agreed, that's probably why the made a deal with heartland growers back in dec'13 (I think)
ooops, almost forgot where am I at?
oxymoron? are you referring to an elected official putting his own political agenda ahead of the people's wishes? please explain.
Numerous polls have shown Indy residents are in favor of mj. - FACT
Gov refuses to sign or even look at proposed bills. - FACT
Facts are not "wishful thinking" and yes if he wishes he can add these facts to his list of other relevant facts. I believe people should make investment decisions based on facts and not this wild speculation of the "doomsday prophets" that have plagued this board, basically stealing the money out of the pockets of hard working everyday folks.
An infoseeker who is afraid of relevant factual info.
Is this an oxymoron?
maxxm, I don't have pm but have been thinking about upping my ihub membership. Does it cut down on ads? pm me Anyway I don't have much new info to give you other than some yocals are complaining about the process being favorable to out of state investors. I'm keeping my eye on it and will continue to inform on any new developments.
The future of stock manipulation...

you can add this to your list...
trtc has grow farms in Indiana just like nj, the gov of Indiana (mike pence) also refuses to follow the will of the people and not only refuses to allow mj but increases punishment for offenses. Ind could also be a huge market for trtc. SE Chicago and Indianapolis being the main metro areas.
and save the planet
This is the final push for the bashers. On Sept. 1 the topic and results of trtc's meeting with NV will be released. The general census is the meeting will be about the LV disp. If awarded a big turn around is to be expected. Shorts will go long and those waiting on the sidelines will be chasing the pps up. The 1st is only 12 trading days away.
Short answer is the fed gov has the whole mj sector by the throat and the hedge funds are bleeding it dry. The public in large are scared to jump in because it's still illegal and there are a lot of scams out there.
VOTE find out which of your elected officials are mj friendly and make it known you will vote for them in elections.
how would you know if he impotent or not? maybe he just doesn't swing that way. you do know he's married right? is that what all the hate is about?
My guess is they secured the domain, copied the basic code from blum/oak, changed the name to blum/lv and launched the banner. Now in holding mode awaiting conformation of disp license.
Timed it perfectly today. Picked up another 1630 shares at the lod of .24. I just wish I could scrounge up more cash.
were setting up shop, we are the house.
all or nothing, vegas style!
I don't see big T getting involved until big G has legalized in one form or another.
Isto pensitaris?
Hey I'm in Mensa as well. Which chapter are you in?
A re-post of mine that I feel needs repeated.
Potential reclassification...
I think the FDA reclassification is a done deal and the discussions they are having are about where to move it to. Alcohol and tobacco were given an exemption and is what, I think, should be done to mj. Schedules II, III, IV and V require a prescription by a medical practitioner, so that takes full legalization of the menu. I believe they will reclassify to schedule III for now. Marinol, which is the synthetic form of tetrahydrocannabinol (thc) is currently in schedule III. If you look at other drugs in this catagory like codeine, anabolic steroids, hydrocodone etc... you realize mj doesn't belong here but since when has anything about the laws and mj made since. It would be a nice step in the right direction though. But this leaves the question of what to do about non medical use? Maybe a schedule III status and a decriminalization law that respects the states decision to proceed has they see fit is the way to go? Whatever they decide is going to be ground breaking news for trtc and the industry as a whole.
imo exemption and full legalization!

just thinking out loud...
When your the leader / the best in a particular area it makes you a target. It's easier for others to try and bring you down to their level where they can beat you with experience than to rise to your level and be slaughtered by morality, ethics, expertise, hard work and dedication. Trust me, I know this for a fact!
Terra-rific Tech is how I refer to them.
I hope so too. I guess it's a half-empty vs half-full discussion. Some might say "mmm there is only 5000 patients ..." where others might say Wow there is 5000 patients already and the doors haven't even been opened yet.
Either way one thing is for certain -
you have to risk it to get the biscuit.
and for desert....
trtc via EG is already in Wally World, Kroger, etc... Huge pharmaceutical opportunity were looking at.
I'm saying that a large number of people and their families will move to they area after being hired to work in the new massive battery factory that Musk is building. This large number of people will have a percentage who apply and receive a mmj card and these people will be able to afford to medicate per Dr's orders. Even some of those hired will apply and receive a mmj card. Medical vs Recreational has nothing to do with anything I mentioned.
Look at the large number of families across the country trying to move to Colorado so their kids can have a chance at a normal life. They are having a hard time finding jobs and places to live. I bet many are already putting resumes together.
lol, if trtc was under a dime I would sell everything I own, my house, car, my blood and maybe even a kidney and invest it all. I would wonder out in the woods and live in a tent for 6 months to a year and come back to civilization rich.
don't forget about Musk's (Tesla) new battery factory that will create 6500 new decent paying jobs, plus construction jobs. This will bring a large number of new people and their families to the Reno area. This along with tourism and decreased competition in the area (compared to the LV area) means we will be just fine.
another fact being taken too lightly...
not only was the commission duped, they were duped in a very public way. They were played the fool in front of the whole world, made to look like they are playing in the bush leagues. Publicly humiliated by the "evil doers". Soon when trtc's competition is exposed for being part of the disgraceful behavior exhibited during the selection process, well good luck to them getting a license and thanks for donating your non-refundable application fee's to NV.
long n strong... I gave you mm #5 for filtering the noise and staying strong.
Once they get the 6 licenses (2 cult,2 prod,2 disp) they will have until December 15, 2015 to get things done. Investors will be fighting to get a piece of the action. This will open up many many options regarding financing. They could refinance the Dom deal or just pay them off. If my memory is correct there is a 1/12th fee for paying off early. Point being, with licenses in hand money problems for getting facilities up and running will be over. The pps will be in the multiple dollar range in/by 2015 and we will be trading on the big board before 2016.
it's too early for all that screaming. Let go of all that hate.

good reviews and well liked in the community!
A little quick dd on Frost reveals a few interesting board affiliations.
For instance:
Applied Molecular Evolution, inc - discovers, optimizes and develops human bio-therapeutics.
Hemp oil extracts from trtc?
Muscle Pharm - nutrients for athletes, protein powders and such.
mj and hemp stalks contain one of the best forms of protein known to man. Protein from trtc?
Also Walgreen's and many Pharma companies.
This is all highly speculative of coarse!
WoW, left the board this afternoon to take care of business and there have been 200 posts since then. Looking over the posters I see a bunch of serial doubters making comments. Reminds me of the last charge of the light brigade. They seem to be making a last ditch effort to lower the pps a little more before the inevitable rise. Once their employers tell them to switch gears and start pumping my guess is we wont see many of them for awhile. They will embrace their aliases and pretend to be longs having been here since the beginning of time. Meanwhile I have a great deal of catching up to do.
he flipped a week or two ago. The first of many more to come.
Indiana governor is like nj governor. the people want it but he says no, veggies until he's voted out or changes his mind. fl is waiting on the vote, veggies and flowers until then.
the 13k per month kinda bothers me to. the verde family is taking a huge risk. they already have a successful business and if worst came to worst they could lose the property and pay huge fines and possible jail time.
I almost agree with you 100%. I think 6 licenses with a decent shot at 7 for all the same reasons you stated. Cult and prod go together and I believe their a done deal, so that's 4 licenses. Cult and prod x2 (clark county and reno). I'm also thinking 1 disp in either clark county OR vegas and 1 disp in reno for a grand total of 6.
F n A third paragraph down says September 5, I bet it is supposed to say September 15? wish I could attend. I would love to see their risk vs reward analysis but it's something that usually isn't published. I would also like to hear what the various gov agencies had to say but that's probably confidential as well.
I smell a big bump.
much more interesting...
