LOL!!!! I bet he would not want us going over to his board and start bashing his stock would he?? Seems he is an assistant mod of a stock on IHUB.
Look at it this way, last year, Corr thought he had the Gary's and Lynch. Everything was different last year and if everything went as planned, the PPS would have sky rocketed. Everything fell apart and a lot of people lost interest. Stockguru was suppose to bring back the interest (or at least some of the interest), which it did but when Corr "failed to deliver," and once again, people lost interest.
This year, it seems that everything is aligned or as they say, "the stars are aligned..." Corr has new and improved and expanded products and product lines, we have our foot in the door in Japan, just waiting for government approval. The distributors is in place as well as a marketing plan ready to execute e-Water and Apple Rush, etc. There are other counties, but I will not get into that just yet.
Apple Rush appears to be a hit in several of the shows and have pre-orders lined up from several distributors, Whole Foods, etc. Pre-orders have been so strong, that the availability of Apple Rush will also be in cans and the first three days of production is already going to be produced exclusivly to a certain buyer and Corr talking to more than one producer to produce the Apple Rush, which shows ALOT of interest and pre-orders. Just awaiting certification from the USDA as Certified Organic. I always knew that Apple Rush (ans E-water) would be the money maker because of it broad spectrum of the population who are familiar with apple juice.
The purchase of Garden Beverages in their hometown. The 7th (?) largest market in the US. Pushing your own products in your hometown and setting up to specialty marketing areas for onsite sales and health club sales, etc.
Too many things to list.
Stockguru advertising or continuing coverage on Rush is a very good sign. To me, it looks as though Corr wants attention back into Rush and Corr expects the PPS to climb. Therefore, I expect Corr to release several Press Releases. Corr learned the first time last year from trial and error. This time, Corr is experienced and will cash in. Question is how high will the PPS climb?
This is my opinion of course.

OT: Weekly Thoughts: Learn How to Play the Game: Invest Wisely and Trade Smartly
The savvy long-term investors never chase stocks up. For the most part that is
momentum players and daytraders where most of it or what follows is dumb
money. Instead the long-term investors use a couple of simple strategies in
order to position themselves. One is to find a stock no one immediately sees
has huge potential and accumulate. Long-term investors are not interested in
trading against the public mind or the dumb money. That's where the majority
of the money can be made but even more can be made if the base of a stock is
held extremely strong by investors. However the second is not to doubt the
research which is the underlying basis for going long and holding.
More and more investors are winning the game nowadays despite all bashers that
float through the Internet that has become part of the game. Floor traders of
market makers often watch CNBC, news wires and bulletin boards in order to
follow the market during trading session. OTC BB market makers (MMs) don't use
fundamental and technical analysis. However, what they do realize is a lot of
dumb money does use this newest nitch charting or TA (Technical Analysis) to
run a stock either up or down. To the MMs this is like taking candy from a
baby. Simply they will paint the tape and use whatever tactic to affect the
charting bands. Thus the public and dumb money they will have eating out of
their hands. Effectively the MMs can show a strong stock growing weak by
manipulating the close price in order to generate selling volume, delaying
trading time to manipulate trading activities, or even stalling the ask
without honoring orders to hold a stock price.
MMs follow a simple code of business when making a market in a stock
especially an OTC BB. That is the level that stocks will seek that yields the
most volume. Now this is very important because they make money on the volume
buying at the bid and selling at the ask. In other words, by making the market
they are buying low and selling high. Now smart money adheres to that rule, so
do all the market makers. They could careless whether the stock is at $83 or
at $0.23. All they care about is the action thus being able to sell stock at
the offer (The high) and buy stock at the bid (The low). To increase their
profitability, they make the spread as great as possible on as many shares as
they can especially if the volume falls off.
When they have mostly all "buy" orders, that's not the price that's going to
yield the most volume. They need both buy and sells to get the maximum action.
Remember, MMs play the volume. If the volume decreases and there are mostly
Buys that become a one way volume, Buy volume. So what they do is let the
stock run up to a price where it runs out of steam. They fill all the buy
orders there that they can and then comes the pullback one way or another
naturally or induced. During the pull back they can buy tons of shares and
flip them to those averaging down or trying to catch the bounce. At some
price, the stock will be relatively stable and yield the most volume. Now that
is the average price you will see
The average price is the point where a stock seeks a level where MMs can
profit on the most volume. So during the day that is the price that MMs and
momentum/day traders want to see the stock at. Why? Because they know the
public and dumb money was chasing the price thing up. Most of the time, the
MMs love a flurry of Market Orders which is a dead sign of an artificial run
or momentum. Merely it is money in the bank for them. Most get hung in a
momentum or day trade or by the tactics of Market makers, who are in the
business to screw the public every chance they get and the NASD is not going
to do anything about it. They are merely making the market liquid is there
reasoning.
The market makers have created an added complication to the OTCBB's chaos of
the already volatile intra-day price movements created by dumb money, momentum
and day-traders. MMs can not relate to long-term holders in the OTC BB. That
makes absolutely no sense what so ever. They feel a large percentage of trades
in the OTC BB market consist of short-term or day-trades, MMs merely view the
barrage of buy and sell orders as relatively neutral to the market. How they
figure it is when the average dumb money buys shares in a company, the MMs
feel or rather know with some certainty it is very likely that dumb money will
want to sell back those shares relatively quick on the slightest drop.
Now somewhat comfortable with this logic the MMs merely short sells into the
buying and attempts to take the stock down in an effort to "shake out" the
weak. Since it is tough to know for sure whether a move is the beginning of a
trend, or a routine shake out, this type of deception works quite well for the
MMs. What the long-termers do to a stock is surprise the MMs because instead
of falling the shorting has no effect and the price goes up. Now that puts the
MM at selling low through shorting and thus having to buy high in order to
cover.
Boy, when this happens, the MMs are not very happy campers. The investors and
traders are supposed to be doing that no them. Now it becomes time to pull out
every trick and tactic in the book in order to attempt to get a Bear Raid at
every dollar mark or percent from where the stock started. Could be a penny in
smaller priced securities? What MMs do is give you a chance to make a small
amount of money for your momentum and day trading style by shorting it at
these levels and trying to get a bear raid each time. Each failure is
compounding the MMs short position so they let it go to the next level. Now
come more deliberate tactics MMs use to coerce Bear Raid or panic selling.
Once the MM is caught short and the strength of the buy is overpowering the MM
will want to cover his short position. So the MMs call up one of his friendly
MMs and says some like "the weather is sure rough today." The MM along with
the other "friendly MM initiates a down tick about the same time. Now this can
also be done with a certain amount of shares such as an infamous 100 shares
flag. This down tick gives the illusion of weakness designed to hopefully
begin the bear raid of selling. The fickle, fearful, day trader, momentum and
short term begin to sell out allowing the MM to cover his short position at
lower prices. They will move it down quickly to get it to a price of least
financial damage. Problem they have is long-term investors in the OTC BB. They
start accumulating and buying comes flying in when they take it too far thus
the MMs took it to the point of volume again and not only investors the other
MMs step in the make money on the spread.
Alas the poor MM does not get to cover. Now comes various tactics like
stalling, boxing, or even locking the Bid and Ask for a while.
Of course, MMs aggressively deny any sort of collusion designed to fix quotes
or spreads, but a recent SEC investigation tells another story.
MMs have a vast resource of tactics and it would take probably more than my
lifetime to figure them all out.
So how do investors somehow manage to overcome the obvious deception in OTCBB
arena? One answer is indirection trading style by going long which the MMs do
not expect. In the war between investors and public companies on the OTC BB vs
the MMs, if the MMs have all the advantages due to position or other factors,
direct confrontation such as momentum or day trading hitting the stock is a
definite death sentence.
However, an indirect approach tends to weaken the path of least resistance
before slowly overcoming it. The most effective way is long-term investors
slowly accumulating and holding thus drawing the MMs out of its defenses
making them as naked as their short position. This is war so this slow
accumulation and holding for the long term easily achieves the desired effect
to force MMs to cover and knock off the tactics or bury themselves deeper.
The MMs when caught will especially use every trick and tactic in the book to
get a Bear Raid thus playing on the individual fear of most people. The MMs
feel they have information and position advantages over the investors as long
as the holding of the stock is in weak hands or short term holders. Since they
are OTC BB MMs who believe all OTCBB companies are not worth investing and
management is ineffective regardless what is happening within the company.
Furthermore, MMs know they are in the position to impose a great deal of
influence in OTC BB stocks trading when it suits their needs.
This inherent power of position enables the MMs to move the markets at any
time up or down. As a result, the only way to draw them out of their favorable
position is going long. Now this does not mean just any company but to
effectively nail the MMs, Longs must find the great company on the floor and
accumulate long before the MM tactics and games begin.
Actually, if I remember correctly, T/A's have a different way of coming up with the number.
They told you 5.4, but not all in float. Some of it is sitting in "reserve" and is included in the 5.4 they told you (I know 6 authorized). There was something I read about this but can't seem to find it at the moment. If anyone else knows what I am talking about, please chime in.
I still think it is 4.4 (as of xx date) because of the filing by Bob. After Garden (we assume/rumored 500 Mil - at least).
4.4
I agree... They bought out CYLP..
You would be surprised how much a bottler/producer can bottle/produce in just one day.
Given that Garden is in a specific area, I would not be surprised at if production is sufficient in that area, since now, RushNet has a wherehouse, facility, routes, delivery trucks, expanding area, etc.
imo of course.
Yes, imo, it has always been eWater, Apple Rush line, Japan and (hopefully) the teas!
Garden is good too ... but I prefer the above because they will mean explosive growth to RSHN and us.
OT Welcome back gator and congrats to AK47 as Mod!!!
Have a nice weekend everybody.

My thoughts are that as follows:
People who bought today were people who were already in RSHN. Not much interest from outside current RSHN shareholders. That is probably why it seems controlled and did not go too far up but did break above the 50 day moving average which is a good sign and then settled there.
After todays PR and move up, I expect that a lot of people will get stock alerts on RSHN and put RSHN on their radars or may just jump in.
The PR has brought back renewed confidence back into RSHN (to its current shareholders and previous shareholdrs) and has taken a huge weight off their shoulders lifted (as one member stated).
Once the news gets out, all those who were on the sidelines will start to come in (or back in) as everyone knew there is a LOT OF POTENTIAL in RSHN. They just did not know when to buy in and waited from confirmation.
Well, this is the confirmation to more good thing (PRs) to come. We may see a run like last year.
Get strapted in, cuz this is going to be a roller coaster ride!!! lol

"RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN - News) announced today that it plans to take its Organic Apple Rush 100% Juice Soda line into cans. The move was encouraged by favorable pre-sell orders generated by its brokers and distributors for the bottle line."
I bet the bold statement above was prompted by the brokers and distributors that asked Bob they wanted Apple Rush in cans as well and started the pre-sell orders since these brokers and distributors are already having or generating demand on their end. Plus cans are easier to store, wherehouse, transport, ship, distribute, not as fragile as glass, etc.
Also the comment about the the schools, etc. is helping as well.
imo
New cans being introduced and expanded flavor(s).

"The 12oz cans of Apple Rush will open many new distribution channels for the brand and substantially expand sales volume. As demand grows for sparkling 100% juice beverages, especially Organic, it comes increasingly from these different channels. Cans open the door to middle and high school lunch systems, colleges, vending distributors and sports/entertainment stadiums, venues where glass bottles are not the package of choice or even allowed."
Not all fluff. Some good info. People want updates in between major releases.
We also have two (2) shows coming up.
It was Pr'ed as the flagship product of Garden as a distributor...
Hey, that is great. If you can, please take a pic and post and let us know what other Rush products they carry. Thanks again!

Speculation as an answer to your Q:
"Garden Beverage hit its 2006 sales projection with revenues in excess of $5 million, and sales during Q1 of 2007 exceeded those for the same period in 2006. RushNet is implementing an aggressive growth strategy for Garden in 2007 that includes both an expanded distribution territory and deeper penetration into their existing territory for the fine, high-performing brands they handle. Additionally, two new divisions are being created that will focus on health-orientated Specialty Beverages and On-Premise sales. To support all of the above RushNet intends to add additional personnel and trucks to meet the anticipated demand in the 2007 summer beverage season."
Word marked... (April 17, 2007, @ 1:18 p.m. PST)
This seems like a job for Agent Jack Bauer from 24 Hours. His specialty is torture!!! or extracting information from subjects such as Bob . . . through torture!
I think I am going to call in a favor from him if he is not busy trying to free that hot blond with the big nose from those Chinese captures!
Nevermind...
I just wanted to say thanks for the information and your efforts. I do want you to take my posts the wrong way. We are all in the same boat, hopefully not the Titanic, of course.
Even if a PR does not come out today, we (all) would not blame you at all. We all know the Bobby Boy game he plays.
Cheers.
Yes, Signature was hired to be the "proper channel," but letting an individual know before the public was a "stupid" move.
The "proper channel" is considered a "press release" through Signature.
BTW, I have nothing against the messenger and I like the news, but prefer it to be released through a PR and not posted on an open forum.
Finally someone with sense. I think she was VERY stupid for saying that... She is beginning to sound like a novice. She should have let the news to be lease leased through the PROPER CHANNELS!
Don't get me wrong, it is good news.
I believe, once Apple Rush receives certification (organic), I sure that will be the first deal which will be small if in his hometown. If closes one other his hometown, I feel it will be substantial.
Just my opinion of course.
That is why I have my eyes set on Japan rather than Garden (although Garden is not bad either, but in comparison, Japan is at least a thousand times more revenue).
You figure Japan has the population half the size of the US fit on to a land mass the size of California. The first and/or second order from Japan of E Water would have to fill most of this distributors wherehouses to have quick and interrupted delievery to Japan's retailers. To me, that means that the first and/or second order is will be huge. The only problem is Bobby boy... how will he do it? Has the distributor already committed pending Japan's government approval? That is a good sign since Bob no longer has to pitch it to Japan/Distributor and distributor is taking care of the application andapproval process in Japan. This shows confidence in E-water by Distributor.
Japan finds our products VERY inexpensive and cost of living here in the US is much less than it is in Japan.
If any of us were to live Japan based on our salary (unless you make a Sh!t load of money), we would be considered struggling to make ends meat.
Apple Rush and Japan are the key . . .
Come on Bobby Boy . . . make it happen!
imo
From Old PR, March 21, 2007:
"Attendees widely praised the company's Organic 100% Juice beverages. Many people who sampled them stated that the Original Apple was better than Martenelli's(R), and {b}taste testers were openly smitten with both the Pomegranate Apple and Strawberry Apple flavors, in addition to the appealing look of the products. Frequently heard was the comment that IZZE(R) and Knudsens(R) do not hold any comparison to the taste of the Apple Rush line."
Did you review strawberry (yet)? Your thoughts?
I have tried IZZE's Pomegranet and thought it was ok when cold. I have it at room tempreature and in a glass of ice. The fizz goes away pretty quick.
I also had Hansens Pomegranet Green Tea, although not fruit juice, was also not bad.
I still have not tried AP (any of them) but hope to soon.
OT: But applies to all stock in general.

Message boards are breeding grounds for both fear and expectation. It is naive to believe that there are not people roaming message boards in order to either pump a stock up or try and bring it down, they are often paid specifically to do this, just as getting spam e-mails or flyers in your home mail box for pink sheet stocks. It does exist and it is happening. Yes I do believe these 'bashers' as they are called, own stock, there has to be some authenticity.
But you miss my point, which is, once identified we do not need to be panicked into selling by their insistent negative rhetoric regarding a company. Often their posts are repetitive and they will say anything to get you to sell. Which happened this morning in particular if you hadn't noticed. Many of our members I believe sold after reading some very ill-informed posts by these people. . . "
A lot of it was sample product and a truckload or so goes to ...?
Good post.
I just want to say thank you for the information since it is already out and your efforts are appreciated.
I don't want you to take anything I said the wrong way.
Cheers and GLTA!
Great Post.
Sorry, I did not mean to come across as doubting Solid in any way.
I just did not want info leaked out prematurely, especially with the state RSHN PPS is right now. It is these "leaked" updates that kills us. The traders know what I mean. The investors who been around the block also know what I mean.
Thanks.
Agreed, it is a seller carry back financing.
Agreed as to it being the beginning of the good news, but releasing news (becomes a rumors) and the stock becomes a trader/flippers heaven. Another good thing, is that it does instill confidence back to RSHN shareholders and does bring cash flow.
Also, a trader's mentality and an investor's mentality are completely different. Traders/flipper buy on rumor and sell on news. Investors weather the storm.
I am sure more good will start to come.
Once good that that can be derived from this is that Garden sees that Rush has the capacity to fulfill their obligation. Maybe because Corr has devulged inside info as to what he has going for Rush, i.e. Apple Rush, Japan, etc.
Please delete your post !!!!
Loose lips sinks ships!
Thanks
OT: Please, please, please .... make sure it is used.
Thanks!
Apple Rush is a legal entity and so is Rush.
Rush owns 51% of Apple Rush. Rush consists of not just Corr. Rush consists of shareholders, i.e. Corr & his staff, and us. Therefore, we ALL own 51% of Apple Rush.
Corr can not just merely cancel the Apple Rush shares since now Apple Rush issued shares to its shareholders, i.e. Rush (and us indirectly). This 51% ownership through shares are now tanible assets of Rush which can be sold (for anything monatary) which brings Rush money. Once Apple Rush takes off (and judging by the PRs, comments by HQ, reaction to share holders whom actually tasted it, comments from taste testers, and Whole Foods entering the picture, the need for regional distributors, the first pilot run already comsummed and being passed the second run now, AP will be big), I can assure you that 51% is going to be worth a heck of a lot of money.
That is right, no one can short in the US. The bashers have an agenda. Cheap shares maybe? A grudge against RSHN?
I bet they would not like any of us, or anyone for that matter, to follow them to their Board and bash their stock...
When you say eliminate, do you mean sell of RSHN's stake in Apple Rush? Yes, but RSHN will get money for RSHN's stake in Apple Rush.
A portion (51%) of the shares issued by Apple Rush are in the hands of RSHN as an asset which is tangible. If and when Apple Rush takes off, it will be worth a Sh!t load of money.
Bob can not simple cancel the shares since there are otehr shareholders involved.
Very good post!
