics reports (57 percent)
•Analytics dashboards with limited general user profile information (43 percent)
"This lack of visibility into the key drivers of customer behavior leaves a significant opportunity to drive incremental revenue and improve engagement performance," said Miguel Carrero, Director of Actionable Customer Intelligence Solutions, HP Enterprise Services. "Marketing is being asked to sway behaviors but simply does not have the tools needed to make those core decisions effectively. However, this research also shows that above all else, marketers understand what they need to be more effective and what points of measurement will enable real change and improvements in the customer experience."
Additional key findings from the report show that:
•Marketing is deeply involved in identifying and developing business opportunities, including new pricing plans or new products and services. Twenty-nine percent are driving the process while 36 percent are deeply involved as the key contributor.
•Fifty-four percent of marketers are being brought into the pricing and product development discussion from the very start of the process versus 9 percent who feel they are brought in too late in the cycle.
•Siloed data is the top reason marketers feel held back in their ability to influence and optimize pricing models. This is followed by the lack of a complete view of the customer (39 percent) and a corporate mindset that is resistant to change (37 percent).
•Nearly one in four marketers feels as if he or she is introducing new pricing plans to customers all the time and is heavily leveraging in-store engagements, email and advertising in both traditional and online channels. Unfortunately, half of respondents feel these channels are only moderately effective.
The detailed findings of this study, along with summaries of in-depth interviews with marketing leaders from global CSPs including AT&T, Bell Canada, Deutsche Telekom, Etisalat, MTN, Optus, Orange, Sprint, STC VIVA, Telefonica, Telstra, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone are included in the 90-page comprehensive report, now available for download from (www.cmocouncil.org/r/profitability-from-subscriber-acuity). The study is outlined question by question through summary findings and detailed charts and also includes an infographic.

Home automation: The new frontier for service providers
More Sharing ServicesShare This
Now that broadband penetration has flattened out, Parks Associates’ Tom Kerber, director of research for home controls and energy, said telecom providers are looking for ways to bring in additional revenues through services such as home automation, online tech support and digital lockers.
“It is to some extent about maintaining share, and potentially gaining share, but also about that incremental revenue and RPU,” he said. “It’s a little too early to tell [about churn], but I will say we had asked the question, ‘Would you switch for someone that had this service?’ And the answer was roughly 15 percent had very high interest in switching for someone who had a home automation/home control system. I think when you’re in a mature market, it’s about fighting for those customers.”
Kerber said that while telecommunications providers have the advantage of offering home automation services over their data pipes to their subscribers, an HVAC vendor, such as Trane, can upsell a customer on its home security service at the point of sale for an air conditioner. Heynen said that cable operators also face stiff competition from entrenched home security companies such as ADT.
While Comcast’s Bowling said he sees home automation as a greenfield opportunity, the lure of potential revenues has also attracted the attention of retailers and utilities in addition to service providers and traditional security firms. According to Parks Associates, annual subscription revenues from the various system offerings will be more than $180 million by 2015. Parks estimates that 60 percent of homes across the nation will have some type of networked energy management system by 2022.

I agree with you DUTV is very shiny with potential.
