Bye getthem. We will miss you and your pearls of wisdom. :( We believe you sold that massive position that you never really owned. I guess that makes the Martster the major playa. S
You are a font of information though some of it is a bit inaccurate. The do not have a drilling partner for oil as you surmised. The gtl project converts natural gas in Argentina to a oil like liquid. The expenses you refer to is their monthly cost of ongoing operations. Appreciate your atttempt to do some due diligence.
Where di you get the info that they are spending 25Gs per month in Argentina and I never heard of anything in Chile.
Letter answers a lot of questions I had and seems to be an honest appraisal. It seems the future of the company now rests with how successful Escala will be and the value of the gtl deal in Argentina which Petty thought would be closed last week causing the delay in this letter. It is a shame that Jaime has screwed up the Cerro Rico project for now, but hopefully the good government connections will make it possible to resusitate it. I expect the stock to languish untilo there is some positive news
Elvis has a song about THE Letter: Return to sender, address unknown, no such number, no such home. Broken promises are very unacceptable.
It looks like 30 million after hours. Doubt it is a short. Who is the buyer, that is the question. Where is the promised letter to bagholders, er I mean shareholers.
The roulette wheel and Fmnj do share something in common: They both have a double O.
your logic esta bueno as su syntax. change su nombre to gotme. Los diaz of vino y rojas es finito.
Disappointing update that was bereft of any new information except that there is now 400 tons of rock waiting to be processed. Apparently it is Infante's job to find a way to do it now that production has increased with the arrival of new equipment. Maybe the letter to be released today or tomorrow will update status of the processing plant and the illusory deal. On a lighter note, 400 tons = 800,000 pounds. If you had a justice scale, it would take 4000 men weighing 200 lbs each to balance the rock on the other side.
SIL low of 7.27 looks like a bottom to me.
Make or break time is here.
La noticia esta tarde porque senor Petty es ambulante. Maybe there is some significant news coming out. Senor Petty: Deal or no deal.
Hallelujah: Welcome back. A breath of fresh air fer sure. How are los indios trabajaros.
Getthem you may have noticed that this was not a very pretty day for the market. Don't blame the freeks, or as we like to say the physically challenged. Have a nice weekend all. Nice to see FA is alive and well and not kicking us when we are down.
I hear NYBOB will be back soon and he'll bring HIM back to the baord.
Just being facetious. Havent sold a share in some time. Like most here, waiting for Godot.
Good luck to you. I hope you make a lot of money. I sold at .008.
you bring the lumbar and i'll build one.
Todays news out about new man on board. Company getting some experienced mining and productuion people. Looks like we are now in an uptrend as selling on bid has dried up finally.
Not over yet. Premarket b/a looks like this will be a good day. Maybe Petty did get something done.
They never ring a bell do they. GSPG hit a recent low of .0004 and is now approaching 2 cents. All it takes is a little news and for the company to stop selling shares. Then buyers have to pay up since no inventory in hands of MMs.
Company has said little about the status of the processing plants. Now that there is some cash flow, it is imperative that they have the wherewithal to process the raw ore. I wonder how they were able to process the concentrate and if they are now able to continue to ramp up producgtion. It is time for a status report and a clarification of what is going on with the other projects, if anything. If they can pull this off, the buyers of shares down here are going to make some serious moolah.
Another 41 million shares traded after the close. I'' be darned if I can figure it out.

Looks like today may be a turn around day for the Bolivian mining companies. Sil is up 7% to 6.75 after hitting another new yearly low. Lokewise for cde. I think they will buy the big companies before the micros. Like Yogi says it aint over till its over though I have to agree it sure looks like its over. Apparently Petty was not able to close the GTL deal in Argentina if the pps is any inducation.Depressing.

The company is making MONEY and that is obviously the reason for any company to exist. Now it looks like fmnj can grow without going to the stock market by issuing additional shares. Hard to evaluate the potential here from this first announcement of $31,000 in revenues since I don't understand what 10 tons of concentrate means. How much silver, lead and zinc was derived? how many tons of raw ore was needed to produce the concentrate.Etc. But in any event it sure feels good to know that this is a viable mining company that is on a strong growth pattern. Let's see if the market takes notice. It seems clear that revenues should increase exponentially as the processing plants go online. I would expect more good news should follow in short order. Vivivanna may indeed be a good luck charm.;)
Being troubled that cde and sil are doing so poorly, I did a little investigation. SIL hit a new yearly low today although their massive San Critobal project will be operational in the 3rd quarter and produce mucho silver. Seem that SIL took big lossses in hedging silver to the tune of $340 million and suffered a $5.58 loss in the 4th quarter alone. They also had to sell off a major interest in San Cristobal and it looks like they are being squeezed by their lenders. Cde is likewise near a low and is off 40% from its $5 high. This points out the vagaries in investing in this highly volatile arena. Risks are big but so are the rewards.Better to be lucky than smart sometimes. Thing is that these types of situations can turn around radically and violently. A .001 stock can easily move to penny levels and vice versa. We shall see. LIke to have a move here as a safety net.
I agree that it will not take much positive news to start to move the stock. There is a slight difference this time. The company is actually mining rather than promise to promise to produce. If there is substnace to the company it should move to otcbb as a start and maybe nasdaq after the going concern caveat is removed. Wonder what to time tomorrow the sales figures will be announced. I have and will trade this puppy but I will be reluctant to close the position with a exit strategy in case it really does become a PM producer.
Looking at the numbers posted in Petty's May 13 letter to shareholders, it is clear that the company may at last be financially sound. The total cost to run the current Escala operation is $55,000 per month all of which will be covered by the positive cash flow the company will probably announce tomorrow. To complete the additional projects, excluding Cerro Rico, will cost another $1,125,000 much of which is to get Escala up to full production. This money has most likely already been raised by the sale of securuties from treasury mostly by private placements albeit at the cost of the low stock price. Now, the Good news as Petty likes to say. If the company has a deal to get a major company to finance the gtl projects in Bolivia and Argentina, they likely will have enough money and prospects to complete the building of the on site processing plant. If the assay figures are accurate, Escala can become literally and figurativvely a gold mine. The news from here on out should be extremely positive and I expect tht the Street will soon take notice. The Generation Xers here may have some great tales to tell their grandkids. Risk/ reward ratio here is very high. All we need now is a prayer from NYBOB. I think we will soon be singing June Is Busting Out All Over. Enjoy the ride. True: Get ready for the curly shuffle.
Maybe your amiga viviana is a lucky charm. I notice there are bars behind her photo. Was she visiting you when the picture was taken? At least the bars are green and matches her dress.:) I am ready for a runup from these depressed prices. good luck.
No one can possibly answer your question. The current market cap of this stock is only 2.27 million. At .03 the cap would be roughly 69 million. Whether that is a fair valuation of the company would depend on a lot of intangibles.eg. How much is the reserves at the Escala mine truly worth; Are there gold reserves at Escala; what equity interest will the company have in the gtl projects; will the company get other properies such as Escala 2-3; Will the company develop Cerro Rico; what is a reasonable estimate of future earnings; will the company go to another exchange. If you know the answers to some of these questions, you can figure out a reasonable market cap. All I know is $2 million, the current cap, considrering Escala alone seems to be ridiculously low.
Love volume up moves are more significant than high volume moves. It appears that there is no longer any selling pressure.
Madonna is the hint. Now stop crying for me. Can't say more yet. The stock movement should tell the story.
Good luck. I hear things are going to get better very soon. We shall see. Not much sense preaching to the choir, especially when it is composed mostly of eunuchs. No viagra can help this group.
On a more serious note, it may be that the selling is FINALLY over. The last big trade was 8 million shares and there were no after market trades. MY guess is that we can look for a gap opening tomorrow or Thursday. Nice to see that most here have apparently thrown in the towel. Good sign.
I am not so sure that the production will be from the prototype experimental processing plant at Escala. I too have been mystified tha cde and sil are both acting so poorly and it may represent investor qualms about investing in Bolivia. In any event, I will be disappointed if the sales figures are very weak. Still waiting to hear if anyone in Bolivia can shed light on the status of the La Paz plant.
Wonder what this week will bring as far as news and stock price. Pictures of the new equpment and activity of the mining at Escala is encouraging; however, the failure of the stock to rally on such good future prospects is troubling. On friday, the company will publish the Sales numbers for Escala, which I assume means that the company has processed at least a part of the mined ore and will announce how much silver, lead and zinc it has sold. If they are truly stating to have a cash flow and the processing plant is at least partly operational, I would expect the price to move up from these depressed levels. In retrorspect, I now believe that the company was the seller of the additional shares for the purpose of raising the money to buy equipment, pay off vendors and refurbish the plant in LA Paz. If there is also any news about the gtl project in Argentina, this week may be a good one for the downtrodden shareholders here.
Usually stay at the Herradura near San Jose. Nice rooms with bbalcony and a double jacuzzi. It aint prison that's for sure. Have you been to the volcano? its beautiful.suggest you laod up here at these prices and ytpu may be able to afford a trip to Manuel Antonio.lol
