I got a "pump" for a micro-cap child education newsletter the other day. They were comparing return rates for the top ten "blue chips" and the top ten "micro-caps".
Guess whom was #9 on the top ten micro-caps list @ (if I recall correctly, I don't have it in front of me) 1052% gain????
PCFG
If you go from the 0.0011 to 0.07 I guess that would be about right (I haven't calculated it).
It just blew me away to see PCFG mentioned in a newsletter even though it is totally unrelated to the product that they were trying to push.
Anyhow, I just had to put that out there.
Have a good weekend everyone.
I haven't speculated as to where the PPS will go. I leave that to the more knowledgeable traders.
I definitely agree with you about the 0.70 though. Not enough to retire but definitely life would be considerably more comfortable. Plus, a "free" (rather sizable) chunk of powder to expand into other horizons!
Congrats on your buy and welcome to the board. As SN said in a previous post (in one form or another), You won't have "M T Pockets" for long.
I got my 307,000 according to confirmation from Vanguard. That makes me resposible for about 68% of the trade volume yeserday. Very hard to believe!!!
Kudos to Vangaurd for 2 "impossible" trades in the past week!
I'm gonna throw this out there simply because I don't believe that most people don't know that this is an option.
I recently converted 1/2 of my 401k into a brokerage option. That is the reason that I have recently aquired the ability to "buy in bulk". I believe that most plans allow you to do this to some extent.
One advantage is "no capital gains"! You profit from a trade, reinvest it in whatever you choose. Any gain is taxed as you withdraw it (after retirement at a lower rate?).
I thought this over for at least 2 months before engaging this option. I hope that anyone else whom may consider the same think it over for a period of time.
The way I look at it, I can invest in lackluster mutual funds, bonds, fixed income, etc... Or I can "self direct". Either way, I am investing. The difference is that it is my choice or "theirs"
I truely belive in PCFG. If I end up being wrong, I have "Oh so screwed myself!!" But I don't believe this to be the case. Time will tell. It beats the hell out of taking out a 401k loan (which I know some have engaged in based upon their posts).
If you opt for this choice, take the time to consider it seriously.
Just my 2 cents. Take for what it is worth!
Thank you sir! (I'm assuming you're a sir). Glad to support the PPS.
I still can't believe it hit based upon the share volume! I thought it would be a lost cause.
One step closer to retirement, perhaps?
According to Vanguard I got my 307,000. I called about 2 minutes too late to get verbal verification, brokerage services had closed for the day.
I find this buy hard to believe based upon the daily volume. Anyone out there have level 2 that could give me some validation?
If not, I guess I will find out tomorrow.
My choice was based opon the situation as it currently presents itself.
I DO hate that some people slam you if you are looking for a bargain. I understand the perspective of the disgust of the ones that "advertise" that it is going lower.
I am just looking to buffer my retirement and hopefully pay off some bills. I believe that this stock is the place to accomplish that! If I am wrong, then screw me. If not, than YEEEE FRIGIN' HAW!!!!!!!!!
I may be wrong, but I don't believe that stamplicker will hit his 1 million. Low volume and very little sells.
As I said earlier, I believe we are no longer in the "typical" stage. Won't be long before we are in the "chase it and catch it if you can" stage.
I did this not to appease those whom believe I am wrong for my stance, but because I want the shares. I modified my bid down to 307,000 @ 0.025 GTC (10% +/- above the ask)
Not much difference in share quantity, but a much greater chance of getting a hit!! Can people please now stop chastizing me for looking for a bargain?!
I didn't shoot for anything near as low as stamplicker. I am just looking for a good price within the range that we have been trading. Just looking for a bargain.
Unlike others, I am holding all I get. I do not flip. Could have done so a couple of times with good results. My concern is with the future potential and not with the quick gain (which Uncle Sam gets a hefty chunk of!)
Almost certain it won't hit. Day order just a bit below the B/A. Was expecting to catch it during the typical lunchtime drop. I guess "typical" for this stock will no longer be typical very soon!
And..... that is a VERY good thing!!!!
Just placed an order for 327,000. I guess we'll see what happens with it.
1/4 oz per yard? I know the concentrator is supposed to improve the output, but by how much? The last thing I read is 0.5g/yard. That equals out to about 1 oz. per 56 yards, which equals about 36 oz/day at a rate of 2000 yards/day. Am I wrong? Please clarify.
If we're gonna hit +/- 7g/yard, I need to load up! And fast!!!
Good night all. I guess I will check up on what happened after the EOD.
Almost time for the starting bell!!!!!
Just started 12 hour night shifts. Sleep deprivation is my life! What the heck, one more beer and a few minutes isn't gonna kill me. At least not today (I hope).
I should be in bed by now, but I am way too curious to see what the start of the day brings us after the long weekend.
We need a day like N#OM. Over 26,000,000 shares traded so far and currently up over 65%!!
I have a question. Aren't we expecting a rate of 5g/ton and isn't that about as low as it can go to be economically viable?
Just wondering because I got a "pump" stating ranges of 0.79g/ton thru 3.01g/ton! And they think that should get someone excited I suppose?!?!?
Thank you.
I guess the #'s thing for me is kind of an ego trip. I have never had the ability to say that I own 600,000 or one million or whatever of anything!
Even if it is a 0.02+ stock, the ability to say that is cool as hell too me! Sorry if it comes across wrong.
I agree with you on that. No problem there. I don't believe I have ever "bashed".
The closest I ever came was the "WTF" when we dropped from the mid 3's. Even then, I did not speak ill of management if I recall correctly.
I have stated before, "I am not a businessman or a miner, I just have to hope that management is doing what is in my best interests". I'm sure they want to be wealthy too!
I am just trying to change my lot in life and hoping that PCFG will help me in the process!!
I had no perception that such was the case.
The point of my last few posts were, in a nutshell, if you can get a good deal should you walk away from it?
What I may do today will have no effect on the PPS in 6 months. Am I correct?
I would have to disagree with you. I obviously can't speak for the actions of others. There are obviously some flippers here (I am not bold enough to do so because I figure I will screw myself in the process.), if that is their deal than so be it.
Personally, I am just looking for the best entry price. I have not sold a single share and have no intention of doing so until this stock validates itself.
My lowballing the price is not a bash on the stock. I am just trying to follow whatever trend is occuring to my advantage. Isn't that what trading is about?
Over the course of time, the company will be valued at what it is worth. The daily doings of those whom are trying to get in on the low side will not matter to the overall picture in the long run.
Just my perspective.
I have to agree with you on the "Don't hate the player, hate the game."
If you can buy gauranteed quality filet minion ( I know I didn't spell that right) at the price of chuck steak, would you pass it up?
I put a bid in for 603,025 @ 0.023 (seeing if I can double my holdings) this morning. Am I wrong to have done that. I stated yesterday that there would be a likely retracement before a consistant rise. It appears that I was right.
Yes, we had good news yesterday. But until we get consistancy and verifiability of what is going on with the site, I believe we will wallow.
Obviously just my opinion. Good or bad, it is what it is!
Thanks. Have to work 12 hours tomorrow. Will watch the market as time allows. Sucks! The most likely times for movement are when I have the least possibility of watching the action!
Not good until tommorow. Today is irrelevant.
I could only buy 1.9 million @0.027.
The basis of the question is "If I try to purchase a large block will I instantly exclude myself from the ability to buy the stock at a set price because the volume will raise the price?"
Should I buy in smaller lots, I guess is the "meat of the question"?
Serious question here! Is it possible to buy a large block of shares without screwing myself in the process (IE: If I seek a large chunk, will I raise the price beyond what I am bidding on?) I am thinking 500,000 to 1,000,000 shares.
I got hold of a "large" keg of powder this afternoon. Should be valid tomorrow A.M. I hope I am not "A day late and a dollar short".
Personally, I believe we will see a retracement in the morning (nothing major, but a drop nonetheless)and will see progress after that.
Didn't notice any commentary from Fox today. Kinda expected to considering the news.
Good to see you VM. Perhaps one day I will embrace the "tweet". still working on it!
Didn't know you were paying attention to the board anymore. Good to see you here,
lower
Another weekend spent wondering what is likely to happen next week! I guess we will have to wait and see.
GLTA
Damn! Someone is optimistic. I hope you're right!!!!!!!!!!
The Viewmaster is on "twitter".
I am still relatively new to trading. Just thought I would get the perspective of others to see if the statement was anything of concern.
If it is "standard issue", then it is what it is.
This was pulled from the 8K/A dated 05-09-11. I am curious to anyone's perspective on the bold and underlined section. Is this why JSW was dismissed??
The JSW report on our financial statements for that fiscal year did not contain an adverse opinion, a disclaimer of opinion, nor were they qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles, except that substantial doubt was raised as to the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.
I have the faith. I just need the funds to back it up. Working on that aspect of it and hope it doesn't come after the rise that we (all/some) expect to happen.
I nominate you for the title of "Most level headed person on the board". Seriously.
