Yes I did darn it!
MAA submission could preclude a run clear into ASCO IMO.
Wrong roger, we'll be on the market well before the trial finishes IMO.
Maybe an oral presentation at ASCO, that would get some heads turning and a huge market.
I personally think all the constructs that aren't HPV related will be even more successful because you have a stable target that is less likely to mutate and there aren't numerous variations as with HPV. AXAL is a block buster but I think we will be even more dominant in the other constructs. Of course HOT and MINE will be a cure for cancer.
Oh yeah, forgot about anal cancer and head and neck, we could also see deals for either one of those IMO. We have a lot of trials getting far enough along to cut deals on for large cash sums.
The real threat of massive news starts next week. IMO, submission for EU approval is right up there with signing a deal for Europe if it happens. I say if it happens because we don't know what we don't know...... maybe the FDA won't want to play second fiddle with regard to getting once in a lifetime treatments out on the market and in use? Who knows but I'm looking forward to the run up to ASCO. Also, don't forget about prostate, Merck could step up and surprise us all. That would be awesome if we got an oral at ASCO along with a deal from Merck. Too many potential huge news bits to mess around here.
I could see MAA submission before a deal announcement, JMO though.
Get real!
Nope, not BS my friend, I believe it was in one of the previous 10Qs. I'm sure one of the other LTSH can confirm it. I think Dan has a lot of paranoia in regard to being shut out of the money like he was at the previous company he worked for that got bought out.
Not about money, it's about keeping control of the company. In the past ADXS has said in an emergency they could sell voting shares to some of our bigger shareholders to maintain control of the company. Not my words, this is from the company, I'm sure the regulars remember this as well.
Seriously, can anyone think of any?
Has an immunotherapy ever garnered compassionate use along with accelerated approval? I know the market loves first.
Yeah, I don't have expectations of any deal or extremely good news until the shelf is increased and a hostile takeover could be fended off by selling one of our silent investors shares with voting power. Also management more shares loaded for them in the event the company is bought.
Absolutely agree with that statement, stock price has expectations of failure built into it. We know that's not happening though.
Yep, there is the rub, totally agree.
I think management will hold any really good info until the shelf is increased and the OIP is reloaded for their ongoing benefit. JMO though.
I've been as impatient as anyone here with regard to the company getting where it needs to go in a timely fashion but after having already been invested here for almost a decade, I think I can go the distance. The dream I had about this company curing cancer a decade ago keeps me tethered here to see if my dream was something more than a dream, an experiment in the works of you will.
I'd encourage everyone to be patient for a while longer and join in this experiment with me. I don't think we've got much longer to wait JMO.
I look at Aduro as yet another manipulative tool.
The key word here is conservative, if even he thinks a deal is on the way well that means something.
Nah, James is the best contributor ever, always mild mannered and conservative.
I like to hear his ideas but I think we've gotten too set on a deal for something that could soon cross the finish line. I think we'd be giving away an approved product now for pennies on the dollar now rather then waiting.
They couldn't sell their product because of the cost of it, nobody could afford it, doubt that will be an issue here. Their product was really not effective either.
Just playing the deviled advocate, We really don't know what the Execs at the company are thinking.
I would think even after approval there would be a period of time that the company would have a mountain of regulatory filings to process that this could take place and be a lot more valuable to Advaxis.
I think it's a slam dunk Blue!
Honestly, is Dan knows that we have a great chance of being approved in Europe soon, Why cut a deal until that happens if at all?
I wouldn't be so sure, I'd sell all my shares for thirty bucks a share, I think a lot of people would just to be done with this egomaniac Dan O'connor!
Well, the SEC allows this racketeering to take place, so what can we do?
Yeah, a little confusion on their part.
Not really in its infancy anymore, we're a P3 company.
Hopefully the bigger shareholders are expressing their distaste for the dilution with every deal. From the outside it looks like we have to pay companies to sign deals with us! Kind of like your mom tying a pork chop around your neck to get the dog to play with you! It doesn't say people are beating down the door to get our tech and it looks weak.
The problem with this type of plan is everyone going forward will want shares at eight! Merck is next after Astra.
Totally agree Bourbon, let them know ahead any manipulation makes the agreement null and void!
They are getting everyone ready for something, getting interest peaked ahead of a release. Our management team is learning and maturing, that's awesome.
I don't believe it, can anyone confirm that?
I don't believe that. They sure wouldn't tell anyone that in a phone call or email either.
Man it would have been nice to get a PR if they did but maybe it's covered by the confidential treatment order.
I find it impossible to believe that the company did not get a PHAT milestone payment from Amgen for the IND approval by the FDA. Impossible!
I call them the big pharma mafia!
