That's an idea;
NASCAR could call it "Racing Dreams Qualifying Day" Kids 13 and under get in free and each family gets a free DVD.
NASCAR would probably make more money, seeing how there are so many empty seats during qualifying, it would give the average Joe a chance to bring his kids to a race that he normally couldn't afford.
Plus those that normally don't go to qualifying might with the added incentives.
I think we have a Win-Win here!!!!!
duke
LOL, Free to the Kids but not to NASCAR!!!
How about NASCAR having a couple of "Kids Day" races, giving all kids 13 and younger a free DVD.
Here is a PR from March that tells us of four DVD/Blu-ray releases TDGI has coming out soon acquired from Elite.
I had forgotten about these, maybe others have or not seen it originally.

No review but 5 starred it, only 5 votes so far, nice find.
Good Morning TDGI,
I'm 64, I've only been trading for a couple years, come from the Blue Collar world, it's nice to see a lot of seasoned investors as well as some young guns on board!!!
A 10bag celebration sounds good to me and looking forward to it.
Learned a lot from this board, thanks for all the DD, our just rewards aren't far down the road.
GO TDGI
AMEN
Let's step back and take a look at the big picture;
Listed through my eye as important.......IMHO
1. Eric and Fred own 135+-mm shares.
2. No reported shares sold by insiders.
3. No Dilution; T/A called frequently to confirm.
4. A/S reduced, you guys no the #'s.
5. 17million offered in outside financing as per Industry PR bid for Terminator.
6. At least 5+ Movies purchased for release/after market availability.
7. Q/A replies, I'm comfortable with Eric's response. Some seem to question time lines. ie. Shortly, (well in perspective) if your Daughter asked you "How long until my Ice Cream melts" with confidence you can tell her shortly. Now if she asks you Daddy how long until you close a possible multi-million dollar deal with various Co's., considering all the variables of the particular Industry that it's going through at this time, your answer of shortly may carry a different weight. I have no problem with his reply as many business owners on this board have confirmed, Deals and Audits are their own breed of a can of worms.
8. A working Library
9. I trust Eric for I have or has any research given me a reason not too!!!
10. I mean no disrespect to any shareholder, these are only my personal views.
GO TDGI, duke
Very True, but until Eric writes him off I will also keep my fingers crossed.
You never know what's going on unless your behind the Curtain!!!
GO TDGI, Good Luck to All
According to Q/A #17 Tom O. is in flux.
Are you able to comment if Tom Ortenberg is related to the deal?
Answer: Tom is committed to be our consultant through September. Until last week, we were his only client (but he is now handling a Brad Pitt film for Apparition Releasing / likely set for October or November). He will be available to continue on with us as a consultant beyond September, if we so elect. He has also indicated his receptivity to joining the company on an exclusive basis; but he has expressed similar sentiments to stepping in at MGM. So his status is in flux.
I just had another cup of coffee so I don't have to blink;)

This is "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson's Tweet page.
I was going to ask him why he hasn't promoted "Racing Dreams"
but being a computer illiterate I don't know how....
If a few of you guys would like to do so maybe we can light a fire under this guy.
Thanks, Duke
LOL, I haven't heard that joke in 30-40 years.
Yes Sir with a little patience all them cows will be ours.
GO TDGI
I still think RD has a good chance. In NY/LA at suitable theaters.
What surprises me is how come "The Rock" isn't out there pumping it.
Maybe he still will but it's funny, as far as I know, he's been quiet so far, being the Producer you would think be would be more involved.
You sure can't beat the Reviews it's gotten.

I like your Style (Team Player)
TDGI is Going to make a lot of people Very, Very Happy if they have the patience to hold until Eric brings the goods.
He has the 17million dollar financier in the wings, IMO he hasn't gone anywhere (probably as excited as we are) because TDGI has only gotten stronger since that time.
With all that is in the pipeline all I have to worry about is that I don't run out of Popcorn and Beer.
Anybody still on the Fence better make up their mind before they wake up to a large gapper which could be any day now.JMHO
Thanks Guy's and Gal's for all your DD.
We have a winner here

Ryan, just thinking outloud here and you probably already have it in mind;
Do you think it would a good idea for you to e-mail Eric and get permission to post the Q&A on HH facebook page? I'm sure they would enjoy it as much as we have. Thanks for your time.
Duke
Thanks Ryan for putting this together, job well done, with results greater than I could imagine.
I particularly like BDE answer of #3. There is four components each of which could be considered by it self a big deal (the gift that keeps on giving). The intrigue will last until all has unfolded while supporting the pps along the way. IMO

3. Will the big news come out by the end of June as you stated in a recent NR?
Answer: There are actually four significant pieces of "news," any one of which would qualify as big. When these are announced, you will not have to wonder "gee, is this one of the big news items or not?" because it will be quite obvious. We had hoped that all four items would be ready to release by June 30, but that has proven impossible, primarily due to a delay in what we feel (logically) should be 'the first news' announcement, which involves a venture with another (much larger) company. It would be difficult to discuss the other three items without the foundation set of the first announcement. I will be back in L.A. next week, and we will press to make the "joint announcement" that will trigger the release of the other three items.
Thanks for your reply, and it's my pleasure to help keep yahoo upgraded which wouldn't be possible without all you guys great DD.
Tdgi is going to be a life changer for those with the patience to hold.
Thanks, Duke
PS. Uglytuco , I hope he waits that long at least.
Thanks TxHoopsboy, nice post.
JG, Thanks for the reply. It's all good either way. I've been here since Dec. and I'm not going anywhere!!!!
Duke
Is it just me or does anyone else think that the July 6 meeting in LA to finalize deal with the studio is with Illusion for "Dances with Werewolves" and not the BDE, or I'm I way off base.
Just my 2 cents.... Can't learn if I don't ask.....
Thank you Rocky,
We've got a winner here buddy and time will bring Fruit.
In some eyes this may be a little off topic,
Eric is definitely has his eyes on being a more than a Distributor.
I agree with Speculator, Eric has his eyes on the prise, why would he invest 90+shares into hum-drum or leave a CEO job at EFGU.
Here's the off topic part;
According to Eric's life purpose as described in his Numerology, He has broke the the bonds of confinement and has found the resources to reach the next plateau of his dream.
This is not from whim or fancy; If you read his complete history he has the training, experience, fortitude, and a blessing of the opportunity.
I know in the two dimensional word of trading it's chart and fundamentals, but as some have posted character plays.
Eric is in the path of success, granted I don't know if he Sig's or sage's but in the big picture his chart has been on the incline
from as far back as knowledge allows.
The Man is a winner!!!!!
Correction; JC should have read jshook, sorry bud.
In alliance with your post, I would add #6; has anybody read a bad review of RD!!!!
Being released at a NASCAR weekend sounds like a logical thing to do but you have to remember a race is a weekend Affair; with little time to go out to a movie; Your/some are out of town, your/some partied out, and yes some are hung-over!!! hence DVD prospects.
#7 As many Reviews have alluded it's more than a racing Doc. it carries over to a family living experience.
It's to bad Racing Dreams didn't have the Advertising as a Disney product, but like AJ says I believe RD Will have it's just rewards
and I'll be here to count the Money.
Thank You Ryan,
For going the extra mile for all of us,
I know you are a busy guy, very much appreciated!!!
duke
Thanks for calling.
Always nice to hear!!!!
"Wild Hunt"
Ebert mentioned "Lord of the Flies";
Released in 1990, grossed 13.8million Today's #'s probably 18 million.
http://www.the-numbers.com/interactive/search/doSearch.php?sp=lord+of+the+flies&x=12&y=17
I saw Lord of the flies back then (my Maryjane days) and it was the movie to see for that time. Not having seen "wild Hunt" I can't compare the two but I think that they will draw the same type of crowd.
I also think word of mouth will play a big part for "Wild Hunt" if the movie gets some run time.
I expect a surprise from "Wild Hunt" MHO
Chace should have his first Court date right around/before the opening of Twelve.
Can't beat the free Advertising plus a little of the Badboy image thrown in.
If it's not settled than, this court deal might run along with Twelve.
Sorry GJ, Thanks for the Post, it's moved to Yahoo now and will help those there to understand today's action.
duke
Thanks, done deal.
ckbaby, OK if I post a link to your message on Yahoo. TIA
OK by me, Ryan/Ckbaby

From interview: There are only 12 Major Distributors like Hannover House. 7 are major Studios which leave 4 others plus Hannover as Independent Distributors. In 2010 every month at least 2 new releases. Hemdale won a total of 32 Oscars. Been talking to shareholders who hold 90% of Hemdale stock. Deal is still alive to resurrect Hemdale label. Plan 4-6 movies to theaters, 30 DVD releases in 2010. Financing not using shares, credit facilities that are non-dilutive......
Ding, Ding, Ding....We have a winner here. Good interview imho....
