As stated over and over you need to understand...

Anybody seen the new Americanbulls sell signal on ELTP???
That's what I'm talking about....I mean, the project is coming along and you really don't see a lot of these kind of large land wise projects being started in the middle of the winter as the ground in this type area turns rather muddy in a hurry especially if there's any rain to speak of. From what I've seen large housing developments and projects of this size take off in early spring and go hard at it all spring, summer and fall and by then the majority of at least phase one will have been completed.
As the Doc has mentioned, we're not in this to ONLY see a big nice "Walt Disney World" type adventure being built....but in it to get what the REAL money is which is MILLIONS of dollars of movies being produced. Just on movies alone not EVEN considering the film complex being built, I think this stock is HUGE and no matter if they make them on this spot of dirt or in Farmer Browns cow pasture, as long as they're producing movies that people want to watch, THAT, in my opinion, is what this company is all about. The studio complex is just icing on the cake! $2 a share last July? Could be back at $2 a share this July. This is Pennyland where all kinds of things can happen!!
That entire highland is basically the exact same thing...about 10 year old pines that have been thinned drastically down. The wetlands might present some sort of problems if they had engineered one part of them for the entrance bridge and maybe had to re-route and do some further studies. I'll get photos of the approx. location of where the wetlands bridge is to be built but just from my initial visit to the site, the vegetation under that bridge is NOT going to look at all like the artists rendering in the master plans. But, if they build it without disturbing the wetlands much, it will really be a cool entrance regardless.
Looking for good news and maybe some news on when that pipe is going in the ground and the entrance roads started. I'm going to ride back down there this weekend and "explore" a little more and see if I can get a better visualization of where the bridge is going to be built based on the planned drawings and the actual aerial photo as well as go in at the other white gate and see if it's beyond the huge pond that's been built or going to have to go over the pond and maybe take a long walk down the Interstate R/W and see if I can see any signs of anything fresh being done out there. Going to be exciting to travel to Savannah and see from the Interstate as this project comes to completion!!
This is one company that I've got my shares bought at under .02 and I'm just going to hold on because being in the area and seeing the site with construction going on and KNOWING that the company has made and is making movies that are going to be bringing in millions of $$$ to the plate. Construction is roughly on schedule for this to be built. Thinking it will take off in early Spring and over the summer and by Fall of this year a LOT will be finished over there. Personally, I'm thrilled to be in this one at this price and it's a long term stock as far as I'm concerned. People can flip it if they want, but I got a feeling once this Midnight train to Georgia takes off, the shares are going to be more and more expensive to own a piece of East Coast Hollywood.
That's some nice fish! Hopefully MDNT is going to take off running like those bass do and when it does, I'm going to be glad I've got a hook in the water to pull me up some $$$$!!
NICE!!! What are those? Hybrid bass? I love to fish too!
There's a post somewhere that tells all the incentives that Effingham County is giving this company to help get this project off the ground and it's several million dollars worth although I don't have the exact amount.
Yes, I think that is from about the Nov 2013 time period but it does explain as to why some of the delays in construction have happened, but it appears that with those pipes in place and that big lake (that will be near or on the main entrance from the Interstate ramp) that construction has already started and just a matter of days before the entrance road will be started so heavy equipment can access the main site and the article mentions that it will take approx. 200 days to complete the first phase, so not 100% on schedule as originally planned, but considering all the hoops the government makes a company go thru these days (wetlands delineation and impact studies ect) I think they've made good progress. Once those roads are started and cement trucks start entering the property this baby is going to skyrocket in value!!
EXACTLY!! Not like this is a new company being built from the ground up, but a new STATE OF THE ART FACILITY for a company already in existence with movies making millions of $$$ already!!

Here's a little information about the scheduling of the construction that I found...
The start for heavy construction at Medient Studios has been pushed back a few months, and CEO Manu Kumaran said the company is on the verge of another announcement.
Kumaran said at Tuesday’s Effingham Industrial Development Authority meeting that he hopes to announce a general contractor for the 1,550-acre studio complex to be built near Interstate 16 and Old River Road.
Kumaran said the studio has revised some of its development activities, in part because of the permitting required for the clearing to be done at the site.
"That process hopefully will get completed," he said. "Other than that, everything is in the shape it should be."
Medient received a nationwide permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers last month to build the two road crossings needed to start development on the property. With the permit, Medient can build approach roads on two sides of the property, allowing heavy equipment and workers to move into the area where the studioplex will be built.
The start of road construction, originally pegged for a December start, is being delayed until January 2014. Work on power, water and sewer lines, initially planned to get under way next month, has been pushed back until September. That work is expected to take a month to finish, once it starts.
The development of the master plan is expected to be done by the middle of next month, and the development of regional impact to be submitted to the Coastal Regional Commission is slated to be ready Dec. 24.
Work on the main studio is being delayed by only a month, from January to February, and it is projected to take 200 days to complete.
The studio expects to announce its general contractor early next week, "and then we’ll start to see the movement on the ground," Kumaran said.
The start of local recruitment is holding to its original schedule, and the bulk of the first phase of construction is slotted to be done by the end of 2014. The leaf structure, which will be a massive amphitheater, could be ready in early 2015.
"The next year should be a big year," said IDA Chairman Dennis Webb.
The studio also is lining up projects to film, Kumaran said, and announced several new additions to its team, including Jay Self. The former head of the Savannah Film Office has been hired as director of corporate affairs.
Kumaran said the studio will have a slate of films to take to the Berlin International Film Festival, to be held in February.
"We have made significant strides in the content side," he said. "I’m excited."
That's GREAT news Drug Doctor!!! I had wondered if that name had been reserved again and that's one more of the hurtles this company has to get thru to get this merger finalized! Love hearing good news that things are happening with this one!
PIPES leading to Phase 1....sure looks that way to me when I was down there this past weekend. Those machines were there working on a Saturday too and at the far end of this HUGE pond (or either across the pond) will be an entrance to the property from the EXIT off of Interstate 16. This site is about 15 minutes or less from downtown Savannah, and about 4 miles from I-95.

The photos of the pipes shown in one of the photos can go only to ONE PLACE as there's nothing down that way but a $300,000,000 movie studio that's in the progress of being built. Looks like the county is getting their portion of the infrastructure well underway. On the site map, these pipes are going south along the top left property line going from existing sewer lines into the MDNT studio site. Environmental study and Corps of Engineers have signed off on this development which is HUGE....I would imagine in the next few weeks there's going to be massive construction going on down there! Can't wait to see the wetlands bridge upon completion!!! Going to be not only a studio but a tourist attraction and probably have all kinds of cool bands playing under that leaf amphitheatre!
Shipping was free, but it was more like $0.175 per chew which is still rock bottom price... Didn't take a chew today at all just to see how life was without a chew and been droopy all day long. Coffee perks me up in the morning but it's a Livewire chew or two to make a good fully focused day! I WILL have my chew mid morning tomorrow...
Got my "double it up Kate" order from Livewire today. Did a triple order of 5- 4packs for $7 which came to $21 and doubling that I ended up getting 10- 4 packs so altogether I got 120 chews for $21. I plan to give some out and see how folks like them as I think once you taste the flavors people will see it's the most economical and tastiest means to get a quick boost of energy! SUPER FAST SHIPPING!!!
Ok..here's another aerial photo and I have the places where I shot the photos marked looking south at each point. Really was standing closer to where point 2 is for the 1 2 and 3 photos, so, where would all those big pipes be going if it's not for the Medient site? Photo 4 is looking south down a long access road that would go to the high ground on the other side of the wetlands.
Let me see if I can get my aerial photo fixed to where I can show you where the photos were taken. I personally think the pond as shown on the aerial photo is about 3 times bigger or more now.

Just a reminder that there IS construction going on down there! Not just a pie in the sky project. It's getting done!!

I plan to call him this afternoon Jesse. Thanks for the number. :)
You folks are welcome and I suppose the photo at the bottom of the 4 that I provided would be the access road to the property although it would require going around the property and coming in from the North and going by some rather rough real estate on the eyes anyhow. Not my project, but I'd have the entrance more convenient to the Interchange on I-16.
As mentioned, right now I don't even have a dog in this fight at all and probably before I sold off my shares (at a wash) I should have done this DD before I did. Kicking myself for selling them now but going to try to get some money in before it goes too high. I'd love to get in under a nickel but we shall see.
Anyhow, just thought I'd share what I found since I was so close to the site and with it you can make whatever deductions you might from it. GLTA

You'll want to zoom in on that 16 (for Interstate 16) in the lower corner of I-16 and then click all around the interchange NE quadrant and you'll see who owns what and where the ECID owns a stip all the way thru that connects the highway to the big tract.
Ok...good luck with it.
Making it easy for ya'll. One last post to link the map that I'm using to show where this tract is and how it connects via that one little strip to the big tract..(place I think the bridge will be built over the lake). This pond is being really manicured on the banks and is not just a borrow pit for dirt IMO...it's got future plans.

The sad part is that I sold all my shares a while back when I asked those septic tank installers was anything going on over there, but curiosity more than anything (and since it's relatively close) made me want to ride around and investigate to see what I could find out on my own. I will be trying to cash out some money and get back in on this stock as I think it's about to explode! If I don't get in, ya'll remember me when ya'll get rich! lol
Thanks for the private message...I don't have that feature yet. I will give you a call tomorrow as I'm about to turn in for the night and my sleeping pill has my thinking kinda fogged right now. I do appreciate you sharing that information and I will call you tomorrow to talk more. Thanks!
ALSO!!!!! Just looked at the Effingham County Tax Assessors Public Records and noticed that the main MEDIANT parcel is 03290041A00 and if you'll click on that parcel on the west side you'll see that it goes around a bunch of "sand pits" and there is ONE THIN STRIP where if you connect 03310001 also owned by Mediant aka right now Effingham Co Development Authority where the property owned by the authority connects with the Old River Road right at the on off ramp on I-16!!! I think folks that construction of this is ongoing!!! But, this is based on mostly speculation right now. Just giving an honest opinion of what I saw on the ground and putting the tax maps together!
Went to Savannah to a gun show at the Civic Center and decided on the way back to go by this MDNT site for myself to see what progress is going on. Right off the Interchange there is a HUGE DEEP pond being built with a WHITE METAL GATE going into the entrance there. Rode on around and tried to find another entrance and did and rode in it and saw lots of machines working on this BIG lake. Wasn't sure if this was the MDNT site for sure so I stopped at a convenience store and was told that no, this site was not the MDNT site but another sand pit from a construction company and the MDNT was on down the road with a WHITE METAL GATE at the start. So after going to the gun show I came back to try to find this other white metal gate and yes indeed, I found it so my son and I struck off on a quick walk down about a 1/2 mile walk across a road that went across genuine wetlands that I'm rather sure would be hard to develop anything in but we did see signs that someone had been doing what looked like borings on the site but nothing of significant importance. A few cleared areas but rough cleared just so access could be made to the bore holes. A storm was fastly approaching so I couldn't walk all the way thru the entire site but looks like there might be a little activity going on there. On the site where the HUGE pond is being built there were some huge metal sewer or water pipes laying there to be buried as well.
My take is that this big pond IS where that big bridge design is going to be built as I couldn't see anywhere else where a huge bridge like is shown on the master plans on the drawings would be built unless it was across this big pond. All speculation on my part but from the other tract we walked thru you could hear the dozers and loaders and dump trucks and they were't far apart. Will get on that counties tax accessors site and see if indeed the deep pond being built is on the MDNT property. If it is, then what I found today is BIG!!
My problem is that I've called the Livewire headquarters twice and neither time I was able to get to talk to Bill or anyone returned my calls. I want to help get this company spread out and have several local chains of convenience stores as well as Mexican bodegas and other outlets for the chews but just not getting real excited when I can't get a call back from them. Maybe they're trying to figure out how to compensate us and get the hows and decide if this is the direction they want the company to go before contacting back. Which is fine with me and like Shotime, I don't care about making a ton of money on helping get distributorships on board, I wouldn't mind getting a little something to pay for my gas and a little something for my time. This would make him them and shareholders a lot more money if we can get some more distribution on the east coast and IMO, the faster we can do this the more powerful the company will get and the more bite we can take out of the HUGE profit that Monster, 5 hour and Red Bull and others are making before they start making their own chews and send Livewire to pennystock deathland....
One more for the free LIVEWIRE shirt..

I was trying to call but just couldn't get the number. I do, however, have me a photo with LIVEWIRE in front of our local courthouse, so need to send that in to them to see if I can get a free T-shirt and I also did my usual 3 order for $21 on the 5 pack sampler and wrote Double it up Kate and will see if she gives me one extra order or 3 extra orders..lol
BTW...congrats on being the first caller and where do you live? I'm sure the SE USA is plenty big enough for us both to work without ever bumping into each other. I'm from a small town named Metter about 60 miles west of Savannah.
GREAT TIME TO TRY OUT PRODUCT! If you've been wanting to try out this product, go to the link to the website and order the 20 pack of chews. It will drop down and give you the option to order several flavors but at the bottom of the page is a 5 pack of 4 chews sampler pack for $7 free shipping! But, right now thru Sunday if you order this and in the comments section of the order form you'll put "DOUBLE IT UP KATE" in the comments section then you'll get TWO orders making a total of 40 chews for $7!!
How cool was that?? btw...I am southeasternman201 over there if anyone wondered. I want a PALLET of LVVV!! Going to be calling Kate and see if I can find a way to get this product in some local stores in the area..
Yep, back online now!
LET'S get this thing distributed!!! YES!!!!! I hear you!!!
