Exactly...
GREAT PRESS! Thanks for pointing that out. Approved in all 50 states, and keeps electronic compliance records too.
The news story would be a good one!
However, the truck carrying the local RMW that misses a curve and jackknifes in your front yard, throwing needles and various other 'fun' all over the place, would not be so nice of a story.
Sarcasm is tough to deduce through the written word.
I think we're on the same page.
Finally, government does something right for me...for a change ;)
Unfortunately, the ignore button is about as useful as horns is in determining whether MCLN is a good investment.
Tired of going through his nonsense. And it's all nonsense.
As a matter of fact, the reason why he should be banned is that he is bringing absolutely nothing to this board and has posted hundreds of the same messages about contracts, prs and pro-forma statements that are so far off base, it's ridiculous. All these statements are built with suspect information, and I'm tired of going through the board posts because his crap has floated to the top.
He's obviously manipulating the information he posts. I've communicated many times with IR, and they will announce appropriate contracts going forward, as he stated, but an appropriate contract is, oh, I dunno, MED ASSETS, VESTARA, ETC. Not the sale of one system to John Doe Hospital.
I came to this board to get away from people like him that are clearly bashing the stock with misinformation and whiny confusion.
He's been doing a heck of a lot of it for the past month or so, and you moderators are doing nothing about it. If it's legit negative inferences about their business plan or strategy, then great, leave it. Maybe 1/50 has any merit.
I second that call.
dust off your hands...
and sell your shares.
This is now absolutely laughable.
There was nearly $1.6M of unrecognized revenues in the last 10-Q report and Mr Laky stated in the interview from Biomed that they were running at full bandwidth and actively making changes to fill more orders.
Simply put...you are an absolute tool if you think that the President of a company would make a statement so erroneously false in a public venue.
All the other information, including two individuals that smell like RMW and one that is in 'timeout', is an attempt to make statements rooted in doubt and fear to get those weak shareholders to part with their holdings based upon irrational emotions. If you act, you surely deserve to be slaughtered with losses.
I now have absolutely zero doubt this will be in the $.50 range in the next 6-9 months. 1.5M shares traded in minutes of the open, moving the shareprice to .017 before making its way, on extremely light volume, back to the .018 level.
I'm actively gathering funds to buy more. Please, please, please keep it up till March folks (mms and bashers), I'd like to get my share count over 1 million.
All the best!
Your posts are some really incredible dd, dannol. Thank you...
The only basis is whenever the release of earnings comes, that's the basis. No more than 60 days...IMO
More than double what it is now
Even if it were to tank, the wild card is news. If not this quarter, next quarter.
Trying to time it, for me, would be a mistake. Averaging down, however, would be a bonus.
Why fish in a large river for trout when you have a small pond in your backyard that is stocked with hundreds of thousands of the fish?
Get my drift? Word will spread from there that you have the best fishing hole in town.
How many more of your buddies are in line to sign up and befriend piano, horn and paulie?
I'd say financial statements of the company are pretty important!
What you describe is a pump and dump, which pretty much puts a huge L on your head.
Dannol...dead on in your analysis for a blowout quarter.
How could you or Havilla possibly have information that IR clearly states, and we recognize, as insider trading?
Seems fishy.
I'm in MCLN purely on fundamentals and management
I took a good hard look at the author prior to purchasing this one. Constance Brown has a pretty good reputation in the industry and has penned quite a few books on TA. He starts the book with a broad overview of the markets and the idea of how to play the game, including watching currencies for maximum returns and how banks play the basis point game. He mentions data service providers and how best to set up your charts and why. Brown uses the YEN in the 90s as an example.
I'm just starting to dive into the specifics of the TA, but the 2 main things Brown stresses are:
1. Have 3 independent systems/ways to look at charts.
2. Always, always, always use multiple time horizons. i.e. 240 minute chart and a 60 minute chart. By going backwards and broadening the time horizon, you gain an understanding of where the security stands with several chart patterns in order to increase your probability of success. Brown basically says reviewing one chart's time horizon is like going to a gun battle with a switch blade.
I don't know, it's a slow read, that's for sure.
I'm through the first third of this book.

Pretty good so far...
Excellent post...
Nostradamus you are not...
Purely for my benefit, i'd like to see the pps continue to languish into march at this level...
MKBaller...ever consider sharing what you know about the ADX?
Could you elaborate on the ADX resetting? Not a technician and would like to learn more.
'I like MCLN...I hate MCLN...I love MCLN...They're screwing us...These guys are geniuses...Their Job is to..."
-Horns
Nice. Now you guys are calling harassing someone and accusing them of something you know absolutely nothing about.
Get real! Why don't you dump your shares if you can't handle the wait. They owe us something, but within the legal guidelines. Period!
who cares who's selling!
I think one of the next 2 quarters is going to blow the doors off expectations. $.05 PPS is going to be child's play...
All IMHO...
I see the MDAS contract as something comparable to a small business finally getting their product in a large national chain. You now have a sales force much larger than anything they could do on their own.
I often refer back to the interview from biomedreports with Laky and Grisanti to help deduce what has occurred between the last report and mid-November. Laky's specific comment that they are actively making adjustments to fill more orders is foreshadowing either 4Q or 1Q, IMO.
I personally expect to see the mid-teens within 2-3 months, at the latest.
I like you king...
Unfortunately, I called him bipolar and my post was deleted.
(like this one will be)
Not to be cliche, but you have to push your chips in...in order to wrap your hands around the stack.
Takes money to make money.
what date did socius do the deal, because that 282M number may be an estimate based upon that average price. Now, when they register, the average price was much higher and hence, reduction in shares.
Maybe I'm wrong, I'm at work trying to monitor this and do my job.
For once, you are making sense...congratulate yourself!
Yeah, the pattern is a game.
I put in a bid for more shares and as soon as I moved to the ask to whack it, 5k filled for 112.50. I'm sitting here waiting for the rest of my order to fill 11 minutes later.
Question: What kind of person sells 5k in shares?
Update as I write this: Another 5k just filled at my price of .0225.
What kind of moron is throwing around 112.50 in sells on a penny stock?
gdx...that's incorrect on the PE.
This sector trades between 14-25x.
Ready for another down day. I'm ready to pick up some more at .02 =)
Great post!
True, and if you read my post with the MCLN's management interview, they are ahead of the curve and working to create a plan for it. What's even better, is they imply in that interview that the process they went through to gain NJ access for their product could pay dividends in the future, as NJ is one of the pharma capitals.
Read it, it's management's words, not mine.
What exactly do you mean by 'professional analysis'?
Seems nebulous.
I'm not saying anything for your portfolio.
I'm saying for my portfolio, take this sucker down lower into the end of January. Cause I'm loading up!
