i believe that was when Corr had no (viable) product. He has AR now, which is do believe he knows he has a winner. That is why I know he is trying (now), but does not excuse his poor execution of product delivery.
ya, time for Corr to do a "cut and paste" job. At least someone can tell Corr to at least read other PUBLIC companies PRs and get some pointers... He needs to throw away the "Magic 8 Ball"; It does not work.
I am not sure we are going to make it especially if we have a Captain who can not read a compass and steers us in the wrong direction, but i do know Apple Rush will...
Correction: "They say people will learn from their mistakes... some day history will repeat itself."
Should be: "They say people will learn from their mistakes... some say history will repeat itself."
Bob gets a paycheck no matter what he does... plus he uses RSHN to finance his "ideas".
Anyhow, I do not think this a scam, but just what we see is poor management by a control freak and poor investor relations/communication! Oh wait... Bob does not know he is running a PUBLIC company!!! lol
Apple Rush is a good product as evidenced by the visible growth from the two (2) month birth from when it was USDA Certified Organic. From Chicago area (great distribution) to the Northeast, ie NY, MN, etc. Growth is there, it is just what is perceived by us shareholders and the likes as poor/bad management. Imagine another month from now... then two months from now.. etc. I would not be surprised if AP can be found in select major regions of the US and slowly filling in the less populated and less dense population of the US.
Anyhow... a company will go through too many pains to get to where it wants/needs to go to.
They say people will learn from their mistakes... some day history will repeat itself.
Which is it Bobby Boy?
The last trade was at .0001. It is pretty obvious that someone wants at that level.
Anyhow, at least we all gave Bob an early Christmas present. I am sure Bob is really happy now. His pockets are lined with GREEN!!!
You only need to look at the percentage at this point. The AS is 3b, but I am sure a small portion is issued unless Corr is a moron...
You need an audience (volume) to move...
Ya, RSHN's tag line should be taken away from MacDonald's!
Over one billion served, correction. 12 billion.
EDIT: Correction. Over 12 billion served.
EDIT: Correction. Over 12 billion served and continuing.
EDIT: Correction. unlimited...
EDIT: Correction. First come, grab your angles.
I think it is time to flood Corr's mail box. He needs to listen (not hear) what shareholders have to say. Plus he needs a good "kick in the cherries!"
The more people e-mail their concerns and flood the box, the more it will be noticed. It is the power in numbers.
My guess is that if you ordered recently, you may the new batch?
Thanks for your information...Cheers and have a nice weekend!
oh, yes, may you can tell us this...
All the flavors have a strong apple juice taste. Is this true? For example, Apple Strawberry has a very light strawberry (insert whatever flavor) taste. Is this true?
One of the changes mentioned was that RSHN was going to add more strawberry to make the apple taste less dominate.
Thanks
All the flavors of AR looks like apple juice (color) look alike. To distinguish the flavors, they are adding a color additive (approved by USDA) so you can see the flavors (colors) stand out rather than looking identical/similar when you stand each bottle side by side. (Rumor)
Usually the product is sent to the distributor and the distributor distributes them. In this case, this may have been during the time where Apple Rush distributed their own products because the distributors have not yet picked up AR or approved Apple Rush for distribution, hence "Distributed by Apple Rush."
Only thru RSHN, you would have a stake in AR (a the moment).
I believe it will essentially be the same except the wording on the ingredients to accommodate the added ingredient.
Just saying that IL area has grown ALOT from distribution after Garden and the trade shows in IL.
After the trade show in NY, yielded several new accounts in the NY area. the PR mentioned that there were two (2) major distributors that cover the entire area in that region. Another thing is that NY is more densely populated and should yield more revenue than IL. I would like to see RSHN push products in the warmer climates because the population just drinks more fluids in those regions than the more northern regions for the simple fact of the climate. California, Texas, Florida, etc., etc., etc...
We had a show in Brea, Calif. Wonder what happened...
It seems to be showing that these trade shows are showing the fruits of the work of RSHN management & co., trade shows, etc. every time they have been to some sort of show, we see products pop up. This is a very good sign and to me a very good turn around time from bottling to transport to distribution to retail outlet to consumer.
Proof positive that AR & E-water products are expanding by region and corresponding to the general regions these trade shows have been held.
Progress nonetheless...
Imagine in a couple of months...
It sure does looks like it might be hundreds of accounts!!! The two (2) distributors distributes too all of the ny area... After Chicago, NY is picking up, where is the next region? PR tomorrow...
Summer Fancy Food Show Yields New Sales for Apple Rush(TM)
Source: Business Wire (July 13, 2007 - 8:10 AM EST)
RushNet’s (Pink Sheets:RSHN) appearance at the Summer Fancy Food Show, just held in New York City July 8-10, has yielded new distribution opportunities for its Apple Rush® and e-water® brands. Attended by over 15,000 industry executives, this trade show draws from all over the U.S., Europe and countries around the world. A major event, it is known for showcasing products that are trendsetting and of premium quality.
The company’s corner booth was once again a popular destination for the many retailers and distributors seeking more healthful and Organic beverages. In light of the rapidly changing landscape of the beverage aisle and a growing number of acquisitions and buy-out rumors, Apple Rush™ and e-water® were able to present themselves as strong and viable modern brands that drew a good amount of interest from distributors looking for the future of beverage products.
The solid interest from both regional distributors and retailers brought immediate results. RushNet was able to consummate a deal that it had been working on with the chain of 6 Treasure Island Stores in Metro-Chicago. The city’s premier upscale grocery chain agreed to retail and promote Apple Rush™ in all its stores, and placed an opening order at the show.
RushNet had substantial discussions with two local New York Distributors who, between them, service all of the city’s boroughs. One of these will be receiving its first order of Apple Rush™ next week, and that distributor will be restocking the first account for Apple Rush in New York City, Eat on 8 eight. The popular restaurant is located at 601 West 26th St., on the 8th floor naturally, and is in the “Emulsion District” where the city’s renowned and bustling modeling agencies and photographers are found. The restaurant account, now serving the 6 flavors of Organic Apple Rush™ Sparkling 100% Juice, was opened by Robert Corr, RushNet CEO, with product set aside from the Fancy Food Show. Robert Corr plans on returning to New York early in August to launch Apple Rush™ and e-water® with the newly appointed distributors and open hundreds of accounts
Robert Corr stated, “This is the third of the Fancy Food shows we have attended and it’s obvious that this one was definitely the pinnacle of the group. New York City is a market that we have long wanted to develop. I believe that the ultimate success for any beverage will be greatly affected by your penetration and acceptance in this market. I am excited about developing all of the contacts that we have made, and am looking forward to making our New York debut a success. Overall, I continue to see many opportunities for our products throughout the U.S. and in New York from the solid interest at this show.” Click on the following link to see Robert Corr at the Fancy Food Show.
Wow, check out the distribution only in the IL area... Distribution is expanding... Imagine in a couple more months... I guess Garden (and Bob & Co.) is accomplishing something...

I re-read your post. I did not realize you were talking about two diff chains. Opps... lol
Hopefully this is where Kehe and the likes wherehouse AR if the demand is there. Wings would be able to purchase through them.
Another possibility would be the duplication of Garden in areas saturated by Wings and at the same time, obtain more accounts in the surrounding area and distribute the other drinks supplied to Wings and other vendors in the surrounding areas -- one problem... we do not have enough money right now...
Care to name the multiple ID's? Hahahaaaa
Ya, it is Kehe... if I am not mistaken (unless it was mentioned as 35).
That is because they are in California and not n the office.

"The big boys, Coke, Pepsi, ect.....dont go and visit the Mom n Pop kinda stores in the neighborhoods around the burbs that Garden/A1 does. Gardens money maker for delivering to bigger stores is in Arizona Iced Teas, but they also thrived on the little folks in the neighborhoods as well.
Well theres alot of room in one of those trucks and the big boys wont deliver small amounts except for a premimum price. So the Mom and Pops were being held hostage by the bigger dist. companies. Well since we are going in there anyway, what is to stop our company from delivering to them while we are there for a profit of course."
Also, I can attest to this statement. To smaller vendors, Coke/Pepsi does charge too much for delivery and product. My family is connected to some schools in Los Angeles County and Orange County. These schools that my family is connected to have cafaterias that are subcontracted out to other companies. The (some) smaller schools are subcontracted out to smaller contractors (from the larger contractors) and are run almost by mom and pop type businesses. These smaller one have to go the supermarket and buy these drinks themselves because it is just cheaper at the supermarket. A lot of them are just JV's witht he schools.
Also, a lot of the schools do not run the food area of a campus.
some food for thought.
Thanks for the post... This post and this one: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21894213

I know a lot of the times, a new buyer of a business will change to a new name. Reason: New buyer does not know if seller has any tax issues, i.e franchise tax board in CA, unknown UCCs with the State (CA), unknown debts, etc. Basically what are the libilities, if any. Changing the name would cancel out any unknown debts of the of the seller from the new buyer.
BTW: This is in regards to small businesses. Larger businesses will most likely have finanicals of some sort."
and
"Alex explained to me that when they bought VNET Beverages some years back, that they inherited a MOUNTAIN of troubles along with the Corp. That he said taught them that in the future they NEVER again would buy the corporation that is part of any company they intended to acquire."
EDITED: I only see the name of the Agent for service different and address.
A different name for Agent for service does not mean anything. That is the person who a person has to serve in a lawsuit and such. It basically can be ANYBODY, ie corp principal, director, attorney, CPA, my dad, etc. Also the address is where the Agent can be served at.
Is that what you are talking about?
Re incorp date: See post http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21951108
Thoughts...
RSHN to purchase Garden. Previous owner of Garden sets up new corp named A1 after completion sale of Garden. Now Garden has a new owner and previous owner has new business (nad name) w/ established contacts.
One, contract law, I hope RSHN has a non-compete clause in contract i.e. mile radius of physical address of Garden w/ penalty.

Look for Apple Rush. 3rd product down.
Old, 2007 July.
BTW: These are just FYI posts.
If you look really close or zoom in (some may not be able to zoom in, I have $10,000 high powered computer), you can see the CEO of Wholefoods and Bob Corr agreeing on a major deal. How do I know; I can read lips... hehe
I also noticed that Bob gained weight and no longer has facial hair...
Daily Grind :
That is a very good sign. Correct me if I am wrong, but Daily Grind is a franchise. Now the question is, usually a franchise has all their stores uniform or consistant in the way they look or the stuff/inventory they carry. If they carry AR, it could possibly been approved at their corporate headquarters. If this is true, we may see the entire franchise carry AR.
You might want to check out the two (2) that have it if they are near our distibution arm or near MN. If it is near MN, my guess is that it is a regional area of Daily Grind will have AR. If other outside the MN area (distribution area wise) then it my be possible that all Daily Grind will have AR.
BTW: I am no expert on franchises.
I also notice that Daily Grind has a LOT of store opening soon which would be huge!!! imo
Unedited fro grammar and spelling.
Sorry, I am unsure, but believe at this point, they are not worried about capacity at this time. When it does comes time to look for extra capacity, I am sure they will find a regional bottler (organic cert) that may be near a distributor to save on shipping/transportation costs.
Anyhow... it appears that distribution is/has increased in Chicago area, Midwest, NY area and New England. It also appears that distribution is growing from region to region which is a very good sign. I also noticed that distribution started or is around MN which is where the bottling plant is.
Let see by continuing to go to these trade shows that new regions come online. Kehe seems to be successful.
Stay tuned...
BTW: The above is my opinion only and is usually unedited for spelling and grammar...
Cheers!

Then again, who knows...
Just a thought. Cheers!
Something Schnell or something in MN, but I believe they will have other regional bottlers if demand exceeds the capacity of the current one.
My guess, it is the established channels of distribution, which is easier than cold selling...
That is unknown to me. Sorry...
Thanks!;)
Thanks! ;)
Notice how at the time banks(s), the AS to 12b, several shows passed, including the most recent KeHe show, plus up coming shows...
Acquisition of water plant/Garden, increased distribution in Chicago area and New York, etc.
Why buy the water plant? Well… control your own schedule of production. Use excess capacity to bottle other bottled water. Hey, why not now… the source for water is unlimited… private label…to stores through an existing distribution channels…of the current distributors for the water that is already produced… through your own distribution arm in Chicago… Why not buy the plant since the entire margin can go to RSHN (since possibly you have a subtantial order -- why not keep it to ourselves?). Cut out the intermediary and increase revenue to RSHN. Makes sense, especially if you have large orders.
Looks as though something may have hit!
All of the sudden, Corr needs substantial cash. Corr puts up large stake in RSHN. Seems like a bold move or very confident. Why? Japan e-water, Apple Rush, etc. A combination of both or all?
"Two major regional Grocery Chains indicated they were planning to introduce Apple Rush early this fall."
The above statement says, we need to ramp up production NOW. The buyers are there.
"With CA Fortune (RushNet's Kehe food broker) in place, we see an expedited development path for many new accounts through Kehe in the coming months."
The above states that there is demand NOW that is why there is an expedited development path for our products, BUT I can not sell to you directly since I (RSHN) have to go through proper channels since I was introduced to you (the Buyer) through the company sponsored KeHe show and have give them their proper cut of the action/pie. It is only fair since this is not a normal trade show.
"… they will be expanding into the Southeast with a new distribution center in the near future"
The above could be beneficial for RSHN. All major and popular products are where housed/distributed FIRST. Great opportunity to have a large stock pile there depending on the demand from other distributors as an indicator.
"…37 states in the US and Mexico. With three state-of-the-art distribution centers in Illinois, Texas and Utah, Kehe is the premier U. S. Distributor of natural, specialty and ethnic grocery products with over 9,000 customers."
The above: Major distribution… need I say more…?
Don't forget Muni's and the Restaurant chain and preorders for cans!!!
Problem: Invoiced at Net 30, 60, & 90, but 60 days has passed.
Some pieces are coming together...
The above is strictly my opinion only.
