Can someone please explain why this consistently trades around 25% higher in the pre-market opening and drops back down at the open?
Thanks in advance.
I agree about the short term. I've worked in mining and nothing happens quickly. I do like this long term though.

.73? How far off till then? I can't imagine it will be very soon, this has been an extremely long process for them to get Mt. Hope up and going.
Trading a tight range for the last week. Any news should get this thing moving. I think they want/need to get this going ASAP or they will need to restructure their financing agreement.
Is that ask really at .10?
Very well said. I would like to add that this industry is in its infancy and we are starting to see these companies get tech savvy. From building out their websites, developing more energy efficient ways to deliver the product, from seed to sale tracking, sites like Snoop Dogg invested in all points to this industry coming online in very technologically sophisticated ways and we have a former Microsoft/Yahoo exec leading the charge. I'm very excited about the long play. The others can do what they want but we know what we have.
Just checking in, did the sky fall on this company? No? I'll see all my longs when this has rocketed and blast off it will.

PHOT
Been following this one and trading it for a long time now, read about the water rights ruling by the Nevada Supreme Court and hoping for a resolution, are they still hoping to have something in place by April when they are due to close on some financing? This stock has been good to me over the years and I grabbed some more at .17 a few weeks ago. Hope something happens soon so they can get to producing.

Seeing bid/ask just fine this morning.
What is an OTC equity security and what is the difference between OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) and OTC Markets?
An over-the-counter (OTC) equity security is generally considered to be any equity security that is not an NMS stock traded on a national securities exchange. The OTCBB and OTC Markets are both interdealer quotation services for OTC equity securities. FINRA operates the OTCBB and permits to be eligible for quotation on OTCBB any OTC equity security that is current in certain required regulatory filings (see Eligibility Requirements). OTC Markets is a privately owned company that permits market participants to quote OTC equity securities. An OTC equity security can be quoted simultaneously on both OTCBB and OTC Markets. As well, there are many OTC equity securities that are not quoted on either OTCBB or OTC Markets; however, they have trading symbols assigned to them so FINRA members can comply with trade reporting obligations and report transactions in these securities. These securities are sometimes said to be on the "gray market."
Other-OTC/NBB. Any OTC equity security that is not quoted on the OTCBB but is eligible for trade reporting to the OTC Reporting Facility is categorized as "other-OTC" or non-Bulletin Board (NBB). This includes, but is not limited to, securities quoted on OTC Markets. Because other-OTC securities are not quoted on the OTCBB, you will not be able to access quotes on these stocks on FINRA.org.

I think there are some who missed out and want cheapies. No problems whatsoever through my broker.
Lombardi, good to see you here again. This stock always impressed me but I never got a good vibe from Sterling. Now that he's gone, we look to Marco and he's an impressive figure. I'm betting he makes this company a well known name among this new industry. His resume certainly speaks for itself and he already has a MAJOR victory in getting PHOT back trading. My average entry point ( pre halt ) was fairly high and for a decent sum but I decided to add more since the relisting because I believe in Marco and because it didn't cost much to cut my average cost per share almost in half.
GLTY and to all and again, good to see you here again.
Any news on this project going forward? Seems they just got some cash back but what's the overall picture as far as the Mt. Hope project?
RSI @ 49, do we see it run a little before consolidating again or do we see it drop at little more? Seems we found some good support today.
Are they not current? How would they have gotten off the greys if they weren't? Wondering if they are waiting for the 30 day stock price requirement which will coincide with their quarterly.

Difference/no difference between OTCBB & OTCQB

According to his LinkedIn page, "within his first 90 days he delivered letters of intent for $96 million of acquisitions prior to the temporary trading halt in April 2014."
Wonder if he will announce one or more of those are back in the works. He has a reputation for growing businesses, especially startups.

I know. My point is "ride or die." I'm with this till the end or I can accept that it's a huge loss. I accepted it was a huge loss nearly 2 years ago so this is all gravy, though now that there is hope however slight, I'm hoping to at the very least, get my initial investment back.
As I said, I'm betting on Heygi and PHOT.
GLTY
Couldn't agree more. Heygi is a man with a great reputation and I don't think he risks it just to make a few bucks. There will be fluctuations with the stock price and I'm comfortable with that because it IS trading again. I bought some shares pre halt at $0.30/share then watched it soar to $0.77/share and bought a large position on April 9, 2014 at $0.50/share so these charts people are putting up mean nothing to me until I AT LEAST reach the break even point, otherwise it's a write off for me.
I am betting on Heygi and I'm betting on PHOT!

Thank you for your reply and welcome back to this board. I look forward to your insight as this was your baby for a long time pre halt. GLTY.
If they did a reverse split, what would you guess the split would be? 300:1?, 50:1? Any guesses?
It hit .77 on Mach 17, 2014 and was halted on April 10, 2014 with a price of .50.
10 million volume!!! What a comeback!!!
Can we remove the "GM" and "CE" labeling on this board?
No clue. I've never been involved in a suspended stock, let alone one that's returned. I'm just happy it's back and I stand a chance to recover some or all of my investment. I think people who got out after the halt will surely test the waters again here and I'm guessing it's in the green all day, but how high it goes, I have no clue.
Such a fascinating story, I wonder how it will perform going forward. Hope we see amazing things.

There's no way to "settle" criminal charges. Those lawsuits were only for the investors. The SEC and DOJ will decide if someone goes to prison.
I was more curious as to the criminal charges ( if any ) are looming for former officers.
When this stock was suspended, I recall some people saying that it could be up to two years before the SEC brought any charges against Sterling Scott or any other officers. Does anybody know if they will face charges or if the SEC investigation is done?
Last I heard, the lawsuits were settled and they charged four people with manipulating the stock. Just wondering if there is any more to this story.
They are trying to get back:

So, do you view this as more lies from Heygi or do you think they will come current n their reporting ?

Looks like for the last two years there was no revenue. As a result of the acquisition of Western Interior, they are beginning to recognize revenues for fiscal year ending March 31, 2016. I'm guessing we may see minimal revenues in their next quarterly???
