As for Donini being in convenience franchises, just referencing other convenience stores but if you have a problem with 7-11 then how about SheetZ, big here on the east coast & the food is most excellent & yes I can get pizza there as well(over the counter & pronto) along with about any other convenience store as well. The fact that it was from a 2006 announcement of what they intended to do, show me how many OTC franchises they have in 2009, as it's been 3 years. Old news is not for new investors or those that are wise.
I have wished all well with this play & do hope that it works out well for everyone, but I would not put my money in it after just looking @ the out of date iBOX among other pm's from an asst. mod.
U R right though 7-11 has killer coffee & maybe DoniniPronto will too
GLTU
not if it is done privately to other investors who wanted me to get into this stock with them. Would not do it on a public forum, but privately yes & I have several as someone must have gotten angry LMAO because of it!
Thanks for the reply Twister, I'll drop a line to the TA as well, as the suggested pps of 50 cents in 2008 does not justify 039 in 2009. Especially with the float having increased by over 8 million in that time frame as per iBOX & supposedly by the TA as well & with you now saying it's less than 4 million. Can't find where they would have any financing available for acquisitions without dilution & definitely do not look like a Reverse Merger candidate.
Thanks again & I will post what I find for you!
As per DNNC iBOX, please explain how the below is true, especially that in bold & there is no dilution or has not been As per TA from iBOX A/S 100 million, O/S 78 million, Float 14 million...when in 2008 as confirmed (Copied & pasted from iBOX, clearly states that we think stock could move to 50 cents+ especially with a 6 million float. When now in 2009 it is 14 million & closed Friday 9/11 @ 039. I would like to possibly invest but can't find this answer. TIA
The Play
DNNI is a turnaround story. The company is in the pizza franchise business and has been silent for many months now. They recently started a PR campaign to unveil its new agressive growth plan. The company is currently looking into a merger/acquisition with an established fast food chain. The company also intends to open 30 franchise restaurant in Montreal,Toronto and the US. They expect to reach revenue of 15 million for 2008. We think the company will continue with its PR campaign and expansion plan. They already struck an agreement to acquire a Newark restaurant. We have been told the company has private placement and does not intend to dilute anytime soon.
Given the above we think the stock could move to 50 cents to a dollar + especially with a 6 million float.
BYSD, who in their right mind would now sell @ .80 when .98's have printed, (quite successfully I might add) with news on the way & volume increasing. People are already chasing BYSD, let them continue to chase as Bayside Petroleum has just started running & gaining nice momentum. $1.00 will seem cheap by noon on Monday, so IMHO opinion do your DD sooner & loosen your purse strings now if you want in.
buy/sell @ the ask during a run as not to stop the momentum.
Everyone profits!
Keep in mind that when Monday trading resumes, it will be 9/14/09 & there are only 30 days in September. Then remember that quote below. IMHO there could also be news before this Merger Agreement is announced.
Important quote from last PR: "The merger of the two companies is expected to be successfully concluded during September 2009 after the execution of a Sales and Plan of Merger Agreement and the approval of the shareholders of both companies."
educational & humorous & as always Renee an excellent read!
Here's wishing you a great weekend, no luck needed with Expo as you & I along with others know what we have held for some time. a great company with a great CEO in JD.
wise words concerning KNDR or any other company you are investing in. That's the difference between an investor & a trader IMHO.
simply kudos seabiscuit & as a minor multi million plus share holder I have always looked forward to your post. I did not find it necessary to post lately or often as after talking & having a NC friend visit with JD, I am (@ a loss for words) I love that man, JD's vision for the future is simply amazing & light years ahead in his vision & his principle. Appears this man actually cares for those that got him here, his employees & his share holders. Those who believed are about to be rewarded, in my case the recipients are my grand daughters college funds. I for one am thankful for your post over time & for EXPH.
make money...we did today J Moola be coming our way
congrats Quinn right place right time right price
no actually I felt bad for you on that one stocky.
I said earlier hint hint the smell of money was in the air!
we'll just need money bags
all you need to know is a very small tight float. See how easy it moves up
buy when everyone is crying & sell when everyone is yelling
@ about $1.50 - 2.00 for starters they'll yell & I'll sell just a little
& ride the freebies just as I ride the waves @ Bayside!
can't laugh as I am looking @ my portfolio but I bet there are some crying who sold me those 40 & 50's recently. LMAO
have been trying to tell everyone even when this was dipping to grab their boards as the waves were awesome & come join me. I'm trying to buy the whole beach out by the point
those 80's looking cheap now but who would be selling when 98's are printing.
we all would like news but until then enjoy the surf...new is on the horizon IMO & the smell of money is in the air. Must be that bon fire we got going on the beach
it is how KNDR has traded over it's last 30 trading days. New wave of investors coming in, a little profit taking by those of us who have been here the longest & setting new support & entry level points along the way with higher lows & higher highs. great stock even better technology...the perfect storm!
sounds like wise words YW...nothing wrong with a little sideways action when added with a little accumulation on low volume. Sets up the charts wonderfully for the next leg up!
GLTA
so far a nice low volume day with no selling & investors adding to positions or new ones starting to accumulate. A perfect day @ Bayside, now
just sitting on the dock @ the Bay watching the tide roll away gotta love an old tune cause I'm an old kind of guy!
wait till next week hint hint but buy today IMHO
IMO you will be green by the time you pack up your board today
and they will as they always do...wait & profit!
that will be a wise investment @ that pps level pisa, but would not expect anything less from a wise investor.
well that one wasn't mine I wouldn't waste my time buying lunch money shares but good grab for someone. Anyone got 20K or so they want to get rid of @ that price.
have a hard time believing someone is actually selling @ 69 cause mine haven't filled since it showed up. Just slap the ask & catch a wave
looks like admission to Bayside is going up again today, hurry up the waves are fantastic
you & me both, already have over.........well a little more than your initial buy in
like I said, with sets of waves like these, all the big boys & big girls finally show up to catch a ride. Nice sets rolling in this morning.
agreed Braden & the one indisputable fact about charts is this "charts may not tell you where a stock is going but it will always tell you where a stock has been" higher lows on consolidation, with higher highs on each new run, no chart needed to show anyone that this is all one can ask from any stock. EXPH is such a stock & an even better company but soon the stock catches up with the company.
Yeah it is Friday & this is KNDR, nobody wants to take a chance that they will miss a Monday morning PR spike, could be interesting. GLTA
excellent use of your 1 post today Gambler. the best to all & remember to tell those you love that you do!
BWD agreed, not with the way these waves are coming in @ Bayside, nice sets. And as I have said for the past couple weeks, with waves like these sooner or later all the big boys & girls want to surf the pipe
Bayside is waiting & I am already on the beach waxing my board & watching my portfolio grow by the light of a beach fire.
you definitely a little later than usual to the party Quinn so you better get in now because I'm adding yet another 25K shares tomorrow in the am. I want to top this baby out @ least 150K shares before she jumps to 75. Nice getting in ahead of you for a change, what did you wait for. You were here a week ago or so & did not buy. I could tell just by looking @ the T&S after your post
but come on in the waves are getting bigger every day, with nice sets...grab your board & your wallet
Listen when a wise Trader speaks
Thanks for the chart Clay, as always much appreciated.
Stay away from the rocks & surf the point. Always, the best surf @ Bayside is always pointing upwards
That is a call you will have to make. I know how I would play it but I have been doing this for 30 years, long before electronic trading & was paid well for it. Gain the respect of your peers here & remember one GOLDEN RULE...buy & sell @ ask while a stock is running. Now with that said the best I can do is make a suggestion & this is what I would do if a stock was consolidating. Decide what you want to to spend & split that between both bid & ask @ the current price which is 375/385 but save 20% of that total for if the bid drops lower so that you can average down. You will make money & gain the respect of your fellow traders as bidwhacking will not help you in the long run. And set your buy tonight, NOW.
GLTU
still catching some waves as today's rides were so good I do not want it to end. Tomorrow though brings bigger & better waves so I had better rest up. Just one last ride tonight while the sun sets
@ Bayside.
