I believe nutra is looking at 15-20% earnings margin on each unit.
Well the study says it does indeed work.
From the PR"On a molecular basis, RPI-78 was observed to be 4,000 times more potent than morphine. Additionally, the study observed increased serotonin levels in subjects treated with RPI-78, which may explain the improved attitude in those subjects."
The presentation will answer your questions.

You have to listen to it.
The volitility is coming from a market maker which was shorting the stock. We saw historic volume on friday to prove that. Stock was shorted down. then the shorter bought back a lot of it. thus you have historic volume.
Only 1 week away before sales of Cobroxin start. I see this first happening thru the internet and then the pharmacy's. I think the shorting by ssgi will slow as sales of cobroxin start being pr'd.
You see the weak hands buying back in along with some short money as well. Stock was way oversold.
Absolutely. if he was desperate he wouldnt put up almost 2 million to lose. he wouldve moved on to starting another company or something.
quite a management team there. I have 110% faith in nutrapharma.
http://www.straightstocks.com/small-cap-and-micro-cap-stocks/the-short-report-on-ssgi-seton-securities-group-inc/
Seton Securities Group has been shorting small-cap companies such as OpenCell BioMed, Inc. (OCBM.OB) and Tri-Star Holdings, Inc. (TSHL.PK). Today we attempted to speak directly to Seton Securities’ President regarding this issue, but he declined to provide any details of the SEC ongoing investigation of the shorting of stocks and wouldn’t comment on the possibility of the SEC requesting records or other information from his company or others that are continuing to short stocks.
He even declined to give his full name. However, he did say they have not heard from federal investigators and have “no comment” regarding the shorting of stocks.
In mid-September, the SEC announced that would be expanding their ongoing investigation into possible market manipulation. SEC Chairman Christopher Cox stated, “Investors have a right to know that the rule of law is being enforced and that our capital markets are not being manipulated. We are working together with our regulatory partners at NYSE Regulation and FINRA in order to quickly identify, isolate and aggressively prosecute any violations of the federal securities laws during this period of market turmoil.”
The Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement assertively stated, “Abusive short selling, market manipulation and false rumor mongering for profit by any entity cuts to the heart of investor confidence in our markets. Such behavior will not be tolerated. We will root it out, expose it, and subject the guilty parties to the full force of the law.”
Companies that are shorting and who have unethically, and possibly illegally, manipulated stock prices for their own personal gain stand to be brutally prosecuted. If these firms are forced to cover their short positions, the positive effects on the share price of these small-cap companies could be enormous as the firms scramble to quickly buyback the shares they shorted. Investors should keep a close eye on this developing story and not lose faith in our nation’s justice system.
After more research we did find the following information:
If you would like to contact (SSGI) Seton Securities Group, Inc. and ask them about their shorting policies their info is below:
I beleive the webinar link mentions their is a $5 million advertising campaign for the first 6 months from xenacare.

i agree with you there. ZERO CREDIBILITY.
What an incredibly low 4% interest rate.
These are your major retailers . cant believe your still calling them stupid.
You see everyone, Its not his fault. he just doesnt know how to invest.
sykes says,"how anyone can invest in drug company with ZERO cash astounds me...they are hugely in debt and spend only $10k/quarter on research, all in the SEC filings...how exactly do u think its worth $200 million?"
Its all about future potential. do some dd into what they got. Nutra just won a retail award as best new product voted by retailers. Do you think the retailers are stupid sykes???
Shorting NPHC is like peeing into the wind. Tell me how it feels later.

more exposure. nice
definately!! I keep adding as well.
Big board anyone?? heres something that i havent seen mentioned yet. I can see nutrapharma moving off the BB and onto a major board next year like the amex. any thoughts. when this happens watch for the real explosion!!
I agree with you there. Cobroxin is gonna be bigger than huge!!
this company is a dream waiting to happen. i cant wait for the launch. i agree with the steady climb up thru the launch and then to the moon when the first set of sales numbers start coming out.
some numbers for everyone. say they sell 30 millions units in their first year. (just the otc and US sales) i would think they would be minimally making 3-4 dollars on each unit. so your looking at 90-120 mm in net profit. with 220 mm shares outstanding gives you a per share worth .41-.545 without any forward multiple p/e. now it looks like the industry p/e multiple is about 19. so your looking at 7.76-10.36 per share price. damn im good!!!And thats just with otc cobroxin!!!
now think about the other countries nutrapharma is getting into and the prescription version coming out next year and the other drugs in the pipeline.
stock of a lifetime.
i believe its around 140mm.
