Yep, they are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Looking at the volume, I'd say share supply is tight. Bots really don't know what to do!
Did the one at Georgia Regents with high dose finish up?
I smell what they got cooking!
It was stupid to have even started this trial, that is the insight that Dan brought to the table. Leep would be hard for any competitor to top. Dumb to waste time and resources trying when there is a very narrow chance you will best SOC. It led to Dan taking control of the company.
It is better to focus time, energy and money on unmet medical needs where we can be SOC. No lying or conspiracy, just a good financial decision on the companies part after an initial poor decision was made.
I would say ask the company about it, they decided not to waste their limited funding trying to get approval for which their is something that is highly successful. I think the logic made sense from a business point of view.
You can be as sarcastic as you want but it won't change the facts.
The CIN trial was stopped because the Leep procedure is near 100 percent effective, period. It's a huge gamble that another therapy could top that so when Dan came on he did the math and stopped it. Not worth the money or risk.
I would love to see that, maybe even more then a deal!
EMA submission early would be a huge head turning PR IMO!
10 billion is why I say they will part the company out a little prior to selling it as one company might not be able to afford the whole ball of wax. I think they will at least sell prostate to Merck and possibly one more construct prior to the sale of the company.
Honestly, I was thinking that we'd get an update on the prostate trial at ASCO. I think their might be talks about a deal for the prostate construct since we know there is data that should be Presentable and the company is quiet. I really think there is a buyer for the company but Merck will pick up the prostate indication before it happens.
I'm the biggest diehard Advaxis fan there is and I never hold in what I'm thinking as everyone here knows, haha. I'm not worried at all, I think deals (plural), will start flowing like water shortly. I'm not even the least bit worried at this point. If I'm calm, everyone else should be too!
They have us treading water right here picking off people who are aggravated enough to sell. I have no doubt a deal is coming and soon, the trading is all about accumulation.
I agree, they are out of gas and are rolling back down the hill picking up speed!
An ASCO submission would have been nice, however I'm 100% sure there are bigger and better MC moving news events in the very near future. I know everyone is expecting a deal for AXAL first, however I think a deal with Merck could just as well come first with an even bigger news event shortly after, JMO.
It was actually in the SITC presentation and in some of the other PRs that ADXS has put out.
If you look at the patients who got 3 or more doses, it is almost double the SOC.
I think Dan hosed Amgen, they have to sample a tumor while Advaxis does not. He sold them something that we get to use ourselves in a more efficient manner.
I could see the company getting bought for HOT alone, Amgen has MINE and it's moving forward so for any other company to stay competitive, they are going to have to pony up some bucks.
We'll keep HOT, Amgen has MINE so if you want to compete, you better couple up with one of our single antigen therapies. JMO
Absolutely mypeke!
That's exactly what it is, you can tell by watching it.
I'm excited to hear about what's going on behind the scenes ignitions.
A lot of reasons a patients a patients SPO2 can drop, one of them being their hand is cold and blood vessels constricted. It can literally mean nothing. Things are not as they always appear.
Maybe it will be a non-issue in the near future so maybe he figures why waste time on it? I'm thinking something along those lines.
Hey, for some reason I'm extremely calm and willing to hold tight. I saw something almost a decade ago that gives me the conviction to have faith not in Dan but this company's destiny.
We're gonna get there, it's just a matter of when.
FBG, I know a lot of what you are saying is true but is there anything that you and I can do except vote our shares? Save your energy bud for things you can do something about. Large investors sent a warning, lets see what falls out.
Thanks for the response, I've been thinking that filing this could be the next news bite.
Do you remember how long it takes to get an answer from the EMA once the MAA is filed? I have two months in my head but I'm not sure that is right.
Yeah, it couldn't be in response to some of the egregious acts management has perpetrated on shareholders, could it?
I agree Bourbon, time to quit stuffing their pockets and make a buyout a lot more expensive.
MAA submission might though, that coupled with an oral presentation on prostate.
Need someone to help pack and load product for delivery in the EU!
Ok chicken little! As for Adage, if they concerned, all they would have to do is vote accordingly and let their check book do the talking.
Management doesn't seem worried, hence the short meeting yesterday. They seem confident in our future. As for the share price, we all realize that is has been the victim of rampant HFT and doesn't in any way represent what is happening with the company.
ADXS is the most tech heavy company on the Nasdaq, remember that.
MAA submission is the equivalent of the manipulators standing on the gallows with a rope around their neck waiting for the executioner to trip the platform they are standing on.
I'd be buying some antacids for sure if that was me! I really don't feel bad for them though.
It sounded like they already had a good portion of the paperwork filled out so it really shouldn't be long.
MAA submission Monday? Make it so Dan!
I'm looking forward to hearing MAA has been filed and the countdown for that has started. The Manufacturing facility has already been given a thumbs up by the EU.
You think we should have someone check the back alley dumpster for him?
