Oh yeah, definitely controlled, most likely for a pending deal.
I could be wrong but we seem to be being controlled right here in this price range. Maybe FBG is right and Monday AM the deal with Astra is kicked to the public. I hope shares aren't sold at nine bucks unless they pony up a 100 mill upfront or more.
Hey, that's true.
I'm thinking a C, his greed may have helped to take his eye off the prize and inadvertently caused some of the issues we've seen. He needs to be focused on making sure his employees are hitting on all cylinders and less focused on how he can manipulate the company and investors into giving him more shares.
I'm curious to see what the last 15 days have looked like, I think these numbers will look a lot different!
I think the extended data could shed a lot of light on what the multiple rounds of dosing does for cancer patients.
It might be very eye opening!
That's my guess
So with a multitude of Sellas type deals, I could see Advaxis making money on production of drugs before they ever have a drug on the market.
I think you are right, On top of producing our own drugs the other part of our business will be to help others be more successful in producing their own drugs with our LM tech. Lower cost of production and better efficacy for companies partnering with us. I think the line for deal making could be very long in this healthcare environment.
I agree Easy!
I talked to Dan on the phone and he brought up the 50k he lent the company, I guess he felt it entitled him to raid the company, I don't know.
I didn't have the heart to tell him I had invested almost 3 times that myself at the time. Hindsight 20/20, I should have told him to shut up and quit whining.
I'm going to hope he has what it takes to get us to the sweet spot. I will say good job on the deal Monday though!
I agree!
They are trying to cover.
I'd say as aggressive as the shorts are being with Advaxis, There must be a huge piece of news coming that the rest of us don't quite know about yet. It makes what they are doing and how they are using this tool to manipulate the markets very easy to see. Mr Trump needs to fix the HFT use so that this not as easy to do. That's all it would take to keep the markets moving skyward!
WHAT, you say your efficacy is only marginal and you cost of production limits your profits in this new healthcare environment? Well Advaxis is here to solve your problems! You pay for the trial, give us 1/2 a billion in milestone payments plus 10 percent of you profits and we'll make your drug a blockbuster!
Anyone starting to see a pattern. This is a sign of just how tech heavy and superior Advaxis is!
Sellas realizes that cost of production and efficacy will allow them to be competitive far into the future if they have our tech involved. Only a matter of time before one by one they all cry uncle and come crawling to Advaxis to help them. It's a no brained!
At six dollars/dose to manufacture, We can literally drown any competition while making a fortune. Nobody can compete with this companies tech, it manufactures itself after the genetic engineering is completed!
This TITAN in the cancer industry will slowly grind these guys into the tracks as it fulfills it's destiny and rightful place.
These guys manipulating the SP are concerned about losing shares in their manipulation attempts. When I bought Friday the downward pressure bounced off my small buy order of five thousands shares filling half and didn't come back to those levels. I had to increase my bid to get he whole thing filled. I really think the folks manipulating ADXS are in a quandary as to how they get out of their short position.
Could happen!
It does look like someone is desperately trying to cover!
It occurs to me that we are being held in a very tight trading range right now within a few cents. Hope that doesn't have anything to do with this deal.
Not too late, Get in while they are trying to hold it down!
That definitely puts things into perspective FBG!
I like it a lot!
I'm liking my 5000 share addition from last Friday quite a bit today, Ha ha!
Yeah, I liked the price I got Friday afternoon, a steal I thought so I didn't think waiting for something that might not come was prudent. I felt very fortunate the SP stuck around in that range so that I could buy.
Twenty-four patients were treated with AXAL in Stage 2. However, a temporary clinical hold limited overall exposure to the immunotherapy, which necessitated 10 patients who had not progressed to discontinue AXAL treatment. Further, only 12 of the 24 patients received three or more doses. Demographics in the truncated Stage 2 cohort were similar to Stage 1, but a substantially higher proportion of patients were pre-treated with bevacizumab (83 percent (Stage 2) vs. 31 percent (Stage 1)).
At a median follow-up of 8.7 months, these Stage 2 results demonstrate a 42 percent six-month overall survival rate, which increases to 67 percent in those 12 patients who received three or more doses of AXAL. Preliminary results from Stage 2 appear consistent with the promising survival results from Stage 1 in a more heavily bevacizumab pre-treated population.
Investigator assessment of tumor best response showed disease control rates (CR+PR+SD) of 27 percent and 37 percent in Stage 1 and 2, respectively. Of particular note, a patient in Stage 2 experienced a complete response following three doses of AXAL. This patient continues to be followed with no evidence of disease at 11 months. Treatment with AXAL will resume under a compassionate use single-patient IND.
It did but some of those patients got more then three doses, They lifted the trial results. I would think the presentation is related to those patients.
Right, I d have to look at the protocol to be sure but it was to see one year survival rate but the dosing was changed to once every month till the persons cancer progresses and their was another exclusionary event I can't remember. I'll look it up and get back with you.
That would be very significant!
Perhaps the folks getting once a month dosing past one year are stable disease, possibly becoming complete responders. I could see their cancers getting beat back as their immune system becomes more competent.
Better get in before march 12th, I got a feeling the gog p2 presentation is going to turn this thing on it's ear.
A lot, I've been collecting them for a decade!
Lets see where this goes Monday, may be a buyer of more. No other company with this much potential!
Picked up 5000 more shares, Stupid cheap down hear, Stupid cheap!
It helps keep it off the radar so they can rape LTSH.
I agree FBG I think Dan needs to be held accountable for his actions. I enjoy reading your post. I have no doubt where you stand on the stock but know your just keeping it real.
Honest, if we were to get news, I would think it might come after the conference next month. I say If because Advaxis could just as easily go it alone and the shelf could be to fund that. We'll know when it happens but my expectations for Dan are a lot lower then that used to be.
