AmericanBull does not cover NNVC because Pinksheets does not post price data for NNVC. But TA can just turn aroound with the flip of a coin!! Right now it is the MMs who are determining the TA!! But one postor on RB who claims to be using eSignal says that accumulation has been going on from weak hands. I certainly can buy this argument. NNVC's technology is simply superior, and better still, it works!!

If just one person's buying is propping up the PPS, then it is meaningless even if the float is shrinking!! Ultimately, the market desires a liquid stock and JYSR isn't right now. Anyways I believe the PPS is decreasing because they are just around corner, regarding closing out new financing. I believe the PPS will settle around the closing price of the financing (after it is disclosed). my gut feel says it is headed towards 60 cents.c ya.

This one has a large financial and dilution risk! There are 2 outstanding loans of $3.7MM and $2.8MM. Should they get converted to shares, then dilution is inevitable. Also I don't see any product pipeline with intent of FDA approval. Right now they are selling diagnostic kits, which could be very attractive as NCaclicification seem to occur in every disease!! So I am going to wait a while, to see how this transformation takes place. Probably I'll miss the $20 train but heck, I am still waiting for the other!

3.37pm, 23 min before close!!! Very odd. The news may have leaked out even before that time as there was institutional activity last friday. But it is hard for me to believe that they wanted to prop up the PPS with just a releasse at 3.37pm in the afternoon. I guess, another possibility is that they could be meeting potential investors Sunday evening and hence the haste in releasing. Who knows what's going on in their minds?

Amex and NASD!! not a good reason. NASD requires a minimum of $4 bid for 90 consecutive trading days and Amex has a different set of requirements!! I think they let it out because they were going to make presentations on Monday, 15 May. The only way to get to NASD by end of year (IMHO) is via an IPO! That's why they have enlisted an Invetment Banker or will enlist! But penny stocks behave any which way the MMs like!

JYSR will explode, it's a question of 'when' and not 'if'. fundamentals look strong and so is the demand for their service. All one has to do is to check their website on a daily/weekly basis and see the number of agents signing up!
