pressure point>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>50cents.
Strongus...what do you think about this pump????
Ken, nice of you to opine your view point. Gotta give to you! there is lot of positive energy flowing from you. Myself, still a grasshopper!!!!
Strongus, how does the current PPS matter??? 10 or 30 cents, the deal is for $2.25 or better. Right???? So when it closes shareholders are going to get $2.25!
So quit calling names!!!!! Probably that's what you did when you loaded up!!At what price did you load up???
Strongus, it was only sometime ago that most of the longs were so critical about JD's silence and missed deadlines and not living up to expectations per the PRs. And now lo behold you guys are all juiced up!!! Remember he has not delivered yet!! And stating facts does not make one a basher!!!! As an investor you should be able to stomach critical analysis and defend your position!!! Did I misrepresent JD's silence!!!! No!! I think you are counting your chickens before they are hatched and the very thought that it may not happen displeases you!! Come on grow up!!
So far JD has no credibility and by keeping quiet it just strengthens that fact!!!
Why pay $2.25 PPS for just GFCI-Global Oil Tools i.e GFCI minus CTBG??? The reality of the situation is that the Global Oil Tools Libya facility construction has yet to begin and the tools that Global Oil Tools, Kovac, etc have are going to bring in miniscule revenue when compared to CTBG's tools!!! So is the acquirer going to pay Lyamec 28M in addition to $2.25 to the shares O/S and then pay for the construction of the Libyan facility plus the machines that will be installed in the facility!!!!
I think Lyamec needs to give the buyer a nice....job!!!!
That's not true. MMs/BDs are shorting it due to lack of financials and past fluff PRs!!! Why would JD agree with $2.25 PPS when the valuation potential into the future is very attractive??/ the answer is financilas are not breath taking!!! JMO
there is nothing wrong with Shorting as long as FTDs don't happen!!! And if MMs didn't have the ability to naked short how else can they maintain market order???? The key issue is FTDs!!! JMO.
I am waiting to hear everything from NNVC direct!!! I am sure they will come!! Tomorrow could be a beginning!!!!
good stuff!!! thanks. em
Probably Lance Armstrong would ride a bike!!! He ahs lots of time in life! LOL
this must be the base to the neuramindase protein, the one that the virus uses to exit the cell!!!!! I am thinking that they could apply the same principle to the HIV virus and produce wonders..i.e design the ligand to the protein that allows the HIV virus to exit the cell!!! could be wrong but one never knows till it is tried!!!!
DR. life is meant to be enjoyed!!! I guess everybody has their predilictions!! One never knows when the road (of life) curves around a blind alley!!!! Or for that matter of fact a precipice!!!!
buy a beetle!! LOL. em
my feeling is the results are in!!!!! they just have to PR the confirmation!
folks look at this...50 times more effective than the broad spectrum nanoviricide.....do we have a winner or what????
2:45 - 3:15 NanoViricides: A Novel Approach to Controlling Viremia, Application to Avian Influenza
Anil R. Diwan, Ph.D., President, NanoViricides, Inc.
A nanoviricide(tm) is a nanomaterial drug that specifically targets, binds to, neutralizes and dismantles a virus particle, helping to control viremia. The virus-specificity is endowed to the nanoviricide by a virus-binding ligand attached to a patent-pending base polymer. Changing the ligand redirects the nanoviricide to a new virus. We have found that a nanoviricide that used a neuraminic acid-like ligand exhibited more than 50X efficacy enhancement over the free ligand against influenza in mice. We are now developing a nanoviricide specific to H5N1, called "AviFluCide-I." Our "Medicine Using Systems Engineering(tm)" approach and the results with influenza viruses will be discussed.
I wish I had your sense of timing!! em
I smell news!! EM
yes, if they halt trading!!! when they halt trading, there are NO trades!! And when trading resumes it could be at $2.25!!
thought gap got filled with alow of 3 cents!!!!!em
I will follow up. Thanks bud! em
west, we are counting on you too!! em
yep you are right about that!!! I just purchased a few hundred shares for my nephew's account. He is doing his Ph.D Physics-nanomaterials at UC Davis. And I am hoping that he will be financially secure by the time he gets his Ph.D in about 3 yrs!!!
If we hit $1.37 this week, then I think we are positioned for growth!! heck with it, this is all TA and TA change with the flip of a coin, rather with a PR print!!!!
I hope you are right! I was just practicing my chart reading of the AROON indicators!! And also the PR. It says expecting the audit to be complete in early July..by that I think by July 10-12! And file shortly there after...I am thinking they may want to review this week and file early next week. Just my thoughts! I hope I am wrong!! I am really waiting for this run to begin.
well it looks like we may not get news this week either but I think the auditing should be complete this week!! And filing next week!!
this may help.........................

Each line is the combination of trades for a 90 sec period
take a look at profitspi...more selling than buying!!!! but that's given. a lot of day traders in today (as opposed to prior runs)!!
http://www.profitspi.com/stock-quote/gfci.aspx
if a confirming PR does happen, then PPS could go higher.
anybody care to guess what the volume will be tomorrow, of course without a PR???!!!!!
Can people focus on the content and stop attacking personalities????
Could be very large sharholders selling into the run as they will still benefit from CTBG dividend shares if that should occur!
Lyamec is real!!!!! Libya is real!!!!!! And so is GFCI!!!! But I do not know the issues with GFCI, though JD keep saying the issue is with the previous shell LITFIBER!!! A lot of people have visited GFCI facilities in TExas and have come away with a positive outlook but not one them have mentioned the LITFIBER issue. I wonder why?? I would think that they would ask GFCI what the issue is with LITFIBER!!!! And also the Jetmotors!!!!
7 million traded and just 28 cents on 10Million float!!!
what are you talking???Raymond is interim CEO of Lyamec Group. Global Oil Tools is now part of GFCI and JD is CEO!! Hellloooooooooooooooo...............!!!
strong, no doubt you have a vested interest in GFCI!! I see you are promoting this stock on stockhideout which is a traders haven!! there is nothing wrong in promoting a stock but then you should keep in mind everyone is here to make money, including the shorts! And please stop coming to judgemental conclusions rapidly!!!
Here is a summary of my position on GFCI:
1. I do not support naked shorting with FTD.
2. I do believe GFCI is legit as they are listed on the pinksheets and their is price quotation service, otherwise Pinksheets would have put up disclaimer banner. In addition Lyamec has invested $3 Million
3. JD has mismanaged GFCI and I do not know the reasons!!!!!!!! Consoldiating mon & pop businesses in the oil industry with very little formal processes is a bear! No full disclosures, no credibility.
4. GFCI PPS will meander just like when the previous PR regarding acquisiton was released. If there is big money exploiting the arbitrage then probably the PPS will spike. But there is no reason why the MMs can't flood the market with shares.
And finally, I will trade the stock as I please.
I second that! BBB deserves to be millionaire. BBB will you still be working, writing FORTRAN??? Having worked in the IT industry all my life, I know the burn out curve is quite steep!!! But you could be an exception! em
If there are more shares than 40 million, then why would any acquirer take a majority position??? Share count will be a major issue!! I know an axample where the shell owners issued more shares than the stated oustanding!!! This discrepancy was found when the auditors were doing their due diligence. Of course the company had to issue a cancellation order for the excess amount. But excess shares can only be identified with a share count and report from DTC as well as the individual brokers. Besides, if there is any excess, some of them could be sitting on their certs at home!!!!!!!
Anyways the coming week should be an interesting week!
Ken, how come AMRE is not up there on your list??
I think JD is the reason GFCI is being bought out!!!! jmo
