The whole purpose of the app is to not let drivers use there cell phone for any purpose until the the vehicle is in Park and engine shut off,when vehicle is started again the app starts again.Without the app if cell phone is in the glove box without the app installed the cell phone can still be used without the app in vehicle.This is the issue it will save lives,WhAT'S NOT SAFE ABOUT THAT.ALL The APP Is Telling Us Is No Cell Phone Use In A Moving Vehicle!No more getting around the Law

As long as the app let's the text or phone go thru as answered and you get it after you stop driving I don't see how that would be jamming a signal as long as it makes it's destination such as voice mail and text mailbox, I am going to look into that,you may be wrong

I fully agree this is setting up to be a investors dream
