Pacificor is not going to sign a release and walk away. IMHO

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/12/10 -- Hannover House, the entertainment distribution division of Target Development Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TDGI) (www.HannoverHouse.com), has entered into a feature film development venture with Vancouver-based Red Bear Entertainment, for "Terminator 3000," envisioned as a $70-million dollar budgeted, 3-D animated feature film based on the characters and situations introduced in the original "Terminator" feature. Hannover House C.E.O. Eric Parkinson previously served as C.E.O. of Hemdale Home Video, Inc. and Hemdale Communications, Inc., and handled the distribution of the original "Terminator" feature.
Story details for "Terminator 3000" are being kept under close wraps, but the writers and production team have a stated goal of minimizing violence in order to obtain a PG-13 level of material.
Hemdale produced and distributed director James Cameron's original "Terminator" feature, but released the sequel rights in 1990 to Carolco, which later transferred the rights to ultimately end up under the control of Halcyon Media. Santa Barbara based Pacificor, LLC prevailed in the most recent auction and transfer of rights to the franchise in January, and retains approval and licensing authority over the proposed "Terminator 3000" project.
Hannover House and Red Bear Entertainment will release details of the production timing, financing and principal production personnel later this year, in advance of a proposed January, 2011 start.

Just thinking outloud but maybe Eric would like to know how much you and others like it. Being older than the target crowd, maybe Eric hasn't got much feed back from our age group.
I don't E-mail him but maybe the next time someone who has seen it might throw that out there.
Anyway I think it will do fine, however long it takes, screen, dvd, vod or TV.
Go TDGI
Although I haven't seen the movie yet (hour's from my location) from the Reviews from older Gentlemen on this board and other's, plus recent main stream reviews, I think there will be word of mouth from that group also.
It wouldn't hurt to include the older audience in future advertising. JMHO
I like Eric's style; Tell's it like it is, Takes responsibility and Pulls no Punches.

Nice to see Twelve trailer front and center on Teen Choice home page.
http://chaceconline.com/
EDIT; I don't know what site this is, but still good. lol
Twelve is going through some growing pains as the word gets out 12 will do fine down the road.
What's exciting is all the good reviews from the older group (out of target) of viewer's that have seen the movie. This tells me that Twelve is a Quality Movie (as Racing Dreams) but we have exposure problems. It is still very early and once the ball gets rolling it can pick up speed fast, Hold-on
These review's will not only help the word of mouth exposure but seeing that probably the out of target group may not go to the Theater because of the younger audience will buy the DVD etc. to watch it at home.
Hopefully there is not the fear sell Monday because of a opening weekend of a new movie. WE haven't got all the number's yet.
I Will not be selling any of my share's, once again here patience is the key here.
Hannover House has some major announcements that will show-up when you least expect them.
Here are some comments from the Yahoo board by a long investor
7-Aug-10 12:44 pm I'm a good bit older than the group that was supposed to be targeted for this film, but I did see it last night and walked away somewhat shocked over my assessment about it. I don't think a film so sobering or thought provoking can be termed 'enjoyable', but it had an unexpected effect on me. Totally engrossing. MY type of film here that doesn't lambaste the senses but calls for inner reflection. I was annoyed at first by the running narrative, but this gave it a feel of a documentary probing the morality and psychology of life in NY. It actually made it all a bit more realistic to me. Acting out these roles would appear to be difficult for young actors, but all the principles were exceptional, so I thought. I remember Ebert commenting on the good acting.
Anyway, if you're reading this and haven't seen it, please do. Just didn't expect it to be so hard hitting, and I was hit. Rating :

7-Aug-10 02:09 pm Mica - I saw its debut here in Vegas and I found the film truly engaging; that's the biggest surprise. I went to see it out of obligation as an investor, but I walked away swayed by the merits of the film. Maybe the younger or more active movie goer will be disappointed if they like the fast paced sensual overload that films with their computer generation and pyrotechnics rely on, but for me, this was my type of film. I want films to move and muse over and so it was with twelve. I say, if you move with the older set, go see it. Rating :

7-Aug-10 02:04 pm Without hesitation I recommend the older set see this film. More emotionally engaging than I would ever have guessed. Here it is the day after its debut and I'm still reflecting on it. Rating :

35,000 div. by 231theaters=150 rounded off
150 div. by lets say just 4 showings per theater=37.50
37.50 div. by lets say 9.00 a ticket= 4 rounded off
So that gives us a average of 4 people per showing.
something ain't right or I'm nuts.

With the reviews that are coming in I don't think Schumacher will need fifty to fulfill this request!!!!!!

And you would think, that if there were those who didn't like it they would also be out there bashing.
Very positive for only just half of the first night's audiences offering thought's.
I don't want to seem over jealous this early, I'm not expecting mm's this opening, but all and all I'm happy with early results.
I don't know if anybody has seen "EASY RIDER" 1967-69, a cult classic, but the reviews you posted reminded of it in an opposite mannor.
Easy Rider had common people with a new drug in everybodies price range with a 'free love' 'happy go lucky' atmosphere.
Not seeing Twelve as of yet I can't go future than a gut Feeling.
But as I posted before, similar cultural times, is America ready for a New Cult Classic!!!!!?
Is there any late night Movie goer's getting in that have stats to offer for this old Barn Owl.
Closet viewing in my area is Sacramento, Ca. about two-three hours from Redding ca. so I'll have to Wait and hope it comes here or maybe Chico Ca...only an hour or so...
Chico is a wild College Town and "Twelve" would do well there.
As others have mentioned College area's/towns would be a good target area.
Killing Time, Thanks Duke

I agree with that, should all be smiles around tonight and from early reports from different Movie sites and decent seat counts, I think I'll smile all weekend.
Things are looking good through my eye!!!!!

Thanks trevor for posting, Now that puts a SMILE on my Face!!!!!
GO TDGI
Thanks, that's what I was trying to say, lol
The First showing should be canceled and a Mid-Night show added.IMO
We are getting mixed reviews on Twelve.
The positive reviews are going to be taken by the 15-26 age group as the reviewer is "HIP" and really isn't going to make a big difference if they see the film.
The negative reviews are going to be taken by the 15-26 age group as the reviewer doesn't know his ask from a hole in the ground. especially if his/her peers give it a thumbs-up. So I think they will want to see it more.
Older people may take in account reviews either way. With the Subject Matter as it is, people are going to see if they want to see it and are going to see it, regardless of reviews.
And of course those who are not going to see it aren't, regardless of reviews.
With this Subject Matter I believe it's a Black & White choice, little Gray area.
IMO reviews will not make or brake this Movie.
It's all about 15-30 word of mouth, and in that arena I believe we are in good shape!!!! I hope this makes sense. This is coming from a Rebel at Heart----duke.
Chance here you go.

Repost of Ckbaby's PPS Evaluation; Nice Job Ckbaby.
**PPS Valuation Potential Review**
Lots of new eyes on TDGI which is great ... if your a chart/momentum player, do a little more DD than usual and you'll most likely find like many longs, this one is real, growing and has the ability to be life changer without the risk that comes with almost all .pk's. You may want to consider holding a little longer term position ... the potential is truly mind boggling!!
TDGI PPS Review ...
TDGI's PPS Short Term Target Updated
This continues to be just the consolidation phase of getting closer to what I would call a 'reasonable' valuation.
There have been many discussions and debates on the board about what is the true value of TDGI today (forget about the potential two to three years from now). The consensus seems to be an P/E multiple for a mid-cap film or entertainment company on the extremely low end at 15, on the low to mid end at 20, on the fair side at 25 and on the more aggressive end say 30. Pulling the base business of $17MM and additional projected revenue of $22MM (which still holds assuming 12 and HappyThankYouMorePlease perform as it appears they will), we get total revenue per year at $39 million. Assuming a very conservative 22% pre-tax margin (from their base business margins), you get an $8.55 million pre-tax margins. We have a total shares O/S at 461,206,692 and float unchanged since December of 269,600,578.
So what does this mean for PPS:
Scenario #1 - (15*$8.55MM)/461,206,692 = $0.28
Scenario #2 - (20*$8.55MM)/461,206,692 = $0.37
Scenario #3 - (25*$8.55MM)/461,206,692 = $0.46
Scenario #4 - (30*$8.55MM)/461,206,692 = $0.56
Scenario #5 - 10 Bagger Stock Estimate = $0.779 (Increase Revenue plus add in the current book value)
NOTE: Scenario #1-#4 DO NOT even include the current book value which sounds like it will exceed the $0.058 Q1/Q2 non-audited financials, especially in light of the distribution agreement with 20Th Century Fox.
Although it was nice to push back through the $0.05 level on Thursday/Friday, again, this stock has barely started to get to its true value. I sill fully expect to reach at least $0.30 in the not too distant future (months/quarters, not years) - yes, it has been a little longer than we anticipated but hey, we're in the land of the pinks ... trading and true PPS valuation are not inclusive!! Many of us have been long on this from December and Eric (our CEO) continues to deliver on his business plan (but the great thing is he has so much more up his sleeve than I dreamed of just 1 week ago).
So my fellow TDGI'ers, we still very likely have an 8-10 bagger plus on our hands into 2011.
This stock will test your patience, your risk, your fortitude but I also believe it will test your ability to spot a diamond in the rough.
TDGI 2011 Charter Member
