I called Etrade and they told me they only put the orders in and they have no control over when the shares are bought and sold. They also said if I put an order in at .0024 I could still get it at the lower price.

I also never use AON.

No, I think SP has been working on getting the 1Worldcash up and running he just hasn't had time to get the other businesses info updated. Now that 1Worldcas is on its way I think we should start seeing PRs on the other part of the business soon.

I like that people are starting to drive that positive attitude again!!! There is some great DD going on here about the market data that OWVI is in. We just need to keep it moving and as SP puts out more PRs let look at it and drive more research around the PR so everyone knows where OWVI stands. The more positive we can be and are able to answer the tough questions people bring up the better this stock will do. GO OWVI!!

I agree with Alamo it would not be a smart idea to annouce what you are doing. So buy while the price is low that way you take more shares out of the MMs hand to control. But make sure you by at the ask.

Do your own DD like I did this company has a lot going for i in the near future. Don't listen to me or others other are tring to drive people away to get the price share down. Do true research and you will find ou there is some good things coming down the road for this company. If someone on here gives you specific info make sure you get a link to where it is and check it out yourself. DON"T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT! The are many on here that want your shares at a low price and they will tell you many things to scare you off! THat is why you need to do you own DD.

I have and there are many other also. Its a good place to ask the CEO questins and get them answered quickly.

Please make sure it is based on facts and not just rumors. This board can drive pps up again if everyone chips in. I hope we take a more positive approach today and start driving the pps upward instead of down!! I know the power of this board and we can and will drive change with this company and the pps. We have our financial futures in our hands but we need to make it happen in a more positive way. Yes and your point!!! This is a company just starting out and there will always be this type of action. You sound like you have never trade a penny stock before. They need it get this company off the ground.

YEs they are but they need to to get this company up and moving. What do you expect from a company that is just starting out! That everything was free!!

Yes even GE the company I work for has a huge problem with it. The bigger the company they come the more they have to watch every penny they spend. No matter how big they get they will always want to continue to grow and to do that you need capitol to do that. It is business 101 and buying a location is not the smat thing to do when you are a small company that is hoping to grow.

But if you buy and then later need to sale the place to have capital to move to a bigger place it is capital that is tide up when you need it the most.

This is my third and final post for the day because I only get three posts per day on this board.

This board has the chance to drive this stock price up again and keep it there if it gets it act together once again. The biggest reason I was first attracted to this stock was because of the great support it had from this board and the investors. Now that has gone and this board has done the opposite. It is dragging the pps down a tick every day driving new investors away and convincing current investors to sale their shares and move on.

If you don’t like the lack of information from SP then email him your concerns but don’t drag this board down with every post. We affect the pps just as much as the company does. Lets get this board back to where it was and let everyone know why they should invest in this stock. Let SP know that we can drive the share price up better than he can and that he needs our help do so. Lets make sure everyone know the facts of the business and as SP lets us now where the business is and going lets drive that across every site and to each possible investor. No hype, just facts about the company and what it will be down the road. Don’t look at the negatives in every PR that SP put out look at the positive. If you have questions or concerns then ask them and maybe some one can answer it. But don’t bash the PR and tear is apart that only hurts the pps and the company.

Sorry you guys got stuck with this stock, I made the sme mistake back in January and luckly was able to get out this time. If you look at the history of this stock it happens every three to six months so don't worry you should be able to get out in the next run as long as you don't listen to all the hype!

THey don't have the facts to back any of that up! They just want you to sale your stock to drive the price down where they want to but the stock. I can't blame them I want to buy more of this stock at lower prices also. I just don't hide it and cheat people out of their money doing it.

This board has become a joke!!! All of this whining and crying change my diaper every week has done more damage to the PPS than SP will ever do. You all cry that SP doesn’t put out enough PRs and when he does you whine and cry that it wasn’t good enough and then whine and cry you need another one. Give me a brake!!! Every day the pps goes down another click and you then blame SP for it. Well you might want to start looking at yourselves the next tick down. Why would any one want to by this stock or even stay into this stock with all of this whining and crying going on?

You all look at other stocks and whine and cry that OWVI is not running up like they are! It’s not running up like they are because it’s not ready to!!!! This company is being rebuilt from the ground up and that takes time.

As far as the first location opening up the millions do not start flowing in after one store opens. It takes time for the clients to start finding out about what a great deal it is. Give it at least a quarter or two to see real money coming in. I’ve had the please of opening up a brand new Target store early in my career and we did not see really money coming in until the second quarter we were open.

If SP goes out and spends money on a PR team then you will whine and cry that he’s has to dilute the stock to pay for it!!!!!

The information will come when he can get it out!! But you all will cry and whine about that also so why should SP even bother????

As I have said over and over this is a long term investment and its not going to shoot up anytime soon specially the way you children are whining and crying about needing a PR every week. PRs will come to include financials, which I expect to see in the next three weeks.

If you don’t like how SP is running the company get out now and sale me your shares, I hope this stock continues to go lower so I can pick more up. I'm sorry you got out at a loss but I see this low pps as a great opportunity to buy more shares. With penny stock you buy low sale high every chance you get. Not buy high sale and sale low. But thanks for your share today!!!

I see the low bid and Ask as a great opportunity to buy into the stock and increase my portfolio. Will I flip this stock as it goes up? HELL YES! This only increase my stock number of share that I will have when it takes off!

After June/July time frame I seeing this stock move up nicely. This company needs to get the financial mess they inherited straighten out and then start reporting the revenues of all parts of the business. Over all this company can become a nice little money make but its not going to happen over night.

No too many advantages to renting over buying a location, especially if you need to relocate to a larger location down the road. I work for GE and we are renting more warehouse sites than buying them. Overall it just makes better business since to rent.

Please read the second part again! Did everyone forget what accretive means??? There will be no dilution they are coming in to buy up shares already in the system. This means there will be less shares for MMs to play their games with.

Profits are not the problem, reporting our profits is the problem. We acquired a company with a significant backlog in filings. For that reason, it will take us a while and cost us a significant amount of money to get up to date and at that point the public will see exactly where we are with respect to financials and profits. I wish I could put a number on this page but I just cannot quote our revenue and profitability numbers until the official filing is ready.

Our distribution business is also going to add significant revenue to the table starting in May, but again, I can't report it until it's filed.

Typically what sinks pennystocks is that they become insolvent and have to keep taking on investment resulting in dilution, with successful business models like ours, that is not an issue. With our ability to cover our operating expenses using our business and not our funders, you can see why I have an optimistic view when it comes to our stock price post-debt conversions.

We are shooting for End of july, but it's just a stab in the dark. Could be much earlier or could be later depending on how quickly the state of Nevada moves on some things. rbarton

Actually I am holding for $2.00 plus but that will not come until next year or the year after but I am willing to wait for it!! I have a lot of other investments that keep the money flowing in and this stock will pay off for those of us that are not looking for a quick penny. If the stock drops I will add to my position and then the more money I will make in later. The investors who got into this stock thinking it was going to be a quick turnaround are now mad because its not. There is so much going for this stock and the foundation is being built which doesn’t happen over night or in a few months. There is allot going on here and when SP is ready or allowed to send the info out then he will.

Just some news I pick up this week on CNN:

CNN had a story this week about how China is going to invest billions into solar and wind for their country and guess where our solar business is!! Looks like another one of our businesses is going to have a good future.

Unless there are facts to back it up I do not think much of it at all. These short type comments are the type of comment people use to start a panic. I have seen it over and over again. I will wait to see what SP haves to say. This is a long term investment for me not a short term one. I do not expect this stock to shoot up until we see big money coming in next year. This year is a building year for OWVI and even though I think we will see .01 or .02 before the year is out the big buck will be here next year.

If you are so insecure about this stock then sell and move on, I for one still believe in this stock and SP. I do not need a PR every week to keep me happy with this stock. I am invested in 10 penny stocks and all of them have ups and downs. This happens to be one of my better investments. I have been doing this for 20 plus years and I now make six figures doing it.

I really do not think SP will dilute this stock but if he does and it is justified and it is what is best for the company this fine. I am a true long and will remain strong in this stock.

Keep in mind these are not going to open all at one time.

The other optionis to take the profits from one location and use it to open another one. Then you will have two making profits to open two more which then is four making profits to open four more then that is eight. That is why I think it is going to take the rest of the year to open the other seven plus locations. That way you do not have to dilution and you do not have to borrow any money. If you look at ost chin businesses that is how it works.

I would also like to see more PRs on the business and what’s going on but to say “He is a huge disappointment to the shareholders.” Is totally wrong!!!!!! His performance has been great and yes he can improve in areas like PRs but that does not justify that statement. I for one will stand up for SP any day of the time. I have been around penny stocks long enough to know that delays happen all the time and that does not mean there will be additional dilution. I have more to lose than most if there is any dilution but that is the life in penny stocks trading. Don’t get married to this stock and let SP do what he needs to do! It is ok to email him and ask questions. I am a share holder holding 30 mil and I speak for myself not for other shareholders!!!!!!!!

Ok I said I would not be back on this board but after seeing what taken place her today I decide I need to speak up.
First, republicanabe you don’t speak for the share holders, special me.
Second, I personally think SP is doing a great job with this company and has taken it much further than anyone else has. He has a plan and he knows what he is doing. This is a long term investment and it will have its time. SP is building a great foundation for a great company and he has done it before and will do it again. He may not have given us the PRs when we want them but I am sure there is a reason behind it.
If you are unhappy with the way he is putting together this company go find another to invest in. Don’t expect this one to jump up over night to fall right back down the next do. We are making a slow climb and we will be in the pennies and dollars when the stock is ready to be there. It’s not our time but soon will be. There will be a time for all the PRs but right now he needs to get the foundation built so it does not collapse on us when we make our run to the top.
