WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR ALL GOOD NEWS TODAY:
The Mako Group is officially sponsoring Bobby Earnhardt in NASCAR!
Bobby is racing in NASCAR Daytona!
The reality TV show starring Bobby will follow him as he begins his racing career!
A perfect storm for a perfect TV show with a great NASCAR following and the Earnhardt name!
CEO indicated in this morning's PR that the sponsorship agreements include the reality TV show about Bobby.
I knew it! This is great news! Bobby starting his NASCAR career and being followed around in his own reality TV show, which will follow his rise in NASCAR and highlighting the Earnhardt family. Mako Group sponsoring him in the Daytona race in February! This is only the beginning IMO!!! So excited here as everyone should be! Go MMEG! YAY!!!!!
Great news thank you!
Bobby has NASCAR ambitions, so we don't even know what's coming as far as good news!
Didn't realize 2 weeks have already gone by, but even if nothing is announced tomorrow it doesn't mean we aren't getting the news eventually, just as the CEO said today.
Not to mention the millions and millions of NASCAR fans! Go MMEG! YAY!
So if we put two and two together:
Bobby said on his facebook page big news was coming in the next week or two.
The PR today says that Bobby is working on sponsorship arrangements for the upcoming 2017 racing season and that those sponsorships INCLUDE the reality TV show with Bobby.
Hmmm...I am thinking we are going to get some great news soon, about who his racing sponsors are and who is sponsoring the reality TV show!
No. The PR this morning specifically says Bobby is arranging sponsorships for the upcoming racing season 2017 and that those sponsorships include the reality TV show. So this IS new and exciting news. It means the Bobby Earnhardt reality show will be sponsored by the same sponsors who sponsor him as a racer. And those are HUGE sponsors! GO MMEG! YAY!!!!
We now know that the TV show sponsors will be the same sponsors that Bobby will have for the 2017 racing season! This is great news!
What's NEW in the news is this: "Bobby has been working on sponsorship arrangements since last summer to prepare for the upcoming racing season in 2017. These sponsorship arrangements include the reality series with Momentous."
It means that the sponsorship arrangements for the racing season WILL INCLUDE the TV show. That information was not released before. So when the sponsors are announced, the show's sponsors will be announced.
"We have had a number of email inquiries as to the current status of the Bobby Dale Earnhardt reality show project. Bobby has been working on sponsorship arrangements since last summer to prepare for the upcoming racing season in 2017. These sponsorship arrangements include the reality series with Momentous. As more information becomes available, Momentous will make necessary announcements and filings."
This is great news as it means that the sponsorship arrangements Bobby is making for 2017 race season INCLUDES Momentous reality show!! So great news will be coming as soon as Bobby finalizes the sponsorship arrangements which could be announced ANYTIME now!!!
Go MMEG!
So what? It's already low. Can't get much lower, it's already in the trips. Who cares. It will run when news comes. Always does.
Will still run with news. Always does.
MMEG has gone to the trips before. No big deal. It still ALWAYS runs with good news. A million shares for under a thousand bucks is a steal.
Good morning MMEG race fans, start your engines!
Right you are and as soon as that show airs and makes money, Momentous will be getting into production on other shows. I see nothing but good things after that...and loads of $$$. LOL Very exciting. Don't worry, those who don't see the big picture or bail won't reap the potential rewards here.
Netflix, Amazon, any of the big streamers would be great. It's possible a bidding war happened, will happen, or is presently happening. Once someone (Momentous) has a potentially big money making show in the works, with the contract signed with someone like Bobby, then distributors are easy to find and it's just a matter of who and what the deal is, sometimes even if a movie or show is very desirable, several distributors will have a bidding war for the rights to air the show.
I am very curious to find out who will be airing the show. Think of the potential in DVD sales, live streaming, etc. The key is that these networks constantly need new programming to feed the audiences, and Momentous knows they have a winner show, given the popularity of Bobby. If the announcement Bobby spoke about is coming in the next week or two, and it involves his show, I bet we're going to find out where this show will air.
Who will carry the Earnhardt show is a very interesting question to ponder. I posted that post about streaming networks because I think this is where Momentous may be going. Here is an interview with Kurt Neubauer and Bobby Dale Earnhardt from one year ago. The link for the entire interview is at the bottom of this page. Possible Apple or Netflix connection mentioned!! We have not yet heard where this show will air and we also have no idea who Momentous will be partnering with. So I am VERY curious about what announcements are coming! I think it's going to be VERY exciting news indeed!!!!
Here is an excerpt of what Kurt said:
BTF: Kurt, has it been announced which network, if any, that this show will be airing on?
Neubauer: "At the moment we don’t actually have a network that we’re looking to air on yet. We are looking at our options here. Some of the things we’re looking at is content because at the end of the day, this is content. A lot of stations are looking for content. We don’t want to be too rambunctious, as the old saying goes, to try to go out and sell something straight away. We want to internally fund and produce this series on our own. I’m looking for a partner that tells me how they want it done.
So consequently, we want to keep our options open. But obviously, some major networks out there are going to be interested in what we’re doing here. We’re also looking into some streaming networks as well because this has never been done that way too. I would be interested in talking to Apple. They have a foundation, but they’re starving for content. There’s nothing more I would like for my company, which is publicly traded, to be associated with the likes of Apple as a possible streaming partner, or even Netflix, which is also publicly traded.
That being said, we’re trying to keep our options open right now and what we’re really trying to do is develop the initial pilot which is what we got out of our first filming out of Ohio, and once we have these pilots ready, then we’re able to maybe take on a larger partnership. I just don’t know with whom at this point."

ATTENTION! PLEASE READ THIS ARTICLE! HOMEWORK! Please read this article to understand how the entertainment industry is changing. It is changing dramatically. The CEO wants to be on the NASDAQ because he has BIG goals. Now, put two and two together here...the way people view TV shows is changing, the distribution channels are changing. THINK! THINK what this could mean here for Momentous. Just needs time. Producers like Momentous know where the future is headed. Just read the article and think about it. I was in the business for 20 years and have seen many changes in those 20 years and if people in the business want to stay on top and make a lot of money and succeed, they must be aware of the changes going on in the industry, how people view TV shows and movies, etc. I think the CEO has big plans. I think he sees where the future is headed.

Yes, this is true because "Chasing A Legend" isn't going to be the only thing they produce. And, if Poolworks falls through, they will find another distribution outlet/source/network/whatever. They have to. They will not risk their reputations in the TV/Music /Entertainment business by failing. That is based on my experience in the business. They will do everything in their power to make it all happen.
Yes, I can't really think of what else it could be, given that that would be huge news and that show is a huge deal. :)
We are actually waiting for two announcements. Poolworks deal and the Bobby Earnhardt show starting production.
If the run lasts a couple of days, then maybe we go even higher. There will be so many wanting to get on board once that news breaks.
"Behind the scenes at a photo shoot in New York. Stay tuned for a big announcement in the next week or two #excitingnewscomingsoon #2017isouryear"
That is what Bobby Dale Earnhardt posted on his Facebook page under the photo of himself at the NY photo shoot.
If he's referring to the new reality series, "Chasing A Legend", then I think MMEG is going to skyrocket anytime in the next week or two.
Great catch, Thoth. I am very excited, guys! Just posted the quote in case others didn't bother looking at the Facebook page!
Hello MMEG! Looks like we are holding strong here!
Hopefully we go up after lunchtime lull.
Close to breaking HOD!
Silly rabbit, trips are for kids...let's get past HOD!
MMEG looking real nice!
Just added half a mil more at 0012. Holding all.
Exactly, Thoth. Momentous has a great show with a great talent signed on and they know it. Everyone will want this show to come to fruition and succeed. Delays are normal. Looking for a good future with MMEG!
See my previous posts. I was a Producer for 20 years in the TV/Film business. The owners are very serious adults with proven track records. They are not a couple of kids saying "let's make a youtube video channel". LOL
In addition, as I stated before, with or without Poolworks Momentous will find a distribution channel for their programming, because there is MUCH interest in their programming, a lot of interest in Bobby Earnhardt, or they would not want to make this show.
They have already signed Bobby Earnhardt, as it states on the website, he has signed a "talent agreement" with Momentous, which is a contract, and that is a contract he would not have signed if he didn't have faith in the show materializing or the commitment to do it. A talent agreement outlines the talent's responsibilities and also what the talent will receive in terms of compensation (payment/royalties).
They've already shot preliminary footage of him racing, it states this on the project page of the show.
Half the battle in TV/Film is getting a good topic, getting good talent. They have that. They also have the show tentatively titled, "Bobby Earnhardt--Chasing A Legacy".
If you go to the website and click on "about" then look to the right you will see a paragraph about this. At the end of the paragraph on the right you will see in BLUE, "Project Site". Click on Project site and then scroll down a little on the page you get to and click "The Reality Show" on the left. There you can read a little about the show.
So, I say to keep all this in mind, the TV/Film business is a tough business, yes, but they've got a great show, a great talent (Bobby) and now they just need to find distribution channels for that show and the others they want to produce. Yes, it takes time to produce a show, lots of work and dedication from many people.
So, I will be watching for when they start shooting the show in full force. It's ready to go. They aren't (IMO) going to risk this show not getting into production and even if there are some delays this is totally normal in the TV/Film business, as it is a very complicated industry not just about shooting and editing, there are so many factors that can affect production.
These are just my opinions, but I like what I see. Please make your own decisions about MMEG. I don't have a crystal ball, but do know the dedication and love of the business people have who are in this business having been in it myself. I know that they will make herculean efforts to get this show produced and on the air. No guarantees of course, crazy things happen.
So, please remember this is more than just about Poolworks. Poolworks is one piece of the puzzle. Momentous has a lot in place and I like it. Weigh the pros and cons of investing in the entertainment industry, as we know all stocks here are risks.
Anything can happen. Looking forward to today. Hope MMEG makes a nice, steady move upwards over time.
For those who don't know, a talent agreement is a legal contract where the artist "talent" (in this case Bobby) signs a contract that outlines his or her responsibilities on a show and also what he/she will receive in return in terms of payment and/or royalties. A talent agreement isn't just a verbal "agreement". It's a real contract.
So true. Let's remember Bobby Earnhardt signed a talent agreement with Momentous to do the show, and they already shot footage of him racing. It's in the works. He would not have signed a talent agreement to do a show that wasn't going to happen!
I got some at 0015. If we dip tomorrow, I might buy more.
I have no idea how much money they have or are in the process of getting. I already posted my view on MMEG in my last post. Having been in the TV/Film business, I already told you I have seen many companies start with nothing and become hugely successful. They somehow manage to find a way to get their programming done. Cheers and have a good night. Only time will tell.
