He's too busy bending us over, thought he would at least wait for a run to sell again, the 10,000,000 share blocks must be the company. Remember, dilution is the solution...
No pulse until Transparency...

Enjoyed your post and agree.
In all honesty, 3 billion shares isn't much for one of these sub-penny pinks. All that’s needed is volume and the MM’s willingness to run it. Happens all of the time.
I believe that may happen as well. Remember dilution is the solution. lol
This should work!
LOL, E-Trade wants $40 to transfer certs in your name, may order them tomorrow.
Smell PR Friday...Small PR....Big one in September...
Not too late to make shorts from jeans..
I third everything he said.
You are invited to the party anyway.
I hope they do..
You don't know how may certs they have waiting to send out checks for, they might have the 100 million already, just a possibility..
OT: It's the IPRE Pumper, sold that POS but might buy in again if it shows any sign of moving. I sold at .005 for a nice profit..
I e-mailed the HBO store attempting to buy a Vest from the Billy Martin's Deadwood Collection. The response was we can't sell anything that isn't presently on our web site, however, we may be adding that item in the future.

I can wait, What will we see in the way of filing when they move the assets to NV on Friday? Will it show the value of those assets that day? Don't know much about that aspect. TIA

Possibly the 300 million restricted shares were used for this?
I would agree this decline must burn him. If you believe the DD, then I think this is a strong buy now. I hope we get some buying pressure at the ask from retail. I also hope we get some kick as% pr's soon.

Guess we can't get the share price much lower. lol
FYI....At least I got a response this time
Dear XXX -- I did not receive your previous emails. Am glad your Aug. 14th email got through.
Literally 2000 emails come at me daily, and a new spam filter keeps many away, sometimes legit ones like yours. By all means hold on, and I'd encourage you to buy more at these absurd prices. Intelligent, experienced people tell me the shorters are killing the stock. We are planning to address that shortly, no pun intended. I'm off for 3 days on trip relating to HBO and Deadwood, but will be back in touch end of
week. Thanks for hanging in there. Best, Doug Newton, CEO

Subject: Progress
Dear Mr. Newton,
I would have expected to see some updates on the deadwood initiative, web site, store sales, jeans deal etc. by now. Should I sell at a loss or is this company actually progressing with its plans? I would appreciate a response; I have emailed you 3 times never to get any response. Not sure I want to own shares in a company that ignores its shareholders. Other companies I invest in do respond to me.
Sincerely,

OT: Better Get Some Dramamine! lol
Good one, you got us all with that. lol
That's just being a jerk!
From what I have seen and experienced with other pinks that statement is very true. Seems all of the big gains I have experienced are after big declines and huge volume

Think he was talking about htis site;

From a PR standpoint they are the best pink I have ever owned. If the circumstances call for it I think they will. I got in at .025 and plan on being around for $'s.
TTR
Agree with that, I have enjoyed reading your posts about SLJB, Thanks. Looking forward to assets and financials.
I'm not saying it's the company, since I don't believe it is. Hope they can get to the bottom of this quickly.
Wow, hard to believe they have the balls to print this after the company said they never do this and will never do this!
No problem, in reality we just don't know at this point what the company’s plans are. I hope we get that transparency "soon" or “very soon”. GLTY

Wonway,
you wrote;
"Paul is buying companies and has suggested that he will begin selling some of his purchases."
I don't see where he said he was selling them;
"Phoenix has 22 companies and or registered trade names that it operates under. At least seven of these are being cancelled."

It looks to me like they will be combining duplicated aspects of the various businesses under one. Don't know how you can make the statement selling, please show me the link. JMO

"The job of putting all of these in order is overwhelming with three years of audits (2006 included) for each entity.
Whether good or bad the news will be released and as we take each step Phoenix will become fully transparent."

"Here are some of the reasons, both good and bad that a company might do a stock buyback:
* If a company is sitting on a large sum of cash and must decide how to invest it, one of the options is to distribute part of it to shareholders.
Companies can do this either of two ways: as dividends or buy buying up outstanding shares. If the company chooses to buy up shares, stockholders benefit even if they don’t sell by the reduction in outstanding shares.
* If a company’s stock is suffering from low financial ratios, buying back stock can give some of the ratios a temporary boost.
Key ratios like earnings per share (EPS) and price earnings ratio (PE) look better because they are based on the number of outstanding shares. Reduce the number of shares and even though earnings don’t change, the EPS looks better.
* Another reason companies buy back stock is to cover large employee stock option programs. The effect of these programs, which were out of control during the tech boom of the late 1990s, was to dilute the stock and shareholder’s equity. Buying back shares reduces dilution and increases shareholder value.
* Some companies buy back shares as protection against unfriendly takeovers from other companies. By gathering outstanding shares off the open market, the company makes it more difficult for a raider to take control."
