"Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!!!"
Let's hope that Santa delivers our "BONZ" gift in a week or two.
Interesting weeks ahead.
"Merry Christmas" to all and to all a good night!!!
How much dilution is on the way? Now we know why the company needed to authorize 1,000,000,000 shares.
Does Gerald own the Class B preferred stock referenced in Voices of Reason's post?
What are the conversion terms of the Class A preferred stock?
Losing $3,000,000 in the first nine months of 2012 with only three employees means the company will need to raise cash soon.
Interesting times ahead.
Delaying the MANF study results for three weeks made no sense if they were positive.
All imho.
p.s. Don't miss taking some profits.
"Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered."
Especially with penny stocks.
Paper profits are just that.
Never be afraid to lock-in profits.
Cash is king.
GLTA
p.s. Overdue for a bear raid.
Volatility is a good thing.
Have a great day!!!! :)
Buying at the bottom is as important as selling at the top.
Support is at .035 if it holds.
Delaying the MANF comparative study results for almost three weeks.
It's not nice to fool the market.
1,000,000,000 shares to sell now. :(
Back on Wednesday.
"Merry Christmas" to all!!!
How much dilution is on the way? Now we know why the company needed to authorize 1,000,000,000 shares.
Does Gerald own the Class B preferred stock referenced in Voices of Reason's post?

Delaying the MANF study results for three weeks made no sense if they were positive.
All imho.
p.s. Instead of sending me private messages to which I can't and probably wouldn't respond why not just put me on ignore.
The news was expected by anyone who follows the stock.
With end of the year tax loss selling and the fiscal cliff situation the share price could take a small hit.
I don't see it going much below $1.95 unless the market takes a major hit.
I'm surprised that no one on the board ever challenged the statements made in the original post.
Got to go. Back in the morning.
p.s. I wonder who owns the class "B" preferred stock? I would assume that it is Gerald as it would have given the holder control of the voting at that point in time.
"During the six months ended June 30, 2012 the Company issued $1,258,412 worth of common stock to various consultants for services and it paid $54,442 of trade accounts payable with shares of common stock in settlement of the trade debt."
Who were these consultants?
What service did they actually perform?
The company did manage to lose almost $3,000,000 in the first nine months of this year with only three employees so I can understand that they need to sell stock soon.
Does the class "B" preferred stock exist?
I didn't make such a claim. The original post did.
I was hoping someone such as yourself with more knowledge than I have about the company could intelligently address the dilutive items that were referenced.
I couldn't find others posts that did so. I think the original post was ignored.
Debt converted to equity. The company didn't have the cash to pay the debt and if the company had to go into the market the shares would have been priced in the $1.50 range which would have created even more dilution and the share price would be at $1.25 now.
The filing announcing the increase in authorized shares to 550,000,000 should be made available to the public on Wednesday or Thursday.
"The Company is currently in default on a note for $1.175 million."
What happened to that note?
"There are 2.5 million shares of Preferred B convertible shares issued which have a conversion rate of 50:1 (125 million shares) and have a voting block equivalent of 125 million shares."
Who owns these Preferred B shares?
"There are 250,000 shares of Preferred A convertible shares."
Does anyone know what the conversion rate is on these shares?
Now we know why the company needed 1,000,000,000 shares to be authorized.
Penny stocks dilute because it's what they do.
The company lost almost $3,000,000 in the first nine months of 2012. Obviously they need to get cash from selling stock.
The company lost almost $3,000,000 in the first nine months of 2012 with only three employees. With four employees it might have lost $4,000,000.
Just saying.

If they had done as I suggested the share price would be at .12 now and I'd still own my 1.3 million shares.
Time to go do a few constructive tasks.
Have a great day!!!
I don't know any such thing. The general belief on the board until the last update was that they would be released on or before 12/22. Go back and check the posts from the last three weeks. No one expected the results would be delayed another three weeks.
The smart move would have been to announce that the results were positive and the exact details would be discussed at the presentation. Even I know that would have been the best situation for the share price.
Good luck to you. What I do doesn't impact your ability to make a profit here to the same extent that what you chose to do doesn't impact my ability to make a profit on my investment.
Stocks don't always go up. Look at Apple. It was only a two months ago when the "pumpers" were saying that Apple could be the first $1,000 stock.
I hope everyone posting on the board makes a profit.
Amarantus Biosciences and RBCC Announce NuroPro Parkinson's Diagnostic as Target for Joint Venture
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/amarantus-biosciences-rbcc-announce-nuropro-090000051.html
Is this the same Patrick Brown?
http://worldseriesofgolf.com/?page_id=6
Why would the company chose Rainbow Coral?
Just asking.
p.s. Golf to growing coral reefs to "NuroPro". Interesting progression.
Do a little research on Rainbow Capital Corporation (RBCC) and the backgrounds of the individuals who are associated with it. Makes you wonder why Amarantus Bioscience is partnering with them.
We were expecting the data from the MANF study to be released on 12/22. Why did the company delay its release for almost three weeks? Possibly the news is not as good as expected but management wanted to capitalize on the upward momentum by delaying bad news so that more shares could be moved at a higher price? How many more notes have been issued that allow the debt holders to convert at a 50-55% discount to the market? Remember shares issued under those note conversions don't have to be listed in an immediate filing.
To me the smart move by the company would have been to have stated that the MANF study data was positive and that the commercial potential of the MANF technology would be the key focus of the presentation in January. When that didn't happen I decided 300% profit for a week was sufficient return on my investment. Obviously anyone that wants similar returns can buy AMBS today and hopefully sell above .22.
I've been wrong before and sold too early.
I'll also probably buy some shares on the next bear raid when it drops 40% during a trading session.
It's the land of penny stocks. Stocks go up and they go down.
"Merry Christmas" to all.
p.s. Over the last two days I've received almost 30 private messages. I am limited to 15 posts a day on the board and have no ability to respond to private messages. I will say that the delay in releasing the MANF study data may not be as significant as I think it is but the we'll know soon enough.
Does anyone believe that anything that anyone posts on the board is relevant until we get the first revenue report the first or second week of January?
Until then I can't understand why anyone is posting anything about what the company's management has done or not done or whether or not a well is supplying a certain amount of water or if the company conducted adequate testing on the gold content of a few random samples of dirt.
At this point in time I have to believe that most individuals are satisfied with their current positions and aren't looking to buy or sell until the first revenue report is released.
Take a break and come back in three weeks.
Based on data? Synergen used four rats instead of three and the study was conducted in North Korea rather than China?
Just saying.
Time to go Christmas shopping.
Have a great day!!!
Don't you question the relationship between Rainbow Coral Corporation (RBCC) and the company? If someone would want to explain why the company had to go to Rainbow Coral to get the deal that they got I'm willing to listen.
Don't feel badly for me having sold. For someone to make the same return that I did if they bought now at .064 the share price would have to go to .22.
Obviously I've got a few limit buy order sitting at what I consider to be a reasonable re-entry point depending on what the news is that heads it in that direction and I may re-enter at a higher price based on the same observation.
Volatility in penny stocks is to be expected.
Earlier this year a gold mining stock, NSRS, with 660,000,000 shares outstanding went from a few cents to over $1.70 in ten trading sessions. The market cap was in excess of $1 billion dollars. Those that owned it at a few cents did very well. Those that bought it on the hype not so well. Check where it is today.
A "Merry Christmas" to all and to all a good night!!!
Everyone posting here has an agenda. Anyone that believes otherwise is foolish.
I made a substantial profit trading the stock over the last week. I sold my last 100,000 shares at .0635. If I had held and sold all the shares in the .0635 range I would have made 10% more than I did.
Anyone viewing the share price should think in terms of there eventually being 1,000,000,000 shares outstanding thus the current share price would give the company a market cap of about $64,000,000.
Volatility is the one thing that traders want in a stock. AMBS has the potential to be .01 or .10 at any time. Obviously if the up trend continues the smart move is to buy and hold.
Place your bets.
Gold is being recovered. That is a fact. :)
2013 will be a good year for the "BONZ" shareholders.
I'm out of here. Back after Christmas.
I still can't figure out why Amarantus Bioscience (AMBS) partnered with this company. Doesn't help AMBS's credibility.
Best wishes to everyone on the board for a very "Merry Christmas"!!!
I hope that Santa Claus meets and exceeds everyone's expectations!!! :)
Best wishes to everyone on the board for a very "Merry Christmas"!!!
What's up or should I say down with Amarantus Bioscience's partner Rainbow Coral (RBCC)? It was at $1.28 last week and now it's at .49.
Scam?
Just asking.
Delaying the study results for almost three weeks was a dumb move by management.
Why would they kill the upward momentum by doing so?
Possibly the results weren't as good as expected?
If the results are positive why not say so and then state that the Med-Forum presentation would focus on how the company intended to commercialize the MANF technology going forward. That approach would have this at a much higher price today.
"Stupid is as stupid does."
Rainbow Coral Corporation is a joke. Check it out.
At yesterday's special shareholder's meeting the authorized number of shares was increased from 350,000,000 to 550,000,000.
I would have thought that the company would have issued a press release by now.
Key support level is .04. With the overall market tanking and profit taking from the recent run-up I think .038-.04 is likely before the end of the year.
Place a few limit buy orders in the .035-.04 range and you may get them filled.
The next two weeks will be very interesting.
Note to management: Get rid of the deal with Rainbow Coral Corporation (RBCC).
With the first revenue report due out soon I wonder who is selling shares under two cents and who is buying them.
Interesting weeks ahead for the company and its shareholders.
Good luck to all the "BONZ" faithful. Hopefully good news is only days away.
p.s. Hopefully the current Tarantula "test site" is productive and bigger things are ahead in terms of expanding production. We'll know soon enough.
If the study results were positive then the company should have released a press release stating that was the case and that the commercial potential for MANF would be the focus of the Med Forum presentation.
To delay the results for almost three weeks make no sense unless the results were borderline. The share price will get hammered considering the recent momentum run-up which was due to a large part due that the anticipated study results would be released this week.
The worse thing for a penny stock is to lose momentum.
Average down when it hits .035 and hope for a pre forum bounce.
You were fortunate. You can buy all you want below .04 in a few sessions.
.052 close today.
.041 close tomorrow.
.032 next week.
Made no sense for the company to delay the study results.
p.s. Predicting closes is not a precise science.
You know the number of authorized shares is now 1,000,000,000.
With the three week delay in releasing the study data I expect a retracement back to the .035-.04 level as profit takers move in.
Penny stocks tend to be volatile.
Note to Management: When the market is expecting news don't delay it three weeks.
It seems that the company's management is applying the "mushroom theory" as it relates to the company's shareholders.
It appears that the company's M.S.'s prediction of the share price hitting .50 next year might have been a bit too optimistic.
It hurts me to say that others were pretty much on target with their dire predictions. Hopefully the first report of gold revenue will be a major turning point in where this appears to be headed.
Sold this morning. Expected the study results to be released this week. :(
Too much volatility to simply hold and wait.
With almost three weeks to the study results and the recent run-up I think they'll be some profit taking before the end of the year.
Hoping to get back in in the .035-.04 range.
Good luck to all who stay.
The market was anticipating the news out this week.
Similar to Lucy pulling back the football on Charlie Brown.
Penny stocks tend to get punished for these types of mistakes by management.
GLTA
p.s. Headed back below .04 if there is no other news. IMHO
