Like Dr. Frankemstein said to the monster, "It's alive, IT"S ALIVE.!
meanwhile cde has broken 3 on the downside after being over 5 two months ago. largest silver producer in the world i believe.hope ewo is not going crazy on may 1. los indios trabajaros.
I hear size doesn't matter to the coochie coochie girls. You are acting Petty and we are well Dunn.
not to the coochie coochie girls I hear. I said direction with a d.
stock is absorbing a lot of bid sells. I think there is a buyer out there and suddenly the stock looks like it is under accumulation. Baby steps before giant steps and 18% or so is nothing to sneze at. It is direction that matters
Your post made me do a little search for pr firms and guess what, I came up with 2 new pr firms that appear ready to recommend the stock. Check out Benchmarkjournal.com and maybackfinancial.com. Both companies have indicated in a knobias report Wednesday and Thursday that they are evaluating fmnj. If the company is not paying them, and they have a following, the stock may have a upwward pop here. As far as I know, Andy Austin firm is not getting any stock at the present time and if they did I doubt they would sell here unless they believed the comany was totally a sham. If fmnj makes a profit this tyear(not impossible) the believers here may be very ricj=h dudes. Its happened before.
I think the company is not selling shares at these levels and maybe close to a financing deal if you read between the lines of the Friday letter. If I were the company I would try to buy back as many shares as I could up to .005. At these levels I think they are smart enough to take some positive action to increase shareholder value as well as the comapny's net worth. That being said the .0011 bid was very disheartening.
Cmon baby light my fire. The time for hesitation's through.
I am a gntleman an a Escala.
Stop picking on the syntax of my English professor. You should read the posts of his brother Getthem 2! The only positive here is that there seems to be a strong reverse indicator signal as posters are ready to throw in the towel. Of course with the towel gone, where can one wipe his tears? Right now the only use for these shares is to wipe another part of one's anatomy. I agree with getthem , there is something "fishing" here. Much like the blind man's remark when he passed the fish store.
LOL. Since I am a man I agree that the money should have been spent for more worthwhile causes such as choohie choochie girls in La Paz. The Goldspring analogy is a good one. A wise man once told me: I felt sorry for myself when I had no shoes until I met a man with no feet.
Going higher today. Based on some anecdotal comments from parties in Bolivia, I think that the company is on its way to being major player and will soon announce that they are making money from processing of ore. I also think that the Escala project has shown a good reserve of minerals that will produce a positive s cash flow and other deals from Comibol. We shall see.glta
What have you learned that makes you so optimistic.I also have heard rumors but I know a bellboy who got fired for speading roomers.
I just threw away my viagra.
The hope for a spring run up will be difficult under current market conditions. If you read the posts for many other companies in different industries, you see that many shareholders are hurting. Portfolios with "safe" stocks of been savaged in this market. Financials, housing, consumer products, you name it, are all suffering. Decisions to buy, sell , or hold should, IMO, be made in that light. Two years ago FMNJ would be soaring as they started actually mining. If this company is legitimate these prices will be laughable in 6 months if the US is recovering from recession and the bubble in the oil market bursts (hopefully since I will change the BMW for a Prius). Usually I'm a bottom fisher , but today, I am only holding since I still distrust the stock market. But a quarter of a penny sure is a tempting bet.:) GLTA
These after hour trades of 4 million or so have been going on for a week or so. Figure it out. What is the advantage of selling shares after hours and who can the seller and the buyer be. Anyone, anyone ? Beuller. Bueller. If you know the real answer to this question, you will be able to make a smart investment decision. Hmmm. Who could the seller be who has the ability to sell shares after hours? Surely it is nor Trueheart or Dendiamonds on the sell side. Who could the buyer be after hours. Surely it is not FA or sorta.Hmm. Now for the $64 question. What will happen to the stock in the future after touching these programmed levels. Up to a whole penny or down to the netherworld of sub pennny .0000hhh levels. Technical analysis says we are dead. Fundamental analysis of a company with an incipient potentially valuable mine says we have a shot for a multi bagger. Having a big winner and going to Bolivia to play with True's Hoochie Coochie girls....Priceless!
Maybe they Mart will find PeeWees bike!!!
People who own stocks often have tunnel vision. If you look unemotionally on the stock market in general it is clear that ALL industries are suffering as the financials lead the way. Big scores in real eatate and stocks are made with Other Peoples Money and OPM is very hard to come by now. That is why fmnj has to sell at ridiculous lvels. The disconnect between commodity prices and the stocks in the industry is unsettling. Energy, precious metals and farm stocks should be soaring and they are not. It seems like the 70s all over again except we have a more worlwide connection. My fear is we can have a global meltdown or the arabs anjd the Chinese will take over the world GOd forbid. If that happens fmnj needs to hire security guards if they have even meager reserves of gold. Brother can you spare a dime ( so I can buy 40 shares of fmnj) Isn't that ridiculous.
I noticed the 4:09 trade too. Total volume today with the 4.9 million was 22 million. Again my theory is that these after hour trades are institutional in nature.I believe only MMs can trade stock after hours on the pink or bb as opposed to nasdaq where and nyse where after hour trades are permitted. I am remaining patient as the company looks to be getting its production in shape. The company is well Dunn.
Good question. My theory is that the company has an institution or banker that is interested in buying cheap shares. Since private transactions are prohibited unless the company does a PIPE financing, the buyer arranges to give the company money at a cheap price. The MMs actually have to walk the stock down to complete the sale at the agreed upon price. Any public investors who join in and buy at that level get a good pride but their shares can only be purchased at the ask which may be as much as 20-50% higher as you may have noticed the widdening spreads. After the sale is over, the stock should recover quickly. Again all this is just my theory.
The market is yawning on the news that Dunn is taking an active role in making sure serious production gets under way. Looks like they are using the funds from the sale of stock to develop the mine which hopefully will pay off soon.I am flying to San Antonio for supper with the company.Hope the Alamo has a nice restroom.
But we all know what the freebie meal will look like when it leaves the body, just like the stock
If the company's preliminary estimates of the amount of mineraliation at the Escala is close to accurate, the shareholders here will be very happy campers as the current market cap is miniscule compared to the potential. They have established strong alliances with the cooperatives and the government which can be rewarded when they prove that they will be profitable for the partners. Buyers at these levels have a chance to a multiple profit in my opinion. Seeing is believing and the company has moved from a vision to a real operating mining company. I'm going on the record that the opportunity to buy this stock at a quarter of a penny is a tremendous risk to reward ratio. A committed intelligent management in a industry that is booming seems like a prescription to make a lot of money. Consider this a pump, if you will, and if I'm wrong and the company goes bankrupt, you lost 1/4 of a penny. As Cramer would say, Buy, Buy, Buy. glta
I agree that the numbers, if proven accurate, will make this a very rewarding venture for fmnj and its shareholders. There are an additional 40 samples that have been evaluated by an independent lab which Dunn will report on in ehte near future. If the company reports that there is gold in them thar hills, we may have a big upside surprise:)
My guess is that the companies at E2 And E3 are not mining since they would need to process the ore. If they are mining, it would be a good source of business for the company when a permanent new processing plant is established at the mine. The map in Dunns report is rather impressive although like Noah, who asked God what a cubit was, I have no idea what a hectare is. I thought hectare was a baseball player. The competitors price per share is showing some improvement the last few days, especailly SIL ( apex mining) which augers well for PPS for Franklin. Wonder where NYBob has been lately. The IH website has been updated ,apparently, by the mod ot his assistant.
Read the report but I dont think enough info yet other than fact the preliminary assessment looks good. If I were the company, I would start exploring the areas where there is gold since obviously the money to be made is great compared to lead , szinc, and even silver.Dunns plan foir the mine in the last paragraph seems like a professional approach . The funding mentioned as point 3 is key. I also wonder if the company has a chance to negotiate to get Escala 2 and 3 if the other companies have not fulfilled their contract to mine.
Thanks Wxman. I hve prited it and will read it carefully to see what I can glean. If anyone has any background in estimating the value of this venture based upon these preliminary samplings, it will be useful info for present and new investors.
The news that the pilot plant is now operational and will make the Escala operation self sufficient is very encouraging. I have not been able to access the April 2 Dunn assessment on the website since I am computer challenged. If anyone can find it, please post this evaluation. This is the start of production that should greatly alleviate the need to sell shares to raise money. Once the company determines what ores they want to process at the La Paz facility, the positive cash flow should draw in new investors. The company seems poised to show that it is a legitimate mining company which is not reflected in the current price per share. Positive momentum is building in my opinion. GLTA
Another big 1.8 million after hour trade at .0024 to bring total volume for the day to 5.7 million shares. This is the lowest bolume we have seem in some time. Stock traded in Frankfort 700k shares at .002 Euros or .003 in US equivalent. Now that Petty has again traveled to Bolivia I expect that the processing or valuation will be announced sometime this week. I hope we are not done.
Interesting article but there has been a big disconnect between the price of silver and gold and the stocks in the industry. Look at the recent action in sil and cde for example. Good article recently on this phenomena in seeking alpha. Even if the artocle is cprrect, it may not impact fmnj since it is a small player unless the reserves it finds are deemed vdery significant by investors. It looks like the company is getting ready to produce and give some estimates. Hopefully the Street will sit up and take notice. If so, the current price will look like a great bargain in hindsight.
I had a chance to again listen to the Petty interview. It seems to confirm that the small processing plant now on site ar Escala will be used to evaluate the silver, zinc, tin, and lead from the ore that will be processed .My guess is that the company will enter ino actual production at the La Paz plant shortly. The key to success here, as with any company, is the ability to make money. Duh.
Listened to Pettys interview on WallSt.net. Not much new except that he will have an estimate on Friday on the expected ore reserves. He also mentioned that they believe there is 30,000 ounces of gold in one section. Friday may be an interesting day if the evaluation by Dunn in positive.
Bad paint at close.
I do not know what the colors represent. The way the stock closes today and the final violume may give some hints of what may come in the future. I hope the company posts a picture of the pilot plantwhich I believe will be used to check the mineral content of samples obtained from the various adits as to mineral content.
Interesting observations Voz. I have tried to guess the market makers strategy for years and found it to be next to impossible to predict. I have heard that a MM can show a offer and actually be buying for a customer or themselves when they were not on the bid. Ever notice how sometimes an offer seems to be taken out and after the trade the offer goes down? Huge money is made by these thieves with little protection on the pink or bb for the investor. For example, at one time today the spread here was .002-.003, a mere 50% differece. I think this is done to discourage sellers. I find it hard to believe there were no bidders above .002 at that time. The one thing I have observed here is that when the stock momentum turns upward, the last trade appears to be on the offer to Paint the Tape. The next day the stock again closes strong and soon there is a big move. Hope we see that kind of action again soon.
Level 2 indicates that gblt is gone and vert, another suspected insider market maker, is on the offer at .0035. Hmmm
abba dabba do
The news that the company now has a small processing plant on site and is expanding and operating the plant in La Paz is basically a repetition of old news. What the investors want to hear is that the company has commenced processing of the mined ore and that there is a cash flow revenue stream. While it is encouraging that the company has finalized plans for a new on site plant in Uyuni area, the assumption is that the company believes there are significant reserves to justify this plant. The release of the Dunn report, due any day, should clarify the estimate of silver and other metals the company expects to sell. I want to know if the company believes it will be profitable this year.
glbt only traded 407,000 shares in March and 15 million for the year to date.
go to otcbb.com the link is on the right side for monthly share volume
