Some one on the PLSB board just pointed out, after I questioned the correlation between PLSB and ALKM sites both saying that each of their products were to begin shipping on the week of the 23rd, that within minutes of my post, both sites had that date removed and said out of stock. I believe both are run by DFW but the timing is curious. Did we hit too close to a nerve?

Dude, I just checked Shopslkame.com a minute before I posted that and it still said ships the week of the 23rd. I can’t validate when it said on buypulsedirect. Whoa!!! ??

I believe it was mentioned by Hatter, and may just be a coincidence, but the ship date of the week of the 23rd coincides with the same date as ALKM’s water ship date. ALKM just installed a new filling line and it maybe up and running by now or soon. Maybe the delay in shipment is due to switching over to a new co-packer/bottling plant. ALKM could easily stick CBD into current PLSB products with little effort.

I am guessing that there is a takeover by another entity (not sure if another company, distributor, or creditors) and the reason(s) that no shipments will go out until the 23rd is because that is the date the transaction is complete and all revenues going forward belong to the new company/entity. I am assuming that Yates does not need any approval to do this deal because he has all voting rights. Just my 2 cents, haven’t done too much digging.

While we wait for ALKM’s financials to come out, I thought I might kill some time recanting the story of Alkamesseus, an ancient relative of our CEO Al Kame. After many years of fighting in the Trojan War, Alkamesseus found himself sailing home to his home of Oregondia with his crew of Alkanauts, but he first decided to make a short stop at Lasvegius. The problem that many are not seeing, is that since ALKM is a publicly traded company, they must walk a very fine line releasing information to the public. You cannot expect Eakle to act like you are sharing a beer with him and he is writing down numbers on a cocktail napkin. I trust that his enthusiasm, the complexity of the filings, and lack of filing experience caused him to “appear” to overstate the timeline each time. Step back and don’t miss the Forrest for the trees. If there are 10 hard fought steps from want to file to actually filing, it is appropriate for Eakle to celebrate each step. The company and investors see it from two different perspectives. ALKM has to complete each step, dot every “i” and lower case “j” and be reliant on systems and process delays beyond their control. All the investors hear is “the filings will be released tomorrow.” Granted I do believe that Eakle underestimated the time frame to final filing.

ALKM: We plan to file back 10k’s and get current.
Investors: We should see filings this week, right?

ALKM: We have submitted all documents to our auditors.

I don’t have a date, but each successive year’s audits will be that much quicker. I could guess and say a couple of weeks or months, but I have no clue. They could be like the dominoes ALKM suggests and happen in rapid succession. I like the stages approach. 2015 10k jumps us up big. Getting fully current is another leg up. 2018 finances another big boost. Opening the door to a string of New PR’s will continue the upward trajectory. I was hoping to see all 3 years filed at once because I really want to see current quarterly revenue.

I do not think that we will see a string of PR’s until the 2016 and 2017 10k’s are done as well. What we can expect is activities up to date in the 2015. That will be a kick in the pants and equal to all the PR’s we have been deprived of. The numbers, as many have stated will be irrelevant, as will 2016 and most of 2017, it is the 2018 10Q’s and and future guidance that will continue to send it to the stars (after the initial trip to da moon!).

A: The process of EDGARization into either ASCII or HTML format is very labour intensive. The time needed to convert a document depends on the skills used by the creator of the original document. As an approximation of the time required, estimate a conversion rate of 10 pages per hour. For example, a Form 10QSB consisting of approximately 25 pages will take anywhere from 2-4 hours to put into an acceptable format. If a PDF file is to accompany the official EDGAR filing, allow more time for that production and also be prepared to proof not only the ASCII or HTML file, but the PDF file as well as paper documents. A filing accepted by the SEC after 17:30 EST (14:30 PST) will receive the next business day’s date.

The collective understanding is that all the past due 10k’s will be out (they must be audited so they are what was held up) the 10q’s can be released since they are not required to be audited. What is most interesting to investors, besides them being current, is that all activities that have been running in stealth mode (or semi-stealth mode thanks to Hatter, Dempsey, et al) will be laid out. We can be made privy to all deals and potential revenue streams. Another exciting reveal will be the latest quarter revenues, and possibly some projections as to growth. It is all good IMNSHO (In My Not So Humble Opinion)

There is a scientific theory for any that think ALKM’s latest FB post is another red herring in the sense that “soon” will never come for the financials:

Imagine a major league pitcher standing 64 feet from you and he throws a fastball right at your head. Now that baseball has to travel the first 1/2 of the distance before it can travel the other 1/2 (32 feet). Then it must travel 1/2 of the remaining distance before it travels the other 1/2 (16 feet). And on and on, 8 feet, 4 feet, 2 feet, 1 foot, 1/2 foot, 1/4 foot to 1/infinitith. According to the theory, the ball will get infinitesimally closer each time, but never hit you.

This may come as a shock to some, but I am considering taking a break from this board until after the filing of the past Financials by Alkame.
Some may ask, “Is it because you are frustrated with the delay, are you leaving in protest?”
